What is the suitability of the gallery space?

The suitability of the gallery space is very good. It has plenty of space to show Marzaroli selected work.

How is the exhibition laid out? How has the work been mounted?

The laid out of the exhibition are digital copies from negatives printed digitally. Most of the exhibited photography are mounted on black frames over the gallery walls although they decided to also print some of the contact sheets on vinyl directly sticked to the nude wall.  

Is this appropriate for the work?

In my opinion this work is one of my favourite ever, it is a great document portrait of Glasgow society. absolute lovely and intriguing. 

Who made the work? The works artificer is Oscar Marzaroli, (1933 – August 26, 1988) was an Italian-born Scottish photographer of post-World War II urban Scotland. He was born in Castiglione Vara in northwest Italy and came to Scotland with his family at the age of two. But His daughter made the selection.

Who did they make it for, who is the audience? Audience is the public, anybody passing through interested in art photography and Scott heritage.

How does it make you feel? It make me feel very emotional. it is a tender work, very gentle and caring and also fun and melancholic at the same time.

If the work has a title does it make you think about the image/s differently? not realy.

How would I describe it to someone later? It is a photographic exhibition of iconic images of Glasgow city and their habitant's on the 60S.

Does the photograph make you want to ask questions, what are these questions? Yes, what kind of life do they have in the 60S? what do they do in that time?

Is the photograph valuable? Very much so. How do you know? Historic value and economic and also sentimental.It is a very large work and it is realised on his quality and materials.

Is the work for sale and who might buy it? Yes it is. Some one ho has the money, the taste and the space for it, o maybe as a present.

What information is available about the artist/s? Bio, life and work.

Who organised the exhibition and who selected the work? Oscar daughter and the galerists.

Hey tumblr so I need your help! My school always had one of those “Read Across America” maps with young adult novels or romances or whatever (evidently, I’m American) but I’ve never seen anything comparable for wlw. I’ve tried to rely on my memory and on other people’s recs but I’m only (exactly) halfway through. Any suggestions to fill in these missing states? La cultura del encuentro vuelve a la Provincia de  Buenos Aires.

ReCreo es el programa de turismo y cultura lanzado por el Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires, que desde el 28 de enero propone más de 100 actividades libres y gratuitas, para toda la familia. En esta primera etapa, las propuestas se desplegarán en más de 30 municipios de toda la Provincia, incluyendo la costa atlántica.

Entre las actividades programadas habrá recitales, patios de baile, talleres para chicos, armado de barriletes gigantes, juegos digitales, charlas con autores junto al mar, fogones con leyendas de la música popular, yoga y zumba en la playa, DJ’s, exposiciones, lecturas con reconocidos autores bonaerenses y cine móvil, entre otras. Algunos de los artistas y autores destacados que participarán son: Chango Spasiuk, Darío Sztajnszrajber, Lidia Borda, Luciana Peker, Liliana Herrero, Rep, Peteco Carabajal, Carolina Peleritti, Bruno Arias, Paula Maffia, Lucy Patané, Pablo Dacal y 107 Faunos, y muchos más.

Las primeras actividades tendrán lugar en las estaciones de recreación de la costa atlántica, una en el balneario La Perla 5 de Mar del Plata (Necochea y Boulevard Marítimo) y otra en Santa Teresita, en el Parador del Municipio de la Costa.

A partir del primer fin de semana de febrero, se sumarán otras localidades como Gral. Paz, Gral. Guido, Benito Juárez, Salto, Pehuajó, Luján e Hipólito Irigoyen, donde habrá fogones con grandes artistas de la música popular. Además, el Cinemóvil llegará a diferentes localidades de toda la Provincia, como Cnel. Pringles, Baradero, Ramallo, Saladillo, 9 de Julio, entre muchos más. Un camión escenario recorrerá, también, las calles y plazas del conurbano con recitales que serán una verdadera celebración a cielo abierto.  

