Uhh that’s from the basil version (i explained it here). Ik you were prob asking ab the original (where dipper died,, I never really knew who was gonna cover up the death though) but I don't have anything from that since I scrapped it and I'm gonna scrap the basil version too, and restart the au entirely. I finished the art bc it looked cool ahahaha

Anyways so. To revamp the au ( the only thing that's staying is that it's the omori plot with gf characters ) I'm basically going to be snipping all of the characters' existing relationships apart and restitching them together in different patterns because it was not working out with the characters as they are in gravity falls canon

So in this au, Wendy is now Wendy Pines, Dipper (or Mason's) big sister. Wendy is dating Robbie Valentino, who has a little sister- Mabel Valentino. Mabel and Dipper also have two other friends- Gideon Gleeful and Pacifica Northwest. Gideon is a bright but stubborn boy, who always gets into playful arguments with Mabel. He'd never admit it, but he secretly admires her. Pacifica is an inquisitive girl who stays with the local handyman, Soos, and his abuelita- They look after her while her parents go on business trips. She also owns a camera and loves to take pictures of the friend group and garden with Abuelita.

The drawing above is a wip of a lineup for the au. I'll be working on a post-death lineup, too.

If it isn’t clear enough, Wendy is the one who dies!! Pacifica feels guilty for her death, Gideon takes his anger about Wendy’s death out on Pacifica, and Mabel is the one who tries to get the group back together.

Kelbrey Day 4: In Another Life...

In another life.. It's starting to get cold in Faraway Town... and the gang hang out in their usual spot. Though some, get sleepier than others. (Don't ask why Maverick is wearing his other wig.)

This is the one day in the week I've been working on before it started, due to its sheer size!! And I'm so happy with how it turned out!!! For this prompt.. I was just purely imagining a world where Mari was still around. Of course i did, I'm a sap. And I thought, yeah.. Mari would love to matchmake her friends together, especially two who are painfully obvious yet soooo obvious and in denial. I miss them

Mourning the Loss of Innocence

Caryn Pines sat in the old husk of what used to be her home. With her son Stanford at college, her husband Filbrick at work, and her youngest son Shermie at school, she was all alone in the pawnshop. She stood up from her chair and decided to go visit her son’s old room. No, not Shermie’s room. It’s only been 2 weeks since the funeral and it seems like everyone has already forgotten him. About her little boy. About Stanley. Her little free-spirited Stanley who took his own life because the cruel world failed him. The fact that nobody except her showed up to his funeral said everything. She slowly entered the room that Stanley shared with Stanford during their childhood. As she did, her eyes drifted onto something on the window sill. It was a strange oversized rat who turned around and stared at her with its wide beady eyes. She knew what it was. It was Shanklin, Stanley’s pet rat. She never liked it, but she allowed it to stay because of her little boy. But now her little boy was gone, so she had no reason to keep it here. But judging by its sparkling eyes, she knew what it was here for. 

“He’s gone.” Caryn said coldly. The rat let out a small squeak. “Get out.” The woman snarled, her eyes dull and lifeless. But Shanklin stayed put, not making a noise as it kept staring at her. That was her breaking point. “Get out! Stanley’s gone!” She grabbed the closest thing she could find and threw it at the pest. “STANLEY’S GONE!! HE’S DEAD, AND HE’S NOT COMING BACK! GET OUT! GET OOOUT!!!” Caryn cried, falling to her knees. When she looked back up at Shanklin, its beady black eyes looked watery, as if it was grieving with her. The woman collapsed right there, sobs and rapid breaths racking her body until she slowly reached her arm out to the rat. Shanklin climbed onto her arm and crawled closer to her. Caryn held the thing close to her chest as she cried and cried. Together, they both mourned the loss of a loved one. Someone who they both loved. They thought about what his future could’ve been if he held out for a little longer. But right now, they just cried. It didn’t matter if she was a human and it was a rat, grief was universal.
