Acne Skin Treatment: Understanding the Different Types of Acne
Our skin has tiny holes/ pores on top that can, at times, be blocked by dead skin cells, dirt, bacteria, or even oil! When such a thing happens, we see a pimple on the skin. This is, at times, also called a zit.
If you get a lot of pimples, especially on the face, you may have acne. In fact, acne is the skin condition that actually leads to pimples. That said, acne is fairly common in people, no matter in which part of the world you stay in. To put this into perspective, around 9.4 per cent of people around the world have acne. While acne isn’t a serious skin condition or a risk to your overall health, it can still be painful, particularly if you experience severe acne. This can also lead to scarring!
So, if you live with acne, know that you’re not alone - that it’s a common condition. Also, note that it is quite treatable through proper acne skin care and medicines.
In this blog, we will discuss the different types of acne and the risk factors that lead to the development of acne.
Common factors that lead to acne
Experts are still not sure why some people experience acne while others don’t! But they now know a few risk factors that contribute to or worsen the condition. So, here are the factors you should be aware of, and when needed, even reach out to a trusted online pharmacy.
Hormonal changes related to puberty or pregnancy
Smoking cigarette
Polycystic ovarian syndrome or other endocrine disorders
Stress and poor sleep
Use of beauty products that have high oil content
Certain medications, such as hormonal birth control, steroids, and anticonvulsants
Family history of acne
That said, when it comes to lifestyle factors, what you eat may also play a role in your skin’s health. Here are some do’s and don’ts that can help with your acne skin treatment.
Cutting down on refined carbs and sugars could help reduce acne.
Milk and ice cream have often been linked to worsening acne, though cheese and nonmilk dairy products don’t seem to have the same negative effect.
Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids may lower the chances of acne breakouts.
No matter what you believe, there’s no evidence to show that vegan and vegetarian diets offer any help with acne.
Probiotics found in supplements and yoghurt may potentially improve acne, but there’s no conclusive evidence yet.
Different types of acne
Acne comes in different forms, and thus, understanding each of those forms is the key to finding the right solution for your skin. Here’s a brief but informative breakdown of each of those types of acne.
Fungal acne: Also known as pityrosporum folliculitis, this type of acne occurs when yeast builds up in hair follicles.
Cystic acne: Known for deep, pus-filled pimples, cystic acne can be very painful and may leave scars if left untreated.
Hormonal acne: Typically seen in adults, hormonal acne is caused by excess production of sebum, which clogs the skin pores.
Nodular acne: One of the more severe forms of acne that leads to pimples/ tender lumps beneath the skin’s surface.
No matter what type of acne you have, it is known to impact people’s self-esteem, as both cystic and nodular acne can cause permanent scarring. This makes skin treatment an absolute must! Consulting a trusted online pharmacy can help determine the best approach for your skin.
That said, acne typically affects everyone at some point in their lives. While it is more common with teenagers and young adults, all because of hormonal changes they go through, adult acne is also a thing - especially in women. So, if you’re struggling with any form of acne, don’t wait to start proper acne skin care; after all, early treatment can prevent scarring.
Key takeaway
Apart from all the internal factors that we’ve discussed - all that might trigger acne, there are a few external triggers as well. Wearing tight-fitting clothing, exposure to air pollution, high humidity, and even using greasy lotions/ creams can contribute to acne breakouts.
Have you been noticing these factors impacting your skin? Could your daily habits be contributing to your acne? Well, it’s important to recognise such triggers and follow a proper acne skin treatment routine to minimise damage and prevent future acne breakouts.
Acne can be downright frustrating, but it doesn’t have to be so. In fact, you’re not the only person dealing with it! With the right treatment and care, it’s totally manageable. By addressing the internal and external factors, you can take control of your skin’s health and reduce the chances of long-term scarring. So don’t hesitate to seek professional advice. Connect with an online pharmacy now and find the right acne treatment plan for yourself.

Ayurveda’s view over Acne:
Our aacharyas mentioned Acne Vulgaris as Yuvanpidika. The major cause explained by them is the vitiation of doshas such as Vata, Kapha  along with Rakta dhatu. Yuvanpidika has been discussed under the heading of Kshudra Roga. All these vitiated dosha along with Rakta circulates all over body with the help of Sarotas (microchannels) and causes acne wherever it lodged.
Aachaya Charaka has mentioned hormonal acne as Vivridhadhatu kala at the age of 16-30 years. He explained  this as a starting period of functional state of shukra dhatu (reproductive phase), which modern medical science otherwise explained the hormonal imbalance caused by the androgenesis.
What causes Acne?