ESTACIONES DE RECREACIÓN: Paradores en las playas de la costa atlántica

Mar del Plata (Balneario La Perla 5, Boulevard Marítimo y Necochea) y Santa Teresita (Parador La Costa, Av. Costanera 710-798)

Actividades durante el día: patios de baile, armado de barriletes gigantes, karaoke frente a las olas, construcciones colectivas de castillos de arena, juegos digitales, yoga y zumba, entre otras.

Actividades al atardecer: es la hora de la música, la palabra y la celebración. Filósofos, actrices, periodistas y otras personalidades nos acompañarán para pensar juntos diferentes tópicos. Al final del día será el turno de la música y el baile, con artistas en vivo.

4 FECHA MOTOCROSS HUEHUETENANGO 2018

BATALLA ENTRE JOSE MAZARIEGOS # 8 Y ALESSANDRO AGUILAR # 27.

La cuarta fecha del Campeonato Nacional de Motocross 2018, se llevo a cabo en  Huehuetenango, en la pista Lorenzo el día sábado 12 y domingo 13 de Mayo, con más de 125 pilotos en las diferentes categorías, así como la Enduristas de Huehuetenango.

El clima para esta  fecha se mantuvo bastante bien, el día viernes durante la noche y sábado en la madrugada llovió mucho lo que ayudo con mantener la pista en optimas condiciones para los primeros hits de carrera, para el día domingo la lluvia no se hizo presente pero la pista se mantuvo en muy buenas condiciones hasta los últimos hits de carrera donde el polvo si se hizo un poco presente pero se le realizo un riego a varios sectores del circuito durante el día.

PREMIACION y AMIGOS

Marco Carranza el piloto Salvadoreño una vez mas hace de las suyas llevándose la victoria en ambos hits de carrera, sin problema alguno, sin embargo no conto con la mejor de las suertes y lamentablemente para el primer hit de competencia sali�� sin trasponder por lo cual a pesar de haberse llevado la bandera a cuadros no acumulo ningún punto, ya que nunca marco alguna vuelta, obteniendo 0 puntos en el hit. Carranza para el segundo hit nuevamente se lleva la victoria y suma 25 puntos para el campeonato, pero no los suficientes para subir al pódium de ganadores. Valentino Gallardo por otra lado gana la fecha después de obtener un primer lugar y la segunda posición el día domingo de carreras, subiendo a lo más alto del pódium de ganadores. Gallardo se mantuvo en un muy buen ritmo de carrera, y realizo excelentes hits de competencia, seguido de  Javier López en la segunda casilla y Joseph Reyes quien después de una muy buena recuperación obtiene un lugar en el pódium al final de la fecha.

Adrian Martínez también hizo de las suyas en la categoría 50cc B, al dominar a la perfección sus dos hits de competencia si problema alguno, celebrando al pasar por la bandera a cuadros levantando su mano en señal de victoria. Nicolás Guzmán se queda con las segunda casilla en esta ocasión después de haber peleado el puesto por varias vueltas. El piloto quien ha estado peleando el tercer pues Javier Vanegas se ausento para esta cuarta fecha.

Un fin de semana impecable para Manolo Diéguez en la categoría 65cc con un alto nivel de manejo en el circuito. Diéguez supero a todos sus rivales de la categoría A sin problema alguno, sacándole una muy buena ventaja a los demás participantes de la categoría, a pesar de que se cayó en una ocasión perdiendo valiosos segundos. La segunda casilla fue para Marco Castillo quien manejo muy bien con un excelente ritmo de carrera, siendo esta la pista donde Castillo entrena regularmente. La tercera casilla fue para Marcelita Melgar quien a pesar de haber llegado lastimada de su codo, logro concluir ambas carreras y subir al pódium en el tercer puesto.

Adrian Méndez logra llevarse la victoria en ambos hits de la categoría 65cc B, seguido del salvadoreño Boris Flores quien le ofreció una fuerte pelea por la posición en ambos hits del día domingo, sin lograr superar a su rival a pesar de mantenerse muy cerca de él durante toda la competencia. La tercera casilla fue para Mauricio Castañeda quedando a un punto de logra obtener el segundo puesto de la fecha contra Flores.

