Some people were just meant to be in the background.
Or, at least that’s what you’ve been telling yourself for quite some time now.
You were the kind of person who blended into the background, voice barely rising above a whisper when spoken to, presence often slipping unnoticed into corners of rooms. Some days were spent in Yonsei University’s prestigious library, buried in books, worlds that didn’t require attention, where the characters spoke louder than you dare would. It wasn’t that you minded, though—you were content to remain in the quiet… well, as long as your best friend, Seo-yeon, shone like a star in the midst of it all.
Nevertheless, there were times when her shine cast a shadow, and that light felt a little too harsh. You didn’t mind when Seo-yeon needed a shoulder to lean on, but lately it seemed like all she did was lean—never giving anything in return. And you tried to brush it off, scolding your brain it’s just the pressure of her rich father but deep down, you could not shake the feeling that Seo-yeon’s warmth was only reserved for someone else.
And that someone was your best friend since you were 10, Jeon Jungkook.
You get it. Who wouldn’t? Hottest guy at school, richest parents, biggest heart… and from the rumor mill, his heart wasn’t the only thing that’s big.
It’s always just been you and him. Jungkook and [Y/N], [Y/N] and Jungkook. Best friends since grade school, partners in crime on the playground. Really, they were setting you up for failure by having your best friend be someone who had a revolving door of women in his life. Even back in your young age, he somehow garnered more attention than an average adult. It was just who he was. You accepted that.
But then, somewhere along the timeline of convoluted wreckage your life, you two grew up. Grew closer, somehow. The lines of your life intertwined, never straying too far apart.
So, it was really no surprise to you when you woke up one day and realized you were madly, deeply, irrevocably, disgustingly, head over heels in love with him.
You had convinced yourself, over and over, that Jungkook knew. How could he not?
It was like this: you had seen a kiss in a television show when you were 11. Pondered what it felt like to do such a thing. It had been a fleeting moment, so innocent—just a brush of lips under the old oak tree in the park when you were 12, surrounded by the laughter of friends and the warmth of summer. But in that brief, stolen instant, something shifted inside you, a chemical reaction. The memory of that first kiss, so pure and untainted, lingered in the air, like a secret only you two shared.
You caught the glint in his eyes afterward, the way he looked at you as if seeing you for the first time, and ever since… well, ever since then, you’ve been his.
When Seo-yeon casually mentioned over drinks one night that Jungkook was sooooo cute and she was thinking of going for it, well, you should’ve been shocked, but how could you be?
She knew exactly what she wanted, and she wasn’t afraid to take it, even if it meant stepping on the quiet spaces you had carved out for yourself. It stung, of course, the idea that she could waltz in and claim something you had quietly held onto for years. But deep down, you knew the truth. You knew you would never go for it, not really—not with the unspoken barrier between you two, that kiss from ages ago still lingering in the air, in your blood.
And yet, Seo-yeon’s confidence in taking what she wanted, without hesitation or doubt, only reminded you of how much you were willing to give up, just to keep the peace. That’s who she was. And you? Well, you were the one who always let her take.
And all this to say, this is why you were standing with your spine pressed into the cold wall, eyes burning holes into Seo-yeon’s back, fingers digging into your red solo cup, heart thumping, as you watched her flirt with Jungkook.
It was supposed to be a fun night. Key word: supposed. Jungkook’s best friend, Jimin, had invited everyone to his house for a ‘get-together.’ You should’ve known when you got the invite it would be a party, another chance for you to be a wallflower.
And there you were, assuming your post, drinking whatever concoction Jimin’s roommate had created.
It was a tragedy.
The music swirled around you, yet you were caught in the gravity of Seo-yeon and Jungkook’s orbit. Every glance, every word that passed between them felt like a blade to your chest. Her laughter rang out, effortless and bright, and you watched as she leaned in closer to Jungkook, her fingers grazing his arm in a way that made the air between them shimmer with something unspoken. It was too much—too intimate, too easy.
You could feel the tension coiling inside you, a painful knot you didn’t know how to undo.
And before you do anything rash (or well, not that you will, but the thought of it) you hear a familiar voice that calms you down in the slightest.
“Boo.”
You instantly know it’s Taehyung, Jungkook’s other close friend who you’ve somehow managed to also become buddy-buddy with. You kinda had to, just to prove to Jungkook you can make other friends beside Seo-yeon. Tsk.
You lightly smile at him, but you refuse to take your eyes off Jungkook and Seo-yeon, as if you turn away for a second, they may leave you in the dust.
“You know… You’ve been staring at them like you’re waiting for them to start a new Netflix series or something.” He whispers near your ear, as if it’s some massive secret that no one could possibly guess.
You blinked, startled, “I’m not staring,” you mumbled, but Taehyung only raised an eyebrow.
“Sure you’re not. You're practically giving them a live commentary in your head, huh?
You scoff. “I don’t care if they talk. Honestly, I want them to get together. I mean, why not? It’s what she wants.”
His elbow lightly digs into your side, making you slap him away with ease, “Oh, really? Is that what you want? You’re not fooling anyone. You’re practically trying to will them together while simultaneously wanting to rip your hair out.”
“Why would you think I don’t want them to get together?” You roll your eyes.
You know exactly why. And.. may also have to do with the fact that besides your diary, Seo-yeon and yourself, Taehyung also knows about your little infatuation (which, and you remind yourself, only happened because you got quite drunk with him at the bar and admitted it two months ago.)
You don’t see it, but he rolls his eyes his again. “You are the worst liar I know.”
“I’m not lying,” you insisted.
He raises his arms up in defeat, “Fine, if lying is the route we’re taking, at least just tell Seo-Yeon to go home. Seriously, who even invited her?"
You finally remove your eyes off Jungkook and Seo-yeon to face Taehyung, who definitely looks drunker than you thought he sounded. “I’m not doing that. And plus, she’s my best friend.”
He snorts, “Really? The same best friend who’s currently talking to the boy she knows you’re in love with?”
Taehyung continues, probably, and you can only assume, because he got you to tear your eyes away from them and their incessant giggles. Really, what is so damn funny? “You’re practically turning into an accessory to the decor. Please go take him away from her. He already adores you.”
Jungkook did adore you—there was no doubt about that. When you both got accepted into the same university, he immediately integrated you into every friend group, every hangout.
But that was part of the problem, wasn’t it?
The temptation to rip Seo-yeon away, to somehow be the one he turned to, was enough as it is—but the fear of being seen, of finally stepping off the wall and making yourself known, kept you frozen.
Taehyung threw his hands up in mock defeat, still grinning. "Alright, alright, I give up. Do whatever you want, missy. But don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
You looked up at him, frowning, swirling your drink that’s been boiled down to just ice. “Warn me about what?”
“Don’t let this be one of those things you look back on and regret, thinking you should've acted before it was too late.”
You knew Taehyung was right, though admitting it felt like admitting defeat. You thought back to those moments with Jungkook—the way his high fives always lasted a beat longer than they should, or how his fingers would brush against your shoulder in the most casual way, as if it wasn’t just a touch, but something that had meaning beneath it. There were those quiet moments, too, when his gaze would linger, his eyes soft and unreadable, as though he was on the edge of something he couldn't quite grasp.
Deep down, there was that small, quiet part of you that wondered if he ever felt the same—if he ever wondered, like you did, whether you two could be more than just friends.
"Wow, when did you get so deep? You sound like one of those motivational speakers who talks about following your dreams and embracing the moment,” It’s your turn to roll your eyes, playfully pushing his shoulder.
He shot you a knowing look. "Hey, I’m just trying to save you from becoming the wise old lady at the bar telling stories about how you ‘almost’ told Jungkook you liked him when you were young and full of hope."
“Well, thank you for the life lesson.” You looked down at your cup, a heinous purple color now that the ice has completely melted. “I’ll stick to my alcohol for now.”
And he saunters off, weaseling his way through the hoard of people to bully his next victim, you suppose. You were a little tipsy, you won’t lie. With a sigh, you turned your head back to Seo-yeon and Jungkook.
…Where the fuck are they?
Now, it’s time to panic.
You pushed through a few random guys and girls, silently saying excuse me basically to no one but yourself. Vision gets hazy, but you can’t tell if it’s tears or the punch.
Heart flutters, skips a beat. There he is, pouring himself a cup at the drink table that’s been set up in the dining room. No Seo-yeon in sight. You assume you have 5 seconds before she comes back from wherever she is to trap him once more.
You waltzed up to the drink table, trying to act casual, but your heart skipped when you saw Jungkook standing there, grinning like he knew exactly what was going on in your head. He waved you over with that signature carefree smile, his bunny teeth poking out. “Well, well, look who finally decided to show up. Were you hiding from me or just avoiding everyone?”
You blinked, hands suddenly unsure of where to go as you fiddled with your cup. “I wasn’t hiding! Just… you know, blending in with the background. Like I do.”
Jungkook raised an eyebrow, his smirk turning into something a little more teasing. “Blending in? You? You’re like, the least subtle person here. You stand out more than the punch bowl.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” You joked as you lean over him to pour yourself another cup of punch.
He laughed, leaning closer like he was about to share a secret. “Okay, but seriously, where have you been? Where’s your head at? I know, I know I said get-together… but it’s definitely a party.”
“Tsk, tsk. You little player,” You sipped your drink, looking up into his doe eyes. God, he’s just so…
Your curiosity got the better of you. “So, uh... what’s the deal with Seo-yeon? You two talking about something important, or is she just... I don’t know, using you for your impeccable taste in drinks?” The jealousy tugging at your chest made it harder than you expected to sound casual.
A small chuckle escaped him. “Seo-yeon? Nah, she’s just, uh, talking my ear off about some random stuff. Nothing exciting.” He shrugged like it was nothing, his tone so nonchalant it almost made you second-guess why it bothered you. “Honestly, I don’t even know half of what she’s saying. I’m just nodding and pretending to be interested.”
You blinked, surprised that anyone could be bored at anything she had to say. “Wait, really? You’re just... pretending?”
“Yep,” Jungkook grinned, his eyes glinting with amusement. “It’s a skill I’ve perfected over the years. Maybe you should teach me how to do it with more people, though. I’m still not great at pretending to listen to people who don’t bring snacks.”
You laughed, a bit of the tension in your chest easing. “I’ll take that as a compliment. But seriously, you’re not fooling anyone. You’re way too nice to actually ignore people."
He shrugged his broad shoulders, something you’ve come to notice as he’s grown older. “Possibly, but-“
Your breath hitched when Seo-yeon reappeared, her presence as loud and effortless as a storm breaking the quiet. With a smile that was all too practiced, she glided over, her eyes immediately locking with Jungkook’s, as if the space between them had always been empty, waiting for her to fill it. “Hey, Jungkook,” she purred, her fingers brushing against his arm as she leaned in a little too close, a familiar, flirtatious glint dancing in her eyes. “Still owe me that drink, remember?”
Jungkook’s smile widened, completely unfazed by her proximity. His fingers wrapped around the cup and handed it to her, their hands brushing lightly, like it was the most natural thing in the world. “Of course,” he said, his voice soft, full of that gentle affection that made you want to stick a fork in your eye.
You felt the familiar nerves rise in your chest, the uncertainty pressing down on you like a weight you couldn’t shake. The scene before you felt too much, too close, and you found yourself backing away instinctively, your eyes flickering toward the exit. You just needed to escape, even for a second. But before you could take another step, Jungkook’s voice cut through the hum of the room, warm and easy. “Hey, do you wanna go play darts? Jimin has not shut up about it and I want to test out my skills.”
And he does it again. Digs you deeper and deeper into that dream of yours.
You took another sip out of your cup, locking eyes with Seo-yeon, who, for once in her life, looked nervous. See, if you weren’t 3 drinks deep, and you weren’t so desperate to remove her away from him, you would’ve went back to your post on the wall.
But Taehyung’s words linger in your brain like a broken record.
“You know, actually, I need to steal Seo-yeon away for a quick minute,” You reach out, grip onto her arm like it’s your lifeline. You’re almost certain you draw your fingernails in a little too deep to her skin.
“Huh?” Her eyes widened, blinking a few times.
You dragged her through the crowd, pulling her to the opposite side of the room with a swiftness that leaves Jungkook utterly baffled. He has stopped questioning yours and Seo-yeon’s friendship.
Your nerves buzzed with the alcohol in your system, and before you could stop yourself, the words tumbled out. "Why are you flirting with Jungkook?"
There it was, out in the open. Lingering in the air like a cloud of smoke.
Seo-yeon blinked in surprise, her eyebrows rising as if you had just grown another head. “What are you talking about?” she replied with that same airy sweetness, but the underlying edge was unmistakable. “I’m just being friendly.”
“Friendly?” You scoffed, feeling the alcohol’s warmth pushing your boldness forward. “It’s like you’re auditioning for a role in Jungkook’s life or something. You're so obvious.”
Seo-yeon laughed, a soft, dismissive sound. “I didn’t realize you cared so much, [Y/N]. Wow, look at you. Finally standing up for yourself. Guess it only took a little bit of liquid courage, huh?”
She tilted her head, her voice teasing. “Didn’t know you had it in you.”
All you see is red, and you’re kinda imagining what her head would look like ripped out of its socket.
She keeps pushing, keeps pressure testing, keeps dragging the knife through you. “Whatever. If you want to make this a thing, go ahead. But don’t act like I’ve been the one playing games.”
“You know what?” It’s a rhetorical question, turning back to you with a slight tilt of her head. “If you’re not going to make a move, I’m all in on Jungkook. You’ve had your chance. It’s not my fault you can’t get out of your own head.”
Your breath caught in your throat, and something in you snaps. The rage bubbled up from deep inside you—something you’d never shown Seo-yeon before. She wasn’t allowed to take this from you too.
"Is that it, then?" You shot back, your voice trembling with a mixture of anger and disbelief. "You think you can just take everything from me because I'm not bold enough for you? You think you can just waltz in and claim him like he's some kind of prize because you know I won’t fight you for him? That’s not how this works, Seo-yeon."
Seo-yeon opened her mouth to respond, but you weren’t finished. “No. I’m done letting you walk all over me. I care, Seo-Yeon. I care about him."
And now you can’t stop it, this word vomit that has plagued you, it keeps tumbling out, slurred but filled with an undeniable intensity. You didn’t care anymore; the alcohol had loosened every restraint, every last thread of caution. "You’ve known. You’ve known I loved him this whole damn time. You’ve always known, and you’ve always taken from me—always—like you could just have whatever you wanted. I’m done pretending I’m okay with it.”
The silence between you two felt like a storm was brewing, the air thick with tension, and you, a tad too drunk to fully grasp what you were saying, but not so drunk that you didn’t know it was the truth.
Seo-yeon’s lips curled into a sly smile, her eyes flicking to the side before meeting yours again. "Well, you know what they say…the best girl always wins, right?"
You’ve already ruined the friendship, put the nail in the coffin and sent her floating down the river. You gripped your red solo cup so roughly you think it might break, “You think you're the best girl? Maybe it's time someone showed you that I’m done being second place. I’m done being the girl who just watches. I’m going to fight for him. You’ve had your turn, Seo-yeon.”
Seo-yeon’s eyes widened just a fraction, but she quickly regained her composure, laughing lightly. “Oh, really? You’re going to fight for him now? How cute.”
Your jaw tightened, but she didn’t back down. “Yeah. I am.”
And, you are certain if only Taehyung could hear you now, he would throw another party just for you having this conversation. You storm away, leave her in the dust to settle on its own. A part of your resolve breaks a little realizing that your own college best friend since day one of freshman year, was not the person you thought she was. But, that’s not what really matters to you.
The night dragged on, clusters of people fading in and out of the party. You don’t necessarily pay attention, you’re too busy feeling like a World War III hero after your triumph. You laughed with Taehyung in the corner, even flirted with a few people. Anything to take your mind off Seo-yeon desperately throwing herself at Jungkook, but you knew better than to look.