Stress increases the level of cortisol that flare up acne
Genetic
Fluctuation of hormonal levels during women’s period, pregnancy
Picking up acne sores
Eating spicy and deep fried food
Dairy products such as milk, cheese
Air pollution and humid weather conditions
Using oil based skin care products
Lack of exercise
Not drinking enough water
Medications such as corticosteroids, birth control pills, lithium etc
Bacterial or fungal infection
Folliculitis
Using makeup products too frequent
Lack of skin care regime
Polycystic ovarian disorders
Lack of sleep
Cigarette smoking
Symptoms:
Skin breakouts
Skin discoloration, dark patches, hyperpigmentation or redness
Swelling and inflammation
Pain or tenderness over touching
Scars
Sometimes itching
Preventive measure for Acne:
Applying aloe vera
Avoid touching face
Use honey and fullers earth face mask
Drink green tea
Wash your face with oil free cleanser
Apply tea tree oil
Never ever squeeze pimples
Use less makeup products
Eating food rich in Omega 3 fatty acids
Proper sleep of 6-8 hours
Stay hydrated and eat fibrous fruits

Friend shared something about mental and physical health on FB, and one of their friends decided to leap in with a bunch of tartar sauce about how only young Americans are sick and implied that the issue is a lack of adulting, not...being sick... Anyway, long story short: she’s a FUCKING NURSE And got swarmed with facts by everyone else, including people older than her. (She also went into rather amazingly bad takes territory. One of those ‘well they’re poor in Peru and are HAPPY and Americans are UNHAPPY AND SPOILED, it’s TV and GMOs and LACK OF EXERCISE!’)  So um, in honor of this nurse who apparently has a career in helping people with fictional issues, I have made some changes to my life. I have decided that I shall take her up on her ‘adulting’ lifestyle and finally do all the things I haven’t before. Here is my new 2019 change, the grandest of all changes: As a true adult who will no longer be a spoiled sick person, I have decided that I do not have fibromyalgia, arthritis, ovarian cysts, depression, anxiety, photosensitivity, IBS, folliculitis, bone spurs, or any other health issues my doctors claim I have. And I will never get sick in my life with the flu or colds or anything else. While I'm at it, I have cancelled my periods. Wow, being an adult is awesome! I am so glad that I have chosen not to let medical professionals with their 'xrays' and 'ultrasounds' and 'blood tests' and 'trigger point tests' and 'looking at that rash on your skin' dictate my body! I am free. All because I stopped drinking 6 liters of cola and eating 5 triple bacon cheeseburgers a day while staring at the TV watching every modern show like... um... like umm... uhhhh Gleeful Supernatural Criminal NCSI? Yeah that. Now I'm gonna be healthy! Wow, the power of not being lazy anymore, I can't believe this is all it took to get better! If only I'd thought of this in high school, when my doctor was lying to me about how my uterus could develop cancer because of my reproductive system. And now I know I truly am to blame for losing my pregnancy, 'cos clearly if I wanted that to work out, I would have just eaten healthy! Definitely didn't try to eat more spinach or take vitamins, if only I had done that... if only my doctor had prescribed me non-GMO foods and kale smoothies............ hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

What Your Gynecologist Wants You to Know
Prevention of gynecological diseases is the body of a caring woman
Gynecological disorders affect the internal and external organs of the female pelvic and abdominal areas. These disorders include dysmenorrhea (pain associated with menstruation), valvodynia (non-chronic discomfort or vulva), and severe abdominal pain.
Almost every woman suffers from gynecological disease once in her life. Many gynecological diseases recur frequently and leave serious complications affecting reproductive health. They can also cause infertility in women. Understanding common gynecological diseases helps women prevent adverse effects and at least be less active.
General Gynaecological issues:
 ·                Ovarian cysts.
·                Pelvic pain.
·                Endometriosis.
·                Uterine fibroids.
·                Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
·                Acne and abnormal female hair distribution.

Ovarian cysts
Ovarian cysts the ovaries contain a sac filled with fluid. Often they have no symptoms. Sometimes they can cause swelling, lower abdominal pain or back pain. Most lazy people are harmless. If the cyst either ruptures in the open or causes the ovary to rupture, it can cause severe pain. This can cause vomiting or weakness.
Abdominal pain
Pelvic pain can have causes that are not caused by the underlying disease. Examples include constipation, pregnancy, full bladder, sexual pain, menstruation or trauma.
Endometriosis
A disorder in which the outer part of the uterus usually extends lines. With endometriosis, tissue can be found in the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or intestines. The most common symptoms are pain and menstrual irregularities. Effective treatments such as hormones and oxygen surgery.
