#Paw Patrol Claw

Well...

I learned some PAW Patrol news today that, I must admit, has left me rather disappointed. Don't worry, this isn't a rant or anything. I just wanted to talk a bit about it.

If you were to ask me who my favorite PAW Patrol character is, my answer is obviously Marshall. As for my second-favorite? It's not one of the other main pups or any of the part timers. That's not to say none of them are on my favorites list though, as Chase, Rocky and Everest are in my top ten, just to name a few.

No, my second-favorite PAW Patrol character is... Claw!

Seriously, I just love this doberman. In fact, I became a fan before even getting to see him in action in the cartoon. The moment he first popped up in a leaked Rescue Knights image, I quickly fell in love with his design, especially his awesome-looking armor. That, and he was flying around on a huge dragon, which... come on, that's cool. And when I finally got my chance to watch him in an episode? In my opinion, he did not disappoint. For me, he's not only one of the most memorable aspects of Rescue Knights, but of season 8, period.

Naturally, once the subseries came to an end, I kept hoping that, someday, we'd return to it and see him again. Or, if anything, he'd pull a Sid and Arrby and appear in some regular episodes. Sadly, two and a half seasons have gone by since then, and both he and Rescue Knights have been a no show. Despite that, I held on to the hope that he'd eventually pop up in the cartoon again.

Regrettably, I might have to let go of that hope.

Some of you might doubt this information, but Tybsy has provided many accurate leaks and insider info in the past, and he continues to do so. I've learned to trust his words.

It seems that, for some reason, the writers have been told to avoid pitching ideas for episodes based around Rescue Knights. Worse yet, they were told to do the same with Dino Rescue. Not only does this mean there's a slim chance of seeing Claw again, but possibly even Rex, too... another pup who I'd love to see more in the cartoon.

Now, there's a possible reason for them to do this with Rex and Dino Rescue. Given that a few sites have already started listing the third film with the name "The Dino Movie", it's possible it will indeed be quite similar, at least in some way, to Dino Rescue. It may even involve Rex! Currently, we still don't know for sure, but there have been some hints here and there that suggest he might be involved.

EDIT - I forgot there was another leak some time ago involving some file that relates to the third movie, and the metadata specifically mentioned Rex. There's a very, very good chance he'll be in the movie!

And although Tyby jokes, it is possible, however unlikely, that they do want to avoid creating continuity errors with what we've already seen with Dino Rescue. Just look at the errors we got with The Mighty Movie and the season 10 Mighty Pups episodes, most of which still confuse viewers to this day. If I were running things, I'd absolutely tell the team to make sure that DOES NOT happen again...

Rescue Knights, on the other hand? I see no logical reason to avoid it. I have my doubts that Claw or his dragon will appear in a theatrical film, especially before certain other characters (not impossible, but I wouldn't bet money on it), and I'm going to assume we'll never see him in Rubble & Crew or the two Youtube spinoffs, so... what gives? To make matters worse, now that the main TV series has switched to a new style, they'll have to modify or remake Claw's model to match the new designs, and I can't see that being a high priority. Again, not impossible... but it certainly doesn't help his odds.

My hope of seeing Claw again isn't 100% dead or anything, but I can't help but feel pessimistic about his chances. To think, all this time, it never happened because Rescue Knights has been restricted from appearing in future episodes. That's so disappointing, you know? I can only hope that they do indeed have something special planned someday for Claw, or they'll finally lift that restriction on his subseries... but truth be told, I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Well, here's to you, Claw. Even if we don't see you again, you'll always remain my favorite (ex) knight of Barkingburg! Still, here's hoping that we do get to see you again... someday.

You can send more than one idea, but keep it at two pups/two ideas at most per ask, please. What I wanna do here is to doodle simple sketches of a single pup/cat for each artwork, I won't be drawing pairs or groups!

The sketches will vary between traditional (pencil on paper) and digital (probably on my phone), no colors or just a few colors, so I won't take too long on them. Not enough free time does that to a person lol

So today I was so bored in thermodynamics class so I wrote 26 paw patrol Characters in a omegaverse table like split those characters into Alphas, Omegas and Betas.

Then I said oh fuck I forgot Liberty and put her there. But about 5 hours later while I was writing a comment on Tik tok I remembered that I hadn't put Tracker on so I had to edit some things and finally put him on.

And this is the wonderful table that created.

