I don't usually get too invested in romance stuff when it comes to player-characters in TTRPGs... so I was very surprised at just how much I liked how Angelstone was played! The humor of the dynamic is peak, and at the same time… there's just something about the depiction of loved ones seeing who you truly are, and loving you for it, that my finals-riddled brain deeply enjoyed. ESPECIALLY in the context of Apotheosis' fucked up world.

So as silly as it's played in canon, I really love these two! And, I love that in the end, they made the canon romance into such a perfect narrative tool that everyone seemed comfortable with.

(full context; this is the rolled for episode 61. Episode 60 was Chip's solo session. Since in character chip never explained what he did Charlie and Condi were upset. Charlie brought up how in Condi's (at the time, upcoming) campaign he was hoping everyone's characters would be super open and helpful, and all love each other)
