Fears
Genre: Fluffy Angst...?
DNI: NON-MLM/NBLM, fujoshis, mlm/nblm fetishizers
CW: Hints at suicide but it's never explicitly stated, mentions of depression, mentions of Oda :,(
Character(s)/Reader: Dazai Osamu x Male Reader
Today was, to put it simply, terrible for Dazai. Dazai has always suffered from depression, but today was one of those days where it hit hard. He was still his usual eccentric self, though everyone could tell something was off. They couldn't point out exactly what was off, they just knew, you included.
You had gotten worried once you noticed Dazai's behavior. He had a harder time getting up that morning, and seemed more tired than he usually is. You knew what Dazai suffered from, so you checked up on him, but he just brushed it off and got ready for work. All you could do was hope that it got better through out the day, even though you knew that wasn't likely.
Dazai was currently laying on the couch listening to music as usual, but no one really bothered to kick him back into working mode. Kunikida considered just letting him relax, but he's Kunikida, so he's going to make Dazai work anyway. Not that he cared more about work than Dazai's mental health, he just knew that working sometimes helped Dazai get out of his head a bit. That didn't seem to be the case for today.
The day eventually ended, you and Dazai waved bye to Kunikida and Yosano as they stayed behind to work. As you both walked home, you grabbed his hand and gave it a comforting squeeze. He did it back, making your heart flutter.
"Dazai." You said quietly as you reached the apartment you two lived in.
"Yes dear?" He whispered tiredly as you opened the door, a creak coming from the hinges. You both went inside and set down your thing and slid off your coats, hanging them up on the rack. Dazai immediately went for the bedroom and flopped onto the bed, forgetting that you wanted to speak to him. You came in shortly after he did and sat on the bed by him.
"Dazai." You repeated, still in that same quiet voice. All you got was a hum, but that was okay. You brushed some hair out of his face as you looked at his drowsy and sad looking eyes.
"Are you okay darling? You know you can be honest with me." You whispered comfortingly. He looked up at you and grabbed your hand, holding it in his. There was a long pause before he broke the silence.
"Just not feeling well today, (Name)." He whispered, his gloomy mood finally present in his actions and tone.
"Did something happen? Or is it just one of those days?" You asked as you unbuttoned his vest and loosened his bolo tie.
"Just one of those days i'm afraid." He responded, zero emotion came from his voice as he watched you undress him. He didn't show it, but your kind gesture meant the world to him right now. You helping him undress because you knew he was too exhausted to even care made him feel a little better.
"You won't do anything, will you?" You asked, voice shaking slightly. You were scared, scared that he would attempt again. He hasn't since you guys had gotten together since he didn't want to cause any emotional stress, but that didn't stop you from getting scared. You had witnessed his attempts alongside your coworkers, so the possibility of him doing it whenever he got bad always crossed your mind.
He stopped your hands from going any further, bringing your attention to his face. He could see the sad and scared look in your eyes, it made him feel even worse knowing that you were scared of what he'd do.
"No...I won't darling. I wouldn't do that to you, not to the man I live for." He whispered, voice so sincere it made you want to cry. He held your hand in a tight, yet comfortable grip. All you did was nod and kiss his forehead.
"Would you like to take a bath together?" You asked as you undid his pants and shirt. If Dazai was in a better mood, he definitely would have made some dirty joke, but right now all he did was nod. You went to go get the water running as Dazai got up to get fully undressed.
The bath was ready, you and Dazai sat at opposite ends of the tub, still close together since it wasn't that big. You poured some water on Dazai's head so you could get his full body ready for cleaning. You slicked back the hair that covered his face and smiled softly.
"You're so handsome..." You mumbled. It was more of a comment to yourself rather than a direct compliment. However, Dazai heard it. A small smile formed on his face from your soft and sincere words.
"(Name)." He said, scooting a bit closer to you and grabbing your arms to hold your hands.
"Yes Dazai?" You asked, rubbing your thumbs on the backs of his hands. He took a deep breath and looked into your eyes.
"I'm....scared." He whispered, the second word softer than the first. His words shocked you. Dazai was never one to express his fears, honestly you didn't think he had any until right now.
"What are you afraid of?" You asked, you couldn't do anything but ask. What could possibly scare a man who was in the mafia, a man who has almost died countless times?
"I'm scared of losing you." He admits, his breath quickening from his vulnerability.
"My love, you won't lose me. Not anytime soon." You whispered as you cupped his face.
"That isn't in our control. You could die at any moment in the missions we do. I know you're more than capable than accomplishing them without a scratch, but I still get scared. I get scared of you dying and me not being there in time-"
"Dazai, not everything will end that way. I know you're still suffering from not being able to save your friend, but that isn't the way things end for everyone. I'm so sorry you're feeling this way, but I promise you, i'll be alright."
"You can't promise that."
"Maybe I can't, but I will anyway, and I'll try my best to keep that promise. No matter what." You said sternly. You pulled him into a hug and felt him rest his cheek on your shoulder.
"I love you, (Name)." His voice was muffled, but you understood.
"I love you too Osamu." You said as you kept him close, rubbing his back comfortingly. He lifted his head up and gave you a soft kiss on the lips, pouring all the love he could into it. He pulled away and started planting kisses on your face and shoulders. It was his way of showing how much he appreciates your help and you being there for him. You knew him being vulnerable was hard, so you didn't mind him expressing his gratitude through physical affection instead of words.
You both finished up and dried each other off. Dazai wouldn't stop stealing kisses whenever the towel was out of his face when you dried his hair, making you laugh softly.
When you both got to bed, he immediately started clinging onto you. His legs were intertwined with yours as he pressed his body against yours.
"You seem to be feeling better." You laughed out as he refused to let go of you.
"Of course I feel better, I'm with you." He says with a smile before kissing you passionately. Dazai felt like the luckiest man alive to have a boyfriend like you, a boyfriend who cares so deeply about him. A boyfriend he feels completely safe with, even when he's vulnerable. A boyfriend who makes his worries melt away with a simple, yet heartfelt, gesture. He's going to make sure he never loses you to the same evil that took away Oda, no matter what.