How did I choose them for each category? I don't know, I just did it and that's it. It can serve as an Omegaverse base, you can get twenty thousand Omegaverse ideas out of this one base.

Like you can create Alpha x Omega, Alpha x Beta, Beta x Omega, Alpha x Alpha, Beta x Beta, Omega x Omega etc. There's a lot of possibilities out there and we have to explore them.

If someone likes my character table but likes to make small modifications to it, they can do it but maybe say that they were inspired by me or something.

Zuma’s new claw!

Exciting news! Zuma has been given a claw to his equipment as well! If you wanna count, first Rocky got an extender/longer claw, then Marshall got his own claw in Rocky’s Garage, and now Zuma has gotten his own in ”Pups Save the Chicken Conductor!”

Have to admit, a basic claw in equipment can oftentimes come very handy!😀

Just noticed something. Moby has some qualities that Rocky and Zuma have. Rocky likes inventing stuff and Zuma loves water. Claw also has some qualities that Chase and Marshall have. Chase's focus, determination, and his sneak skills and Marshall's silly and clumsy antics with the cute factor.

I know they're antagonists but would it be funny to think that Moby is like Rocky and Zuma's Child while Claw is like Chase and Marshall's Child?

Dude, we were the ones who turned Moby into a land pup too.

Just watched the first Rescue Knights episode and apparently we have the very first case of a translated character name in the Brazilian dub. Claw got translated to Garra. Direct translation, exact meaning. Idk if I like it but at least it's not something entirely different or ridiculous like what would happen if they tried to translate, let's say, Chase's name XD

I'm just posting it because I remember I had some talk with other followers here about dubs, names and translations. I'll go get ready and leave to work now, last exam day for today's class, here's hoping they'll all do good so I don't have to go there again next Saturday, this whole "I'm sick again, not anymore, oops again, oh not anymore" is driving me crazy 💀

Yesterday I read this fanfic it only had 3 chapter, it was incomplete and it was a Zuma x Chase, i read it on Wattpad and I think it was so good.

But Claw was there too, so it came to my mind "Claw x Chase would be a soo good ship" and yeah maybe you could make it work, they are both Knights after all right?, and the names of both start with C.

It would like C x C, like Z x R is Zuma x Rocky or it could be Rubble or Rex too. But yeah the point is that underrated ships need more appreciation.

Of course I really love Marshall but Rocky x Chase is good, Zuma x Chase, Marshall x Rocky. There's a lot of different options we can choose to innovate.

I know that a lot of people like simple and familiar things but they must also appreciate the underrated ships or new ships.

And like I said we should give Claw x Chase a try, I think they can be a good ship.

Welcome! I'm Ming working on a Petalkit AU titled StarClan's Fallen!

What is StarClan's Fallen?

StarClan’s Fallen is a Warriors AU where Petalkit survives and vows revenge against the Clans. It takes place in both Mapleshade’s Vengeance and The Prophecies Begin. Petalkit is trained and raised in the Dark Forest by Thistleclaw, who corrupts and manipulates her into becoming a bloodthirsty beast. Under his influence, she becomes his prized performer, a killer, and grows into a complete monster, renamed Bloodpetal

All behind Mapleshade’s back.

Thistleclaw, however, doesn’t realize he won’t be able to control her for long. He also fails to consider that Petalkit—now fully grown as Bloodpetal—will assert her own agency and pursue her own ambitions. Ambitions that just so happen to perfectly align with one cat in particular.

The Prologue

After the trauma of nearly drowning, Petalkit survives but is separated from the current that carried her brothers’ dead bodies. RiverClan and Mapleshade believe her to be dead along with them. Unaware of Mapleshade’s rampage, she searches desperately for her mother, determined to stay alive so they can reunite. When she does, Mapleshade is already dead. Devastated, she collapses beside her mother’s body, overwhelmed with grief, and spends the night sleeping against her.

Then, the dark thoughts begin.

In her dreams, Petalkit’s hatred manifests into violent thoughts, hurting those who hurt her but twice as hard. She remembers how Ravenwing and Frecklewish watched her drown. How she reached for them, so close to the edge of the riverbank, begging for help. How Ravenwing pulled his paw away and left while Frecklewish remained, just watching.