El piloto Huehueteco Kevin Villatoro sale victorioso en esta 4 fecha en la categoría 85cc Juvenil A, al llevarse la victoria sobre su mayor rival Yosman Méndez el actual líder del Campeonato, Villatoro y Méndez pelearon en ambas ocasiones la posición pero fue Kevin quien logro llevarse la victoria y sumar tres puntos más en esta fecha que su rival. La tercera casilla la ocupo el piloto Mexicano, Luis Martínez quien vino a participar en esta fecha del campeonato junto a mas pilotos de su país. Martínez peleo también los primeros puestos logrando al final del día un lugar en el pódium.

Javier Reyes con una excelente participación en esta fecha del campeonato, al llevarse la victoria en ambos hits de carrera de la categoría 85cc Juvenil B. Reyes para el hit clasificatorio sufrió problemas en la salida quedándose prácticamente de ultimo, pero logro una excelente recuperación hasta el segundo puesto, el día domingo domino perfectamente ambos hits llevándose la victoria sin rival alguno. Paulo Ixtacuy con una excelente participación logra el segundo puesto de la categoría, después de pelear la posición contra Oseas Cortez quien el día sábado no logro clasificar por problemas con su moto pero el día domingo dejo todo dentro del circuito y se queda con el tercer puesto.

José Morales imparable con un excelente nivel de manejo en la 85cc Mini A dominando la categoría al llevarse la victoria sin problema alguno en los tres hits de carrera, así como las primera posición en la general  siendo el piloto mas rápido de la 85cc dentro del circuito.  José Morales sigue en camino a una temporada perfecta sin rival alguno dentro de las pistas. La segunda posición fue para Javier Morales quien manejo muy bien ambos hits de carrera, defendiendo muy bien el segundo puesto en ambos hits de competencia, seguido de Nicole Acevedo quien logra obtener el tercer puesto de esta fecha con muy buenos resultados en la tabla general.

La pelea por la victoria en la categoría 85cc Mini B, fue entre Julián Gándara y Luis Lazo. Estos dos pilotos pelearon la posición en todos los hits de carrera, alternando la victoria en cada hit. Julián y Luis para el hit clasificatorio entraron juntos a la línea de meta, siendo Lazo quien obtuvo la victoria y quien gano también el primer hit de carrera, para el segundo fue Julián quien se llevo la victoria después de una emocionante batalla. Al final del día Luis Lazo se lleva la victoria subiendo a lo más alto de el pódium de ganadores con un punto sobre Gándara quien ocupo la segunda posición, seguido de Brithany Monterroso en el tercer puesto de ganadores.

Categoría Junior A, y una de las más fuertes batallas entre dos excelente pilotos de la modalidad. La pelea entre Alessandro Aguilar y José Mazariegos quienes dejan todo dentro de la pista para la victoria. Aguilar y Mazariegos ganaron un hit cada uno, siendo José quien logra la victoria en el segundo hit con una notable ventaja sobre Alessandro y con este resultado gana la fecha al empatar a su rival, a pesar de que ambos sumaron la misma cantidad de puntos. Estos pilotos en varias ocasiones del primer hit intercambiaron posiciones incluso toparon varias veces.  La tercera posición fue para Kevin Villatoro con una muy buena participación en ambos hits de carrera.

Paulo Ixtacuy logra llevarse la victoria en ambos hits de carrera de esta fecha, con una muy buena participación, Ixtacuy fue seguido muy de cerca por Carlos Castillo y Alexander Morales en ambos hits, siendo Morales quien logra el segundo puesto al finalizar la fecha. El tercer puesto fue para María José Arevalo  quien logro obtener el tercer puesto en ambos hit de carrera, empatando a Castillo y Morales en puntos, ya que todos sumaron 40 puntos en esta fecha, y Ixtacuy 50 puntos pues gano ambos hits.

