SANDERSTOBER IS HERE! Once again, my friends and I are creating art prompts for you all to try your hand at for every day of this month, if you'd like! Try one, try some, try all! If you miss a day but still want to do a prompt from a day you missed, please go ahead! This is all just for fun. If you'd like to share your creations, you can use #Sanderstober2024. I'd love to see! Hope you enjoy them! 🍁

October 1: Always gotta start out this day with the traditional prompt! take a character from media or OC and draw how they look on September 30th vs. how they look on October 1st!

October 2: Create a sheet ghost, but featuring the pattern of a sheet/blanket you own or maybe used to own when you were younger. - This idea came from my friend, Andrea!

October 3: A quick Google search of “keyblade designs” (the weapon from Kingdom Hearts) would show you how the weapon changes based off the property the character goes to! Design a keyblade based around any piece of media, as if the main character from Kingdom Hearts traveled there… - This idea came from my friend, Rene!

October 4: There’s a lot of fast food and cereal mascots out there… I think you know where I’m going with this. Take any of those mascots and turn them into a MONSTER or KILLER.

October 5: This one’s a play off a prompt from last year AND it’s a writing prompt! Take any famous character from a horror film, and create a nursery rhyme about them. You can make it completely innocent, or, like many nursery rhymes, remain dark but disguised in pretty language.

October 6: Take your favorite animal… and dress it as your dream profession. - This idea came from my friend, Talyn!

October 7: Take one of your favorite movies and reimagine if it had been marketed as a different genre (e.g. Hellraiser as a family comedy, Goodfellas as a romance, etc.) - This idea came from my friend, Joan!

October 8: Turning things into Pokemon tends to be a favorite prompt of mine, and this year, the category is… fast food! Take any fast food of your choice, create a Pokemon, and name it!

October 9: Take any foreign animation cartoon and draw them in the style of a western animation! - This idea from my friend, Dominic!

October 10: Definitely a sucker for fall fashion and aesthetic, so take any character or group of characters from one of your favorite pieces of content and give them a fall aesthetic makeover.

October 11: Crows collect shiny things… what things might the nest of a crow contain from one of your favorite fictional universes? - This idea came from my friend, Lev!

October 12: Take any color and ONLY use that color in order to depict a Halloween, horror movie, or fall scene.

October 13: A very expressionistic vibe for this prompt: draw the aura which you hope to be walking in during fall or Halloween. - This idea came from my friend, Valerie!

October 14: There’s LOTS of new words and sayings out there (skibidi, rizz, Ohio, ick, etc.). Google some, you’ll learn a couple new ones. I want you to create a Halloween monster/creature/cryptid based off one of these new words, as if they were the names of the creatures themself (Oh my gosh… it’s the legendary Los Angeles Ick…)

October 15: Sure, people are scared of Halloween monsters… but are there things that would be scary to those monsters? Get creative and depict some things/scenarios that would be terrifying to a typical Halloween creature! - This idea came from my friend, Jackie!

October 16: Those new horror-fied versions of fast food/cereal monsters from October 4 need weapons… take a meal or the cereal from the brand you got your mascot from, and create a weapon inspired by it!

October 17: There has been lots of theorizing in the fields of science on how the human body may evolve in order to either perform modern tasks better or survive… SO, imagine up a human evolution that has adapted to survive some environment (fire, spider bites, rejection), or one that has adapted to perform a certain task (tennis, gaming, folding clothes). - This idea comes from my friend, Joan!

October 18: So, Toy Story 5 has been announced… draw the next toy that’s gonna be introduced as a character in it.

October 19: Returning to an annual favorite of mine… take any character(s) from a piece of media and depict them in the style of a Tim Burton character.

October 20: As a play off of Dominic’s suggestion from an earlier day, take any western animation’s characters and depict them in the style of a foreign animation!

October 21: Taking inspiration from the movie, Hocus Pocus, take any character from a piece of media and depict them riding what *they* would probably bewitch into a broomstick if they had to in a pinch!