Her desire to make them suffer only grows as she attempts to bury her mother. But being a mere kit, she is limited, and frustrated at her inability to do it right. She blames everything on Oakstar, Ravenwing, Frecklewish, and the entire Clan for her pain and loss. And Appledusk, her so-called father who never came for her or her mother. Who left them to die. What’s worse is that she looks like him. She resents that.

Now she has faces to imagine tearing open and other, disturbingly explicit acts no kit should have. Consumed by hatred, her rage calls to the Dark Forest, back when it was ancient and more barren.

At the exact same time, Mapleshade, now a vengeful spirit, thinks of her kits. When Petalkit’s face appears in her mind, she unknowingly creates a connection between them through the Dark Forest. Without meaning to, she summons Petalkit into the Dark Forest, but on the farthest edge, completely opposite of where she is and separated by an expansive, dark lake. Completely oblivious of eachother.

Still filled with savage, merciless thoughts, Petalkit wanders around. She swears to herself that she will never feel fear again. She will become fear. That is what she wants to be when she grows up.

During her exploration, she accidentally falls into the Dark Lake. Terrified of almost drowning again, Petalkit desperately swims to the surface.

What she does not realize is that time moves slowly in the water. The reason cats who vanish into the lake are said to never be seen again, is not because they drown. It is because they emerge forward in time. When Petalkit surfaces, she is surprised to find herself no longer in the Dark Forest and that her claws have turned obsidian black, gleaming like polished stone.

At that moment, a ThunderClan patrol approaches. Petalkit hides as the warriors stumble upon Thistleclaw’s dead body. Among them is Tigerclaw, a newly made warrior, still young and stunned to find his mentor dead.Petalkit flees, slowly realizing something is wrong. When she discovers her mother’s body is no longer where she left it, and the entire landscape has changed, she panics and returns to the Dark Forest. There, she seeks refuge and claims a spot of her own, determined to stay far from Clan cats. However, she is discovered by Thistleclaw, now a new resident of the Dark Forest.

She immediately spits at him to get out of her territory, refusing to let another cat take anything from her. She boldly attacks, tiny jaws clamping down on his throat. Despite her little teeth having no effect on him, her intent is unquestionable. This catches Thistleclaw’s interest. Deeply amused, he watches the furious kit spewing death threats, hissing that when she is big and scary, she will kill him. She meant every word. She wants to know how to kill. 

Now free from the scrutiny of his living Clanmates, Thistleclaw sees an opportunity he cannot refuse. An apprentice he can train without restraint, exactly the way he wants. Taking her under his wing, he promises to shape her into what she claims she wants to be. 

The most terrifying cat the forest has ever seen.

It does not take long for Thistleclaw to piece together who Petalkit is, despite his initial misgivings. This only deepens his interest. He realizes he can mold Mapleshade’s daughter into his legacy and make her loyal to him. Driven by ambition, he keeps Petalkit hidden from Mapleshade and isolates her from any influence but his own. Petalkit will be his greatest creation, convinced he will rise above Mapleshade and turn her own daughter against her mother.

Guiding her to survive as a rogue on her own during her waking hours and forging her into a killer when she dreams, Thistleclaw fuels her hatred, indoctrinating her with his ideologies that the world is kill or be killed. To take what is hers. As Petalkit grows, her coat begins to darken. As if mirroring her utter rejection and disdain for her father, she sheds any resemblance to him, taking after Mapleshade instead. Sharing her mother’s vengeful and relentless nature, she excels in Thistleclaw’s training. So much so that as Petalpaw, Thistleclaw turns her into his personal, undefeated champion. She no longer just kills. She performs. She becomes Bloodpetal. Every cat is prey to her.

However, training her is not as easy as he imagined. Petalkit is far from an eager, obedient apprentice like Tigerpaw was. She is bold, defiant, sharp-tongued, fearless, and far too clever for her own good. He was not prepared for her abundance of sass.

This is going to be more challenging than he thought…

This is where our story truly begins.

And there we have it! I will be sharing more about the story, plot and lore in future posts. For now, here is the basic summary and prologue's plot. Above is a song I imagine being the overall themesong.

My intent is to tell this story through multimedia. The primary, ambitious goal is to create a series of mainly PMVs, with some written scenes or lore accompanied with pictures or possibly comic pages. Currently I'm working on on my first PMV that will cover this prologue! The song to the PMV will be MONSTER by Chandler Leighton. Wish me luck! I never made a PMV before!