The lights felt dimmer, the music quieter. Jimin, ever the instigator, stood up with a grin that spread across his face like a mischievous secret. "Alright," he said, his voice warm but teasing as he looked around at the gathered circle of about 20 leftover wranglers. "Truth or dare, anyone?"
You broke your conversation with Taehyung, hesitated for a brief moment, heart thudding louder than the music. Normally, you would’ve stayed out of it—content to sit on the edge and observe. But tonight, something inside you whispered that this was the moment to stop being the quiet one.
A laugh rang out from someone in the group. “Really, Jimin? Truth or dare? We’re in our twenties, not twelve.”
Jimin just shrugged, unfazed, the playful gleam in his eyes still dancing. “Don’t care. It’s fun.” As if daring was the only thing that could make the night memorable.
As the silly little game began, you couldn’t help but notice the way Seo-yeon scrambled to sit next to Jungkook, her movements almost too eager, too forced. She slid onto the floor beside him, laughing a little too loudly, her hand brushing his casually, but it didn’t escape your notice.
It didn’t help that Jungkook, who had been laughing and talking with the others, now seemed to catch sight of the silence that stretched between you and your friend. His gaze flickered toward you for a split second, brow furrowed slightly. There was concern in his eyes, like he could sense the shift, the distance between you two, the fact that you hadn’t exchanged a word since the heated conversation. And for a moment, you could’ve sworn he looked... worried. It was only a glance, but it sent a ripple of uncertainty through you.
The game kicked off with such chaotic energy that there was immediate regret of your decision to join, Shirts came off, beers chugged, some over-the-clothes fondling. Laughter and teasing echoed around the room, but you couldn’t seem to join in. Your nerves twisted inside you, coiling tighter with every round. Every time your eyes flicked toward Jungkook, your heart skipped, and you could feel your emotions swirling—confusion, desire, hurt—but the fear of being exposed kept you frozen.
Seo-yeon, on the other hand, was all confidence, sitting smugly in her chair with a knowing smile, like she already knew she’d be the center of attention. Like she knew, deep down, you wouldn’t stand a chance.
Then, Jimin’s voice broke through your fog of thoughts, full of mischief and a glint of amusement. "Alright," he said, eyes dancing as he turned toward Seo-yeon and Jungkook. "I dare you two to kiss for five seconds."
You may as well have just shot yourself right in the face. Your breath caught in your throat. Your pulse thundered in your ears as you watched your (ex) best friend’s eyes light up with the thrill of the challenge. It was as if it was too easy for her—too perfect an opportunity to pass up. Without hesitation, she leaned toward Jungkook, her lips finding his almost effortlessly. The room seemed to quiet for a moment, and then it was the silence that felt louder than anything.
But what made your stomach twist wasn’t just the kiss itself—it was the way Seo-yeon’s gaze flicked toward you just before their lips met. A slow, deliberate look that lingered in the air. The seconds stretched, and you could barely breathe, and your heart was feeling as if it might break right then and there.
The kiss was over before you could even process the feeling of it, but the knot in you chest remained, heavy and tight, long after Seo-yeon pulled away. Jungkook glanced over at you, so briefly you almost didn’t catch it.
Your mind raced, but you struggled to push the images from her head, the lingering feeling of Seo-yeon’s smug gaze before the kiss. You took another sip, the burn of it helping to cloud the pain you didn’t want to face. The weight of it sat like a stone in your chest.
Taehyung’s voice cut through your spiraling thoughts. “[Y/N], truth or dare?” he asked, his grin teasing as he leaned towards you.
Jimin shot him a playful glare, almost about to protest, but Taehyung was quick, silencing him with a dramatic “Shh.” The room quieted slightly, all eyes on you as you hesitated for a fraction of a second. You were still reeling, but the alcohol buzz had emboldened you—made you feel more confident than you had all night.
"Dare.” You didn’t know where this sudden boldness was coming from, but you couldn’t back down now.
Taehyung’s grin widened, his eyes gleaming with mischief. “Alright then,” he said, tapping his fingers against his drink. “I dare you to go into the closet with Jungkook for five minutes.”
The room went quiet for a moment. You felt the weight of the dare pressing in on your chest, but you couldn’t bring yourself to look away from Jungkook’s pointed gaze. Was this a joke? Was it real? Seo-yeon was first to break the ice, who snorted in disbelief. “Are we in fifth grade or something?”
Jungkook, who had been sitting quietly, his drink in hand, suddenly took a casual sip. To your surprise, he looked completely unfazed, almost... eager? “Who cares?” he said with a shrug, as if the whole situation was nothing more than a harmless, impulsive decision.
You froze for a moment. You didn’t know whether to laugh, cry or throw up. But there was not much protesting to be done because before you had a chance to speak, Taehyung is up on his feet pushing the two of you in the direction of the musty little closet.
The door clicked shut behind you, and the world outside the closet faded into nothing. Inside, the air was thick with unspoken words, the kind of tension that clung to the walls like the silence between them. You stood frozen, the room suddenly too small, too close. You could feel the heat of his presence even without touching him, the rhythm of his breath matching your own, as if your hearts beat in sync, caught in the same web of uncertainty. The dim light from the party barely reached, leaving you in a space of shadows and soft, anxious breaths.
For what felt like an eternity, neither of you spoke. The awkwardness hummed between you like a steady pulse, the weight of it heavy. You’ve known him forever but… you could feel your nerves twisting tighter and tighter, but the alcohol buzz made it hard to think clearly, each thought slipping away just as quickly as it came.
Jungkook finally broke the silence, a nervous chuckle escaping him, his top teeth playing with his lip ring. "This is… um, definitely not how I expected this to go.”
You tried to force a laugh, but it came out shaky, and you immediately regretted it. “Yeah, not exactly the closet of my dreams,” you said, though your voice trembled in a way you hoped he wouldn’t notice.
And then, just like that, Jungkook’s gaze met yours again, but this time, there was something different in his eyes—something softer, more vulnerable. It was like someone ripped your best friend away from you and replaced with someone who might actually.. never mind. He was pressed into you, your height difference showing as his head tilted down to look at you. His lips parted, like he was debating saying something.
Then, with a surprising gentleness, he spoke. “This is going to be so random but… do you remember our kiss?” he asked, his voice low and almost reverent, as if the question itself carried a weight he wasn’t sure how to handle.
You froze. The memories came rushing back, unbidden—a flash of two twelve-year-olds, awkward and innocent, caught in a moment that now seemed so impossibly far away. The brush of lips, quick and uncertain, a first kiss that neither of you truly understood.
But the way he looked at you now, like the past and present were colliding in that quiet, intimate space, made everything feel much more real. You could feel the heat rise in your cheeks, pulse quickening. He remembers.
“O-Of course I remember,” you whispered, the words tumbling out before you could stop them, your heart fluttering in your chest as the memory of that kiss resurfaced in vivid detail.
Jungkook held your gaze, his eyes dark, searching, as if he, too, was standing on the precipice of something he wasn’t sure he could face. There was a pause, a beat of silence that stretched between, thick with everything unsaid. And then, almost in a breath, he spoke again, his voice softer, but his words filled with an unexpected weight. “My mom brought it up the other day. Didn’t know she watched my kissing virginity get swept away.”
“Oh,” you laugh.
“I’ve thought about it a lot,” he confessed, his gaze never leaving yours. The words hung in the air like a fragile thread.
The confession hit you like a sudden gust of wind, unexpected and sharp. He’s thought about it? Like the way you have, maybe, possibly? Like writing in your diary about him everyday since then? Like dreaming about kissing him again every time you are even remotely close to him?
“So…” he started, breaking the silence, his voice light but with an underlying curiosity. “The last time you kissed someone... was it anything like that?"
There’s those stupid two bunny teeth that poke out in a cheeky smile as he teased you about something that should be so trivial, yet so was not.
Your eyes widened at the sudden question. You didn’t know whether to laugh or squirm. You could feel the warmth creep into your cheeks, and you quickly looked away, focusing on the clutter in the corner of the closet to avoid meeting his gaze.
“I… What?” You stammered, a little too flustered. "What kind of question is that?"
Jungkook chuckled softly, leaning casually against the wall, his eyes never leaving your face. "Well, I’m just curious. You know, if it was anything like the kiss we shared all those years ago," he teased, his voice deliberately casual.
You rolled her eyes, trying to deflect the attention. “It wasn’t like that.”
“I haven’t kissed anyone in forever. In fact…” You trailed off, not knowing how to finish the sentence without sounding ridiculous. “You know that. Last time was that random dude at that party last month.”
Jungkook’s smile returned, but it was gentler now, as if he was trying to make you feel better. “So.. What was the last kiss that actually meant something?” he asked, leaning in just slightly, the playful glint back in his eyes.
You knew damn well you couldn’t answer that without revealing too much. The truth was, there hadn’t been a kiss that meant anything—not since you were 12. But you couldn’t say that to him. Not yet.
“Long, long time,” You teased.
For a moment, you swear there’s a glimmer of hope behind his welcoming eyes.
“Maybe I just haven’t found the right guy,” you said, keeping your voice steady as you try to joke your way out of it.
Jungkook chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Must be hard to find someone who’s good enough to even compare to the 'best kiss ever' from when you were twelve.”
You froze, heart thudding in your chest as you realized what the weight of what he'd said. "Damn, you really remember that kiss, huh?"
Jungkook just smirked, his eyes glimmering. "Of course I do. How could I forget?"
And, there’s something that switches in the air, something that makes you realize you’re not as delusional as you think. You’re thinking back to every single time he’s given you that hope to hold onto, every time he has kept the dream alive. You met his eyes, looked into them, felt like you were peering into his soul.
He stepped a little closer, lowering his voice, a sudden seriousness in his tone. “And now… I kind of wish I could kiss you again. See if it feels the same.”
Either you are incredibly drunk, or he has lost his mind. Your thoughts swirled in a haze of alcohol and overwhelming emotions. You blinked, breath caught in your throat, trying to process the weight of his words. He wanted to kiss you again? You could feel the tension between them now, thick and suffocating, like the very air around them was holding its breath. But what was this? What was happening?
Your voice came out shaky, betraying the fear that had lodged itself in your chest. “Where is this coming from, Jungkook?”
Jungkook’s expression faltered for a brief moment, as if he hadn’t expected you to be so open, so raw. He took a step closer, his gaze softening, searching yours with an intensity that made your knees feel like jell-o. His voice was quieter now, more sincere, as if trying to reassure you, or maybe even himself. “Don’t tell me you haven’t thought about it.. I mean we’ve been best friends for years.”
“I-I, maybe, who cares?” You repeated his words from earlier. “You’re drunk, Kook. We’ve been drinking for hours.”
“I’m not joking,” he said softly, his voice low and full of something you couldn’t quite name. "I wouldn’t joke about something like that."
Your breath hitched as he reached out, his hand gently brushing against yours, as if waiting for you to decide. You could feel the pulse of his touch, and with it, all the years of longing, all the secret emotions you’d kept hidden, pressing down on your chest.
It was almost too much. Too much to process, too much to understand. But the truth was clear now, sitting heavy in the silence between you. You were in love with him. And maybe, just maybe, he felt it too.
Just as the words hung in the air, just as you could’ve sworn that he was about to lean in and finally press his lips against yours, thick with longing and uncertainty, the quiet, intimate space you’d created shattered in an instant. The closet door suddenly flung open with a loud crash, and for a heartbeat, your world spun.
The sudden burst of light flooded the small room, blinding you for a second before you recognized the faces of your friends, all grinning mischievously. Taehyung, ever the troublemaker, leaned against the doorframe with a smug smirk on his face. Jimin, with his usual playful grin, stood next to him, his eyes glinting with amusement. And then there was Seo-yeon, leaning casually against the wall, her lips curled in a knowing smile.
You quickly stepped back, face burning as your eyes flicked between them all, still trying to process what had just happened. Jungkook stood frozen beside you, face flushed as he ran a hand through his hair, clearly embarrassed.
“Well, well,” Taehyung said with a mock pout, raising an eyebrow. “Look at that. The closet was really the place to be, huh?”
“Didn’t take you two long,” Jimin added with a chuckle, crossing his arms over his chest. “I knew this was going to be good.”
You felt the blood rush to your face, and you could barely look at Jungkook. Your heart was still hammering, a mixture of humiliation and confusion swirling in your chest. You opened her mouth to say something—anything—but words caught in your throat.
Jungkook cleared his throat, taking a small step forward. “It’s not like that. We were just talking.”
“Oh, talking, huh?” Taehyung grinned wider, obviously not buying it.
Your head was spinning. The echoes of the teasing, the laughter, and the flirtation were still reverberating in your mind. You could feel the alcohol mixing with the tension that had built up all night, and it was almost too much to handle. Your thoughts were a jumble—your best friend, Jungkook, the kiss that almost happened, everything was falling apart in a whirlwind of emotions.
The game seemed to fizzle out after a few more rounds, yet you were still sat there, hoping to make sense of it all. The clock slowly ticked by, bodies still trickling in and out of the house despite how late it was. And you probably should’ve made an effort to take to Jungkook, to fight for him, to stand up on your words to Seo-yeon.
And so there you stood, attached to the wall yet again.
Except this time, Jungkook was peeling you off of it. He had enough juice at this point to know better, to care less if he made a fool of himself.
He made his way toward you, his expression tight with something unreadable. “Can we talk?” he asked urgently. You opened her mouth to protest, but before you could say anything, he was already guiding you through the crowd, clutching your hand in his.
As you walked up the stairs, you looked down at the people left over from the night, and you caught a second of a glance from Seo-yeon. Maybe, just maybe, you were going to win this once and for all.
The loud music and chatter from downstairs faded as you made your way up to the quiet of the second floor. When you reached an empty bedroom, he closed the door behind you softly. You both stood there for a moment, a beat of silence hanging between you, thick with anticipation. You twiddled with your thumbs, setting your cup down.
Jungkook turned to face you, his expression full of something you couldn’t quite place—nervousness, uncertainty, and longing. He took a step forward, his breath shaky. "[Y/N].. Am I crazy?”
“What do you mean?” You gulped, pressing your back into the nearby bedside table.
“Is there something here I’m missing with us, are we good? Like, I haven’t spoken to you all night, Seo-yeon is shoving herself down my throat, and you know I hate her. And then… that stupid fucking closet has my head spinning. So, talk to me.”
You couldn’t believe this was happening—couldn’t believe he was saying this out loud.
Without thinking, you whispered, almost inaudibly, "You don’t know?"
Jungkook’s brow furrowed, and he took another small step closer, “What?”
Your heart pounded harder now, hands trembling slightly at your sides. You took a breath, then let it out slowly. Your voice was barely a whisper, but the words felt like they had been stuck in your throat for years. “You had to have known I’ve been in love with you.”
There it was. Out in the open, hanging, lingering. The words dissipated into the air. You started to wonder what magic potion was in this drink that had you ending many friendship tonight.
Jungkook froze, his eyes widening. He stared at you for a long moment, disbelief flooding his features. “I didn’t… I didn’t know. If I had known...”
“If I knew…” he began again, his voice strained, almost as if he were fighting to keep his composure. His gaze never wavered from yours, a storm of emotions swirling behind his eyes.
“I would have...” He swallowed hard, stepping closer to you until he was only inches away, his breath warm against your skin. “... I would have kissed you. A long time ago.”
You felt your chest tighten, the intensity of his gaze locking you in place. You could feel the electric pull between you, every inch of your body screaming to close the distance. But you didn’t move. Neither of you did. The air was thick, heavy with everything you hadn’t said, with everything that had been building between you, allegedly, for years.
Jungkook’s hand twitched at his side, as if he were fighting himself, unsure of whether to make the move or not. His gaze flickered between your lips and your eyes, a tortured look on his face. “Was it not obvious when I let you kiss me when we were 12?” he whispered, almost as if the words had slipped out before he could stop them.