Fibrous of the uterus
Uterine fibroids are more frequent during regular pelvic examinations. Symptoms include heavy menstrual bleeding, prolonged and abdominal discomfort. In some cases, no symptoms appear. A non-cancerous growth in the uterus that can develop during a woman's delivery.
Distribution of pimples and abnormal female hair.
Often, this condition is associated with high levels of male hormones (called androgens). It is normal for this to happen in the body of women and low levels do not cause much hair growth. But when the proportion is too high, it leads to pimples, deep noises and small breasts, among other things.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Hormonal disorder of the ovaries with enlarged ovaries on the outer edges. The cause of polycystic ovary syndrome is not well understood, but it may involve a combination of genetic and environmental factors.
Genital tract infections
Genital tract infections are a common cause of low insecurity and infertility. After the pathogen enters the vagina, females can climb the reproductive tract and become inflamed and subsequently scarred.
Disorders of the skin of the vulva and vagina
Some of the skin lesions that affect the valve include folliculitis, contact dermatitis, Bartholin's gland abscess, lichen simplex chronicus, lichen sclerosis, and lichen planus.

Hair loss Problems? Need Solutions!
Tumblr media
Hair is considered as the “crowning glory” for every woman. While for a woman it is extremely precious, it enhances a man’s personality too. Both men and women start facing hair loss issues as they age. Though the causes might be several, its early analysis is a must to prevent the damage. Dr. Jangid who is an experienced and professional Dermatologist can guide any hair loss sufferer in the most effective and best manner. Penning down some excerpts from his experience.
Androgenic alopecia:
Tumblr media
Androgenic alopecia, also known as “male pattern baldness” and “female pattern baldness,” is among the most common causes of hair loss. This is a genetic disorder. So if one has a family history then there are chances that one can inherit it. In both men and women, it is attributed to the presence of male hormones (androgens) around the hair follicles, which further can adversely affect hair growth. Further, after menopause, when women have lesser female hormones they are more prone to developing androgenic alopecia. Androgenetic Alopecia is essentially not a disease, it is a genetic trait. Medical treatment consists of the application of Minoxidil solution and Oral anti-androgen therapy. Procedural treatments like Non-surgical treatments and Low-Level Light Therapy also have an established role to play. In advance cases, Hair transplantation procedure is often required.
Alopecia areata
: Alopecia areata typically presents with the sudden appearance of few temporary bald patches on the scalp. The phenomenon of hair loss is a part of an immune system problem where the body’s natural defenses attack its own tissue by mistake. And unfortunately, once the hair has fallen out in certain spots, the new growth of hair is suppressed for the coming weeks. This type of alopecia sometimes affects people who have other “autoimmune” diseases like thyroid disease, lupus, or pernicious anemia. This type of alopecia can be treated effectively in most cases by a dermatologist with the help of applicable (topical), oral or injectable medicines.
Telogen effluvium
: Hair grows in phases which are known as the Hair growth cycle. Telogen hair is that hair that is in the shedding phase. Telogen effluvium is the type of hair loss that occurs because of a large amount of hair cycling into the resting (telogen) state.  Telogen effluvium is often associated with systemic illnesses, stress, trauma, surgery, postpregnancy state, nutritional deficiencies, use of some medications, etc. Fortunately, this type of alopecia usually improves on its own after several months. Sometimes, it may persist for more than 6 months when it is known as Chronic Telogen Effluvium.
Scalp infection
: A large number of infectious agents can cause infection and hence damage to hair follicles. Bacteria can cause folliculitis/furunculosis leading to damaged hair follicles. Fungi can cause Tinea Capitis/Ringworm or kerion which affect hair follicles. Parasitic infestations like lice are common but can only rarely cause hair loss. Most of these infections would result in patchy hair loss (limited to sites of infection). Maintaining good hygiene of the scalp can prevent a lot of these infections. In case one is suffering from certain scalp infection, he/she would need specific medical treatment under a dermatologist’s supervision to treat it.
Autoimmune diseases like lupus
:  Lupus refers to a chronic multisystem autoimmune condition. It can lead to both scarring and non-scarring types of hair loss. Scarring type usually manifests as red, crusted bald patches of abnormal textured skin on the scalp. This is mostly irreversible. Treatment is aimed at stopping the progress of disease activity. Non-scarring type of hair loss is mostly characterized by diffuse thinning and loss of density of hair. Lupus needs to be correctly recognized by a dermatologist and treated appropriately under medical supervision.
Thyroid problem
: Severe and prolonged hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism can cause loss of hair. The type of hair loss involves the entire scalp rather than discrete areas and the hair appears uniformly sparse.  Hyperandrogenic states (Increase in the male type of hormones) in women can cause Patterned Baldness. The most common is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Even normal hormonal upheavals (like that during and post-pregnancy intervals) can cause hair loss.
