So apparently doing 10 minutes workout a day, at home, will help improve weight loss. A long with a healthy balanced diet.
So I'm gonna do that. Since I get a panic attack going outside, I'm gonna workout at home. I feel safer here and I don't feel embarrassed when I'm out of breath.
I want to loose weight for me and no one else. I want to feel and look good. This time, I'm not restricting my diet, I'm eating when I'm hungry and I'm refusing to do those stupid starvation diets.
I want a GOOD healthy relationship with food, NOT an unhealthy one. People don't realise that MOST diets cause a really bad unhealthy relationship with food. So just eat a healthy balanced diet, eat when you feel hungry (especially before bed because when people say "iTs uNhEaLtHy tO eAt bEfOrE bEd" is talking out of their ass), that suits you and you're gonna be okay.
So that's what I'm gonna do.
Since I cut a lot of toxic friends, I quit that toxic drama group and I'm aiming to move to America, focusing on my novel series. I'm gonna focus on being healthy too.
That's my goals.

Food is all about balance!
Eat the "unhealthy" food along with the "healthy" food. If you try to completely cut out a whole food group, you'll just find yourself craving it even more.
I lost the most weight when I was eating a really balanced diet, tracking calories, protein, and fibre. Nothing was cut out, I was just more careful about portion sizes and fast food choices.

I foresee a lot of people being turned off by her abrasiveness and lack of teamwork.#She is very self-centered and openly goes against what the party agrees on.#She's a picky eater in a story that is 50% about eating good and healthy food!#It is in part about her growth but admittedly even *then* she remains rather true to her self-centeredness.#Even though she isn't as nice or funny or compassionate as the others...Izutsumi is still someone worth loving.#Even the more difficult people are someone worth loving.#And those people in turn are people who have something and someone they love.#She may be a girlcat but she is the most human of them all.#I hope that if you are an anime only watcher and are feeling put off by her at the moment; you'll give her a chance.#By the way: *yes* I worked very hard to draw that skateboard pose. i hate to say it because i'm neurodivergent and a chronic-pain-haver but like... sometimes stuff is going to be hard and that's okay.
it's okay if you don't understand something the first few times it's explained to you. it's okay if you have to google every word in a sentence. it's okay if you need to spend a few hours learning the context behind a complicated situation. it's okay if you need to read something, think about it, and then come back to re-read it.
i get it. giving up is easier, and we are all broken down and also broke as hell. nobody has the time, nobody has the fucking energy. that is how they win, though. that is why you feel this way. it is so much easier, and that is why you must resist the impetus to shut down. fight through the desire you've been taught to "tl;dr".
embrace when a book is confusing for you. accept not all media will be transparent and glittery and in the genre you love. question why you need everything to be lily-white and soft. i get it. i also sometimes choose the escapism, the fantasy-romance. there's no shame in that. but every day i still try to make myself think about something, to actually process and challenge myself. it is hard, often, because of my neurodivergence. but i fight that urge, because i think it's fucking important.
especially right now. the more they convince you not to think, the easier it will be to feed you misinformation. the more we accept a message without criticism, the more power they will have over that message. the more you choose convenience, the more they will make propaganda convenient to you.