Everything inside you screamed for him to close the distance, for him to finally kiss you when you were older. But the fear, the uncertainty, still lingered. “Jungkook...” you whispered, voice trembling.
Somehow, he always knew just what you wanted to say.
“I know,” he said softly, his face just inches from yours now. "I know."
“It wasn’t obvious, you know,” You began. The fire from earlier that raged when you snapped on Seo-yeon began to reignite, to push itself to the forefront and grow as bright and red as could be. How could he expect you to know? He had dated so many girls, so many people that weren’t you, that you had just started to normalize the fade you did into the background. It was insulting for him to think otherwise. “You dated like 10 girls after that kiss when we were younger.”
“You dated someone too,” He pointed out. True, but.. you only did it because he did. Which is surprising to no one.
“Yeah, but I was always there. I was always by your side, every breakup, every tear shed, hoping and praying you’d finally pick me. But there’s not a good way to say, hey I know we’ve been best friends for years but I’m in love with you. I didn’t, I don’t want to lose you,” You wanted to break his eye contact, look away and start crying into your shirt. But you didn’t. You held your ground.
His face softened, another cautious step taken towards you. “You’re not going to lose me.”
He’s so close now you can feel the nerves, the heat radiating off his body. You can smell that stupid cologne he got last Christmas from his parents. You can see his silver chain glisten under the light bedroom lamp. “Well, if you don’t feel the exact same, then yeah, I will lose you. And for the record, Seo-yeon knows I’ve been in love with you. God, she is such a little bitch. You know I finally ended it with her tonight. She’s insane. But whatever, my point is that if you’re not also in love with me, I’m done, I’m going to move to the US and become a monk. This is humiliating-“
You nor him got to hear the ending of that sentence, because before you know it, his warm hands are cupping your cheeks and pulling you into him, and he’s kissing you. It feels like this: you’re 12 again, under that white oak tree on the playground, your mothers watching a few feet away with a knowing smile on their face. Your heart quickens up its pace, tries to catch up to what is happening. But there’s no use. You’re a goner.
The moment Jungkook’s lips met yours, the world seemed to fall away. There was no party inside, no city stretching beyond the university—just him. Just this.
His kiss was slow at first, testing, as if savoring the feeling of finally closing the space that had been pulling you together for so long. His fingers, warm against your cool skin, tilted your face up to him, deepening the kiss in a way that made your breath catch.
You responded instinctively, pressing closer, your hands gripping the fabric of his shirt like an anchor. The tension, the longing that had built between you for months—maybe even years—unraveled all at once, spilling into the way he kissed you, like he had been holding back for too long.
You had always wondered what it would be like to kiss him when you were older (especially after he got that stupid little lip ring that had you using your vibrator more often than you liked to admit.)
Jungkook exhaled against your lips, his hand sliding from your jaw to the nape of your neck, fingers threading into your hair. His other hand found your waist, pulling you flush against him. The heat of his body, the steady rhythm of his breathing, the way his thumb brushed circles against your skin—it all left you dizzy.
Your heartbeat pounded in your ears, each passing second making it harder to think, to focus on anything but the way his lips moved against yours. He tasted faintly of liquor, of something intoxicating yet familiar, something that made you want to drown in him completely.
“I shouldn’t have waited this long," he murmured, his voice rough, almost regretful. “It’s better than it was when we were 12.”
You let out a breathy laugh, your hands still fisting his shirt. "Then don’t wait anymore."
A slow smile tugged at the corner of his lips before he leaned in again, this time softer, slower, as if committing every second to memory. His lips brushed yours once, twice—just enough to make your knees weak—before he kissed you fully again. His tongue poked through, and a soft whimper left your mouth at the contact.
Jungkook’s second kiss was different—deeper, more certain. The hesitation that had lingered before was gone, replaced by something more urgent, more consuming. His fingers tightened at your waist as he pulled you closer, his lips parting against yours, letting the kiss deepen in a way that sent a shiver down your spine.
You met him eagerly, your hands sliding up his chest, fingers tangling in the collar of his shirt. He groaned softly against your mouth, a sound that sent warmth pooling in your stomach. His tongue brushed against yours, slow at first, coaxing, teasing, before he pressed in more insistently, his hand cradling your jaw as if he couldn’t bear to let go, moving down to wrap a gentle hand around your neck.
Your breath hitched as his grip on you tightened, his body pressing against yours as he held you firm to the bedside table.
"Tell me to stop," he murmured against your lips, but his hands never left your body, his fingers skimming the curve of your waist, the warmth of his palms making your skin tingle.
You shook your head, breathless. "I don’t want you to."
That was all he needed.
In one swift motion, his hands slid to your thighs, lifting you with ease. A surprised gasp left your lips, but you instinctively wrapped your legs around his waist, clinging to him as he carried you across the room. His lips never left yours, each kiss deeper, more desperate, as if making up for lost time.
He reached the edge of the bed, lowering you onto the plush mattress without breaking contact. His body hovered over yours, propped up on his forearms, his dark eyes searching yours as he caught his breath.
"You have no idea how long I’ve wanted this," he admitted, his voice husky, edged with impatience.
You let out a soft laugh, running your fingers through his hair, your own breath coming just as fast. "Then why did we wait?"
Jungkook exhaled sharply, shaking his head. "Because I knew, once I had you like this… I wouldn’t be able to stop thinking about it."
His words sent a thrill through you, but before you could respond, he kissed you again—slower this time, savoring every second. His hands traced gentle patterns against your skin, grounding you, making you feel every ounce of emotion behind his touch.
His fingers moved deftly, swiftly, but there’s a bit of anxiety behind his touch. He kissed down your neck, slowly, agonizingly, to your collarbone… pushing aside your shirt to your shoulder. His knee dug into your thigh, and felt fuzzy from how much he was touching you, everywhere. You let out small whimpers, eager for him to continue, to know what it feels like to be one of his girls.
He looked up at you, eyes dark with something you don’t recognize from him. If he wasn’t your best friend, you would’ve been scared. His fingers ghosted down your chest, to your stomach, playing with the hem of your shirt, almost asking for permission. He doesn’t have to, because you’re propping yourself up and taking it off for him, just leaving your bra out on display. He pauses, takes a moment for himself, realizes he isn’t in a dream when he reaches out and touches one of your tits. It’s like he’s a prepubescent little boy again who has never seen these before.
“God, you’re perfect,” He mumbled, voice shaky, feeling you through your bra. He moved the bra aside a little, sees the hard nipple poking through and removes your entire bra, one hand. He peeled off his shirt, revealing his toned abdomen underneath and that tattoo sleeve he started working on two years ago.
You don’t know when you became such a withering mess underneath his touch but you’re glued down to the bed, imprinted on the mattress. Jimin will have to come peel you off tomorrow morning. “Touch me again,” you whispered out, low enough for him to hear and for his cock to twitch in his pants.
He looked back up at you, taking his attention away from your chest. There was a shift, a change of massive proportions in the air. You know he’s experienced. Everyone knows it. He’s had countless girlfriends, hookups with other friends… you’ve heard the rumors spread like wildfire.
When he speaks, his voice sounds almost pensive. “Has anybody ever made you cum?”
The sound you make is much too close to a whimper for your own comfort. Involuntarily, you feel a flutter down there, and you realize faintly just how wet you really are, all of some stupid kisses.
You don’t need to look at him to know that he’s noticed your reaction.
“I- uh,” You’re utterly and totally speechless. The answer is no. None of your boyfriends ever figured it out truly. It’s not like they were studs in the bedroom. So, you would fake it, kiss them goodnight, and go finger yourself in the bathroom to get off. You somehow have a very strong intuition you won’t need to do that with Jungkook. “No, not really.”
His gaze becomes darker, pauses and thinks of his next move. He pushed you back onto the mattress, making room for himself to painstakingly slow move in between your legs. Jungkook lifts your skirt up, revealing your lacy pink panties that have a wet spot engrained right in the middle. “Fucking hell, you’re soaked,” he whispers, mostly to himself.
He looked back up at you. “Do you want me to make you cum?”
He can’t be serious. The blood rushed from your face down to your toes.
“P-please,” You whimpered, tugging your bottom lip underneath your top lip. “Please, Kook.”
“I can’t believe no one’s ever appreciated this pussy,” You can’t tell if he’s speaking mostly to himself as he took off your skirt fully, letting it fall on the floor with a soft thump. “You are so beautiful, [Y/N]. I’ve been dreaming about this for months, years.”
You just nod in response, since that’s all you can muster as he drags the pink underwear off your thighs, down your ankles, off your being. You want him to make you come, want him to be the reason you feel immense pleasure.
He’s still babbling to himself, something about how he’s going to wreck you tonight and all that, and then you feel his tongue flatten out on you, making a circular motion on your clit. Your pornographic moan could probably be heard across the entire campus. Your whole body jolts alive, eyes squeezed so, so tight as he worked his tongue repeatedly over your clit, lapping up every ounce of your wetness he can.
Your hand reaches out to grasp at something, anything, clutching his hair and holding his head as his tongue rolls around in between your clit and your entrance. His nose bumped against your clit as your hips began to rock up and down, your body aching for more, anything he could provide you would take it.
“Jungkook,” You breathed out, followed by a string of profanities and moans. He seemed to be pleased by your reaction, his arms wrapping around your thighs and pulling your legs around his head, practically suffocating himself with you.
“F-fuck, how are y-you so good at this?” Your back arched off the mattresss, vision blurry as he continued his assault on your clit. He was so lost in it, so deep in it, he could barely respond.
He pulled away for a second, looking up at you with his big eyes, lips glossy and covered in your slick. You watched as he gathered some saliva in his mouth, spitting it onto your clit and letting his fingers rub your bundle of nerves. “Oh my god,” That elicited another expressive string of words, your chest heaving as you teetered closer and closer to that edge.
You still couldn’t believe this was happening; your best friend of over a decade, eating you out like you were a five-course meal.
He enveloped his lips around your delicate bud and pulled, and you can hardly contain yourself, fingers darting to his locks, the sheets, your abdomen. You can't sit still, can't halt the convulsions, losing all sense of self over your own body. Every which way, on him and off him, thoughts in turmoil and emotions in chaos and sensations askew, and you can't fathom how nobody's ever subjected you to this before, and how have you managed to live without the sensation of Jungkook's lips on your pussy.
His fingers replaced his mouth again, this time, splitting you open with two fingers that glide right in with how overly soaked you are. “Gonna make you cum so good, princess,” He said. “Gonna make you forget any of those lames before me.”
He has to realize that won’t take much convincing. You’ve already forgotten what any other man looks like.
As his lips reconnected with your burning core, all inhibitions vanish. He darted his tongue in and out, in and out, in and… your eyes rolling back in ecstasy, your legs straining to offer him greater access, even to the point of discomfort when your muscles protest, but you crave him closer, deeper, harder, and you're drowning in longing, aching with it. The only anchors keeping you grounded are his hands, the one hand that has wandered from your clit to fondle your tit, the other that is now relentlessly pumping in and out of you.
He's cautious, nearly tender, but it's futile, you're soaked, allowing him continuous entry of his fingers without any struggle, devoid of any tension in your muscles. You're incapable of tightening up even if you wanted to.
“I-I, fuck, Kook, I’m gonna cum,” You whined out in a tone that was half begging, half delirium. You weren’t even sure your body was in control of itself anymore, you just wriggled and thrashed around as he worked you to finish.
“Yeah?” He said against your clit, his breath fanning against you. His fingers continued to pump in and out of you, his other hand rubbing incessantly circles on your clit. It was all too much, far, far, too much. “Fuck, I want you to cum for me. Want to taste you, taste what I’ve been missing all these years.”
It engulfed you completely, resonating within your core, your toes, and your fingertips. It propels you off the bed, leaning forward, fingers clutching his hair, legs quivering uncontrollably, screaming his name over and over like a prayer.
It seemed to go on for hours, his fingers penetrating you through it, his tongue caressing you through it, and all thoughts dissipate under the onslaught of that blinding, electrifying pleasure.
Jungkook persisted, relentless, until you thrusted his head away with vigor, overwhelmed by the sensation to the point of pain erupting like tiny needles. You have absolutely no idea how any girl ever let him get away, but you make a mental note that he will never leave your sight. He leaned over you, hovering over your shaking body.
His head bowed down, pressing a kiss on your lips, and you taste yourself for the first time. It’s a mix of him and you, salty and sweet and warm and dirty. You want it, again and again and again..
But you want him to feel good too. Want to do right by him, make him yours officially, have him scream out your name. You pulled away from his kiss, wiggling yourself out from under him. With a surprising amount of strength you mustered, you flipped the two of you; you’re straddling him, thighs locked on either side of his toned abs. His eyebrows raised, lips still slick and swollen with your juices and saliva and you’re pretty certain you’ll have a stroke if you keep looking at him.
You’re still dripping onto his bare chest, abs now covered in you as well. Probably the second hottest thing you’ve seen so far. You leaned down, kissing him, fighting for some sort of reprieve. You kissed down his jaw, his neck, and his little whimpers send you to a different planet.
He’s just so vocal, and now you can’t get enough.
“Let me ride you,” You said.
He blinked. Was he hearing that right?
“Please,” You pleaded. “I just… I want to make you feel good, Kookie. Like you did for me. Wanna make you happy.”
He smirked, rubbing his warm hands against your thighs, “I’m already happy just like this.” And he’s right, his cock is rock-hard and honestly, he hasn’t ever been like this before with any of his past girls. It’s because it’s you, the girl he called his best friend who used to be the quiet, shy one, is asking him to let her ride his cock.
“Pleaseeee..” You moaned, shuffling your body downwards so your clit was directly above his Calvin Klein boxers, grinding on him slowly like this was a middle school party. You didn’t even know when he had taken off his jeans from earlier, you assumed it was during the time his face was buried in your cunt.
He played around with his lip ring, his nervous tic. “Fuck, yeah, baby just go for it. Show me how you ride your best friend.”
You pulled back to finally get rid of his boxers, to finally see what’s underneath, if the rumors rang rang true. You looked down at his cock, splayed across his lower abdomen, open your mouth to speak and… pause.
“Jungkook,” you began, eyes widened, half horror and half excitement, “I-you’re so… big.”
And the moment you’ve said the words, you regret them. His ego was about to inflate to the size of Jimin’s entire house. He looked up at you through hooded eyes, licking his lips, “Yeah? You gonna take it, baby?”
The pet name made you shudder. “I-I can try,” You stuttered. “I’ve never been with someone this big before.”
He chuckled, his hands coming around to rest on your hips, rubbing circles with the pads of his thumb. You knew damn well he knew how many guys you’ve been with, how many people you’ve fucked, but never their dick size. Didn’t really come up. But, this… well, this was going to be a challenge.
“It’s okay, baby,” He coaxed, “How about you be a good girl for me and start off slow?”
You wanted to be his good girl more than anything in the entire world in that moment.
You can’t even answer, can’t do anything, because he began to align his cock to your sopping entrance, pushing inside of you. It’s excruciating, it’s slow it’s almost impossible to understand how he’s splitting you in half. Jungkook’s head fell back on the mattress, face scrunched up in pleasure, jaw hanging open.
The slide felt almost endless, like you would never reach the hilt of his cock. There’s an endless cycle of Jungkook’s voice spilling endless praise for you taking him so well, that he’s almost all inside, that you already look so full, that he’s never letting you go.
And then finally, when you’re about to tap out and let him get on top, you feel your clit pressed his pubic bone and your body has never felt so entirely filled.
You both let out a simultaneous moan that you’re certain everyone downstairs heard and is getting ready to come upstairs and bang pots and pans at the door.
“I…” Your body gave out a little, and you lean backwards on your palms, giving him a better view of how irresistible you look with his cock so deep inside of you.