---------------------------------------------------

Mori + Dazai in Dark Era:
Ever since finishing the Dark Era novel in full, I can't stop thinking about the end where Dazai confronts Mori??
After almost every exchange they have, Mori asks Dazai some very leading questions:
"Very well. You have my permission. However, I would like to know why." "Of course, he's a dear ally of ours, but is he worth sending executive-level men to the front line to save?" "I understand your plan, but but in all likelihood, Oda doesn't want help. What do you think of that?" "No matter what the cost, you have to get yourself dirty to keep the Port Mafia going. [...] you must also willingly perform any logically conceivable atrocity. Do you understand what I'm saying?" "What remarkable inference. There is nothing that needs correcting. I have just one thing I'd like to ask: What is wrong with that?" "It's a win-win situation. So why are you so angry?" "We have always brought darkness, violence, and cruelty to this city. Why is that a problem now?" "Stay, or do you have a logical reason for going to him?"
etc., etc. I assume the story is (textually) painting two pictures: one, that Mori is, above all, rational, and will win this argument no matter what. The second, that Dazai is no longer acting rationally, but is being lead by his emotions--something that, up until this point, was something he didn't (intentionally) give into.
Dazai didn't say a word. That was just about the first time he'd ever been unable to articulate his feelings. Logically speaking, Ougai was right, and Dazai was wrong. Ougai's narrowed eyes harbored a tinge of cleverness, as if they could see into his heart. It was the same kind of light that was once in Dazai's eyes when he looked upon his enemies or allies
Obviously Mori is asking these questions so he can refute them, but it does genuinely make me wonder if he has an ulterior motive here? We know that by this point, their relationship has deteriorated. Mori says, "It's not often you come here yourself." Which is a far cry from Dazai being his confidant and right-hand-man in Fifteen.
Are his questions rhetorical? Is he genuinely telling Dazai, "If you can give me a better option, I will take it"? Is he defending himself, knowing that he hurt Dazai immensely? Is it a plea for rationality? Is he testing his loyalty?
Does he want Dazai to realize he's languishing in the Mafia? ("Why are you so angry?") Is he giving him permission to live authentically--outside of the Mafia--by making him admit that he no longer holds its values?
Is he simply laying everything on the table so that Dazai can make the choice he needs to make? Or, is he pushing him away intentionally, knowing that Dazai will hang on until it kills one or both of them?
The thing we need to understand here, is that Mori never hated Dazai. He was (is?) afraid of him, yes, but Mori (STILL!) wants him by his side. Dazai was his confidant, his project, the ace up his sleeve and his heir.
Yes, Mori got the permit, and it was all worth it in his mind, but it's a Pyrrhic victory at best.
Two weeks after Dazai leaves, Mori is STILL described as "listless," and outright refuses to replace his executive seat (which...iirc he never has).
The organization had received an item of great value, something that more than made up for the total pecuniary damage and loss of talented subordinates. That included Dazai's disappearance as well. Logically speaking, the results couldn't have been better. Everything was going according to plan. Ougai folded the document [Oda's Silver Oracle] into a misshapen paper airplane. Then, with his chin still resting on his hand, he threw it. The deformed plane almost immediately crashed into the floor. "Things sure are going to get boring around here..."
Sooo...yeah. It really makes me wonder just what Mori was trying to accomplish with Dazai during all of this, and especially during their final exchange.
Was one of his sacrifices as boss Dazai's presence and loyalty? For the health of the organization? For Dazai's health and happiness?
I dunno! Given what we're shown here, I'm kind of inclined to believe it was a little of everything.

I hit 100 followers a while ago. It's not the biggest thing ever I know, but I also didn't really expect anything like that when I started this silly little blog about a mysterious lady and her goofy samurai gang. For 50 we did 27 favorites. People seemed to like it. Main cast taking up a bunch of spots is boring, though I do think a few of these could potentially end up in the main one. For now though that's Nami, Brook, & Jinbei. This time is more measured, I actually thought about a Sweet 16 and why. It's fun to see how it changes over time:
Cabbage: I love pretty idiots in anime. This one was necessary to keep me invested in Dressrosa. But there is a real amount of nobility there and the story of actually being a fallen prince obsessed with stardom is a good one! Most little guy Leo is surging but Cavendish is still my favorite of the Grand Fleet captains.
Queen Otohime: I've already said a lot about her with our Seafloor Sidestory. Such a great examination of a political leader, a civil rights icon. I've flirted with that role myself at times and always been around it as a quirk of fate...so it's cool to see someone who gets the nuances like Oda did with this story. How it plays off of Tiger's, influences someone like Jinbei. I rate Fishman Island very high and Otohime is a huge part of that.
Pudding: Pudding is such a two-faced little snot but young enough and cartoonish enough about it I think she's funny. Whole Cake is a great arc, love how she plays off of Sanji, the "Doll" element hits a little close to home.
Crocodile: He's got style, he's got grace. He'll throw sand in your face. Cool villain, loved him in Impel Down/Marineford, epitome of T-Boy swag.
Miss Goldenweek: Marianne, Goldie...such a treasure. Girl makes me laugh so much. Comically lazy but the secret weapon that was a nightmare for Luffy. Cover story that made her shine as a capable operative and Rainbow of Dreams rocks. Please come back to Cross Guild you little weirdo. I need you and Buggy playing off each other, I need Crocodile hyping up one of his superstar agents to Mihawk only for her to doze off/ask for snacks in the middle of it.
Nekomamushi: He is a massive yellow cat man. This is a great start. Had a nice theme song too. He loves lasagna but isn't an asshole like Garfield. Rising love. Samurai cat man. Then he's Kiku's lil bro and I enjoy pondering that dynamic. Goro nya nya.
Kin'emon: He was pretty funny before, making the chauvinist a simp for his classy af wife and the confused, but caring father figure to a sweetheart trans girl is hilarious. I love his devil fruit and impersonating Doffy was classic. His supernatural luck forced his way deeply into my heart.