Diabetes
: The main causative factor behind Diabetes Mellitus is Insulin Resistance. Insulin resistance can cause fluctuations in other intricately related hormones which can trigger hair loss. In females, Insulin resistance is also associated with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Diabetes Mellitus can also cause microvascular abnormalities leading to poor blood circulation to hair follicles, leading to hair loss. Diabetic patients are also more prone to develop alopecia areata. Lifestyle measures like a healthy/balanced diet and regular physical exercise to maintain a healthy body mass index are important to keep diabetes under check. Visit a dermatologist and physician/endocrinologist for appropriate guidance and treatment.
Nutritional deficiency
: Nutritional deficiency may impact both hair structure and hair growth. Studies have reported potential associations between nutritional deficiency and chronic TE, androgenetic alopecia (AGA), female pattern hair loss (FPHL), and alopecia areata (AA). Studies have also found that low serum ferritin (Storage Iron) is more prevalent in patients with chronic TE, FPHL, AGA, and AA. Apart from these macronutrient deficiencies like Protein, Energy, Malnutrition and Essential Fatty Acids deficiency can cause a diminution for both quality and number of hair. A well-balanced diet often suffices most nutritional deficiency associated hair loss. In certain diseased states, medical supplementation is required after a thorough evaluation by a dermatologist.
Vitamin deficiency
: Several Vitamin deficiencies have been associated with hair loss – Vitamin B-1, Vitamin B-12, Biotin, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. Again, a well-balanced diet often suffices most nutritional deficiency associated hair loss. The rapidly changing and hectic lifestyle of people is becoming one of the prime factors behind the rapid rise of hair loss issues in India. In such a scenario, the existence of an equipped and professional hair clinic is no less than a blessing. At SkinQure, we aim towards providing one of the best hair loss treatments in Delhi, assuring happy and satisfied patients. What is the common sense of women's health
What is the common sense of women's health
Women's health is an aspect that many people will ignore. Many people forget about sexual health when they are healthy. So here I will tell you about the common sense of female sexual health and teach you how to prevent common diseases!https://www.facebook.com/Neuroinitiative/
Methods for women to prevent common diseases
Tumblr media
1, abortion:
What should I do? - Quit smoking
Smoking is harmful to health is well known, but few people know that smoking increases the chance of miscarriage. Not only that, but studies have shown that infertility, premature birth, and fetal malformations are closely related to long-term smoking habits. For the baby's health, quickly lose the bad habit of smoking.http://neuroinitiative.org/
2. Endometrial cancer:
What should I do? - Birth control pills
Taking birth control pills can reduce the risk of endometrial cancer. Estrogen accelerates the division of endometrial cancer cells, and progesterone in the contraceptives can inhibit estrogen. In addition, contraceptives can prevent many diseases such as ovarian cancer, osteoporosis, dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorders, ovarian tumors, acne and so on.
However, if you have high blood pressure or other cardiovascular diseases, try not to take birth control pills, because in these cases, the birth control pills may cause blood vessel blockage.
3, menstrual breast swelling and pain:
What to do? - Wear a bra without a steel ring
A survey showed that 85% of 200 women with menstrual breast swelling and pain suffered from breast pain after 12 weeks of wearing a rimless bra. Although the steel collar bra can hold up the breast and shape the perfect breast shape, it will seriously affect the free movement of the breast. When the breast expands during menstruation, it will naturally cause pain.
4, ovarian cancer:
What to do? - Take vitamin C and vitamin E
Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality rate, and its canceration is asymptomatic at an early stage. Once clinical symptoms are present, the disease is often advanced, so its risk cannot be underestimated.
Vitamins C and E can help you fight ovarian cancer. However, simply relying on food is not enough.
Take a certain amount of vitamin C and vitamin E tablets or preparations. Studies have shown that if you take 90 mg of vitamin C and 30 mg of vitamin E per day, your chances of developing ovarian cancer will be cut in half.
5, breast cancer:
What should I do? -
Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the glandular epithelial tissue of the breast. It is one of the most common malignant tumors that seriously affects women’ physical and mental health and even life-threatening.
Female sexual health tips
Maintaining a certain amount of activity can effectively reduce the level of hormones that cause breast cancer cell growth in the human body. If you have more than 5 hours a day to move your muscles, your chances of getting breast cancer
It will be reduced by 31% to 41%. Do you like a puppy at home? Take it and go for a walk. Between running and stopping, you have easily shut out terrible breast cancer.