“Fuck, baby.” His hand traveled to your clit, rubbing circles, “So damn tight, huh? No one’s fucked you like this in a while.”
All you can do is nod.
The sounds are obscene. His cock plunging into your wetness with each bounce of your knees, the headboard slamming against the walls, your own whimpers, Jungkook’s groans. You know they can hear you. And you don’t care. Not one bit. In fact, you want it.
You fell forward a little, gripped onto his chest and dug your fingernails into him. You can’t even think, breathe, can’t remember the last time something has ever felt this ethereal. Your head lulled backwards, fingernails so deep in his skin you’re leaving bruises. Jungkook gripped onto your hips, pads of his thumbs imprinting themselves on your skin. You’re certain he must be pussy drunk or something, because the only things leaving his mouth are blabbers, “… fuck, you are so tight and wet.. fucking beautiful, my best girl so good, need you so bad, always..”
Your hips continued to undulate wildly, and you don’t even know where the confidence is coming from but you felt like some fucking goddess riding this man into oblivion. And you recognized it, he’s so close, his face is contorted, chest heaving, eyes squeezed so tight, committing the feeling of you riding him to memory..
And you never get to see that orgasm (yet) because you hear the door swing open. Jungkook sat up, eyes widened, looking between you and your intruder. But you’re too in deep, too into it to stop, too close, too needy… who gives a fuck if Taehyung or even Jimin sees?
He looked back at you, face flushed with an expression you can’t recognize. You tossed your head back, and you understand why he looks like that. You caught a sight of Seo-yeon’s black hair, and when you turned your body, you saw her figure standing there in the doorway, watching, observing, a tiny (and you have to look hard) smirk on her face.
“Are you going t-to get the fuck out or what?” Jungkook tried to sound tough, but he’s coming undone closer and closer by the second.
And you don’t know what it is, maybe it’s the fact you’re fucking your best friend, maybe it’s the fact you’re still a little drunk off the punch, maybe you’re just a different person than 3 hours ago, but you turned back to Jungkook and go, “Let her stay and watch. Let her see how good I fuck you. Let her know you’re fucking mine.”
You can’t see it, but she blinks at the doorway, jaw unhinged and a gulp of saliva slithering like molasses down her throat. “Fuck, baby, you’re going to make me cum,” Jungkook whined out.
“Yeah, you want to cum?” You leaned back, giving him full access to your pussy and the way his cock is coated with your juices, dripping onto his abdomen, making a mess everywhere. “Tell her you’re mine. Now.”
You don’t even know if she’s still there, you just want him to say it. Even if it’s just for you.
But, he looked back at her, looks back at her petite frame in the doorway, then back at you. “I’m yours. I’m fucking yours, baby. Forever.”
“Good boy,” You leaned your body back into him, press a kiss into his sweaty cheek. You then turn back around to handle her, and it almost makes you want to laugh how she’s now frozen to the wall like you once were. “Now, close the fucking door behind you while I finish him off.”
The door slammed behind her, but you barely noticed or cared. He’s an absolute wreck, singing praises to you and you’re all yeah yeah yeah please please please I’m so close, and he came undone so fiercely he’s struggling to keep it together, to not collapse. He coated your walls, and you clenched around him as you barreled through what might be the most insane orgasm of your life.
There’s a moment where black washed over your vision, jaw ripping open trying to scream his name, or anything remotely in the dictionary, and you’re just putty on top of him as your body shakes and convulses trying to come down.
You fell into him, on top of him rather, hearts struggling to get back to its normal rhythm. He doesn’t want to move, can’t imagine going anywhere in that moment. You finally moved over to his side, nestling into him and you’re certain there’ll be a mold of your body on him tomorrow. He wrapped his arm around you, tugging in as close as he possibly could.
For a while, you just lay there like that. You welcomed the silence, no longer letting it scare you.
“You know, your mom and my mom were plotting on us.”
He’s the first to break through your thoughts. You giggled, tracing circles on his chest, listening to his heart thump thump thump against his ribcage. “I’ve always loved you. I know that. Well, ever since you gave me that Spider Man plushie when we were 11.”
You can’t deny the shit-eating grin that appeared in your face. You weren’t about to tell him you fell into love with him before that, probably when he gave you a Hello Kitty bandaid for one of your ouchies. “Is that so?” You teased.
Into your hair, Jungkook whispered, “Always been mine.”
There’s a wave of something that crashes over you, something you feel deep within you. He’s mine, you thought to yourself. And it makes you blink tears away because of it.
You laid there, peacefully, silently, in absolutely bliss…
“Ugh, Jungkook! Right there! So fucking good!”
“[Y/N], keep going! Your pussy feels so good! Ahhhh!”
“Jimin! Taehyung!” Jungkook roared, reaching up one arm for the pillow on the bed and flinging it at the wooden door, other arm still wrapped loosely around your shoulders.
“Hey, man! You can’t get mad at me! You just had sex in my fucking bed. You’re doing my laundry for six months!” Jimin’s voice cracked at the realization of you two… in his bed… with god knows what juices splattered. He shuddered even imagining it.
“He’s got a point,” Jungkook sighed, running his hand over his face.
You laughed a little, then he did too, and you felt the vibration against your body. There was only him, only now. And as Jungkook pulled you closer, tucking you into the warmth of his arms, you realized it was supposed to be this easy. You pulled yourself off the wall. And for the first time, it didn’t feel scary. It felt like you belonged.

“well, if you're still here, guess it doesn’t matter. just don’t think I’ll go easy on you because you're a girl."
surprisingly neutral, but his eyes linger on you more often now.
nagi seishiro
“oh. huh. that’s why your hands are so soft.”
not phased in the slightest.
honestly thinks it’s kind of cool that you tricked everyone. “that sounds like a pain. but also kinda genius.”
keeps accidentally calling you “dude” out of habit and then awkwardly correcting himself: “uh. dudette? nah that sounds weird…”
karasu tabito
laughs SO HARD he literally cries.
“bro. BRO. you mean to tell me you were out here breaking ankles and gender norms???”
starts making up fake backstories about how you smuggled a fake mustache into the dorms or used voice-changing tech.
100% wants to know how you did it. every detail. for science (and blackmail).
otoya eita
the flirt switch FLIPS IMMEDIATELY.
“so you're saying i wasn't crazy for thinking you were kinda hot?”
annoyingly smooth about it. calls you “princess” just to see you get flustered.
absolutely refuses to stop flirting. even more now.
“if you needed help keeping the secret, you could’ve asked me. i’m great at keeping things under wraps, baby girl.”
yukimiya kenyu
dramatic gasp. glasses off. slow-motion blink.
“you… you’re a her?”
the poetic side of him kicks in: “like a rose blooming in a battlefield…”
would never admit it, but he starts fixing his hair more often around you now.
supportive as hell though. tells you he respects your drive and the risks you took.
aryuu jyubei
strikes a pose and fans himself with his own hand. “mon dieu… the betrayal… you mean to say… all this time… i wasn’t the only icon here???”
says you’ve raised the standard of beauty and elegance in blue lock.
insists on giving you a makeover “to match your true self,” even if you’re like, “bro please no.”
might actually fight otoya for flirting too much.
bachira meguru
gasps in dramatic anime fashion.
“NO WAY! you’re a GIRL?! THIS IS AMAZING!”
he’s totally hype about it. takes it as a challenge, like, “you were able to sneak by the whole blue lock team?? you’re a legend, let’s be best friends forever!”
starts calling you “mystery girl” and constantly refers to you as his “partner in crime.”
“i knew you were special, but this is next-level. no one can keep a secret like that and still play like a monster!!”
chigiri hyoma
goes very still. blinks. stares.
“... wait. you're serious?”
he has a lot of emotions. probably more than he expected.
part of him’s like, “hell yeah. girl power.” and the other part is like “oh no she’s hot.”
quietly covers for you when needed. he gets what it’s like to be underestimated.
niko ikki
poor boy.exe has stopped working.
you tell him and he literally just stares with wide eyes like a deer in headlights.
doesn’t know what to say for the longest time. then mutters, “i... always thought your voice was kinda nice.”
gets super flustered afterward and avoids eye contact for three days straight.
gagamaru gin
“HUH???”
pure confusion. “but… you tackled me last week. and cursed at me. in a super deep voice. i thought you were just… intense?”
he's like a golden retriever trying to understand algebra. but he means well.
“wait does this mean we weren’t supposed to share toothpaste???”

BingLiuShen au where Shen Qingqiu's fevered heteronormativity poisoned brain decides that the best way to avoid dying for the crime of being a heterosexual male in a stallion novel is to pretend not to be heterosexual and thus not a threat to the protagonist's harem. He figures if he can hit that sweet spot where his (supposed! Not real at all!) sexuality is just a quirk of the beloved mentor then the narrative will have no choice but to keep him alive. Airplane might be a hack, but he's exactly the sort of hack who would put in a token gay character, then shunt them off to the background, only to be trotted out again when he's getting flack in the comments for sexist, homophobic, and/or generally shitty writing decisions.
And for Shen Yuan, whose stated life goal is to idle away the hours in luxury and occasionally bask in Binghe's protagonisty coolness (in a very heterosexual way of course!) that would be the perfect out. There's just one problem- how does he demonstrate his (definitely fake!) homosexuality without playing into homophobic tropes and getting himself killed for offending the genre's aggressively het sensibilities?
The answer? Pretend to be pinning away silently in unrequited love for another man. It's perfect! All he has to do is drop a few extremely subtle hints in Binghe's hearing implying having feelings he would never act on for say, Liu Qingge, and he'll be golden. After all, what person attracted to men (which he isn't!) wouldn't fall immediately in love with the Bai Zhan War God? It has the added benefit of proving what a good Token Gay he is by the fact that he saved Liu Qingge's life without any expectations or hopes and without ever even revealing his (supposed!) feelings.
Shen Qingqiu gets about a week of feeling like a genius after putting this plot into motion before Liu Qingge starts showing up at Qing Jing with small gifts and pastries and asking to spar, and well. In between melting down (because how on earth did he put it together from the grand total of three entirely ambiguous hints he dropped!) and trying to stay composed (because even the straightest guy- which he is!- would get flustered by having Liu Qingge smiling at him Like That) he figures the only rational thing to do is just Commit To the Bit, resign himself to one day becoming cultivation partners with Liu Qingge and retiring together into the background of future plot shenanigans. Their are clearly no other possible ways of dealing with this situation, and hey being with Liu Qingge of all people isn't bad. That's a fan favorite character and he's stupidly handsome and brave and kind! Shen Qingqiu could do a lot worse, especially in a world like PIDW. In fact given the alternatives, Shen Qingqiu's could probably consider himself incredibly lucky. Objectively that is. From a purely 'guy trying to survive this dumb novel' point of view. It would be an honor to have Liu Qingge's arms wrapped around him. If he where into men of course.
Meanwhile you have Luo Binghe in the background of every scene the two are in with a forced smile, internally speed running the '*fork in garbage disposal noises*' to 'I just want my Shizun to be happy! I swear!' to 'actually Liu-shishu is really nice I can see what Shizun sees in him' to 'oh no I think I want to be in the Middle Of Whatever That Is' arc.
(And of course, Binghe at the end of the day IS the protagonist, and after much trial and tribulation, is supposed to get exactly what he wants...)
And all the while you have Liu Qingge, utterly oblivious to the mental anguish and gymnastics of his shidi and shizi, who just keeps turning up at Qing Jing, because he really does like Shen Qingqiu and even if that first date was his sister's idea he's found he really does enjoy spending time with Shen Qingqiu, and also Shen Qingqiu's sticky first disciple who despite the crocodile tears is actually clearly pretty strong. He has no idea that Shen Qingqiu is silently picking out drapery for the future house while Luo Binghe tries to rationalize his out of control heartbeat as a completely normal side effect of the sparring match they just fought (Which he only keeps challenging Liu-shishu to make sure he's strong enough to protect Shizun! He swears!).
WIll the three of them ever figure it out and get their act together? Sure. Will they do it before the Conference/Abyss arc upends everything? Absolutely not.

summary: if one more person called fred your boyfriend, you were going to hex them—and then probably yourself for wishing it were true word count: 5.8k masterlist
Tumblr media
“Seriously, though,” Angelina said, leaning against the Gryffindor common room sofa with a sly grin, “when are you two finally going to admit it?”
“Admit what?” Fred asked, looking up from the deck of Exploding Snap cards he was shuffling.
“That you’re dating,” George chimed in from across the room, tossing a chocolate frog wrapper into the fire.
You rolled your eyes so hard it almost hurt. “For the hundredth time, we’re not dating.”
“Not yet, at least,” Angelina muttered, smirking at you.
Fred laughed, leaning back in his chair and crossing his arms. “Don’t listen to them. They’re just bored and trying to start drama.”
George snorted. “Says the bloke who can’t go two hours without dragging her off to help with one of his pranks.”
“That’s because she’s got steady hands,” Fred argued, flashing you a grin that made your stomach flip. “Best partner-in-crime I could ask for.”
“Mm-hmm,” George said, exchanging a knowing look with Angelina.
You felt the heat rise in your cheeks but forced a casual laugh. “Exactly. Partners-in-crime. Nothing more.”
Fred’s grin widened, oblivious to the way your voice faltered on the last words.
Later that evening, as you sat in your usual spot in the common room, Fred plopped down beside you, his long legs stretching out in front of him.
George and Angelina had finally left you alone, their laughter about your so-called “relationship” fading into the background.
Fred tossed a bright green bean into the air, catching it in his mouth. “Honestly, they’re relentless. Next thing you know, they’ll be planning our wedding.”
You laughed, shaking your head. “Oh, definitely. George would insist on fireworks during the vows.”
“And Angelina would probably hex the cake to explode in my face,” Fred added, grinning.
“Not that you wouldn’t deserve it,” you teased, nudging him with your shoulder.
Fred gasped dramatically. “Me? Deserve it? Please, I’d be the perfect groom. You, on the other hand…”
You raised an eyebrow. “What about me?”
Fred smirked, leaning back in his chair. “You’d probably spend the entire ceremony arguing with me about the flowers or the seating arrangements.”
“Only because you’d insist on something ridiculous, like having a Quidditch match instead of a reception,” you shot back, laughing.
“See? Proves my point,” Fred said, throwing another bean into his mouth.
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t help the grin tugging at your lips. The conversation was silly, but it sent a pang through your chest all the same. For a moment, you wondered—what if it weren’t so ridiculous? What if you weren’t just friends?
“Guess it’s a good thing we’d never actually be a couple,” you said lightly, testing the waters.
Fred snorted, not catching the slight hesitation in your voice. “You’ve got that right. Can you imagine? We’d probably kill each other within a week.”
Your smile faltered for a split second, but you quickly recovered, laughing along with him. “True. It would be a disaster.”
“An entertaining one, though,” Fred added, grinning at you.
You laughed again, but the ache in your chest lingered as his words played over in your mind. A disaster.
Fred, oblivious, tossed the box of beans onto the table and stretched his arms over his head. “Anyway, who needs all that relationship nonsense? We’re better off just being us.”
“Right,” you said softly, your smile not quite reaching your eyes. “Just us.”
But as you watched Fred lean back, his expression carefree and content, you made a silent decision.
It was time to stop hoping for something that would never happen. It was time to move on.
A couple days later, Fred dropped into the seat next to you in the common room, his typical big grin directed at you. “Fancy sneaking out to the kitchens? I was thinking a snack, but maybe we could even go for a full-course meal if the house-elves are feeling generous.”
You didn’t look up from your book, keeping your voice steady. “Can’t. I’ve got plans tonight.”
Fred tilted his head, frowning. “Plans? With who?”
“Just plans,” you said vaguely, flipping a page.
Fred narrowed his eyes, studying you for a moment, but you didn’t elaborate. Eventually, he shrugged, leaning back in his chair. “Your loss. More food for me.”