Conis: Conis is lovely. Sweet angel girl...with a big ol bazooka she is not afraid to use. People forget Conis but I still love her. Sky Island was fun.
Jewelry Bonney: Being an angry child makes her so much more fun. Always thought she was a solid Supernova. Being such a glutton is funny. Egghead has elevated her. Interesting devil fruit, it's the one my sweetie would want to eat himself which is neat.
Izo: Izo is very, very pretty. He is also good at shooty but have you seen how pretty he is? He is also the dashing elder brother of #1 blorbo...
Kiku: I know this inclusion will surprise some of you. She's a total sweetie with hidden narrative weirdness. What's not to love and obsess over? Plus she's really tall and forgets that when hiding behind things. Imagine if we saw her trying to hide behind Chopper sticking most of his body out from behind a hiding place. That would tick us back at least one minute from midnight.
Cindry: The other Okiku and subject of our Spooky Sidestory. Maliciously compliant zombie with a showgirl vibe. Far out. Hucking plates rules as a combat style.
Ginny: Some might say she's too new. Some Might Say is a pretty good early Oasis song. Neither of those are relevant right now. I love Ginny. She's wonderful. She got done dirty because flashback characters always get done dirty.
Hina: Hina pleased to be included. Hina pleased. She was our Shackled Sidestory and I love her. The cool vibe mixed with a couple of childish traits. One of our truly good Marines who probably hasn't gotten high enough up the ladder to really know how depraved the World Government is. Cool fruit too, perfect for a Marine.
Monet: Punk Hazard came out right before I went into grad school. I love thinking of her as the beleaguered, far more talented assistant to Caesar Clown who I hate and should just die. Harpies are also classic cool and I will not accept statements to the contrary. I love her snow power too.
Gecko Moria: Touched on this in a post about him for Halloween. He's grown on me a lot as a villain as I've gotten old enough to understand him. There's a realism in his motivations that makes him more of a unique villain. I actually believe if he was serious from the start Luffy would never have stood a chance. Shadow fruit is cool and Thriller Bark is an excellent arc.
Bellemere, Kawamatsu, Denjiro, and Hancock would be the honorable mentions. But these are my true One Piece loves.

Just a question hope it doesn't sound rude ,but how do you feel about shanks??? As a kid fans because I heard many hate shanks after he attecked kid.
hiii it's not rude at all i appreciate these kind of questions about op. unlike some dudebros, i actually love them both 🥺 it's me and my affinity for red heads!
but on a serious note, let me clarify that i'm only caught up until wano while i am aware that kidd got fucking decimated by shanks when the former reached elbaf. and that's the only info i know about it, not too into detail about what started what.
i view this as something normal (but with bias, is fucking unfair!!) because kidd is not the main character nor does he contribute anything more to luffy. his part may have come to an end after the fight with big mom, i believe he was just shown to have a big three on the worst gen and to slowly introduce members of the worst gen since the story progression seems to be doing that. urouge and teach are the only homies not showcased and elaborated.
and ofc, oda did that sorry excuse of a battle to showcase how goated shanks is. it's all oda ever does! shanks only appears rarely and when he does, he'll do something legendary!
i view shanks as someone very cool and strong! he'd been an emperor for two generations sheeesh 🤩 and in a husbando perspective, he's really fucking hot 🤪 he's the kinda man that treats women as fucking queens much like sanji but less on the vanilla part and more on the filthy worship part. ATLEAST I VIEW HIM LIKE THAT
with shanks' relationship with kidd, i believe it's kinda cruel that my sweet boy got oneshotted 😞 but it's a display of shanks' might and he as an emperor for two generations says a lot about that situation. he stands waaaaay higher than kidd so it's unrealistic if my pookie didn't get powdered 🤣
i don't hate shanks that he attacked kid, it's just normal pirate skirmish to butt heads and see who's stronger. besides, i've read smwhr that oda needed a means to let shanks have the poneglyph sooooooo
i still hate the fact that kidd's been taking Ls!! why was he done dirty like that??? but on a completely bias note!! i still believe kidd is still alive! let the delulu live!

-Naptime.
-What Neon and Keiwa know definitively about Ace.
He really misses his Mama.
He's way too good at this game.
His fursona is a fox.
-That's it.
-OOOOH?
-Seems kinda mean to not let somebody meet their mother just because their previous incarnation already did.
-"I may be new meat in this fandom, but everybody knows Yakumo Eisu."

-Don't tempt her.
-YOU DUMBASS
-Tsumuri should be in charge of the whole game, she's clearly putting in all the work.
-"Keep your disgusting hands away from me."
-Oh, Beroba can just
-Do that, huh?
-Well, we're fucked.
-Oh!
-Seeing Ace stressing himself, even in such a limited capacity, is a bit frightening.
-Hello Ziin.
-Oh, that was
-That was a commercial break, okay. Weird.
-Ukiyo Ace...
-Oooooooh
-Those must be Garfield's parents. ...I wonder if their names are Jonathan and Elizabeth?
-There's very obviously not Yukari Yakumo.
-And that woman in the Mediterranean must be Mitsume-san.
-Influencer stans are horrifying.
-You tell him, Ace.
-2fast4ace.
-"So like... is there a reason you guys picked us of all Riders?"
-Kekera really likes Keiwa, I see.
-Yeah you be very careful around Kyuun, Neon. His vibes are icky.
-Guess Chirami's getting fired after this.
-Oh finally! Some initiative!
-Naptime.
-Damn he shoot
-Lots of untransformed fighting today!
-Rider Time.
-Berobaaaa!
-Ohhhhh
-Teenage girls are frightening.
-Glare2! Log in!
-Install!
-I believe that makes Beroba one of a very rare breed of female Rider with multiple distinct Rider identities.
-The only other examples I can name off the cuff is Natsumikan as Den-O (briefly) and Kiva-la (and Natsumikan Arms Gaim, if you wish to count that) ...does Sakura becoming George's Clone Riders really count? Fuck it, I'm counting.
