I feel like the reason Celia may have been looking into Alchemy would be to prevent the apocolapyse?

It's pretty clear by this point that she's likely Celia from the world of TMA, so that begs the question, why is she the world of Tmagp? While i have little direct evidence for this, it would make sense that the survivors of TMA, Melanie, Georgie, ect, might send people to check on the other universes, especially if they came across the statement from MAG 114 about the cleaner who fell into another world, so perhaps Celia volunteered, and is there to make sure another apocylapse doesn't occur (also could be why she was looking into dimensional travel, in order to plan a failsafe if the fears do arrive)

The reason I think this links to alchemy is what Colin said, "Too much mercury and the world ends." No idea what it could mean, but it could be why Celia was looking into alchemy.

I'm really excited about doing a Harry Potter reading The Philosopher's Stone fic. I'm thinking that it will be a reader insert where the reader is Luna's godmother and Lucius Malfoy's ex.

Here's a preview of the fic:

"You've been dreaming about my godmother?" Luna asked curiously from behind Harry. The fifth year Gryffindor hadn't had much to do with the fourth year Ravenclaw after their ride to Hogwarts when Harry had found out that the carriages weren't pulled by invisible horses.

"She's such a kind, talented woman."

Harry bit down on his tongue, not wanting to disagree with Luna but unable to see how someone who had dated Draco Malfoy's father in her school days could be described as 'kind.'

Ron however, had no problems voicing his disbelief, "She can't be that kind if she was dating Malfoy Senior," he scoffed.

Luna's usual dreamy expression slipped and was replaced with a judgemental glare, "People and circumstances change Ronald. Or do you only offer forgiveness to those who were Sorted into Gryffindor?"

Eager to change the topic and wincing at the unintentional mention of Pettigrew, Harry spoke up, "How did you know where we were Luna?"

"Professor Dumbledore told me to come and find you," the Ravenclaw replied, shifting back to her usual demeanour. "He has a book called Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. He wants to read the book to everyone in the Great Hall."

it is wild how narco-alchemy, cilomancy, mechanomancy are not in any offical 3rd ed stuff like come on. nacro-alchemy in particular would do sooo good with an update to better reflect the changes in public perception of drugs and what not

more fma v.a madness because I've been regressing to my 13 year old ways I'm sorry 😞 Diabubu would be the (completely anonymous) Fuhrer of. Idk ig it's still Amestris. Italian Amestris. but I also think he would be a mix of Bradley/Wrath - Father. He's not a homunculus but maybe he's a Philosophers Stone, sort of like Hohenheim.. like, In my head he didn't burn down his village, but instead turn a lot of people (not everyone, like Donny had to survive one way or another) into a Philosophers Stone. No one was truly aware of what happened, because of a mix of most survivors not being alchemically sound enough to realize what happened, and an erasure of evidence.

I'm not sure about the "separating parts of himself into homunculus" thing because like, that's exactly the opposite of what Diavolo wants lol (any connections to himself, like, Father only made homunculus because he wanted connections and family.) but I think he would keep the "I have to separate these "sinful" parts of myself to finally be able to become enlightened and Achieve The Truth." thing he had going on... I'm not sure if Doppio would have any military rank or even be in the military in the first place.. Much to think about

Sometimes I forget how young Snape was in Philospher’s Stone, I always see people saying “17/20 years ago” when referring to Lily’s death or SWM happening. So I always immediately think of him as being in his mid thirties all throughout the books, while forgetting that he was actually 31 in the first book. Lily’s death had just occurred 10 years ago, and then he was forced to teach her child who looked exactly like the man he hated most but also had her eyes. Damn.