6, genital infections, allergies:
What should I do? -
You need to breathe fresh air every day, and your body needs it. Strictly squatting for a day, in the evening you always have to give your body a chance to return to nature and completely relax. Moreover, if sensitive genitals are always unable to breathe, the bacteria will grow more easily. If you are not careful, the genital infection and allergies will bother you. So, when you are tired for a day and completely relaxed in bed, why not give your body a chance to completely relax?
7. Poor fertility:
What should I do? - Sunbathing
Full sunbathing can increase a woman's fertility and increase her chances of getting pregnant. Studies have shown that in the season of abundant sunshine, the probability of female pregnancy is significantly higher than in other seasons.
At the same time, more bathing in the sun can also reduce the risk of breast cancer. When exposed to the sun, the amount of vitamin D in the body will increase sharply, and vitamin D is considered to be an effective substance to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. In the spring and summer, 15 minutes of sunbathing per day can produce enough vitamin D in your body. In the shorter autumn and winter, you can take vitamin D directly, which is the same as sunbathing.
8, genital diseases:
What should I do? - Pussy self-test
A monthly vaginal self-test can help you detect possible vaginal diseases early and treat them early.
Dark spots - may be a sign of vulvar cancer. Vulvar cancer is a rare form of skin cancer that can be fatal if not treated early. But as long as you get medical treatment early, 90% can be cured.
Lumps - may be folliculitis, occlusion of the skin gland, benign tumors, and rarely vulvar cancer. If the mass does not disappear after 2 weeks, you should see a doctor in time.
Small white spots, dry skin like paper - may be vulvar skin. This skin sputum is caused by an endocrine imbalance, which can cause atrophy of the labia if not treated in time.
Odor, itching - may be fungal vaginitis or vaginal trichomoniasis. If you have fungal vaginitis during pregnancy and do not diagnose it in time, it may cause premature birth or affect fetal health.

As an obstetrician/gynecologist, I spend my days examining women’s reproductive organs. My patients come to my office with a variety of concerns, some of which can be grouped under the heading of vulvar health.
However, many women do not feel comfortable discussing precisely what is bothering them. And rather than use the anatomically correct word — vulva — my patients often tell me, “I have a problem down there.” My job is to figure out what they mean, explain helpful points about vulvar and vaginal health, and empower them to understand their bodies.
A look at the anatomy
To begin, let’s clarify and name the organs that comprise “down there.” The vulva refers to the labia majora, labia minora, and the clitoris. The vaginal introitus is the opening of the vagina. The vagina connects to the cervix, which sits at the top of the vagina and leads into the uterus. The cervix is the passage for menstrual blood flow. During childbirth, it dilates to allow babies to pass from the uterus through the vagina and into the world.
Six common-sense tips for vulvovaginal health
Many women have never been taught how to treat their vulva and vagina with care in order to maintain vulvovaginal health. Some of the most common issues I treat, such as vulvar itching or folliculitis (red bumps that are inflamed hair follicles), can be avoided with good care and some common-sense rules.
If you’re sexually active, get screened regularly for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis. Practicing safer sex, by using barrier methods like condoms or dental dams with every sexual encounter, can help decrease your risk for STIs. Although antibiotics help treat many STIs, some last for a lifetime, such as herpes, HIV, and HPV. If you use diaphragms, cervical caps, vibrators, or sex toys, wash these before and after use with warm soapy water.
Wear cotton underwear. I tell my patients that the skin on the vulva needs a chance to “breathe.” When getting ready for bed, remove your underwear and wear loose cotton pajamas or shorts, or no bottoms at all. Even if you change into fresh underwear prior to bed, the fabric is constraining and prevents the vulvar skin from breathing.
If you have sensitive skin or have had eczema (which can affect vulvar skin), avoid washing your underwear in bleach or fabric softeners. These products can irritate the skin. For women with particularly sensitive skin, I recommend avoiding scented laundry detergents and using a hypoallergenic detergent.
When showering, avoid scalding hot water and scented soaps, particularly if you have sensitive skin. Do not use any harsh products to wash the vulvar skin, such as sponges or loofahs. Never use talcum powder, which some research links with ovarian cancer.
After a workout, shower and change quickly. Staying in sweaty underwear and tight workout clothing could encourage the growth of a yeast infection or irritate your skin.
If you use tampons or pads, choose unscented cotton products without a mesh covering. Change them often (about every two to six hours). Do not wear pantiliners daily, as even unscented cotton pantiliners can cause irritation if used daily.
Does the vagina need cleansing?
The vagina has its own cleansing mechanisms. Usually, the vagina maintains its own health nicely (unless you develop an infection, which needs to be treated by your gynecologist or health care team).