-Ohhhhhhhhhh!
-She's real dangerous now!
-Ziin got fucked.
-Damn, they threw that boy!
-"I'm gonna kill off your beloved blorbo~! And there's not a thing you can do about it~!"
-Oooooooooh.
-Laser Boost, incoming!
-Right, that's all done.
-Oh, Ace. Gotta sell me something, eh?
-I see, thank you.

I actually disagree in re: to the anime being better. The earlier episodes of the anime are pretty rough imo which isn't surprising the earlier manga chapters are also pretty...not bad just not as well done as later chapters in the manga. That's not a knock on Oda, he was new, and one thing I think people forget is Oda didn't know with 100% certainty that One Piece was going to become, well, One Piece. It's why Luffy, Zoro's, and Ussop's backstories are pretty thin in comparison to Sanji, Nami's, Choppers, etc etc Oda was just getting to the meat of his story (I'm pretty sure the main thing he had planned in those earlier stages was Nami's backstory, and getting to the grandline which would have been a decent stopping point for the manga had shounen jump not chosen to renew). I think Oda took OPLA as a chance to do some things he didn't do and/or couldn't in his early stages of making the manga (like Ussop/Kaya and not mentioning the stairs for Kuina lol but also expanding on who Zoro was before his first appearance).
All that said, I think whichever version of their first meeting people prefer, the core of Zoro and Luffy's relationship is unwavering loyalty and trust. Which both meetings emphasize.
Also why Luffy chooses Zoro in the first place. I think the scene with the little girl was better done in the animanga but I'm glad they kept it in the show at all. That scene where Zoro eats dirty food in order to make a little girl happy, to repay her kindness is the reason Luffy chooses Zoro specifically.
I like that in the show Luffy sees this moment, and that's why he wants Zoro to join his crew. It emphasizes how others - Baroque Works and the Marines - wanted Zoro solely for his physical strength, while Luffy wanted him for his kindness and honor (and b/c he was hot whaaaat)
What I really like about OPLA!Zolu is they take the subtly that animanga!Zolu have (and that has gone overlooked for SO LONG) and bring it more to the forefront for viewers.
Zolu is my favorite OP ship b/c it is so subtle, it exists in a collection of small and large moments, that speak of loyalty, trust, and deep companionship. Luffy can fall asleep during a battle because Zoro is by his side, Zoro will bow his head to the man he wants to defeat if it's for Luffy. And I love that for them.
Watching the reactions of people familiar with the anime, I noticed that many of them didn't like how the meeting between Luffy and Zoro was changed. People say that in the original story, Zoro had more motivation to become a pirate and join Luffy's crew since his life depended on it. Luffy is basically blackmailing him into joining him, and what they did in the adaptation supposedly deprived Zoro of all motivation.
But I just can’t understand why people don’t notice the obvious: yes, in the anime this moment was more emotional, but in the adaptation it becomes clear why Zoro so quickly saw Luffy as his captain and swore himself to him “until death do them part.”
Someone already said here that before Luffy Zoro had only met those who wanted to use him, and when Zoro refused or fought back, they actually wanted to kill him. Luffy, despite the refusal, still selflessly saves Zoro, and it is in this case that the scene of Zoro joining the crew is more… soft, gentle… and fully explains how Zoro became devoted to Luffy in such a short time. Luffy was the one who didn't want to take advantage of him, he just helped him. This does not mean that Zoro would swear allegiance to anyone who was kind to him, it does mean that Zoro wouldn't have met someone like Luffy. Luffy not only literally became Zoro's sun, he became his hope and literally the only one he could trust like no one else. I still think the original scene is stronger than the adaptation, but I have no complaints about it either. In my opinion, a relationship that began with trust and loyalty is better than a relationship that began with blackmail, although in the canon Zoro literally was ready to give his life for Luffy just the same day or so, which is jus as adorable.
#maybe oda saw ppl were still on the z0san train and was like#oh opla gotta fix that director make inaki straddle that man it's for The Plot

more thoughts on my odasaku lives au with side soukoku because why not.
dazai, oda and chuuya escape with the help of ango, on the promise that dazai would not kill him on sight (yet). chuuya is not very inclined on letting the man too close to them as well, much to odasaku's chagrin.
they stay oversea, in paris, to chuuya's delight.
(and dazai absolutely didn't have a say on where they should go, absolutely not. and well, if he had a quick, without any murderous intent, talk with ango, it was only because chuuya would be less inclined to go back to the mafia if it's somewhere he likes. nothing else)
chuuya is quick to learn french, and dazai takes it as a personal challenge to do it as well, because everything chuuya can do, dazai can do it better.
("it is not a good look on the dog to believe he can be smarter than its master, after all, chibikko~"
"casse-toi, shitty mackerel!"
"merci!"
"that's not what you should say, oi!")
odasaku is slowly becoming an alcoholic because if he thought that listening to dazai pining about chuuya was bad enough, living with both of them is a torture and he is starting to believe that this is the real reason soukoku is so dangerous.
(there are nights that are too long. odasaku sits in silence, a picture in his pocket, and he can't bring himself to look at it.
sometimes he wonders if everything that happened was a punishment for the person he had been before.
it is a shitty punishment, though, if those who paid for his mistakes were innocent children, and not his bloodied hands.)
(some nights, their house is filled with broken french, english songs and breaking plates, and the three of them fall asleep on the same couch, their legs and arms intertwined, tied together by the matching, dirty blood, and a single choice.)

One Piece 1044 Reaction
So here we go with my faves. I'm skipping the reaction for stuff revealed earlier this week.
-
GOROSEI WAHHHHHHHHH
''Why are you guys still standing and sitting in the same position we last saw you guys?! wtf, do you guys not get cramps or something xD
Damn, Luffy looks so much like Nika now ;---; I'm crying asdfghjkl now people should not treat Skypeia like trash after this. Imagine when he defeats Kaido, he's gonna have the same double page, but this time it's the sun in the background, not the full moon.