You hummed noncommittally, keeping your gaze fixed on the words in front of you.
Later that evening, Fred was sprawled on the sofa near the fire, George and Lee arguing over a card game beside him. Angelina sauntered in, her hair tied back in a loose ponytail.
“Oi, Ang,” Fred called, waving her over. “What’s she up to tonight?”
Angelina raised an eyebrow. “Who?”
“You know who. She said she had plans.”
Angelina hesitated for half a second before smirking. “She’s got a date.”
Fred blinked, the words not registering immediately. “A date?”
“Yeah,” Angelina said, sitting on the arm of the sofa. “With that bloke from Ravenclaw—what’s his name? Aaron? Aiden?”
“Andrew,” George supplied helpfully, grinning.
“Right. Andrew,” Angelina said, crossing her arms. “Apparently, he’s been asking her out for ages, and she finally said yes.”
Fred frowned, a strange tightness forming in his chest. “Huh.”
George glanced at him, raising an eyebrow. “Something wrong, Fred?”
“No,” Fred said quickly, shaking his head. “Why would there be?”
George exchanged a look with Lee, who raised an amused eyebrow. But neither of them said anything, much to Fred’s relief.
Meanwhile you were trying your best to focus on Andrew as he told you about his latest Quidditch practice. He was charming, handsome, and undeniably kind. Exactly the type of person you should be going out with.
But as much as you tried to stay engaged, your mind kept wandering. His laugh wasn’t quite as infectious. His jokes weren’t quite as sharp. And when he leaned in slightly to brush his hand against yours, your chest didn’t flutter the way you wanted it to.
You forced a smile, reminding yourself why you were here. Andrew had always been good to you, and after Fred’s clear rejection, it was time to stop holding onto something that wasn’t going to happen.
“Are you alright?” Andrew asked, his voice soft as he studied your face.
“Yes,” you said quickly, sitting up straighter. “Sorry, just a bit distracted. It’s been a long week.”
Andrew smiled, his eyes warm. “I get it. I’m glad you said yes, though. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while.”
You felt a pang of guilt but managed another smile. “Me too.”
It wasn’t entirely a lie. Andrew deserved a chance, and you were determined to give it to him.
Still, as the evening wore on, you couldn’t help but wonder what Fred was doing. And no matter how hard you tried, you couldn’t shake the thought that you wished he were sitting across from you instead.
You had done your best to steer clear of Fred over the past few days. You weren’t sure why, if someone dared to ask. Maybe you wanted to avoid telling him about your date or maybe talking to Fred would force you to acknowledge that moving on was harder than you thought.
It wasn’t easy, avoiding Fred, considering he had a knack for showing up everywhere you didn’t want him to be.
And, naturally, today was no exception.
“Oi!” Fred’s voice rang out from behind you as you made your way down the hallway after class. “Wait up!”
You considered pretending not to hear him, but the sound of his footsteps catching up told you there was no escaping this time.
“Hey,” he said, falling into step beside you. His usual grin was in place, though there was a flicker of something unreadable in his eyes. “Haven’t seen much of you lately. Been avoiding me or something?”
You gave a half-hearted laugh. “Don’t be ridiculous. Just… busy.”
Fred raised an eyebrow, clearly unconvinced. “Busy with what? Or should I say who?”
Your stomach twisted at the question, but you forced yourself to keep your expression neutral. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Angelina mentioned you went on a date,” Fred said, his tone light and teasing, though his eyes flickered with something you couldn’t quite place. “Figured you’d be too busy swooning over this Andrew bloke to hang out with your real friends.”
You rolled your eyes, gripping the strap of your bag a little tighter. “It was just a date, Fred. No swooning involved.”
Fred tilted his head, studying you. “Come on. Spill. What’s he like? Is he as funny as me? Doubt it.”
You hesitated, your heart hammering as you searched his face for any hint of jealousy, any sign that this conversation bothered him. But Fred’s grin was firmly in place, his tone casual and carefree.
“He’s nice,” you said finally, keeping your voice even. “Really nice.”
Fred’s smile faltered for the briefest of moments before returning. “Nice, huh? That’s a glowing review.”
You shrugged, refusing to meet his eyes. “What else do you want me to say?”
“I dunno,” Fred said, scratching the back of his neck. “Maybe that he’s secretly boring or has terrible taste in music. Something I can mock him for.”
You couldn’t help the small laugh that escaped you, but it quickly faded as the tension in your chest tightened.
Fred shoved his hands into his pockets, glancing at you out of the corner of his eye. “Well, if he’s so bloody great, maybe we should invite him to hang out with us sometime.”
Your head snapped toward him, your eyes narrowing. “Are you serious?”
Fred shrugged, his grin turning lopsided. “Why not? He could use a proper Weasley test. See if he can keep up.”
You shook your head, muttering under your breath. “You’re impossible.”
Fred watched you closely, his grin slipping just enough to reveal the confusion beneath it. He didn’t know why the thought of you with Andrew left a sour taste in his mouth, but he was determined to ignore it.
Maybe it was just because he didn’t know the guy. Or because he didn’t want to lose his favorite partner-in-crime to some bloke from Ravenclaw. That had to be it.
Definitely not because he cared more than he should.
&
The common room buzzed with its usual post-dinner chaos. Fred was in his element, loudly challenging George to an Exploding Snap rematch after a questionable loss earlier, when you walked in with Andrew.
Fred’s laughter faltered for half a second, but he quickly covered it up with a grin. “Well, well, look who decided to join us. Ravenclaw royalty.”
“Hi, Fred,” you said, your voice neutral but carrying an edge of warning.
Andrew smiled politely, clearly unfazed. “Hey. I thought I’d take you up on your offer to hang out.”
“Brave of you,” Fred quipped, gesturing to the chaos around him. “We’re not exactly Ravenclaw standards of refined.”
Andrew chuckled. “I can handle it.”
George appeared beside Fred, grinning broadly. “Andrew, right? You’re the Quidditch guy. Chaser, yeah?”
“That’s me,” Andrew said, looking pleasantly surprised.
“Always nice to have another flyer in the group,” George said, clapping him on the back. “Ignore Fred if he gets too annoying.”
“Oi!” Fred protested, but George was already leading Andrew to the sofa, chatting about brooms and game strategies.
You sighed, crossing your arms. “Play nice,” you muttered as you passed Fred, taking a seat near Angelina and Lee.
Fred watched as Andrew settled into the group, answering questions and laughing at everyone’s jokes with ease. His jaw tightened when Angelina leaned over to whisper, “He’s charming, isn’t he?”
“Sure,” Fred said, his voice flat.
An hour later, everyone seemed to be getting along swimmingly—except Fred.
He wasn’t outright rude to Andrew, but his usual teasing had a sharper edge tonight. Every time Andrew spoke, Fred had a quick quip or an exaggerated eye roll.
When Andrew mentioned his house winning the latest match, Fred chimed in with, “Ravenclaw’s strategy, isn’t it? Win the game, lose the fun.”
George elbowed Fred, but Andrew only laughed. “We take Quidditch seriously. Some of us, at least.”
Fred grinned tightly. “Right. Because fun has no place in sports.”
“Okay,” you interjected, cutting through the growing tension. “Who wants snacks? I’ll get some from the kitchens.”
“I’ll help,” Andrew offered, standing up.
You hesitated, glancing briefly at Fred before nodding. “Sure. Let’s go.”
After you and Andrew left the common room, Fred slumped back into his chair, muttering something under his breath.
“What’s your problem?” George asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Problem? I don’t have a problem,” Fred said quickly.
“Sure you don’t,” Angelina said, smirking as she leaned against the armrest. “You’re only acting like a jealous git.”
Fred scoffed. “Jealous? Please. I just think he’s boring.”
George chuckled. “Yeah, he’s awful. Friendly, charming, loves Quidditch—how dare he?”
Fred scowled but didn’t reply, his gaze fixed on the door you’d just walked through.
When you and Andrew returned, the evening had mostly calmed down. Fred kept to himself, though his eyes followed you whenever you weren’t looking.
As the group began to disband for the night, Andrew turned to you, his smile warm and easy. “I had a great time the other night. Do you think you’d want to do it again? Soon?”
Fred’s head snapped up at Andrew’s words, but he quickly looked away, pretending to fidget with his deck of cards.
You hesitated, your gaze flickering to Fred for just a moment. His usual grin was gone, replaced by a furrowed brow and averted eyes. Ignoring him and the little voice in the back of your mind, you turned back to Andrew.
“Sure,” you said with a smile. “I’d like that.”
Andrew’s grin widened. “Great. I’ll find you tomorrow to figure out the details.”
You nodded, and as Andrew left, you glanced back at Fred one last time. He was shuffling his cards with unnecessary force, avoiding your gaze entirely. Weird.
Over the next couple of weeks, your relationship with Andrew began to take shape. Slowly but surely, he worked his way into your life.
He wasn’t overly pushy or demanding, which you appreciated, and he had a way of making you laugh—though not quite as effortlessly as Fred could.
Still, it felt nice to have someone show genuine interest in you, even if the spark you were hoping for wasn’t quite there yet.
Of course, Andrew didn’t just win you over—he charmed everyone.
“Well, he’s bloody polite,” George said one evening after Andrew left the common room. “And he brought snacks. Can’t argue with that.”
Angelina nodded in agreement. “He’s sweet. You picked a good one.”
“Of course she did,” Fred muttered, slumping lower in his chair.
Lee gave Fred a side-eye. “You alright, mate? You’ve been acting off lately.”
“I’m fine,” Fred said quickly, grabbing a deck of cards and shuffling them with unnecessary vigor. “Why wouldn’t I be?”
Lee raised an eyebrow but didn’t press further.
The thing was, Fred wasn’t fine.
He didn’t know what it was about Andrew that rubbed him the wrong way. Maybe it was how the bloke always seemed to be around now, sitting beside you in the common room or leaning in too close when you laughed at one of his jokes.
Fred told himself it was just the newness of it all. You’d always been his person—his partner-in-crime, his go-to for pranks, his late-night snack accomplice. And now Andrew was stealing you away.
It was irritating.
But Fred wasn’t jealous. Definitely not.
One afternoon, the group decided to head down to the lake to take advantage of the rare sunny weather.
Andrew and George carried the food, Angelina and Lee brought the blankets, and you walked ahead with Fred, your pace slowing as you chatted.
“So,” Fred said casually, kicking a stone along the path, “how’s Prince Charming?”
You gave him a look. “He has a name, you know.”
“Right. Andy.”
“Andrew,” you corrected, rolling your eyes.
“Same thing,” Fred said with a shrug.
You sighed. “He’s fine. Why do you ask?”
“No reason,” Fred said, though his tone was anything but casual. “Just wondering how long he plans to stick around.”
“Why? You planning to scare him off?” you asked, your voice teasing but laced with curiosity.
Fred grinned, though it didn’t quite reach his eyes. “Wouldn’t dream of it.”
Before you could respond, Andrew called your name from behind, jogging to catch up with you.
Fred fell silent, his jaw tightening as Andrew slipped into step beside you, his hand brushing yours as he walked.
By the time you reached the lake, Fred was thoroughly annoyed.
As everyone settled on the blankets, Andrew took the spot beside you, leaning close to whisper something that made you laugh. Fred sat across from you, stabbing at his sandwich with unnecessary force.
“You alright there, Fred?” Angelina asked, nudging him with her foot.
“Fine,” Fred said tightly, taking an aggressive bite.
George smirked. “You know, for someone who doesn’t care, you’re awfully bothered.”
Fred glared at his twin but said nothing.
As the sun began to set, Andrew offered to walk you back to the castle, and you accepted with a smile. Fred watched the two of you leave, his chest tightening as your laughter faded into the distance.
“Mate,” George said, clapping Fred on the shoulder. “You’ve got it bad.”
Fred scowled. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“Sure you don’t,” George said with a knowing grin.
If there was one thing Fred Weasley prided himself on, it was his ability to remain unshakable. Cool under pressure. Steady in the face of chaos.
Except, apparently, when Andrew was around.
“I’m just saying,” Fred declared loudly, leaning back in his chair with the kind of dramatic flair that immediately drew everyone’s attention, “no one is that nice. It’s suspicious.”
“Suspicious?” Angelina repeated, raising an eyebrow.
“Absolutely,” Fred said, gesturing wildly as if this were common knowledge. “No one can laugh at every single joke. Even George’s bad ones.”
“Oi!” George protested, though he was grinning. “My jokes are masterpieces.”
Andrew, seated comfortably next to you, chuckled. “I don’t know, George. That one about the Blast-Ended Skrewts last week was a bit of a stretch.”
Fred’s eyes narrowed. “See? Right there. He’s even polite when he’s being critical. Who does that?”
You rolled your eyes, but you couldn’t help the small laugh that escaped you. “Fred, are you really mad because Andrew is nice?”
“I’m not mad!” Fred insisted, though his tone suggested otherwise. “I’m just… observant. He’s too nice. It’s unnatural.”
“Fred,” Lee said, struggling to keep a straight face, “I think you might be allergic to decent human behavior.”
The group erupted in laughter, and for a moment, even you couldn’t hide your amusement. But Fred wasn’t done yet.
“Mark my words,” Fred continued, pointing dramatically at Andrew, “this whole ‘charming and perfect’ act is going to crack one day. And when it does—”
Andrew held up his hands, laughing lightly. “Alright, you’ve got me. I’ll admit it: I burned toast once. Twice, actually. Sometimes I even leave the cap off the toothpaste.”
“Oh, the horror,” Lee said, clutching his chest mockingly. “Fred, are you sure we’re safe in his presence?”
Fred scowled, muttering something under his breath.
You shot him a look, your patience wearing thin. “Fred, if you’re so bothered by something, maybe you should do something about it.”
Fred blinked, caught off guard by the sudden shift in your tone. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
You shrugged, standing to grab a glass of water. “Exactly what it sounds like.”
Fred watched you leave the room, the weight of your words settling uncomfortably in his chest.
“What’s her problem?” he muttered, glancing at the others.
Angelina snorted. “You’re joking, right?”
Fred frowned. “What?”
George exchanged a look with Lee, barely containing his laughter. “Oh, nothing,” George said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “I’m sure it has nothing to do with you acting like a jealous prat every time Andrew breathes in her direction.”
“I’m not jealous!” Fred shot back, his voice a little too loud.
“Sure you’re not,” Lee said, patting him on the shoulder.
Angelina leaned forward, her smirk practically glowing. “Fred, has it ever occurred to you that you’re not mad at Andrew? You’re mad because he’s with her, and you’re not.”
Fred opened his mouth to argue, but no words came out. He shut it again, glaring at the lot of them as they burst into laughter.
“Honestly,” George said, shaking his head. “I’ve seen Blast-Ended Skrewts with more self-awareness.”
Fred groaned, burying his face in his hands. “You’re all useless,” he muttered.
“Hey, we’re just here to point out the obvious,” Lee said with a grin. “The rest is up to you, lover boy.”
&
The Three Broomsticks was warm and bustling with chatter, the kind of lively atmosphere that could distract anyone from their troubles.
Fred leaned back in his chair, nursing a mug of butterbeer, and let the noise wash over him.
It had been weeks since he’d felt this at ease. For once, he wasn’t thinking about Andrew or the way he seemed to occupy every spare moment of your time.
Because, for the first time in a long while, it was just the group—George, Lee, Angelina, you, and him—laughing, joking, and bickering like always. And with you sitting across from him, grinning over the rim of your butterbeer as you teased George about his latest failed prank, Fred felt… content.
Comfortable. Like everything was back to normal.
But then the door to the pub opened, letting in a gust of cold air and a familiar figure.
Fred’s stomach twisted the moment he saw Andrew.
“Hey, everyone,” Andrew said, his smile easy and confident as he approached the table.