October 22: They’re giving your favorite background character a spin-off series. What does the poster for it look like? - This idea is from my friend, Dominic!

October 23: Ok… that monster/killer mascot you made on October 4th? The movie has to have a setting. Maybe an appropriate building? Maybe an entire town… Depict that setting…

October24: Take a character from your favorite movie/tv show and depict them as if they were a character in a fighting game like Smash Bros. or Street Fighter! What does their special/ultimate move look like? - This idea came from my friend, David!

October 25: Take any fun/special memory from your life and create a children’s book cover inspired by it. - This idea came from my friend, Stephanie!

October 26: Take your favorite classic Halloween monster and use them as inspiration for a new species of insect… - This idea came from my friend, Dahlia!

October 27: This feels like a classic for any time of year: take any favorite piece of media and cast the Sanders Sides in it.

October 28: [Any of your favorite pieces of media] … and Zombies

October 29: Think of a very important key object from one of your favorite movies or tv shows that the protagonist(s) finds. Now imagine they never stumbled upon it. What would it look like 100 years later? What else may have happened to it if the protagonist never found it? - This idea came from my friend, Chantz!

October 30: Now… we combine the ideas together to make the ultimate new Halloween villain! Take your creations from October 4th, 8th, 16th, and 23rd, and place them all together to create a scene of them terrorizing the main protagonists!

October 31: And, as a classic end-of-the-month tradition, today’s prompt is about celebrating the reason for the season, Halloween! Imagine if Halloween was like New Year’s Eve for Halloween creatures/characters. What would they look like, dressed all fancy for the occasion and celebrating?

1- When did you start playing Choices? What was the first book you played?

Christmas 2017, I was scrolling FB and saw an ad for Choices featuring The Royal Romance Book 1. I downloaded the app and started reading TRR right away.

2- When and why did you join Choices fandom?

I was hooked on that series and was waiting for a new chapter to release. I was desperate for more and my sister suggested that I try searching Tumblr for fanfiction in 2021.

3- How did you pick your blog name?

Liam was my LI, so I joined his name with mine!

4- Pull up the first post in your archive, and tell us about it!

My very first post was the masterlist to @ao719's series ‘The Invitation’. I found her treasure trove of Liam Rys/TRR stories very quickly! I couldn't get enough!

5- Do you write fanfiction, create fan art, or are you one of those really gifted people who do both?

I write fanfiction. I wish I could draw…the best I can do is create moodboards.

6- How long have you been creating for Choices and for any other fandoms?

I started writing my own stories for Choices pretty much at the same time I found the app. Publishing those stories started with prompting and encouragement from Anitah [@ao719] & Emmy [@txemrn]. I posted my first on October 28, 2022, ‘October Weekend Retreat’. I have also written for ‘Game of Thrones’, ‘Twilight’ & ‘The X-files’. These stories are all published on AO3 with other pseudonyms

7- What is your favorite Choices book, and what is your favorite Choices book to create for?

My favorite book(s) to read and create for: The Royal Romance Series. Favorite = book 3

8- Share your first Choices fanfic or fan art that you posted with us. Do you still like it, or would you change it if you were creating it today?

I do still like it! The changes I would make…I would add more ‘Would You Rather’ questions and dialogue.😁

9- What is your favorite piece of fiction or art that you created?

My favorite: ‘All is Fair in Love & War’ …and I won an art commission (my center pic) for it from CFWC, by ArtbyAinna (IG).

10- Do you have a fic/art that you didn’t expect to be well received, but it was? What about one you expected to do well but found it could use a little more love?

I am always honoured whenever anyone takes the time to read, comment, or share my stories!🥰

11- If you could write only angst, fluff, or smut for the rest of your writing life, which would it be and why?

Definitely angst❣️ I love writing/drama about a group of characters in a series with various sub plots and relationships over time.

12 - Do you ever recognize yourself in any of your MCs or in your writing?

Yes! My OC Sophie Taylor from Marabelle.