Kazenbo burning Orochi is such an irony. Orochi ordered Kanjuro to make their enemies or others burn in fire of glory or some shit previous chapters before, and now Orochi is burning in glory.
Orochi be like ''Something like revenge isn't fashionable or popular nowadays." Please. This man is eating his words xD He's so pathetic.

Dazai and the puppy
The day Dazai picked up a puppy, or more like the day a puppy picked up Dazai.
(Tags : fluff, soft, tiniest bit of angst, nightmares, rainy day, ADA Dazai, loneliness, a tiny bit of soukoku, one-shot.)
It was one of those uneventful days.
One of those days where Dazai's report was as empty as the white canvas of an uninspired artist.
The brunet was walking under the light rain, enjoying its smell while heading home.
Rainy days always felt comforting to him. He even decided to stand under it for a while meanwhile everybody else was trying to get away from it.
He felt at peace.
Well, he felt at peace until it started pouring down a bit too harshly.
He sighed, not sure if he was more annoyed or disappointed. He started to walk again, speeding up his pace. He was already feeling oh so cold, soaked in water from head to toe — which wasn't an unfamiliar feeling by itself.
He wasn't paying too much attention to his surroundings, but he did feel some strange presence nearby, accompanied by quick little steps.
And with panting ?...
He glanced towards the sounds and instantly felt despair. Utter despair, even.
“You...”
If he weren't wearing his contact lenses, he would have thought that a tiny dirty cloud was chasing him.
A tiny dirty cloud with a tail, paws and a smiley mouth.
“Okay, no, I disagree. Absolutely not.” Dazai said to the puppy.
The animal, very obviously, did not understand a thing. In fact, it started doing little jumps, happy to be noticed.
“So so dumb...So stupid. You're actually such an idiot. You're a disgrace. You—”
The man just tripped on the ground. The puppy sat next to him, waiting patiently with its tail wiggling to the fullest.
“Are you just going to sit there and watch how miserable I am ?” the brunet asked, face in a puddle.
“Waf !”
“Of course.” he rolled his eyes as he quickly got up. “Useless.”
Dazai started running, using the advantage of having long legs. The puppy's legs were very short and clumsy as it was only a few months old.
« What would Odasaku do in such a situation ?... »
He looked behind and noticed that the animal was having difficulties, too tired, hungry and cold.
He stopped for a moment and started thinking.
...
Oda would obviously take care of the puppy the way he takes care of children.
Dazai softly groaned. He could hear his friend's voice yelling at him inside of his head.
Yelling ? No. Oda didn't know how to yell. It was more of a monotone yet disappointed tone, which was even worse.
By the time the brunet was thinking, the puppy caught him up. The man looked at him, scratchings his own nape.
“...Fine. But only because that's what Odasaku would have wanted. Got it ?”
“...”
“Okay, good. But I'm not carrying you.” Dazai said as he started to walk again.
The dog was slow, though.
“Okay, nevermind. You're too slow. You remind me of the slug.” He sighed as he picked up the cloud-like puppy.
Five minutes later, the new little duo arrived at Dazai's appartement.
“Okay. The rules are no barking, no pooping nor peeing on the floor and no video games after 9pm. Got it ?”
“Waf !”
“You already broke a rule.” he said while removing his shoes.
What he was surprised about was how the puppy was staying still, waiting for him.
Dazai picked it up again so it wouldn't make his floor dirty : People often thought that the brunet wasn't the most hygienic person, but he actually valued clean places.
He went to the bathroom and put the puppy inside the bathtub.
“I guess I'll need to clean you, huh ?” He mumbled whilst quickly drying his hair with a towel.
He then filled the bath with a tiny bit of water and, again, he was surprised at how calm the dog was.
Chuuya, someday, explained after reading a book about dogs that puppies may get scared of the first few baths.
However, this one seemed completely calm about the situation. Dazai didn't question it further. Instead, he took two bottles of shampoo.
“Peach or cherry scent ?”
The puppy sniffed the bottles and chose the peach one.
“Good choice, good choice. This one was gifted to me by the hatrack.”
Hold on, what was he doing ?
Was he really giving the choice between shampoos to a dog ?
...That's what Odasaku would have done. That was why. Yeah.
He got to work : He first started by the animal's back, then went down to its paw.
The puppy was just happily barking.
“There are puppies that are barkers ! They just like to talk. How cute is that ?”
“I bet they don't bark as much as you do.”
“Oh fuck off.”
“So...You're a barker. Okay. Give me some time to mentally prepare myself for that.”
The dog just slightly splashed some water around itself. Dazai just stared at it, especially at its mouth shape that seemed to be constantly smiling.
“...Anyway.”
After the bath came dinner.
The brunet took dog food from a shelf of his kitchen.
“Don't ask why I already have this...”
The puppy just tilted its head. Dazai hid the bag of dog food behind his back, pretending it disappeared. The pet started jumping around, confused.
“Geheh, idiot. What a sad lifeform you are.”
Osamu finally poured some of the dog food into a simple bowl, to which the animal immediately reacted by going next to it.
“Wooow calm down...Use your microscopic brain, don't go fast.” Dazai said, then put another bowl on the floor, this time filled with water.
He then sat on a chair and ate leftovers he found in the fridge, watching the puppy enthusiastically eat, which was understandable because the food was good.
Don't ask the detective how he knew.
He sighed to himself : Then what ? What was he supposed to do ? Probably find the owner, because judging by how this dog was behaving, it was definitely raised by humans.
Dazai checked on his phone if there were any announcements on the internet about the loss of a pet : there was nothing. It probably happened too recently.
He then tried to find its breed.
“Looks like you're...A samoyed, huh. Right...A barker, excessively fluffy, constantly smiling.” He compared the pictures to the puppy that was inside his home.
The dog just stopped eating and sat next to the brunet's feet, seemingly content.