Fred tried to focus on his drink, on George cracking a joke, on literally anything else—but then Andrew leaned down, his hand brushing your shoulder, and kissed you.
It wasn’t long, just a brief, casual kiss on the lips, but it might as well have been a Bludger to Fred’s chest.
The laughter at the table carried on, the others welcoming Andrew like they always did, but Fred barely heard a word. His mind was spinning, his heart racing, and for the first time, he couldn’t keep up the denial.
It wasn’t just irritation. It wasn’t just protectiveness.
It was jealousy.
Pure, undeniable jealousy.
And it wasn’t just because Andrew had you—it was because Fred wanted you.
The realization hit him like a brick wall. Every time you laughed at Andrew’s jokes, every time you brushed his hand with yours, every time you smiled at him with that soft, affectionate look in your eyes—it burned.
Because Fred wanted to be the one making you laugh, holding your hand, earning your smiles.
But it wasn’t him. And now, sitting here, watching Andrew slide into the seat beside you, his arm draped casually over the back of your chair, Fred finally understood why it hurt so much.
&
Fred paced the length of the Gryffindor common room like a man possessed, his hands raking through his hair as George, Angelina, and Lee lounged on the sofa, watching with varying degrees of amusement.
“She kissed him,” Fred muttered for the fiftieth time, his voice tinged with both disbelief and frustration.
“Yes, Fred,” Angelina said patiently, not bothering to hide her smirk. “We were all there. You don’t need to recap.”
“But—” Fred turned on his heel, his expression wild. “How did I not see it before? How did none of you tell me?”
George snorted. “Mate, we’ve been dropping hints for years. You’re just thick.”
“Excuse me?” Fred stopped pacing long enough to glare at his twin.
Lee chimed in, grinning. “He’s right, you know. It’s been painfully obvious to everyone but you. Honestly, we were starting to think you’d never figure it out.”
Fred groaned, collapsing into a chair and burying his face in his hands. “What am I supposed to do now? She’s happy with Andrew. I can’t just…” He trailed off, shaking his head.
“You could do nothing,” Angelina suggested, crossing her arms. “Let her be happy. Maybe keep your mouth shut for once in your life.”
Fred glared at her. “Thanks for the support, Ang. Really helpful.”
“I’m just saying,” Angelina continued, shrugging. “If you care about her, maybe you don’t ruin things for her. It’s not about you, Fred.”
George tilted his head. “Or—and hear me out—you could tell her how you feel and let her decide.”
Lee grinned. “Or—and this is my favorite option—you stage an elaborate prank to scare off Andrew, then swoop in as the knight in shining armor.”
Fred groaned again, throwing his head back against the chair. “You’re all useless.”
“Hey, I’m giving you options,” Lee said defensively.
“Yeah,” George added. “And Angelina’s just saying what she’d do if she were you. Personally, I think you should grow a pair and tell her the truth.”
Fred shot him a look. “It’s not that simple.”
“It never is,” Angelina said, her tone softer now. “But you’ve got to figure it out, Fred. Otherwise, you’re just going to keep driving yourself—and the rest of us—mad.”
The sound of the portrait hole opening drew their attention, and there you were, stepping inside with your bag slung over one shoulder and a slight frown on your face.
Fred’s heart skipped a beat, and he immediately sat up straighter, trying to look normal—which, of course, only made him look even more suspicious.
“Everything okay?” you asked, glancing between the group and Fred’s suspiciously guilty expression.
“Fine!” Fred said quickly, his voice a little too loud.
You raised an eyebrow but didn’t push, instead walking over to your usual spot by the fire. You dropped your bag on the floor and pulled out a stack of parchment, rifling through it with a small, frustrated sigh.
Fred couldn’t take his eyes off you. It wasn’t anything special—just you being you—but the way your hair caught the firelight, the tiny furrow in your brow as you concentrated, the way you bit your lip when something didn’t go right…
In that moment, Fred knew.
Knew that no one else would ever make him feel the way you did. Knew that no one else would ever measure up to you. Knew that he couldn’t keep this to himself anymore.
Now he just had to figure out how to tell you.
“Merlin, he’s gone,” George muttered, nudging Angelina. “Look at him.”
Fred ignored them, his mind racing as he tried to think of something—anything—to say. But for once in his life, words failed him.
Fred had never been one to overthink things. Usually, he went with his gut, said whatever was on his mind, and dealt with the consequences later. But when it came to you, every plan he came up with seemed doomed from the start.
The first time he tried, it was on the way to Charms. He’d spotted you walking ahead, your bag slung over one shoulder and your hair bouncing as you moved. His heart did that stupid thing where it sped up, and before he could stop himself, he called your name.
“Hey,” you said, slowing to let him catch up.
“Hey,” he replied, suddenly feeling like his tongue had turned to lead.
You smiled at him, that warm, easy smile that made his chest ache. “What’s up?”
Fred opened his mouth to speak, but before he could say anything, Andrew appeared from the other direction.
“There you are,” Andrew said, grinning as he slipped an arm around your waist.
Fred’s jaw clenched, but he forced a smile. “Right. See you in class,” he mumbled, walking off before either of you could reply.
The second attempt came during a group study session in the library.
Fred had been unusually quiet, his eyes darting to you every few seconds. You were sitting across from him, absently twirling your quill as you read over your notes.
“Hey,” he said suddenly, leaning forward.
You looked up, tilting your head. “Yeah?”
“I—”
“Shh!” Madam Pince hissed from across the room, glaring at Fred like he’d just set one of her precious books on fire.
Fred sighed, leaning back in his chair as George smirked beside him. “Smooth,” George muttered under his breath.
The third time wasn’t even his fault.
He’d waited until you were alone in the common room, curled up in your usual chair by the fire. It was late, and most of the others had gone to bed, leaving the room quiet and cozy.
Fred took a deep breath, running a hand through his hair as he approached. “Hey, can we talk?”
You looked up at him, your expression soft but curious. “Sure. What’s on your mind?”
Fred hesitated, the words hanging on the tip of his tongue. This was it. He just had to say it.
But before he could, Lee burst into the room, laughing loudly about something George had apparently done. The noise startled both of you, and whatever fragile moment had been building between you vanished in an instant.
Fred sighed, watching as you smiled politely at Lee’s antics before heading upstairs to your dorm.
Meanwhile, you couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off.
Andrew was as kind and attentive as ever, but your heart wasn’t fully in it. You caught yourself zoning out during conversations, your mind drifting to memories of late-night laughs and pranks with Fred.
Andrew noticed.
“You’ve been a bit distant lately,” he said one evening as you sat together by the lake. His tone was calm but serious, his eyes searching yours.
“I’m sorry,” you said quickly, though you weren’t sure what you were apologizing for.
Andrew smiled faintly, shaking his head. “We should talk. Really talk.”
You nodded, your stomach twisting with unease and the underlying feeling of already knowing what was about to come.
&
The rain fell steadily, soaking through your cloak and chilling you to the bone, but you didn’t care. After your conversation with Andrew, you’d needed space to think, to feel, to breathe.
That was why you stayed in the same spot he left you in, even when it began to pour.
But tonight, the storm wasn’t just inside.
The sound of footsteps on the dock pulled you from your thoughts, and you turned to see Fred, his red hair plastered to his forehead and water dripping from his clothes.
“What are you doing here?” you asked, your voice carrying over the rain.
Fred shoved his hands into his pockets, looking equal parts frustrated and relieved. “I could ask you the same thing.”
You shrugged, turning your gaze back to the water. “Needed to think.”
Fred hesitated, then stepped closer, the wood creaking under his weight. “And you couldn’t think inside? Where it’s dry?”
You huffed a laugh, though there wasn’t much humor in it. “Guess not.”
An awkward silence stretched between you as the rain continued to fall. Fred shifted on his feet, clearly trying to work up the courage to say something.
He hadn’t planned this, hadn’t thought through what he wanted to say.
“You’re really something, you know that?” he blurted finally, the words spilling out before he could stop them. “You’re out here in the rain, and I’m the idiot who followed you, and… Merlin, I don’t even know where to start.”
You raised an eyebrow, your expression guarded. “Then don’t.”
Fred shook his head. “No, I have to. Because—because you drive me mad. You’re all I can think about, and it’s infuriating because I don’t even know when it started, but it’s just… there. All the time.”
You blinked, caught off guard by the raw honesty in his voice.
“You know, Andrew is… perfect, really. Kind, understanding. Says all the right things. And he’s right. He’s everything I should want.”
Fred’s jaw tightened, but he kept his voice steady. “If he’s so perfect, then why are you out here? With me?”
The words hit like a punch to the gut, and you blinked, suddenly unable to meet his gaze.
“Why, if Andrew’s so perfect, are you standing out here in the rain with me instead of him?” Fred pressed, his voice soft but insistent.
Your chest ached, and before you could stop yourself, the truth spilled out. “Because he’s not you, Fred! He never was.”
Fred stared at you, his breath hitching as your words sank in.
You laughed bitterly, swiping at your wet face. “Andrew is kind and caring and everything I should want. But it doesn’t matter, because he’s not you. And that’s why we ended things. He knows he’s not the one I want to be with.”
Fred didn’t move for a moment, as though your words had stunned him. His wide eyes searched yours, raindrops slipping down his face, mingling with the uncertainty you saw flicker there.
But then, something shifted. Determination sparked in his gaze, and in one swift motion, he stepped forward, closing the distance between you. His hands, rough yet gentle, cupped your face, his thumbs brushing against your rain-damp cheeks.
The kiss came like a thunderclap—fierce, overwhelming, impossible to ignore. His lips claimed yours with a desperation that stole the breath from your lungs, as though this was the only way he could make you understand everything he couldn’t say.
The rain blurred everything around you—the trees, the lake, the world itself—but Fred’s warmth anchored you. His hands trembled slightly against your skin, betraying the vulnerability beneath his boldness.
A soft gasp escaped you as your fingers curled into the fabric of his soaked shirt, pulling him closer instinctively. The rain had drenched you both, but Fred’s heat seeped through the layers, making you feel like nothing else mattered.
His lips moved against yours, earnest and unrelenting, as though he feared you might slip away if he didn’t hold on tightly enough. And yet, there was no demand in his kiss, only a raw, aching need that left you dizzy.
When you finally broke apart, gasping for air, Fred rested his forehead against yours, his breath ragged. His hands stayed on your face, as if letting go would break the fragile moment between you.
“I’m sorry,” he murmured, his voice hoarse but firm, his thumb brushing away the rain—or was it a tear?—from your cheek. “Forgive me?”
The rain continued to fall, cold and relentless, but it didn’t matter. Fred’s eyes searched yours, unguarded and full of something that made your chest ache.
“Always,” you whispered, your voice trembling but resolute.
Fred’s lips curved into the faintest smile before he kissed you again, softer this time but no less consuming.
From a distance, George and Lee watched from the cover of a nearby tree, Angelina holding an umbrella over them with a triumphant smirk.
“Told you,” George said smugly.
“Yeah, yeah,” Lee muttered, crossing his arms, but not before handing George the bag. “I still say it’s weird to bet on your brother’s love life.”
“Not when it’s this predictable,” Angelina chimed in, snatching a Galleon from the bag. “You’re welcome, by the way. I made this happen.”
“You did nothing,” George said, rolling his eyes. “They’re just idiots. Idiots in love.”

Bruce: You can't just take my child and claim them as your own
Jonathan: You have like ten kids. Me? Zero. Sharing is caring Batman
Bruce: That does not apply to children-
Jonathan: It does when they want to study phobias with me
Scarecrow's crimes start to plummet because he finally has the one thing he wants; a loving family- I mean, a student who doesn't mind he shoots a gun in mid class as a demonstration of fear
Lmao Batman goes to find his kid after they've been missing for a week and finds them studying flash cards of phobias with The Scarecrow
Reader ends up becoming there side kick/lab partner. But there so focused on the science aspect they completely forgot about the villain aspect. You can hear the song weird science playing in the background as they work on their news concoction.

Between Us
Part 1- A Glimpse of More
Part 2- The almost moment
Tumblr media
Y/N adjusted her glasses and tucked a stray strand of her Y/C/H behind her ear. The campus coffee shop buzzed around her, the clinking of mugs and the low hum of chatter blending into background noise. Across from her sat Minho, her best friend since the fifth grade. He was hunched over his laptop, typing furiously.
“Remind me again why we’re writing this paper two hours before it’s due?” Minho asked, glancing up at her with his signature lopsided grin.
“Because someone said playing video games last night was more important than starting it early,” Y/N shot back, smirking.
He laughed, a deep sound that made her chest tighten for reasons she didn’t want to admit. They had always been close, sharing everything from childhood pranks to late-night phone calls about life and love—or, in her case, the lack of it.
For years, she had convinced herself their friendship was all she needed. Minho was her rock, her confidant, her partner-in-crime. But lately, something had shifted. She found herself noticing the way his laugh made her stomach flutter, how his touch lingered just a little too long when he handed her something.
And how, at moments like this, the way he looked at her made her heart race.
“Earth to Y/N,” Minho said, waving a hand in front of her face. “You good?”
“Yeah, sorry. Just…zoned out,” she lied, quickly looking back at her notes.
Minho leaned back in his chair, studying her. “You’ve been weird lately. Is something going on?”
Her pulse quickened. “What do you mean, ‘weird’?”
“I don’t know. You’ve just been…quiet. Not your usual bossy self,” he teased, but his voice held an edge of concern.
Y/N hesitated, her fingers curling around her coffee cup. Could she tell him? Could she risk it?
But before she could say anything, Minho’s phone buzzed on the table. He glanced at the screen and frowned.
“It’s Madison,” he muttered, silencing the call.
Y/N’s heart sank. Madison was his on-again, off-again girlfriend, and every time she came back into his life, Y/N felt like she was shoved to the sidelines.
“You should answer,” Y/N said, forcing a smile.
Minho shook his head. “Nah, I’m with you right now. She can wait.”
Her chest tightened again, this time with hope.

Beware clickbait accusations
Hi fandom, here's what happened yesterday: A reporter named Rachel Johnson, who is the sister to Boris Johnson and a big terfy supporter of JK Rowling, released a 4-part true crime podcast featuring two women accusing Neil Gaiman of SA. Yesterday. The day before the UK elections. This post explores the possible political links in more detail.
CW: this post is free of graphic details, but if you follow these links, there may be explicit descriptions of sex, kink, and bdsm, plus mentions of mental illness and suicidal thoughts.
I want to believe and support survivors, and I also want to base my thoughts and actions on facts. I thought the xitter livestream commentary from Not Becky for all 4 episodes was very insightful. There's also a first episode transcript without extra commentary. (Edit: released after I wrote this post: the full audio plus transcripts for all four episodes of the podcast are now available to download here, or you can read all four transcripts in your browser.) I have since concluded (pending more time to think and read and learn, or any new information, of course):
This seems like the worst kind of clickbait, an unjustified mess that will hurt everyone involved (except possibly a few politicians who might benefit somehow, we'll see). The evidence the "reporters" present directly contradicts their accusations. They're counting on people reading headlines and not digging any deeper.
They tried to make something sinister where there was apparently consent and a caring relationship. Have they exploited one or both of these women? S, in particular, is described as vulnerable and with a history of unspecified mental illness. They have all of the message history between S and Neil, and her messages make the sexy stuff between the two of them sound enthusiastically consensual. There are even messages (multiple!) where she specifically says everything was consensual. Here's one:
Tumblr media
They're playing horror music in the background to try to make us feel horrified, even as S reassures us that things were consensual. It's emotional manipulation by the reporters.
The times S sounds upset during the interview are the times she talks about Neil leaving her behind or not paying attention to her. Not the times she talks about consent violations. Her stories during the interview are inconsistent, and they contradict her messages with Neil and with others. Maybe we'll get better information from a more reputable news source, or maybe not, I don't know. I also don't know why anyone who cares about her would have advised her to do this interview.