13 - What element of writing/art do you struggle with most?

Writing…Definitely 😏 smut! ….but practice makes perfect, right!? 😉

14 - Do you have any neglected work you really want to finish?

Oh geez, so much!? My one drive is well stocked! 😂

15 - If someone you know in real life (who isn’t involved in fandoms) asked to see your work, would you let them? If yes, what would you show them first?

Yes! My sister. No, not necessarily…I know she reads AO3, cuz she posts there too!

16 - Are there any writers (published authors and/or fanfic writers) who influenced your writing? Are there any writers that influence you?

Anitah @ao719, my fellow Liam stan definitely inspired me to write TRR stories here on Tumblr. She is a phenomenal writer!💖

17- Which one of your stories would you most like to see as a movie/series?

Marabelle …it's still a W.I.P. right now and I have so much story to tell!

18- Do you write original fiction or create non-fandom art?

I have started a framework for a novel and have created storyboards for it.

19- What other hobbies do you have?

I love horses and am learning dressage. Reading, writing, politics.

20: BONUS - tell us anything you’d like (if you want to)

I adore royalty in real life and follow news on William & Kate. They toured Canada in 2016. I was in Victoria, BC on vacation when they were here, but I couldn't get anywhere near that area of the city. 🤷‍♀️

regarding romance involving your characters, im aware you've talked about how you likely wont engage in making content surrounding that topic (WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY FINE obviously), but do you mind if others do? i personally find a lot of enjoyment in those kinds of scenarios and itd be good to know if thats something you're fine with when it comes to your own creations. (im sure you get enough asks about romance already, apologies!!)

and related to this, are there any strict boundaries or hard lines youd prefer not to be crossed when it comes to fan content of them? even anything that just makes you uncomfortable; if youre alright with sharing, that is <:-} i would really like to know just to be certain

Hi there! This is a very kind and conscientious message; thank you for that. ^^

Short answer: sure, I don't mind if people want to make romantic-themed art or writing with my characters. It's flattering!

I don't really have much in the way of hard limits when it comes to depictions of my characters (not counting nsfw/kink art, where I'm also pretty permissive but want to be communicated with in advance), but here are some personal boundaries when it comes to how people treat me, the human:

My characters aren't able to be "claimed" by people for exclusive shipping purposes (either with other characters or for self-shipping). When people get jealous of either other people who want to ship themselves or their characters with mine, or jealous of the characters' in-story love interests, it creates a highly uncomfortable situation for me.

I'm happy for people to enjoy their romantic fantasies with my characters, but I am not included in that bargain. Liking my character does not mean one knows or is in any kind of relationship with me, platonic or otherwise (especially not otherwise).

Likewise, I probably won't reciprocate a lot of self-shipping or Your OCxMy OC type stuff. Of course I'll comment and appreciate the effort and the expression of being interested in my silly stories! But I won't necessarily make a lot of ship art in return or trade head-canons or what have you (again, I just am not super into shipping and I have my own story stuff I already don't have time to draw orz).

My characters aren't made to be boyfriend material. I also have not drawn/written/shown every part of their awful personalities or actions. In the future, I might reveal something about them that makes them unappealing or unsexy. People can ignore the unpleasant qualities I give my characters in their fantasies/fics, but I won't change how I write or draw the character to make them better suited to someone's tastes (yes this is something people have asked me to do).

I feel like stating some of these things makes me look a bit neurotic, like "oh come on, that's not going to happen," but unfortunately all of these things have happened to me before when people got, I guess, a liiiittle too romantically invested in my characters.

So really, I don't have many boundaries in the way of content. Go forth and write or draw or just imagine what pleases you (general you). Write them getting married, having unrequited crushes, being one of the last survivors of the Titanic and sacrificing themselves so that the other character can live her best life beyond their doomed romance, etcetera.

All I ask is that the appreciation is centered on the character as an imaginary being, and I, the real and very boring human woman, am largely ignored in the equation and not pulled in to do matchmaking, officiate any weddings, or act as a conduit to manifest a tulpa.