“You done ?” he asked and the pet replied with a bark. “You already got slightly dirty because of the food, you silly bo...gi...What are you, actually ?” He suddenly asked as he picked it up to check. “Girl, okay. Silly girl.” He concluded, wiping her snout with a tissue.
The brunet glanced at the clock — 7pm. It was too late to look for a dog shelter. He put the puppy down on the floor and looked at it.
“I have no dog entertainment here. I doubt you can play Mario Kart, can you ? Of course you can't, you don't have functional thumbs.”
He noticed that she was slightly trembling, probably from being cold. It made sense, because Dazai's appartement wasn't very well heated : The heaters weren't working too well. He felt quite cold too.
“Well, go find a blanket like a grown girl.”
The puppy stared.
The man slightly rolled his eyes and got up from his chair. He went towards the small living room, followed by the dog.
He helped her get on the couch and nonchalantly —yet carefully— put a blanket over her.
Dazai stretched his body a little before picking warmer clothes like a hoodie and sweatpants and heading towards the bathroom to clean himself as well.
Quickly enough, the dog's soft cries echoed in the room, along with the sound of her paws against the floor, following the detective.
“Huh ? I'm just going for a bath...” He said, more confused than annoyed.
The puppy seemed a little agitated, almost distressed.
“...I guess you can come in. Just— Don't be loud, I had a long day.” He finally said before entering the bathroom with her.
That's what Odasaku would have done.
Water. Then cherry scent into it.
“I don't want to smell like you, so I'm going with that one today.” He commented.
Bandage removal. Then finally entering the bath.
He let out a long, exhausted sigh. Uneventful days were still work days after all.
The puppy just laid down next to the bathtub, seemingly calm again. The steam coming from the bath was warm enough for her.
Osamu glanced at her.
For some reason, it didn't feel that bad.
Don't get him wrong, being in charge of another lifeform was tiring to him.
But at the same time...It felt a bit nice, to not be alone at the moment. Only a little.
Most of the time, he was with Chuuya, but the redhead was currently on a pretty long mission.
He sighed again. You know, one of those deep, long sighs that we desperately need to have at least once a day.
“...Yume. Yume seems to fit you, doesn't it ?” He calmly asked while gently poking her ears. “It means dream, and I'm not talking about the cube person. You just look like a dreamy cloud.”
It was then time to sleep.
Before that, Dazai slightly played with Yume, not too sure why he did it.
Probably because that's what Odasaku would have done. Right ?
The rain didn't stop, but he let her go outside a little bit so she could do her needs.
The poop in front of his neighbour's door ? Not his problem. Free soil, be thankful.
He then dried her with a towel when she came back home and made her a little space on the couch so she could sleep.
“Don't wake me up before 10am or I'll cry.” He warned her, slightly tucking her under the blanket. “The water is in the kitchen, the books are right here in case if you know how to read.” He joked, automatically putting his hand on her head to pet her.
Weird of me, he thought to himself. He probably caught a cold.
Yume let out a long yawn and fell asleep pretty quickly, which was no surprise. It must have been a hell of a day for such a tiny puppy.
Osamu yawned as well. He usually had a very bad sleeping schedule, but the rain and taking care of the cloud on legs made him very tired.
He headed to his bedroom, almost threw himself into his bed and fell asleep within five minutes.
3am.
The brunet opened his eyes with difficulty, feeling extremely drowsy.
He could hear the puppy crying for whatever reason. He didn't really have a choice : He got up from the bed, almost falling back down.
He then dragged his feet to the living room, his sweatshirt's hood barely covering his messy hair.
He didn't need to switch on the lamp, the moonlight going through the room being more than enough.
He could finally see the dog in full distress, awake. He sat next to her on the couch and she quickly hoped on his knees.
“Hey, hey...” he sleepily mumbled with only one eye opened. “Wassup...”
He pet her with both his hands, not disgusted at all at the feeling of touching a dog.
“Nightmare I guess...'Happens to me too sometimes, no worries...” He kept talking, which seemed to calm Yume down.
He kept going until it finally hit him.
He frowned upon the realisation that the puppy wasn't just lost : she got abandoned.
She literally got abandoned, which was why she was so distressed when she was away from Osamu, and happy whenever he would pay attention to her.
“Oh my god. Oh my god. Okay.” He said, softly pressing her against himself. “Okay. Okay, alright. Okay.” he kept saying.
He got up while holding her in his arms and headed towards his bedroom.
He laid down on his bed and covered Yume and himself with a blanket.
He kept talking with a soft voice to soothe her.
That's what Odasaku would have—...
...
No.
He didn't do all of this just because Odasaku would have done this.
He took care of the puppy because he wanted to.
He didn't need to rely on his memories about Oda's actions to do something good anymore.
It was a genuine action from Osamu.
Being on the good side was slowly but surely becoming easier as months went by.
He glanced at Yume who fell back asleep after calming down completely.
“Maybe you and I aren't so different after all.”
He just smiled a little before falling asleep as well.
***
“Ah, love, goddamnit I missed you so much.”
Dazai received a tender peck on his lips at the doorway of his appartement, followed by a chuckle.
“Hiiii...” he drowsily replied.
“You look...Very tired. But don't worry, you still look lovely.” Chuuya commented, passing his hand through the brown hair. “Did you play games all night again ?”
“Noooo...” The brunet weakly shook his head, looking pouty. “Being a parent is just veeeery hard work...”
The mafioso blinked a few times, then quirked up an eyebrow.
“...And whatever the fuck does that mean ?”
Osamu slightly moved to the side, revealing a shy and polite looking little cloud, sitting right behind him.
Chuuya's eyes widened, in absolute disbelief.
“Oh...Oh my god...Is that a puppy....”
“Her name is Yume...” Dazai lazily smiled. “Her ex masters are idiots, so...”
“Oh fucking hell.” The redhead said, still in awe. He slowly crouched down to the puppy's level. “Hi Yume ! Oh my stars I already love you so much. I'm so sorry you had to stay with my dumbass of a boyfriend.”
“Actually, we went along juuust fine.” The brunet comments whilst watching Chuuya and Yume shake hands.