Here’s how it works: The cells that line the vagina are shed periodically so new cells can grow. Glucose (a kind of sugar) in the shedding cells feeds normal bacteria in the vagina called lactobacilli. The lactobacilli convert glucose into lactic acid, forming an acidic environment that naturally maintains vaginal health. Anything that disrupts the natural balance of the vagina, such as douching, can lead to an infection.
It’s best to avoid all products marketed to cleanse the vagina. The vagina does not need cleansing or perfume. Remember, vaginal cells will shed naturally on their own. Also avoid scented feminine products. These may disrupt the delicate bacterial balance in the vagina or cause vaginal or vulvar irritation.
If you think that you have any issues with vulvovaginal health, it’s best not to self-diagnose and treat yourself. Call your gynecologist or health care team, and have them evaluate your symptoms.

Effectiveness of Laser Hair Removal Explained
Traditional hair removal techniques, such as for example shaving, waxing and plucking, give only short-term results. Some doctors usually do not recommend waxing for individuals who have problems with diabetes, varicose veins or possess poor circulation because they are even more vulnerable to infection.
Laser Hair removal safely removes undesirable hair without damaging the delicate pores and structures of the skin. The laser beam emits a laser beam that passes through your skin to the hair roots where it really is absorbed. The laser beam energy is changed into warmth. This destroys the locks follicle departing the surrounding pores and skin unaffected. The laser cannot penetrate past dermis (second coating of the epidermis). This laser struggles to reach any organs, therefore, it is totally secure. After a number of treatments, the follicles become sterile which helps prevent the reproduction of further hair regrowth.Hair can grow back again lighter and finer with each treatment. Skin will stay smooth and locks free for 6 weeks between treatments.
It takes ranging from six to eight 8 remedies to accomplish up to 90% hair thinning.2-3 Maintenance visits 12 months is recommended. Laser treatment is much far better solution
What problems carry out some people encounter from shaving, that they wouldn't with laser treatment?
Some of the most typical disadvantages of waxing are ingrown hairs, attacks, crimson bumps, and small bleeding. See the  official website here.
Hair that is sliced by a razor looks thicker since it offers been cut in a sharp position. For the same cause, it feels stubbly as the locks begin to grow back again. The stubble could make the locks seem thicker. Just because a shaved hair includes a blunt end, and because hair is often darker close to the root, there exists a common belief that shaving causes hairs to develop back thicker, quicker and more apparent. Regrowth generally occurs within 2-3 days.
There are other drawbacks, such as for example red shaving bumps. These frequently happen because there are essential oil glands mounted on nerve endings, which are irritated easily.Razor Burn off, this may occur if you are pressing too much or in the event that you shave with a blunt blade or with a blade which has been left open up allowing bacteria to inlay.
Why you will not get ingrown from laser treatment (and just why laser skin treatment help deal with folliculitis a condition often called ingrown hairs)
Ingrown hairs usually resemble acne and so are distinguished simply by raised, red bumps that may occasionally flare-up, or whiteheads. As the locks grow beneath the pores and skin, it blocks the pore and enables bacteria to breed of dog, creating a pimple, therefore. The laser beam passes through your skin to the locks follicle, where in fact the follicle absorbs heat destroying the locks and any bacteria.
Lasers are successfully used to focus on particular structures within your skin, without causing harm to surrounding cells. This gives gentle, noninvasive and long-lasting outcomes.
Why is your skin smoother from laser treatment?
Processes such as for example waxing, plucking, tweezing, or close shaving routinely could cause Folliculitis (condition of the skin in which right now there are inflamed hair roots). This problem outcomes in a tender reddish spot, often with an angry surface area pimple. Using Laser beam on the contaminated area can help the healing up the process and destroy the bacteria in the follicle. . It's quite common practice for doctors to suggest laser treatment. It is the just medical method to take care of ingrown hairs.
Laser treatment, in fact, destroys the hairs at the main, and over time will get rid of all hair growth in the area treated leaving your skin silky smooth, no ingrowns, zero scaring, zero marking. It requires several remedies which are every 6 weeks, makes sure you show patience because the final result will probably be worth it. Be sure you never choose at ingrown hairs as you may cause more contamination and that could become quite severe.
How effective is usually Laser on bigger areas of the body? ( legs, hands) Laser treatment is a method that means it is possible to quickly treat an extremely large section of the body all within the main one program and steadily deteriorating the locks.Areas such as for example legs and arms are fastest to react to the treatment.
Winter may be the best period of the entire year to begin laser skin treatment on large areas (minimum sun publicity). So by summertime, you could be free of charge of undesired hair and the ones painful ingrowns.
Can laser treatment treat birthmarks/lesions?