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHS (IM DYING NOOSOSOSK) FINALLY SOMEONE CALLS ME OUT, BUT YEAH, THAT'S INTENTIONAL.

That's the charm of the tobecky family, like I'm sorry, but my favorite gag that I have is a lot of people not believing the kids when they say Tobey is their father since that's the parent reveal most other characters know about. But don't worry, there's a lore reason for this!! Lexiconian genes are hella strong (think freaking goku in Dragon Ball with his kids khhgfgjs), so it makes sense that the kids would inherit more of Becky's side of her Lexiconian family. But, even though it doesn't seem like there's no McCallister in them, it's pretty subtle to know that they sure are his kids, especially when they all need to wear glasses (even Luis and a young Tori but they refused). The smoking gun is, of course, the cowlick they all have, and when they scowl or make faces, that's total Tobey coming through with his generational sass. I'm actually thinking about updating Matilda's design a bit, and with her, I think it's more obvious that she's more McCallister.

Is there a meta reason why they are like this? Yes, actually! ---

One of the reasons is the melanin, I can't help but increase it, we all know this, both because it's easier to color in and pleasing with the colors and designs I like to use, and yes, also out of pure spite for fandoms complaining on such things.

There's a meme about how a lot of people's first drawings of their ocs are pale as hell (mine too), but when you learn more about character design they reflect a lot more on your chance to diversify especially if you're POC yourself and want to reflect that with your ocs.

And it's not strange that they aren't exactly perfect combinations of Tobey and Becky. Mixed kids are very diverse, and it's probable to look more like one parent than the other, even with the Lexiconian lore reason, irl that's the case, and I like to represent that. Also with other genetic traits, this is the case with my family, like all three of us (me and my siblings) look nothing like our mom and we got dad's side of the family in our faces khnkhgs, to me i look a lot like my grandma.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for the ask I really appreciate that and it really makes me so happy to know people love my Tobecky ideas both from Canon ideas and from my AU stories, especially the latter since it's what I'm most passionate about.

SORAYA As we cruised toward the club, I gazed out the window, captivated by the moonlight cascading down upon us. Suddenly, I felt a warm hand resting on my thigh. When I glanced down and then back up, I realized it was Jey, his hand gently rubbing my thigh, sending a thrill through me.

I simply smiled at him, turning my gaze back to the window, hoping to avoid drawing any attention to myself while Roman was in the car.

As Roman parked the car in the lot, we all stepped out together. It was at that moment that I felt Jey's hand slip into mine, surprising me completely.

He leaned in, his breath warm against my ear as he murmured, "Stay by my side; I don't want anyone getting too close to you, understand?" His gaze locked onto mine, intensifying the moment.

As we trailed behind Roman into the club, I couldn't help but nod in agreement. The place was absolutely packed, teeming with a diverse crowd of unfamiliar faces. Everywhere I looked, people were either indulging in drinks or engaging in some questionable activities.

I have to admit, I felt a surge of fear, but Jey held me tightly as we made our way to the upper floor, where we encountered even more people lost in the rhythm of the dance.

As we settled into our seats, I noticed two men sitting nearby, casually smoking a blunt alongside a few others.

"Joe! My friend I'm glad you could make it! thought yo' ass wasn't going to make it," Darrius said.

"Yeah, yeah, I wasn't going to miss this meeting for nothing," Roman replied.

Darrius shifted his gaze towards me, setting the blunt aside, as he sought confirmation from Roman about my identity. Roman turned to face me, his intense stare piercing through me, while I gripped Jey's hand tightly, anxiety coursing through my veins.

"Oh, my fault D this is Soraya, Soraya this is Darrius," He introduced me to him.

His hand extended toward mine, gently kissing it as I smiled back, eager to avoid any conflict. I watched him take the blunt back into his mouth, exhaling a cloud of smoke in the process.

"She's a pretty thing Roman where you find her ass at?"

