yes sure theres not a power imbalance here, so as established previously, zam is going to be more mellow due to that

but. the previous wemmbu vid didnt end w them having a better relationship. wemmbu did go to rescue zam from proton afterwards, but. thats just a current wemmbu thing to do (after all his character development). but. they still wouldntve been this buddybuddy (and yes even with all of zams betrayal threats, theyre more jokeish and more like. weak attempts at manipulation/holding his (nonexistent) power over wemmbu and he KNOWS its not gonna work. it feels more like a joke, a callback to when they were way more at odds)

what the actual fuck happened during that rescue? what the fuck happened while wemmbu was breaking zam (and egg) out of prison? surely whatever happened then must be why theyre so chill now

it cant be that wemmbu broke zam out and they had a whole Moment and figured out how to be chill. bcs theyre still trapepd by clownpierce. the rescue attempt probably failed and landed them in this escape room. and from what we know of zam, he WOULD blame wemmbu for that.

so? what the fuck happened? did they actually genuinely talk shit out offcamera? is this a different universe? is one of them plotting smth? has zam thought shit through and realised it isnt worth it while he was in prison?