Paula Barrientos la participante femenina más rápida del motocross hace una vez mas de las suyas y se lleva la victoria en el fin de semana, con un muy buen desempeño dentro de la pista  llevándose la victoria en ambos hits de carrera.  La segunda casilla fue para María José Arévalo con una muy buena participación mientras que Addry De Dios se lleva el tercer puesto, ganándole la posición a Paola Lorenzana quien lucho muy bien por el puesto en el primer hit sin oportunidad quedándose fuera del pódium.

Roberto Castro nos comenta "Esta fecha es mi favorita del campeonato, me gusta mucho la pista y me la disfruto".

El piloto Roberto Castro de Costa Rica, se lleva la victoria sin problema alguno en ambos hits de la categoría MX 2 A. Castro a pesar de no contar con la mejor de las suertes en la salida del primer hit de día domingo y quedarse en la ultima posición, demostró porque es el piloto mas rápido al tener una excelente recuperación y para la tercer vuelta de carrera ya ir al frente liderando la competencia. Emocionante batalla la que se vivió en el hit clasificatorio entre Tomas Ángel "Pette" Castillo y Luis Pablo Barrientos, ambos pilotos dejaron todo dentro del circuito siendo Barrientos quien salió al frentes seguido por Castillo quien quería la posición, durante varias vueltas se mantuvieron las posiciones de esta manera pero vueltas más tarde Castillo se apodero de la posición y saco un poco de ventaja. Barrientos nos conforme agarro su segundo aire y nuevamente paso a su rival para mantenerse al frente por un par de vueltas mas ya que faltando una vuelta de clasificación Castillo se coloco nuevamente al frente para llevarse la bandera a cuadros. El primer hit de carrera del día domingo lo gano Roberto Castro seguido de Castillo y Barrientos en el tercer puesto, después de una emocionante batalla que también tenía a Tony Martínez como protagonista pero perdió valiosas posiciones ocupando el cuarto lugar. El segundo hit nuevamente fue Castro quien salió victorioso seguido de Tony Martínez en la segunda posición quien tiene una excelente recuperación después de perder posiciones en el primer hit y Barrientos se quede con el tercer puesto de este hit. Al final del día Castillo logra el segundo lugar seguido de Barrientos quienes suben al pódium de ganadores junto a Roberto Castro.

Una vez más la rivalidad entre José Mazariegos y Alessandro Aguilar se hizo presente en la MX 2 B. Aguilar se lleva la victoria en el hit clasificatorio y en ambos hits de carrera del día domingo sin problema alguno. Mazariegos su mayor rival le dio una dura batalla en el hit clasificatorio y en el primero del día domingo, pero lamentablemente en el segundo hit José sufrió una caída que lo dejo fuera de la carrera, perdiendo valiosos puntos para el campeonato tan reñido que estos dos pilotos tienen. La segunda posición al final del día fue para el piloto Mexicano Luis Constantino quien realizo unos excelentes hits de competencia, seguido en el tercer puesto por Rodrigo Morales quien sufrió una caída en su hit clasificatorio pero logra una excelente recuperación sumando valiosos puntos.

El piloto de Chiquimula, Carlos Aquino se lleva la victoria en ambos hits de carrera del día domingo,  Aquino a pesar de no tener buenas salidas en ambas ocasiones logra una excelente recuperación remontando hasta el primer puesto llevándose la bandera a cuadros. La segunda casilla fue para José Carlos Villeda quien también dio una dura batalla por los primeros puestos pero no conto con la mejor de las suertes el día sábado en su clasificación después de pinchar una llanta y perder valiosas posiciones. El tercer puesto al final del día fue para André González el piloto ganador del hit clasificatorio, González para el día domingo peleo los primeros puesto contra Villeda, Aquino, Edlin Feliciano y Cesar Robles quienes también ofrecieron una dura batalla por los primeros puestos.

Roberto Castro una vez mas hace de las suyas esta vez en la categoría MX 1 A, seguido de Juan Martínez quien en el segundo hit se queda en la ultima posición después de un error en la salida pero logra una excelente recuperación hasta el segundo puesto sin problema alguno en las primeras vueltas de carrera. Jorge Álvarez logra llevarse la tercera casilla en ambos hits de carrera con un muy buen ritmo de carrera peleando la posición contra Rolando Castillo, piloto de Huehuetenango.