Roman sighed dramatically, placing his hands firmly on his hips. "Can we skip the questions and just get down to business?" Darrius responded by throwing his hands up in mock surrender as he passed the blunt over to him.

I found myself at the bar, seated next to Trinity, a woman I had been introduced to by Jonathan. It was essential for Jey to be part of this discussion.

I couldn't help but sneak peeks at him, and he mirrored my curiosity as we both listened intently to Roman and Darrius's discussion. However, my attention shifted completely when Trinity started to speak, drawing my gaze toward her.

"How are you feeling?" She asked.

"I'm scared as fuck if I'm being honest I never done anything like this before outside my comfort zone you know?" I confessed while placing my hand on my chin.

"I completely get where you're coming from, and I assure you that you'll adapt in no time. By the way, I've noticed that my brother-in-law seems to be quite interested in you." Her comment surprised me; after all, we've been a bit flirty since I arrived.

I dismissed the thought of us being a couple with a shake of my head. "He's just looking out for me and fulfilling his responsibilities, Trinity." She simply nodded, clearly not wanting to delve deeper into the conversation.

While I was enjoying my margarita, patiently waiting for the meeting to wrap up, I suddenly felt a hand on my waist. Assuming it was Jey, I turned around only to find a stranger trying to get my attention with a catcall.

"What's your name beautiful never seen you around here before," The Man said.

I sensed Jey's gaze fixed on the unfolding scene, keenly observing my every move and the subtle cues of my body language.

"I'm sorry I'm not interested I have a man and he's hella crazy about me so you might wanna leave me alone respectfully," I said turning my attention away from the man.

I felt his derisive laugh as he took hold of me, and not wanting to draw attention, I glanced at Jey for assistance. I noticed him stretching his neck before rising from his seat and making his way over to us.

He seized the man's wrist, twisting it with such force that it nearly snapped, eliciting a pained groan from him. Jey's eyes bore into him with a chilling intensity, serving as a clear warning of the consequences to come.

"I think she said to leave her alone if you don't I won't hesitate to shoot your fucking hand off," Jey threatened.

The man trembled and nodded in apprehension as Jey released his grip. With a sense of dread, he turned and walked away, while Jey returned to his seat, re-engaging in the ongoing discussion.

I pressed my hand against my chest to soothe my nerves, and in that moment, Trinity gently rubbed my arm, helping to ease my tension.

"Hey, breathe up and down okay? We got'chu," Trinity reassured me as I nodded my head.

As I savored another sip of my margarita, I felt the tension from my recent encounter with that eccentric man begin to fade. Jey's captivating presence, effortlessly twisting that guy's hand with such intensity, only heightened my desire for him.

I really hope I didn't make a fuss over that situation. The man was incredibly aggressive, and I felt completely at a loss for how to respond. It's baffling how some people just can't accept a simple "no."

Roman replied, "To address your earlier question, that's Mr. Williams' daughter; she's currently staying with us," as he handed the blunt back to Darrius.

With a playful grin and his eyes gleaming with mischief, he elbowed his friend, urging him to approach me. "Is she available?" he inquired, glancing at Jey before turning his attention back to Roman.

"Nah, she's with someone at the moment," Darrius facial expression changed into a questionable one.

Jey's gaze was fixed on Darrius Homie as he approached me, getting a little too close for comfort, and I could tell that this was something he absolutely disapproved of.

"Damn really? She seems the type to have a lot of bodies on her case," Roman raised an eyebrow at him.

"What are you implying? Here Darrius?"

He caught a hint of laughter from him. "I mean, no offense, but she gives off a bit of a promiscuous vibe. Honestly, having someone as attractive as her in your circle just doesn't seem to fit," Darrius remarked, casually shrugging his shoulders.

I was attempting to push him away while Trinity was doing the same. "Come on, gorgeous, I want to see what that lovely mouth of yours can do," he said. I had never felt so repulsed in my life, being subjected to such disrespect.