“We're keeping her.” The mafioso said.
“I wasn't planning on leaving her.”
“Don't you hate dogs ?” The redhead asked while getting up with the puppy inside his arms.
“She's not a dog. She's our daughter now.” Osamu replied, finally entering his apartment, letting his boyfriend enter too.
“That's surprisingly cheesy of you, but sure.” Chuuya chuckled.
Don't get Dazai wrong.
He still hates dogs.
But this one ? This one gets a pass.

A Mermaid Princess and A Pirate King
Prolog Part 2: New Friends and Allies
It wasn't long after saving Nobunaga that his subordinates and allies began to show up. Hideyoshi Toyotomi greeted me with suspicion, how dare anyone save his lord's life?! They must have ulterior motives. Total zealot that one was.
Ieyasu Tokugawa acted like he was annoyed by my very existence. Well you know what, you're not so great to be around either buddy! And I'm sorry that my saving your ally's life was such a problem for you! I was just trying to make a nice escape and find a quiet place to hide, but no I had to go and change history!
Masamune Date wa intrigued by me. He and Nobunaga were both looking at me like I was some kind of new play thing or something. Good grief was I familiar with that type and boy did I want to run.
The sneaky Mitsuhide Akechi slithered in from who knows where. In the original history, he was the one who betrayed and killed Nobunaga on this night. Or at least that's what history knows. He clearly didn't match the build of the man I saw in the fire, though I wasn't able to make out a face. I was grateful for him showing up as that took some heat from Hideyoshi off of me.
Honestly the way Hideyoshi greeted Mitsuhide...well let's just say that one could say there was no love lost between them. Hideyoshi was definitely suspicious.
Mitsunari Ishida was perhaps the only one to treat me as a person and show some genuine kindness. He thanked me profusely for saving Nobunaga and assisted me with getting some more "appropriate" clothing as my modern clothes definitely stood out.
After meeting and discussing everything, Nobunaga shooed everyone out of the hastily assembled tent...except for me, claiming he wanted a moment alone with the woman who saved his life. "You still have not told me your name." He said.
I sighed. There was no getting out of this. Plus, he did introduce himself and it was kinda rude not to at the very least tell him my name. I probably should play nice. It's not like I can use my power right now or fight my way out. In my current state I would need to recharge.
"Ava." I finally answered.
"A good name." He replied. He was then coming over to me and putting an arm around my waist. "How would you like to rule the world at my side?"
"I'd rather not. World domination is not in my plans." I answered, as I turned to break free of his arms. How is it I sought to free myself from one such offer only to end up with another? I thought to myself. "And I would appreciate it if you would keep your hands to yourself."
Nobunaga looked at me, an amused smirk on his face. "You intrigue me. I shall keep you close as you are clearly a woman who carries fortune's favor."
"Hmm, my history tends to say otherwise." I replied.
Nobunaga chuckled. "Even if you do not wish to be at my side, I shall keep you close none the less. We return to Azuchi in the morning. You will be coming as well, staying as my guest."
That was two nights ago now. I was now in a guest room of Azuchi castle. I'd thought about fighting or possibly running away, but given the fact that I had screwed up the timeline, I should probably stay close and observe, intervene when needed to see that history still follows a mostly proper course.
It was at a council meeting the day after I had arrived, that Nobunaga declared me a princess of the Oda forces and the chatelaine of his castle after I reused to just sit about playing games and wearing doing noble lady things. Even in my former life, I refused such things. Sure I enjoyed them from time to time and felt they had their place, but I also like working and getting my hands dirty. I was a terrible princess.
Still I was given the freedom to roam about the castle and help out wherever I was needed. I was also allowed in the castle town, but advised by Mitsunari not to stay out too late as the streets weren't safe for a women alone at night. Oh, if only these boys knew what I was truly capable of.
There was a knock on my door. "May I come in, Lady Ava?"
"Of course, Mitsunari." I replied.
My door slid open and then he was walking in, carrying a piece of paper. "I have drawn you a map of the castle town. I marked some merchants and tea houses I think you might like to visit."
"Thanks, so much Mitsunari." I said, smiling genuinely at him. I swear he was such an angel and the definition of a cinnamon roll.
"I would be happy to show you around, but I have a war council to attend and then work with Lord Hideyoshi on training some troops."
"It's fine and I really appreciate the map." I replied. We exchanged a few more words before he was leaving.
I finished getting my things together and then headed out on the town. I walked around, taking in the sights and sounds of the lively castle town. Children ran about playing and everyone looked so happy. You would never know that this was a time of hardship. It appeared under Nobunaga's rule these people were thriving.
As I was walking around, I came upon a merchant who had his wares laid out on a blanket. It appeared to be nothing but women's accessories. I walked over and knelt down, looking at the trinkets. "You have quite the selection, and they're all lovely, too." I said as I admired the hair pins, broaches, earrings, and the like. "You most have a great eye to pick out all of these."
The merchant rubbed the back of his neck with his hand. "I don't really pick out the stuff. My boss does."
"Ah, I see." I replied. "So, if I were to ask you any questions, you wouldn't be able to tell me anything about the materials or the craftsman who made all of these?"
"What? Like I should know that kind of crap? Especially about this junk?"
"You're not a very good salesman you know that?" I said, unable to kee[ myself from teasing him.
"Well, then why are you still here?" He countered.
I shrugged. "Just enjoying being out."
"You're a strange woman."
"Yuki, if you're trying to sell stuff, you really should try being nicer."
I was stunned by the voice I heard. I'd only heard it once before a few days ago and just briefly. I looked up and saw the man I had that night in modern day Kyoto. "It's you." He and I both said as soon as we saw each other.
"You two know each other?" The merchant, who was apparently named Yuki spoke.
"Kind of." The man answered. "We come from...the same hometown."
I nodded. "Yeah."
The man and I were soon seated on a bench at a tea house. "I'm really glad that I found you." He said once we were alone with our tea and sweets.