El piloto Danny Rojas hace de las suyas en la categoría MX 1 B, al llevarse la victoria al final del día de esta 4  fecha. La segunda casilla fue para Sebastián Rivera Cabeza  después de pelear en ambos hits la posición contra Rojas. El tercer puesto fue para Tyron Cordón con una excelente participación en esta fecha y pelear la posición contra Cesar Bressani y Gabriel Marroquín por el tercer puesto.

José Flores se lleva la victoria de la categoría MX 1 C en ambos hits de carrera, seguido de Edgar Calderón en ambas ocasiones con una muy buen desempeño abordo de su moto # 36. Pablo Arreaga al final del día se queda con el tercer puesto.

Dominio total para el piloto del área Carlos Mazariegos en la categoría Veteranos A, Mazariegos desde el inicio de los dos hits de la categoría se coloco al frente para nunca más volver a ver para atrás hasta llevarse la victoria, seguido de Danny Rojas quien se coloco en la segunda casilla en ambos hits de la fecha también con una muy buena participación y siendo el rival más fuerte para Mazariegos. El piloto Tyron Cordón, se lleva el tercer puesto de esta categoría con una muy buena participación y una fuerte batalla una vez más contra Gabriel Marroquín.

Hans Muller se lleva la victoria de la categoría Veteranos B en ambos hits de carrera, siendo uno de los pilotos más fuertes y rápidos del hit. El segundo puesto fue para Luis Gonzalo Ortega mientras que el piloto huehueteco Rudy Castillo se coloca en el tercer puesto después de no participar en el primer hit de carreras.

Before the school year 2017-2018 started, the PLM Psychological Society appointed new sets of officers for the said school year. The application of candidacy and the interview of applicants happened last march 2017.  The applicants for each position were interviewed by the outgoing PLM PsySoc Officers.

    La lista definitiva fue aprobada mediante resolución

032-17 del Consejo Directivo del órgano regulador

  El Consejo Directivo del Instituto Dominicano de las Telecomunicaciones (Indotel) aprobó la lista definitiva de 45 nuevos miembros de los Cuerpos Colegiados, de unas 145 solicitudes de profesionales interesados en integrar el equipo de personas elegibles para conformar dicho organismo.

Los seleccionados fueron juramentados durante un solemne acto celebrado en el Centro Cultural de las Telecomunicaciones Ing. Álvaro Nadal Pastor (CCT-Indotel), de la Ciudad Colonial.

La actividad estuvo encabezada por el presidente del Consejo Directivo del Indotel, José Del Castillo Saviñón; los consejeros Nelson Guillén Bello e Yván Rodríguez, y la directora ejecutiva y secretaria del Consejo, Katrina Naut, así como invitados especiales, gerentes y demás funcionarios del órgano regulador.

Al intervenir en la actividad, Del Castillo Saviñón manifestó que con esta juramentación el Indotel completa un cuerpo multidisciplinario con 45 integrantes que darán agilidad a los procesos de reclamos de los usuarios y las empresas prestadoras.

“Además-anotó el funcionario- garantizaremos por la experticia de ustedes que sean procesos bien ponderados, bien decididos, ya sean en favor de un usuario o en favor de las empresas prestadoras de servicios de telecomunicaciones”.

Señaló que los Cuerpos Colegiados apenas tenían cinco miembros disponibles para solucionar las controversias entre usuarios y prestadoras, lo que dijo dio lugar a un cúmulo de trabajo que aumentaba con la cantidad de expedientes que llegan día a día al Indotel, generando “una situación que afectó tanto a usuarios como a prestadores”.

“Cuando llegamos al Indotel había más de mil casos pendientes en el Centro de Atención al Usuario y un grupo importante de expedientes también por ser conocidos por los Cuerpos Colegiados”, enfatizó Del Castillo Saviñón, precisando, asimismo, que desde que llegó a la institución reguladora se dispuso resolver la situación existente en dicho organismo.