"Slow yo' roll Darrius she's nothing like that, I think the high is getting to your brain man," Roman commented on.

"It's just the truth, honestly. It seems pretty unlikely that she's in a relationship; she must be single." That's when my sudden yelp caught their attention, drawing their focus toward me.

Darrius, a so-called friend, seized me by the throat, attempting to overpower me while I struggled to push him away, all the while trying to avoid creating a scene in front of everyone, including Roman.

"Come on, sweetheart, quit fighting it; you know deep down how much you crave this." Just as I processed his words, I witnessed Jey deliver a powerful right hook, sending him crashing to the ground.

Roman brandished his gun at Darrius, menacingly forcing him to drop the blunt onto the ground.

He demanded, "Apologize to Ms. Williams for your disrespect, or else." He pressed the gun against his own temple, his finger poised on the trigger.

Darrius quaked with fear, raising his hands in surrender as he glanced in my direction before finally speaking.

"I-I'm S-Sorry it won't happen again..." Darrius apologized.

Roman tucked his gun away into his pocket, his fingers gliding through his hair as he caught his breath.

"Do we have a deal for tonight's bets then?" He asked as Darrius nodded his head.

Roman flashed a smile at him before rising and straightening his clothes. "Awesome, we'll catch you at midnight, D." With that, he strolled off, while Jey laced his fingers with mine as we exited the building together.

* ˚ ✦ We arrived home safely at last, with Roman expertly parking the car in the driveway. I stepped out, made my way to the door, and as I entered my bedroom, I closed the door behind me, embracing the comfort of home.

I sank down against the door, pulling my knees close to my chest as quiet sobs escaped me, praying that no one would hear. Fear gripped me like never before, making me contemplate fleeing this place. But the thought of him being able to end my life in an instant held me back, paralyzing me with dread.

The sound of knocking at the door jolted me, catching me off guard. I craved solitude and wasn't in the mood for interruptions. Reluctantly, I rose from the floor, brushing away the last of the tears that had stained my cheeks.

I could hear his gentle, resonant voice coming from the other side of the door, "Mama? Can I come in, please?" How could I refuse him after all he had done to keep me safe tonight? I opened the door, welcoming him inside and quietly closed it behind us.

I turned my back to him, unwilling to let him witness my vulnerability. As I gathered my composure, I began to remove the jewelry and the dress I was wearing, all while he remained present.

I was about to take action when I suddenly heard his footsteps approaching from behind. He gently turned me to face him, and with a mix of uncertainty and curiosity, I looked up into his eyes. In that moment, it felt as though he was peering deep into my very soul.

He gently cupped my face with both hands, his thumbs softly gliding over my cheeks, before leaning his forehead against mine.

"You can be vulnerable around me princess, I'm not gonna judge you for it," Jey said softly.

i’m too shy to share the whole picture IM SORRY—i just wanted to capture a few headcanons into a single shamelessly horny drawing of the three of them together. also, my thoughts are completely unorganized and this post is mostly just me rambling!

small disclaimer, if you don’t agree with or like my headcanons, that’s totally valid but please don’t tell me so 🙇 i kindly ask you just move on from this post. thank you!

okay. so i feel like both reth and jel are service tops HEAR ME OUT—like, they’re both just a couple of pathetic lover boys who are so head over heels in love with you. the fact they practically always gift you something when you flirt with them in-game (jel gifting silk and reth gifting soup) i feel is their attempts at spoiling you and taking care of you in their own way. they just want to see you happy and make you cum your brains out a thousand times until you can’t think straight anymore 🥺

and in general, i feel jel would love to shower you in compliments and words of praise and practically worship your body. while i feel reth is the type to show you how he feels and relish in watching you come undone with him. but personally 👉👈 i feel jel and reth align more closely as switches because they’re both so.. so soft and need to be spoiled and loved so deeply (no innuendo intended)

with that said, i think jel is a more intimate and passionate lover while reth is a bit more unhinged and rough. that’s not to say jel doesn’t have his sadistic bouts. i feel it stems directly from his obsessive nature and grows into a desire to watch you submit to him and his whims, sort of in a controlling way. but it makes him so happy when you do. the need to know you belong to him, both your heart and body, is honestly really important to him. i actually feel he has control issues due to a number of reasons but that’s a different discussion—💀 and he rewards you so thoroughly for showing him how much you love him. god, the aftercare? he’s so gentle and attentive and treats you like the most precious thing he’s ever held.