Then they tracked down lots of other women who know/have dated Neil and they all had glowing things to say, except one other lover from 20 years ago, K. She described some bad sex, and then pointed to a time in their 2-year relationship when she felt something wasn't consensual and he thought it was. And after their breakup, they continued to text and flirt, for decades.
This podcast "exposé" feels like explosive clickbait with political ramifications. The evidence here doesn't support a pattern of poor conduct so much as establish Neil as a fellow well-meaning human with imperfect judgement. That doesn't mean the accusations are all made up; intimate partner violence is complicated, and the responsibility for checking in and getting regular enthusiastic consent from partners is very real, especially when kink or bdsm are involved.
I don't know what the right balance is here between supporting survivors, thinking critically, assuming good intentions, and waiting for better information, but I feel confident that this podcast alone is not enough to condemn anyone aside from the irresponsible journalists who inflicted it on the rest of us.
PS/edit: I'm tagging my relevant posts (mostly reblogs) with #ineffable grief, and you can see all of them here.

Do you have any advice on how to write characters doing things while talking? Not just body language, but actual scenes, like playing games or (my default) eating
Writing Tips: Mixing Action & Dialogue
Striking a Balance
There are no hard-and-fast rules about when and when not to blend dialogue, action, and narrative.
To weave them together well is to find your story's rhythm.
But there are a few questions you can ask yourself about your story, especially in the rewrite stage, that can help you know which elements are most effective for a particular scene, and which might be better used elsewhere.
Ask yourself:
Is the story moving a little too slowly, and do I need to speed things up? (Use dialogue.)
Is it time to give the reader some background on the characters so they're more sympathetic? (Use narrative, dialogue, or a combination of the two.)
Do I have too many dialogue scenes in a row? (Use action or narrative.)
Are my characters constantly confiding in others about things they should only be pondering in their minds? (Use narrative.)
Likewise, are my characters alone in their heads when my characters in conversation would be more effective and lively? (Use dialogue.)
Is my story top-heavy in any way at all—too much dialogue, too much narrative, or too much action? (Insert more of the elements that are missing.)
Are my characters providing too many background details as they're talking to each other? (Use narrative.)
Whether we're using dialogue, action, or narrative to move the story forward, any or all 3 of these elements are doing double duty by revealing our characters' motives.
Your story's dialogue can reveal motive in a way that's natural and authentic because whether we're aware of it or not, we reveal our own motives all the time in our everyday lives.
And to understand a character's motive is to understand the character.
Action Beats - the descriptions of the expressions, movements, or even internal thoughts that accompany the speaker’s words.
They’re always included in the same paragraph as the dialogue, so as to indicate that the person acting is also the person speaking.
On a technical level, action beats keep your writing varied, manage the pace of a dialogue-heavy scene, and break up the long list of lines ending in ‘he said’ or ‘she said’.
But on a character level, action beats are even more important because they can go a level deeper than dialogue and illustrate a character’s body language.
When we communicate, dialogue only forms a half of how we get across what we want to say.
Body language is that missing half — which is why action beats are so important in visualizing a conversation, and can help you “show” rather than “tell” in writing.
Here’s a quick exercise to practice thinking about body language in the context of dialogue:
Imagine a short scene, where you are witnessing a conversation between two people from the opposite side of a restaurant or café. Because it’s noisy and you can’t hear what they are saying, describe the conversation through the use of body language only.
Remember, at the end of the day, action beats and spoken dialogue are partners in crime.
Examples
From Kazuo Ishiguro's Never Let Me Go, which highlights the power of interspersing action beats within dialogue:
“Tommy,” I said, quite sternly. “There’s mud all over your shirt.” “So what?” he mumbled. But even as he said this, he looked down and noticed the brown specks, and only just stopped himself crying out in alarm. Then I saw the surprise register on his face that I should know about his feelings for the polo shirt. “It’s nothing to worry about.” I said, before the silence got humiliating for him. “It’ll come off. If you can’t get it off yourself, just take it to Miss Jody.” He went on examining his shirt, then said grumpily, “It’s nothing to do with you anyway.”
Using a beat to interrupt the flow of dialogue:
“I love to write books!” John sat at the keyboard and cracked his knuckles. “But I don't like editing them as much.”

Alastor proposing
His own little mischievous ways of doing things
-------------------------------------------------
Tumblr media
The dim glow of the underworld’s eternal twilight cast eerie shadows as Alastor led you to a secluded clearing, the air tingling with an almost electric anticipation. The usual static hum that followed him seemed quieter tonight, as if even his ever-present radio signals held their breath.
"Ah, my dearest, most delightful companion!" he declared, twirling dramatically before turning to you with a wide grin. "You know, I've been alive—well, undead—for quite some time, and in all those years, I've met many souls, danced many dances, and orchestrated my fair share of delightful chaos. But you..." His red eyes gleamed as he leaned in, voice dropping to a near whisper. "You are the most fascinating melody in my otherwise monotonous broadcast!"
With a flick of his wrist, the world around you transformed. Shadows slithered into elegant shapes, forming a grand stage, while phantom jazz musicians appeared, instruments floating in the air as they began to play a slow, haunting tune. Then, with an exaggerated flourish, Alastor pulled something from his coat pocket—a ring, dark as obsidian but shimmering with an unnatural glow.
He knelt, his grin never faltering but his voice carrying an unusual softness. "Now, my dear, I've never been one for tradition, but for you? Why, I'd rewrite the whole script! So tell me, would you do me the absolute honor of being my eternal partner in crime, my most cherished duet, my fiancée?"
For a moment, the air was silent, waiting, watching. Even the ever-present background static seemed to hush, as if the entire underworld held its breath for your answer.
As soon as the word "Yes!" left your lips, the world around you seemed to burst into life. The phantom musicians erupted into a triumphant swing melody, the shadows swirled like a dancing audience, and the ever-present radio static crackled with excitement.
Alastor’s grin stretched impossibly wide, but for once, there was something else beneath it—something real. A flicker of raw emotion, deep and unfiltered, flashed in his crimson eyes. His usually manic energy softened just slightly as he took your hand, his touch surprisingly warm despite the spectral nature of his being.
"You have no idea how happy you've just made me, my darling~!" His voice quivered with something rare—genuine feeling. "Oh, what fun we shall have! A lifetime—no, an eternity—of mischief, madness, and you by my side!"
With a dramatic twirl, he lifted you into his arms, spinning you around as laughter—both his and yours—filled the air. The shadows twinkled like stars, and for a moment, Hell itself felt bright.
Then, as if sealing the deal, he slipped the dark, shimmering ring onto your finger. The moment it settled in place, a strange warmth pulsed from it, intertwining with your very soul. His grip tightened ever so slightly as he leaned in, his voice dropping to a reverent whisper.
"Mine," he murmured, but there was no possessiveness in it—only devotion, unyielding and eternal.
And as he pulled you into a dance beneath the ghostly glow of the underworld, you realized—there was no turning back. But then again, why would you ever want to?

I actually really hope this like disaster baby join the main gang.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Aside from being an absolute cutie pie i think he would make a great comrade for Anya.
Anya is surrounded by mostly well behaved kids who are very mature (well mature for 6 years olds). Anya falls behind due to a combination of factors (background, age, personality) so i think it would be nice for her to have a kid that is on her level developmentally if any of that makes sense.
A kid who's just as gross and careless as she is. The way his uniform is undone and him playing with his boogers just kinda indicates a very lackadaisical attitude. He just doesn't seem as concerned with/capable of being as prim and proper as his peers. If he was in Henderson's class he would probably be a thorn in Henderson's side.
I can't say if he is intentionally troublesome bc he does seem concerned with his reputation. I won't say he's a complete delinquent because he could be more like Anya, tries but fails.
Narrative he can bring a lot of conflict into the story.
For starters, he would be Anya's first friend that she befriend because they had something in common and not just out of convenience. Someone she can actually talk to and play with who would (hopefully) be less judgemental of her. We don't actually know his personality, just conduct, so it's a bit of a stretch, but if they do get along then it can cause problems in the story.
Naturally, Damian would be very jealous of him. But so would Becky. Becky and Anya are good friends, but they don't have a lot in common, and Anya never really made any other friends. If she were to make any friend who really got along with it, it would really challenge Becky. Of course, Anya won't really care, but I think it would be cute to see Becky get a bit jealous and worried she's losing her bestie. A good reason to explore their friendship and let them have that bonding moment of reassurance.
He would also threaten the mission. Anya's partner in crime who encourages those less than savory traits she has that Loid is desperately trying to squash. Might even reawakened or start some new ones. It would be funny for Loid to have beef with a six year old and everyone thinking it's because it's a boy (which really baffles damian) but no it's literally for the first time actually for the mission.
And of course it asks the question of what Loid values more, Anya's happiness of the stability of the mission. Obviously Anya isnt going to throw her mission to the wind and would still try to get better. She might even be a good influence on him. It would be sad if Loid not only doubts Anya's improvement and dedication but also for him to discourage her from having a friend because of something so trivial. Not to mention being so quick to look down on a kid like that and dismissing him.
Maybe this can prompt a bit of a look into Loid's childhood. What if he was also a bit of a delinquent or troublesome. They look a bit similar so maybe he would see a bit of himself in the little boy and that stirs up a few complicated emotions.
Idk i just think he can be a fun character to add.

Peter was having a bad day. Your dad had catched him sneaking in to your room one too many times, and ordered him to go to his own place and sleep there. The extra commute from Park avenue all the way to Queen’s, properly wore him out, sum that to the fact that this was probably the first time in weeks he didn’t sleep in your soft king bed, and plush pillows, in the cotton linen blend sheets that didn’t scratch his sensitive skin, as well as the slightly weighted cool cover and velvety blanket you slept with, the room to the perfect temperature, smelling like you, and the background noises you played he used to laugh at you for, and most importantly your warm inviting arms holding him and lulling him into a wonderful sleep, so the next morning when it was time to wake up and his alarm went off, he didn’t wake up, instead he overslept for almost an hour, rushed into the shower and out the place, and had to swing all the way because he remembered he had a quiz he couldn’t miss, a quiz he wonderfully failed, history is not his strong suit.
Wednesday, the day he only shared one class with you, but he couldn’t even catch up because the work partners where assigned and he wasn’t with you. Lunch time came around and of course he forgot his wallet with how in a rush he was, and of course today was the day you had different lunch times and you weren’t there to offer him to buy him lunch, which he usually refuses to anyway, but today he might of have made an exception. Near last period he went to his locker to take out the books he didn’t need to take home, he bent down to take multiple books out of the bag he had left on the floor, as it happens, when he came back up with full force, he hit his head with the edge of the locker door, naturally Flash saw the whole thing and decided to advertise it to the entire hall, making him the subject of everyone's amusement until the bell rung for everyone to scatter to their classes, you saw him from afar but before you could make your way to him he had already slammed the door closed and walked off to his own class.
Already feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders he decided to clear his head and go for patrol, on his way out of school he found five bucks perfectly crumpled in the pavement, for a moment he thought that finally the day was getting somewhat better, until he went to Delmar’s to get his usual and they added tomato slices to it, he didn’t know if he wanted to sob or gag. He was too hungry and had no choice but to fish them out. He had a long patrol of pretty much nothing, not a crime in sight, the frustration settling in him, once the sun had gone down he decided to give up and fuck did he really want to see you, unconcerned if Mr. Stark found him and threaten to take his suit away if he found Peter sneaking in his daughters room to put his sticky fingers all over her again. His patience was truly starting to be tested when a couple blocks away from finally getting to you there was a some assholes stealing a purse from an older woman, presumably walking home, he couldn’t ignore it even if he wanted to, nothing could’ve prepared him for one of the men to put a gun to the lady’s head threatening to shoot if he didn’t walk away, and as he was thinking his next step to handle this the other guy found a pole and hit him right in the back of the head, knocking him to the ground, the thieves left with the purse, the lady ran away screaming and he had to walk those few blocks with a throb in his head and what felt like a shot wound to his spirit, not feeling like he could swing anymore.
Your day was pretty regular, little lonely with almost no sight of Peter, regardless as the sun set you started to get ready for bed, quick shower, comfy pj’s, and currently working on the quickest dinner possible, putting some organic chicken nuggets and fries in your air fryer, when you heard the elevator ding.
“Is that you dad? Cuz I’m still mad that you kicked Peter out,” You said setting the temperature and timer for the food.
No answer just Peter walking in to the kitchen, slumped, mask in hand, tiered eyes, and a small thigh lip smile.
“Peter, hi,” You walked towards him, no idea what but something definitely was up, you wrapped your arms around him and he immediately melted into you, you swayed him softly in your arms until he felt like pulling away.
“You okay?” You asked cupping his face, he hummed and nodded his face, eyes closed, tiredly nuzzling into one of your palms.
“Are you hungry, baby? Why don’t you have a quick shower and we’ll do a little dinner in bed? Yeah?” You placed a tender kiss on his forehead, he nodded again, mumbled a quiet yeah, and walked himself to your bedroom, hoping this would be the turning point to his horrendous day.
Meanwhile you lined the air fryer with much more food, knowing Peter could build up and appetite, specially after a long day, then cut up some cucumber, and looked for some baby carrots, to at least get a veggie in. You had your plates all lined up, one for nuggets, one for fries, and one for some veggies and dipping sauces, Peter sneaked up behind you, wrapping his arms around your body, squeezing you gently.
“I’m gonna take these to bed, you think you can pour me a cold glass of something, hot stuff?” You said winking an eye at him and grabbing the plates, finally he let you see a more genuine smile, chuckling at the nickname you gave him, he gave you a nod as you walked away to your room. You set the plates in bed and walked back to the kitchen to get your boy and your little glass of dr pepper. Peter felt lighter being around you, no hesitation to turn around and go to your cupboards to grab you a glass, he grabbed two with one hand and as he turned around they clinked together, slipped, and dropped to the ground, the clatter and shattering sound of glass ringing though the place.
“Fuck!” Peter hollered out, hands slapping against his face as he groaned into them, exasperatedly defeated.
“Baby it’s okay, it’s just a glass,” You said, watching the scene play out as you walked into the kitchen.
“Leave it, I’ll pick it up,” He ignored you and bent down, clearly beyond worked up, face contorted in a frown strange for his features, reaching to pick up the shards.
“Bab-
“Fuck!” As he was picking up pieces and placing them in his other hand, he grabbed a little too hard and a shard dug right into his palm, making him drop the mess and drip blood all over it, “shitshitshit,” he said grabbing his wrist, feeling the heavy sting, not just in his palm but in his heart.
That was the final straw, he slumped back into the bottom cabinets of one of the kitchen islands, sobs wracking though him, the sight of him broke your heart, you hurried to his side, careful to not step on the glass, completely confused on how this had made him have such a reaction.
“Hey, baby…Peter,” You were knelt right at his side, and grabbed his hand, holding it carefully to the side and pulling his body into yours, he quietly sobbed into your shoulder, it took him a couple minutes to calm down to quiet sniffles, and eventually to sort of ragged breaths, in the meantime of that you rubbed a hand, up and down, through his back, the other rested his own injured hand on his side and went up to his hair, raking gentle fingers through, shushing him and whispering sweet nothings into his ear.
“Feel better, baby?” You pushed him away, and cupped his face, eyes closed, and a light flush.
“Mhm,” He blinked his teary eyes open.
“What happened?” You asked, lifting his face to look you in the eyes.
“Bad day… horrible honestly,” More than upset, he simply looked tired.
“Hmm…let me look at that,” Carefully, you lifted his hand, blood had dripped and dried, leaving a nasty sight of crusting darkened blood, “Let me clean it up, yeah?” He nodded softly and followed you to your bathroom, he hissed quietly at the warm water stream that hit his hand. With clean hands, you rubbed delicately around the cut, to soften and rinse off the dried blood around it. You sprayed antiseptic on the cut and on a cotton pad, then weakly wiped the cut.