Melanin is what gives the skin we have and locks its color. Pigmented lesions are dark in color due to the fact melanin is usually abnormally concentrated in a single section of the skin. Large concentrations of melanin could be because of various elements. Some types can be found at birth, but most occur with age or consequently of overexposure to the sun.
Not absolutely all birthmarks/lesions could be treated by laser nevertheless some will achieve positive results.
You will require a consultation. Your therapist will analyze the area that you will be attempting to treat and offer you with an evaluation and the anticipated success of the procedure.
I have a hormonal issue. Would laser function for me?
Females who also are experiencing PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) may knowledge slower outcomes unless they receive medical support combined with the laser beam treatment. Nevertheless, after 4-6 treatments, they'll notice the dramatic decrease. Your locks will develop slower and far finer.
These female customers can achieve positive results over the whole body, but to stay hair free of charge on the facial skin, "touchup" treatments are required every three (3) to 6 (6) weeks throughout life.

Best Blackheads At Home Treatment; Via These Easy Methods
Blackheads are no longer considered a big deal at all! You shouldn’t be hopeless but you should track the causes and start the ideal treatment protocol…we will provide you a full guide about the blackheads in form of a journey starting from blackheads causes, then formation, and then its treatment. You will just have to scroll down and keep reading and we will answer the following questions:
Do I need to know what are blackheads?
What are the causes I should be aware of in order to decrease its prevalence?
What are symptoms?
How are blackheads diagnosed?
What are the available treatment options to get rid of those annoying heads?
  The journey usually starts as you practice certain causation or as you experience certain body changes as follows;
Puberty
The hormonal changes associated with the sexual maturity that can vigorously affect the skin’s gland; causing them to secrete more oil. Therefore, the oil releases through the follicle reaching the surface of the skin in order to keep it moist, at the same time acne may start to develop due to the mixing of oil with dead cells, as a result, the skin pores are blocked and form of a blackhead or whiteheads. P.acnes bacteria may also develop on this mixture! As a result; the situation getting much worst!
Menstruation
It is not the muscle cramps associated with the menstrual cycle, the bad mood you get through before or during the cycle, but also the noticeable and visible features like the formation of blackheads during this cycle! But why?
This is due to hormonal variations that your body experience! Your estrogen levels decrease while the progesterone levels are increasing definitely, as a result, the oil glands start to produce more sebum.  More oil, the presence of dead cells, favorable conditions for bacterial growth, as a result, more blackheads, unfortunately.
Usage of Contraceptive Pills
Unfortunately, using some types of contraceptive pills could stimulate the blackheads formation, however, other types can help you luckily to clear up your blackheads…how?
Based on a study performed in 2012, that took a look at 31 trials involving upwards of 12,000 participants to examine whether oral contraceptives might help decrease the incidence of acne.
It has been found that the birth control pills mechanism of action works by decreasing the androgen level in your body, noticing that decreasing androgen means that you are decreasing the oil production! Eventually, your blackheads are disappearing. However, some medications are working by an opposite effect which is increasing the androgen level, therefore, increasing the incidence of having blackheads.
Smoking!
Aside from its everything that smoking destroys, it has been found that smoking has a direct link with the formation of blackheads. A condition called “smoker’s acne” – which leaves smokers with blocked pores and spots – has been identified by researchers at the San Gallicano Dermatological Institute in Rome.
Your bony tail can save you!
Yes, it is important to tie up your hair especially in the summertime as it may be one of the reasons that cause blackhead formation. As it usually combine with oil produced, and P.acnes bacteria consequently stimulate the formation of blackheads.
  Unhealthy lifestyle
You are what you definitely eat! Eating too many chocolates, greasy, fried foods, and many other junk food forms that can stimulate the formation of blackheads and usually worsen the situation.
Other factors may also contribute to the formation of blackheads as follows;
Usage of greasy makeup that may block your pores
Usage of medications containing steroids for a long time
Some health conditions like PCOD “Polycystic Ovarian Disease”
Excessive usage of medications that stimulate rapid cell turnover
The cause occur! And then, the blackheads start to develop but how? Let us continue our journey in tracking the process…
As a result of any of the previously mentioned causes; the pores found in the skin become plugged with the oily substance produced by the oily gland and dead skin! Forming type of acne that seems to be small bumps with a surface that looks dark or black.
Black? Yes, black … Many people say that the dark color result from trapped dirt found on the surface of a skin surface, however, this is totally wrong because the black color almost results from the oxidation reaction occur when an open pore react with oxygen in the air and turn black.
At this time, you start to look at the mirror and distinguish those small annoying blackheads that may appear on many body parts such as; back, chest, neck, arms, shoulders, and many other areas.