more on reth, while not as sadistic, i feel he’s still plenty controlling when he wants to be. the poor man has hardly any control in his day-to-day life and the fact you allow him an ounce of control? over your body of all things? yeah, that shit drives him mad (positive). gets a bit carried away and leaves marks on your body, hickeys, scratches, bruises, the like. but hey, at least it’s a pretty reminder of how much fun you had together. plus, if anyone sees they’ll know you belong to him. but he definitely teases you about it the following days by making sly comments and even running his fingers over the more sensitive marks.

so, in my polycule i envision moments where two will actively spoil the other. so for instance like when maddox and reth want to spoil jel and shower him in the love and affection he deserves, he gets all shy and blushy but relishes in the moment. he pays them back tenfold once they’re finished, but not that same night. maddox and reth make sure he’s completely worn out so he’ll finally get some damn sleep for once. reth is the same in that regard; he gets all shy and blushy but he enjoys being spoiled for once. not having to care about anything or anyone else and focus fully on himself and his pleasure. and the two know this and want to show him how loved he is. lowkey i imagine jel bringing him to tears, crying tears of pleasure and from overstimulation but that may be a personal thing of mine. 💀 and as for maddox? they both know exactly which buttons to push. i imagine them sort of egging each other along. i mentioned earlier i think jel has a sadistic side to him, well i think the same of reth albeit not nearly as prominent. like, the fact he teases and flirts so much could be for a number of reasons, but how lovely it would be if it were only to watch their reactions each time. with that said, maddox happens to be very reactive and discovering that fact in bed, like, awakens something inside of him to tease more, to push as much as maddox will allow him. and yes, he notices the way jel reacts to it too. it only makes him want to tease him for the fact as well 🥴 WHICH is why i drew him with that expression LMAO normally i would’ve imagined him with a much softer and kinder expression but i think he’s quick to lose himself in the throes of pleasure which causes him to act a bit selfish at times. but like i said, i see him as a service top so really his ‘selfish’ moments are him just spoiling maddie and jel and showering their bodies with so much love and attention.

i have so many more thoughts but this post is getting long and i’m getting embarrassed so i’ll stop there for now.

I guess, I have to put another trigger warning on the next three paragraphs of this post. I never mention it explicitly, but my words might imply my suicidal ideation. If you might get triggered by this topic, please feel free to skip the aforementioned parts of my text.

As I already explained in my last few posts, I’ve commissioned some of my beloved artists of Snapedom for a special project of mine. I’ve asked them to draw different stages of my afterlife journey for me. In my imagination, I will finally be able to go home with Severus, when I shuffle off this mortal coil (oh, how very Shakespearean of me 🙄) and leave my unbearable torments and pain behind.

The varying phases of my everlasting life will be shown in multiple artworks of Severus and my undeniably self-inserted OC Jules. I’m clinging to Severus as my comfort character for more than 21 years already. He’s been there for me whenever the burdens of my existence became too overpowering for me. For this reason, it seems only natural to me to expect him waiting for me…and we will finally be allowed to live the life, we deserved to have.

Since I’ve already spoken to both of my closest friends about my wishes for the time after my demise - for which I’m still feeling immensely guilty and remorseful about - I just started to put my requests into writing in an official statement by formulating my “living will” and my “last will”, which I’ve also informed my mother about. And damn, I know, that I have to apologise to my friends for all those dark jokes, which I’m making about this topic (yes, I’m very aware of the fact, that there won’t be a coffin, which could be big enough to bury me with all the items and framed artworks of my personal Snape-Museum 😅), but I need to cope with my sorrows by the usage of my dry wit.