“Does it hurt?” You said, lifting his hand to examine the cut.
“Stings a little,”
“This is gonna sting a little more, yeah?” He nodded, expecting the familiar touch, slowly you grazed your pointer finger over the cut, and both of you watched as the gash mended, you brought his hand closer and placed a velvety kiss to the middle of his palm, by the time you pulled away, there was no trace left of the cut. You intertwined your fingers with Peter’s and looked back up into his eyes, and leaned in to kiss his lips in the same manner.
“Better?” You kept your eyes closed and foreheads pressed. He squeezed your hand and chased your lips, he softly licked them and nodded his head.
“Yeah… yeah,”

bear with me here because i'm gonna ramble about something i've been thinking about for a while... and i'm not complaining, i'm just noticing
sometimes i think we've leaned so far into the vigilante side of the batfam that we miss out on what really makes their characters: detective work. we need more mysteries in their lives that don't lead up to some big bad "we already know who's doing it" or an "end of the world" or "yet again: this fucking guy." we need more stuff where spy movie music plays in the background and dumb adventures that don't lead up to some huge grand event with a big name villain. the shock factor stops being shocking or interesting in any capacity if we're like "Gah! the Joker! ... Again!" or whatever
does that even make sense? like "yeah sure they're blowing up a building again and there's hostages. oh look they're gonna poison the water supply." these aren't bad and that's not what i'm getting at because obviously this is a classic for comics. you need to have characters/antagonists that show up more than once and who can make a story better by being in it. and i did say to bear with me- that's because im tired. so like i hope im getting this across the right way? it's just that sometimes i don't wanna see a huge explosion, i want these motherfuckers solving a regular murder or a disappearance or regular corruption in a local office without it being tied to a grand reveal like "actually this person knows you as a long lost relative" or "they were at that circus can you guess which night they went?" that kind of thing? if you get me? like... more of the small time stuff makes the big stuff important, it makes it stand out more. at some point, the format gets repetitive even if you're switching up the villains. you can make these situations/mysteries still fun to solve for the characters and fun to read for the audience if you do it right
the concept of a detective dressed as a bat and having a sidekick in traffic light colors is inherently goofy as hell??? but that is what is so charming about it??? i think we have lost the balance between them being silly while also being intelligent with important conversations that criticize the world as we see it and teach lessons and can go over dark topics. nowadays it's always end of the world problems or just straight up the most gruesome true crime you can think of?? or they can ONLY do the dark stuff and the criticism without offering a balance of the good in the world. or we keep coming back to the FUCKING JOKER-
like yes they are vigilantes and with that comes a different level of their work, but their brand should be a mix between a black and white detective film that can get very nitty gritty and a classic spy movie, that kind of thing. at the end of the day, it's what makes them so different from the superheroes. that's what appeals to me.
seeing them in the big superhero groups is fun, don't get me wrong. it's always funny to see them standing next to people who are so powerful they never really fit in with anyone but each other, who chose to step up and use their powers for good. the Bats' specialty is Gotham and yet here they are stopping a god or whatever. and they do stop the god or whatever, all the while being an important leader and strategist to their teammates. they're important to have in these cases. but if there's a world ending event every time i pick something up, it's not as fun
the fact that they are so very human and not fantastical is why i like reading them. it's what makes the joke of people, even Gotham citizens, theorizing about them being cryptids, funny. they're fucking weird but that's because they're detectives. people who love to solve mysteries usually have a fatal flaw of curiosity. they forget the bounds between social interactions sometimes because they're used to working through problems or being intertwined with partners that understand them. but they're very much human. so human that it hurts them in many ways. and idk i've just been thinking about it lately and idk what point i'm trying to get across actually
it's just that in my eyes that's how it really is for Batman- a black and white movie narrated by a very serious man who took up a job to help people, one that has a deeper commentary on the world and viewed outwardly as pessimistic but actually has a deep hope for his city and who tries to help even the people who have wronged others. He's a stationary man in the belief that him being a constant can serve to soothe others and help them move forward. He stays in the middle of the path so he can tell everyone what is up ahead. he blends into the Gotham rainy night to serve justice but in a way that saves both the victim and the perpetrator. (the way he tucks a Robin into his cape is the same he does for Gotham with his mere presence.) and his background is actually so important to his story and yet people still somehow gloss over the lesson from it? he lost his parents because of a man who was on the opposite end of the spectrum to where he was in life. and yet he chose to help the people like the man that killed his parents. he could have done anything else with his power and money, but he instead is choosing to bring as many people up with him as he can. He's Mr. Serious that no one else can get a read on. and yet he walks into a room and he's already piecing together your life and what you're going through because he thinks it matters. he comforts people who have lost something or someone or themselves. I picture Batman and I don't picture a man trying to save the world, I picture a detective walking around a crime scene and trying to save at least one person every time he puts on the cape. and he put on the cape and became a vigilante because then he could go out of the bounds of what laws have been set up- and specifically, Gotham has other people in power who are corrupt, keeping the system that way. that's why Batman being a billionare and throwing himself into helping people at the risk of his own life is so important. he knows that if you are alive, you have something or someone to lose, no matter who you are. the dude is a bleeding heart but he doesn't know how to express it, in fear that if he gets too close, if he moves down the path with them, he'll be lost again
and then he's met with someone who should be a complete opposite, but isn't at all, because they're two sides of the same coin. his partner in crime, his son, a boy that is nothing like the black and white world that he sees. and that's the point in his life where he first sees that potentially getting lost is worth the risk. Robin is color and passion that needs guidance to move forward, but can not do so unless the stationary man learns to move with him. the kid is loud and reckless and you'd think he's from a different genre from the detective but they aren't so different, really. not when you look close enough. Dick grew up moving from place to place and seeing the world, knowing so many different people from different cultures. He's been learning to fly and jump and embrace the free fall his entire life. He's clever and he's sharp, and he thrives in the action and adventure. it's that perspective that compliments the stationary man. one is steady and the other pushes. he's the same genre but a different generation. and Batman introducing him to the way of life he chose for himself was another way he could save someone. because let's be real for a second? Dick would have gone down a very dark path had he not had Bruce, who understood, who saw not just himself in the kid but also saw who the kid has been his entire life until now. he saw Dick's parents, he saw the family he had in the circus, he saw the joy he had in what his family was doing. he saw the grief and the fire and the color that Dick's world was made of. because to Bruce, it always matters. Dick had to come to terms with Bruce's perspective to help anyone who they come across, to always give more chances, and it kept Dick from losing his color
what gets me is that the man who lives in the black and white world can actually see many different shades of gray (because black and white always needs the medium), whereas the boy in a world of color and light can get so focused on the bright that he can become single minded. and yet the boy sees a world of color and delves deeper into the lives of the peolle they come across and can be much more open minded, and the man in the black and white world sometimes forgets the shades of grey are right there. they are just like each other. they can exist without the other, but do they want to? because the black and white can be built up into the colored image, like the inking and shadows drawn on a comic book page before the colors are added in. they meet in the middle to complete each other. Bruce has been passing the story over to the next generation for a long, long time, even before his story was complete. and just like with the first Robin, it was so for every Robin afterwards. they each color in the lines differently, but that's what makes Robin so special, so unique. they are an art style that branches into their own life, but can not forget where they started: tucked into Batman's cape and the inky black of his world
and so detective work really frames their hunanity to me. the mysteries they get their hands on, the glimpses into the lives of Gotham citizens that they swore to protect, it's fascinating. it's what makes their story stand out compared to the people who can lift trucks or cast spells or run around the world in seconds. so yeah ig that's what i'm trying to say? that i want to read more of that? in both canon and fanon. cause even the small time villains we see can be like. AWFUL people and it takes out the fun of their gimmicks. and if it were any other day this would be a more coherent post but alas, it is not any other day

"taste it from my lips" || kang yeosang || ice on my teeth (+18 mafia) ||

You were not the type of person to drink cocktails, beer, or wine. It simply wasn’t in your system or personality to indulge in such beverages, even during occasions like weddings or birthdays. You preferred keeping yourself clean from those habits, maintaining a healthy life of drinking citrus juice or water instead.
But the moment you met Yeosang, a man of poise and challenge yet such a soft person towards you the moment he laid his eyes on your exquisite form, your steadfast aversion to drinking faced its first real challenge. It started innocently enough during a lively occasion. Amidst the chatter of friends by the bar of the hotel of a birthday of a friend you were attending, Yeosang handed you a cup filled with beer, a mischievous sparkle in his eyes. You politely declined, offering him a gentle smile.
“I don’t drink,” you said simply.
His surprise was evident, his brows lifting for a moment before his lips curled into a soft, understanding smile. He took the cup back without hesitation, handing it off to Wooyoung, who eagerly accepted. Yeosang’s reaction made you feel safe, like your choices were valid and respected.
Despite you being older than him, yet he made you feel that everything you feel is alright and valid.
"Very well, my dear." His voice was slur yet cool as he took a seat next to you.
The second time, however, was a little different. It was just you and Yeosang, sharing a quiet evening on the night of your anniversary. The warm glow of candles lit the room, casting a soft, intimate light over the table. Yeosang walked in carrying a bottle of fine red wine, its deep ruby color glinting invitingly.
"Dear, I bought wine!" He paused in his tracks as soon as he realized—perhaps he had forgotten—that you didn’t drink. His eyebrows furrowed and the way his eyes close tight shut is enough to know he had totally forgotten as he set the bottle down on the table, scratching the back of his neck sheepishly.
Before he could say anything, you stepped forward and pressed a sweet kiss to his cheek. “It’s okay, Yeo~ You can have it while we watch,” you said warmly, your words brushing away his discomfort.
Yeosang’s expression softened, his shoulders relaxing as he gave you a grateful smile. “Are you sure? I can put it away if you’re not comfortable.”
You shook your head. “It’s fine. Besides, I think I’m curious.”
That caught him off guard. His eyes widened slightly, curiosity of his own surfacing as he watched you glance at the bottle. You rarely, if ever, showed interest in alcohol, and yet here you were, eyeing the wine with an almost childlike wonder.
As the evening unfolded, the two of you settled on the couch, a movie playing softly in the background. Yeosang poured himself a glass of wine, sipping it occasionally as he relaxed beside you. You, on the other hand, found your eyes drifting toward the glass every so often.
It was until your movie night was cut off by a call from his slacks that he changes into his usual sweatpants. With a heavy sigh and sympathy look you gave him as he walks towards his clothes, ruffling through the pockets and answered with a stone-cold tone.
"Better be valid or I'll have you drink your own blood." Despite it being a whisper, it sent chills down your spine upon remembering who you are dating.
Yeosang, is what they all call the 'Bishop chess piece', his long-range attacks. His skills in technology made him go beyond the firewall and can check and capture major delicate so easily.
Of course, with the help of his longtime partner in crime, Wooyoung.
As he speaks on the phone, your eyes drift from the wine glass he is holding on the other hand. He swirls it easily as he took a sip and speaks once again.
It intrigues you on how he is easily balancing his life as being the hacker-tech of ateez and being a lovely soft boyfriend towards you. You sigh softly as curiosity was a powerful thing, and tonight, it seemed to have you firmly in its grasp.
You have heard various rumors whenever you mention Yeosang's name and many of them are from women that he "used" to be with when in reality, they were just woman in their delusion era.
How his cock had hit each spots that sent every woman squirting, his rough hands smacking leaving prints to your skin. And that peak your curiosity as Yeosang has always been the gentle type towards you.
When Yeosang had ended the call and sat down beside you, not before taking a huge sip on his wine and set his glass down on the table. Suprising Yeosang, you leaned forward, your brow furrowing slightly as you picked it up. The scent of the wine wafted toward you, rich and complex. You hesitated for a moment before sniffing it, trying to decipher its layers.
Yeosang noticed your curiosity and chuckled softly. “You can always try it, sweetheart,” he said, his tone reassuring. “Only if you want to, though.”
You glanced at him, your expression thoughtful. “What does it taste like?”
Yeosang’s lips pursed slightly, a familiar look of concentration taking over his face. It was the same look he had when he was trying to solve a puzzle or decide on a dessert. “This one’s a few hundred years old,” he said at last. “They say the older the wine, the sweeter it is.”
You raised an eyebrow, a playful smirk forming on your lips. “Like how we have a five-year gap?”
Yeosang’s cheeks flushed a deep red, and he immediately began waving his hands in protest. “I-I meant the wine!” he stammered, his voice tinged with panic. “Not us—well, I mean, not that it’s a bad thing, but—”
You couldn’t help but burst into laughter, your teasing remark having achieved its intended effect. His flustered state was endearing, and you leaned back against the couch, your laughter gradually fading into a soft chuckle.
“I’m just messing with you, Yeo~ Calm down,” you said, patting his knee affectionately.
Yeosang pouted, crossing his arms but unable to hide the small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. “You’re impossible,” he muttered, though the warmth in his voice betrayed his amusement.
"Well... it's sweet with a hint of bitterness, but since it’s aged, the sweetness outweighs the bitter notes," he explained thoughtfully. "You’ll notice the sweetness more in the aftertaste. It’s not too bitter, and it doesn’t linger for long."
You nodded, intrigued, and swirled the drink gently before handing the glass back to him. "So it is sweet?" He nodded. Yeosang took it from your hands and drank the remaining wine whilst your next move was he was not expecting.
Seizing the moment, you cupped the back of Yeosang's neck, pulling him closer until your lips collided with his. His eyes widened in surprise as you parted his lips slightly, and the wine he hadn’t yet swallowed trickled onto your lips, some of it dripping down both your chins in a messy, intoxicating mix of sweetness and heat.
As the wine touched your tongue, you were taken aback by its flavor—just as Yeosang had described, sweet with only the faintest trace of bitterness. You pulled back with a soft hum, licking your lips as you murmured, “It does taste sweet.”
Yeosang blinked rapidly, still stunned, his mind trying to process what had just happened. A flush crept up his neck, spreading across his face as he watched you chuckle and look away. His body, now uncomfortably warm, felt an unfamiliar tension building within him—an urge for more of the intimacy you’d just shared.
Wordlessly, he reached out, his thumb brushing along your chin to wipe away the stray drops of wine before his hand lingered near your lips. His gaze darkened slightly as he watched you, utterly captivated, as your tongue darted out to swipe against his thumb.
A low, almost involuntary hum escaped him before he finally pulled back, his eyes meeting yours with a mix of shyness and a smoldering desire he couldn’t quite suppress.
"In my room and strip. Don't make me wait."
Tumblr media
“O-Oh fuck … Yeosang .. baby slow down.” Your eyes had rolled back from pure ecstasy as he locked his fingers around your jawline as he slammed his hips back to yours aggressively, hitting from the back, on that same spot time and time. The sound of skin to skin echoes the chamber of your room, the change of temperature from your ragged breath and warm bodies had moist most of the windows inside— such spacious apartment yet every room and floor has marked by you and Yeosang fucking everywhere and every chances he gets.
Yeosang let out a dark chuckle as he leaned in close to your ear, “Don’t think about a single drop.” It wasn’t long Yeosang let a gasp-cry left his lips as he is nearing his climax; pulling out as quickly as before he slams back in after switching positions with you as Yeosang places both of your legs on one side of his shoulders.
Gripping your thighs tightly in his warm palm as his head throws back as his hips stills, the tip of his cock hitting the spongy spot as he spurts his cum all over your walls. Biting your lips as you grip your tits in your hand and the other on his thigh as you also come down from your high.
When Yeosang pulls out, he grabs each of your legs and lets them wrap around his waist before plunging back in. The overstimulation made you cry, tightly gripping on his muscle thighs, “Oh fuck!” He chuckles, leaning forward as he places his lips on your lips for a brief second before pulling away, “That’s my good mommy. Can Yeosangie have another round?”