“Nos abocamos a resolver esa situación, no se convocaba este proceso –de actualización de los miembros de los Cueros Colegiados- desde el año 2012, es decir, que pasaron cuatro años para poder renovar esta lista”, insistió.

Destacó que “ya hoy en día completamos un cuerpo multidisciplinario de 45 integrantes que fueron juramentados para dar agilidad a los trabajos del citado organismo.

Del Castillo Saviñón invitó a los profesionales juramentados “a ejercer esta labor en el marco de la Ley 153-98, en el marco del reglamento orgánico y funcional de los cuerpos colegiados”.

Los exhortó igualmente a “asumir estos compromisos apegados al debido proceso y que sus decisiones sean adoptadas en apego a los principios que rigen nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, la imparcialidad, la equidad y la tutela administrativa”.

“En nombre del Consejo Directivo del Indotel y en nombre del mercado al cual ustedes van a servir como integrantes de los Cuerpos Colegiados, tanto consumidores como prestadores, nuestro más profundo agradecimiento”, subrayó el presidente del Indotel.

¿Qué son los Cuerpos Colegiados?

Los Cuerpos Colegiados son una especie de tribunal que establece mecanismos de solución de controversias y protección, al que acuden los consumidores de servicios públicos de telecomunicaciones en caso de surgir inconvenientes con su prestadora.

La selección definitiva de los expertos que integrarán los Cuerpos Colegiados está contenida en la resolución número 032-17 del Consejo Directivo, la cual modifica la composición de la lista de miembros elegibles para conformar dicho organismo, dependencia de la Gerencia de Protección al Usuario.

En uno de los considerando, la resolución destaca que esta elección de profesionales se logró “luego de una extensa evaluación” por parte del Consejo Directivo del Indotel, conforme a perfiles de las personas interesadas y que aplicaron para pertenecer a la Lista de Elegibles.

Establece que esta escogencia se realizó bajo los criterios establecidos en la Ley General de Telecomunicaciones número 153-98 y el Reglamento de Solución de Controversias entre los Usuarios y las Prestadoras de Servicios Públicos de Telecomunicaciones.

En tal sentido, el Consejo Directivo tomó en cuenta una serie de juicios que están directamente relacionados con las tareas que desempeñan los miembros de los Cuerpos Colegiados, basados en la experiencia y conocimientos del sector, así como su conducta, competencias y habilidades.

25 abogados, 10 ingenieros y 10 licenciados

Entre los seleccionados, se destacan 25 abogados; 10 ingenieros electromecánicos, electrónico en Comunicaciones, Industrial, Civil con especialización en Estructuras y Edificaciones, Sistemas y Computación, Telemática, Mecánico Electricista y Sistemas o Informática con especialidad en redes de telecomunicaciones; y 10 licenciados en Mercadotecnia, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ciencias Políticas, Informática y Contabilidad.

Entre los abogados se señalan a Alejandro Miguel Ramírez, Ana Carolina Blanco Haché, Andrés Enmanuel Astacio Polanco, Calina Figuereo de Núñez, Carlos Romero Polanco, Crhistian E. Esquea, Daniel Eduardo Jiménez Sánchez, David La Hoz Vásquez, Elda Elizabeth Rodríguez Clase, Germinal Muñoz Grillo, Hernando de Jesús Hernández Aristy, Jocelyn Castillo Selig y Jorge Alejandro Herasme Rivas.

También, Juan Francisco Puello Herrera, Karina Elmúdesi Feris, Lucas Alberto Guzmán López, Luis Alejandro Peña Núñez, Marcos L. Aquino Pimentel, Patricia C. La ceremonia de juramentación de los nuevos miembros de los Cuerpos Colegiados tuvo lugar durante un acto en la Sala Arturo Rodríguez del CCT-Indotel, durante el cual el presidente del Indotel, José Del Castillo Saviñón, juramentó a los 45 profesionales elegidos para integrar el organismo de solución de controversias.