For this component of my personal project, I’ve commissioned my precious friend @opalchalice again. Her mesmerising piece of art shows Jules as a fallen angel in distress, desperately searching for guidance out of her misery. Severus is already awaiting her with open arms, ready to guide her into the pure bliss of her afterlife. This might sound strangely pathetic to some people, but nothing else can soothe my troubled heart as much as these daydreams.

Lia, I know, that you’re very proud of this beautiful drawing and believe me, I’ve never seen anything better from you, yet. I’m immensely impressed by your talent and dedication to the improvement of your skills. It’s always fascinating to me, to go through your former illustrations, recognising the progress, you’re making with every new artwork. Your creativity and your kindness are the reason, why I’ll support you as long as I’ll be capable of going online. Thank you for everything, my lovely friend!

1- In your own words, tell us what you like most about your MC / OC. 

I love how passionate and carefree Luna is. She loves and gives without expecting anything in return. She is an amazing character, one I’d love to be friends with (because she’d know some hot guys and could get me a date 😅). Overall, she‘s very sweet, but hurt her friends or family, and you’ll get to know another side of Luna. 

She’s just a good soul with good and bad sides, which I love. Luna is sunshine mixed with a little hurricane. 

2- Do you feel your MC / OC is like you at all? How are you alike or different?

There are some things Luna and I share. We both struggle with anxiety. We both have a similar eye color (blue-green) and a shade of blonde hair. Hers is lighter than mine. We both share the love we have for our friends and family. We do share the same taste in guys or are somewhat similar 😅. We are different in the sense that Luna is a more creative soul, and she’s less stubborn than me 😅. 

3- What is most important to your MC / OC? What is their motivation in life?

Luna just wants to leave a good impression on people and life itself. She thinks if you send positivity into the world, good karma will return to you. 

To make memories that’ll last a lifetime. A life well lived and one that’s cherished. 

4- What are their biggest pet peeves/dislikes?

People who are judgmental of others

Liars

Tourists/Locals who endanger animals (in the ocean and on land alike) and litter (throwing their trash everywhere, including the ocean) 

5- If your MC / OC could change one thing - anything - what would it be?

Less war, hate and negativity in this world. Just live and let live. 

6- What is your MC / OC's favorite quote or song? 

Luna’s favorite quote is a Hawaiian saying her grandmother always mentions: ‘A’OHE PU’U KI’EKI’E KE HO’A’O ‘IA E PI’I – (No cliff is so tall it cannot be climbed.)

7- Other facts about Luna

Luna got her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Hawaii. She specialized in ceramics, drawing, painting, and sculpture. Currently, she teaches art at the University of Hawaii, but she wants to have her own gallery in Honolulu to showcase her art and show how proud she is to call Honolulu her home.

She actually has a sweets drawer; Bryce always makes fun of her but secretly takes some caramel-covered almonds from Luna’s drawer, and she pretends she doesn’t notice 😅.

Her favorite painting by Lindsay Wilkins is ”Akala Sunset“ (akala = pink in Hawaiian).

8- Is there anything else you’d like to share about your MC / OC? 

I created Luna while going through a rough patch in my life. I was fired from my job during COVID, and so many other things were happening, so I was looking for something to help me deal with things. That’s when I found Tumblr and all these wonderful people. At first, I hadn’t even thought of writing anything, but then I kept having this idea for an OC, and I wrote down a fic, and it went from there. 

Luna inspires me daily. To live in the moment, to enjoy life. To spend less time on my phone (even if it’s where all my notes about stories and characters live 😅) and to spend more time with my friends and family. To love pink. Be more positive in life, and not let the bad days win. To simply be more me, my sometimes weird, full-of-energy Aries self.

I‘m also SO grateful I created Luna and all my wonderful stories. Thank you to anyone who’s ever given my characters and stories a chance. I will never be able to express my thanks and gratitude 🥰.