And then, you start to Squeeze or scrub those blackheads! Thinking that you found your own way to rid yourself of blackheads… and don’t know that you are almost worsening the situation.
What? Worsening the situation? … then, how can I remove the blackheads in a right way?
WARNING: Get away from traditional extraction methods that usually worsen the state!
Many people use common methods that have been used for too long for removing the blackheads although they are considered as harmful and you must stop using if you are currently using one of these methods! For example;
You should stop using glue to rid yourself of blackheads due to its toxicity and its ability to cause spider veins, redness, and irritation. It is almost worsening the situation instead.
Platforms are almost full with masks and pore strips that said to be effective in removing blackheads and although many people gave positive response for many products, however, some dermatologists said that pore strips can also remove essential elements that are said to be important for your skin causing dryness and sometimes, irritation. Therefore, you should check with your doctor whether you can use pore strips or not.
Do not pick, scratch, squeeze, or even pop your blackheads with toothpaste brush! This usually worsens the situation and cause swelling, irritation, and rupture of skin cell walls causing infections and acne scars! Squeezing may also force the pores to get larger than normal as a result, it may initiate deep infections.
Waxing is generally a horrible method in all ways. Especially if you have a sensitive skin type and then allowing a highly heated material to touch your face and wait for a good result! Waxing isn’t a good option for removing blackheads. Based on a case study, it has been found that “Ingrown hair, folliculitis, pseudo‑folliculitis, and post‑inflammatory pigmentary changes after waxing are common side effects of waxing. Eruptive syringomas have also been reported.”
Overusing of cleansing products and washing is not a way of removing the blackheads and may worsen the situation more if you kept on using and cause irritation for your skin. You will just need to wash your face as you used to be and use other effective ways of removing blackheads.
You should use one of the following treatment procedures in order to rid yourself from blackheads
You can deal with them through manual removal
Under the supervision of a dermatologist, you can remove the blackheads through a special tool called comedo extractor that is placed around the blackhead area with different angles in order to make sure that it is done perfectly. And then apply a force that is able to force and push the skin surrounding the pore, as a result, the content of the pore gets out.
Exfoliation could be one of the methods too
What? Don’t you know that exfoliation can lead to irritation?  Yes, it can! However, you have an incomplete answer! Exfoliation can only lead to irritation if the type of acne is inflammatory. While for the blackheads; exfoliation is an excellent method as it removes the dead skin found on the surface of the skin that may is usually combined with the oily substance causing clogging pores.
The best type of exfoliators is the alpha and beta hydroxyl acids that are not only working on blackheads but also on aging signs such as wrinkles, face lines, and age spots. Based on a study entitled “The effect of physically applied alpha hydroxyl acids on the skin pore and comedone”  it has been found that:
“Alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) have been recognized as commonly used therapy for acne. Our studies examined whether an additional effect of physical treatment using chemical peeling combined with negative pressure and compared with AHA treatment only occurs in acne-prone subjects” and “4% AHA solution combined with a physical effect had rapidly improving effects on whiteheads and blackheads synergistically. Combined physical therapy may have more impact on pore size and seborrhea.”

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion works through using a fine jet in combination with suction tools that are able to provide a fine stream of crystals or through a diamond chip which is mainly directed on the affected area replacing the dead skin with new healthy ones, stimulate blood flow, and encouraging the cell to produce new collagen and elastin. This method helps remove the blackheads as it often eliminates blackhead plugs, opening up the pore and removing the contents of the blackhead.
Chemical peels
A method that is similar to microdermabrasion; it works through enhancing the overall skin status of either the face or body; they are working by the destruction of specific skin layer through using chemicals such as TCA; as a result, the dead skin’s layer peeled off and a new, fresh, smooth, and healthy skin is regenerated.

Best At Home Treatment For Blackheads; Via These Easy Methods
Blackheads are no longer considered a big deal at all! You shouldn’t be hopeless but you should track the causes and start the ideal treatment protocol…we will provide you a full guide about the blackheads in form of a journey starting from blackheads causes, then formation, and then its treatment. You will just have to scroll down and keep reading and we will answer the following questions:
Do I need to know what are blackheads?
What are the causes I should be aware of in order to decrease its prevalence?
What are symptoms?
How are blackheads diagnosed?
What are the available treatment options to get rid of those annoying heads?
  The journey usually starts as you practice certain causation or as you experience certain body changes as follows;
 Other factors may also contribute to the formation of blackheads as follows;
Many people use common methods that have been used for too long for removing the blackheads although they are considered as harmful and you must stop using if you are currently using one of these methods! For example;