"I'm glad I found you, as well." I replied. Another item on the list of my fuckups to fix was helping him get back to his time. I hadn't meant to pull an unsuspecting innocent back in time with me. "I'm Ava, by the way."
"Sasuke." He replied. "I'm glad to see you're safe. I have been looking these last four years for you everywhere."
"Wait four years?" I asked. That was something new in my knowledge of wormholes. Of course it does make sense, as I had pushed him away from me. He probably exited at another point than I had.
"What do you mean?" Sasuke asked.
"I've only been here for a couple of days now. I arrived at Hono-ji the night it burned." I explained.
"I see...that's fascinating. I'll have to put it in my notes on my research of wormholes." Sasuke replied.
"Wait...you've been researching wormholes?" I asked.
He nodded. "Yes, I am a student of astrophysics at Kyoto University. I've spent years researching wormholes and time travel. I wanted to witness the greatest moments in history up close."
So...I didn't bring an unsuspecting human into this? Well, that's a relief. I thought to myself.
"I've been continuing my research here as well actually. I think I've found a way for us to go back. There's going to be another wormhole in three months." He went on. "I believe it will be appearing in Kyoto. Now that I've found you, I can help you get home."
I looked over at him. "I'm going to have to stop you right there, Sasuke."
He blinked. "What...do you mean?"
I gave him a smile. "You're not the only one who knows a little something about wormholes. i came here intentionally as well."
"Are you a history buff as well?" Sasuke asked, though his expression seemed to remain neutral, his eyes seemed to sparkle behind his glasses.
"Somewhat." I answered. "I have my reasons for coming to the past...and I have my reasons for staying...among those reasons would be that I have made a big change to history as we knew it and I need to stay close to make sure that things still go in the direction they should."
"You feel responsible for the changes you have made?" Sasuke asked.
I nodded. "Yes. Had I not made some big changes...I would not be in Azuchi."
"Would you have something to do with Nobunaga surviving his attempted assassination at Hono-ji?"
I nodded. "Yes...and because of that I have earned the infamous Devil King's favor."
"I can understand that...I too have made some changes to history." Sasuke replied.
"It is hard not to change the past, especially when you end up some place you hadn't expected and you react on instinct."
Sasuke nodded. "Yes."
"Do you still intend to return to our time?"
"In truth, I was only going to go back to help make sure you returned safely, but as you're staying, there's no need for me to do that." He answered. "I've made some very close friends here."
I smiled. "That's good."
"I hope I can come to count you among them as the only other person from the modern day."
"Of course, I would like that very much." I answered. "I take it that merchant in town is one of your friends?"
"Yeah. When we're finished here, we can go back and I'll properly introduce you."
"I would like that."
After finishing up at the tea house, Sasuke and I returned to the merchant Yuki. He gave us a proper introduction and the three of us started conversing. We were soon interrupted by a couple of other men that they apparently knew.
"Well, I always knew giving Yuki women's accessories to sell was a good idea. Of course, it appears it has possibly worked out better for Sasuke though."
We turned to see two men, both tall. One was broad-shouldered and looked like the walking definition of sexy times. The other was tall and had a more artistic beauty about him.
"That is a truly lovely kimono you're wearing. Such a piece of work." The artistically beautiful man said, his eyes roaming over the silk kimono I wore.
"Thank you. It was a gift." I replied.
"Whoever picked it out for you has wonderful taste."
"What's a beauty like you doing here talking with our boys?" The first man asked as he came up closer to me, grey eyes smiling at me flirtatiously.
I won't like the way he was looking at me did do some funny things to my heart. However I controlled my reaction. I'd had plenty of practice in my long life dealing with flirty guys...though not many of them were this attractive, I had to admit. "Shopping obviously." I answered, gesturing to the wares displayed on the blanket.
"She is also a friend from my hometown." Sasuke explained.
"Yeah and maybe you should back off Lo...Shingen." Yuki said, looking at the tall flirt.
I'm pretty sure he was about to say Lord before Shingen...which would mean Shingen Takeda...who at this point in history is supposed to be dead. I thought to myself. So, I am guessing that has something to do with what Sasuke was talking about in regards to him having changed some history as well.
Shingen came over to me and took my hand in his, bringing it up to his lips. "What is my goddess's name?" He asked me. "And could I perhaps enjoy the pleasure of your company? Perhaps tea? For surely your company would make the tea that much sweeter."
Brain do not short circuit. I internally scolded myself. We've dealt with flirts like this before...wonder what he would think if he knew I was from the sea? Would he perhaps call me his sea goddess? No, no! Think of something later. We do not get close! Bad thoughts!
I pulled my hand from his. "My name is Ava and while I thank you for your gracious invitation, I must decline. Besides, I already had tea with Sasuke."
Shingen smiled. "It would appear I've already lost out. At least perhaps one of these boys has been paying attention to my lessons."
The other man was introduced to me as Yoshimoto. The five of us talked for a while longer before all parting ways. I went to do more shopping before returning to the castle. When I arrived, I was called to the main hall.
When I walked in, I was surprised by a banquet. "This is your official welcome to the Oda forces, Ava." Masamune declared as he came over to me, carrying a tray of roast duck.
"I'm surprised Hideyoshi is allowing this." I said.
"It is my orders that you are a part of the Oda forces." Nobunaga declared.
"I believe this will be interesting." Mitsuhide said, his smile like a length of piano wire.
"I think it is wonderful to have you around." Mitsunari agreed smiling brightly.
"I'll be keeping my eye on you." Hideyoshi said, looking at me sternly. "But you should enjoy the food. Masamune is an excellent chef. We also can't have you passing out either."
Hmm, perhaps Hideyoshi isn't so bad after all. I thought to myself. I found a seat and began to enjoy the meal with everyone. There was talking, laughing, and plenty of teasing to go around. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself having fun. Maybe watching over this group of knuckleheads wouldn't be so bad.
Little did I know just where all of my choices would be taking me and how my life was about to truly change.

Of Demons and Dragons
Ikemen Sengoku Imagine: Being able to turn into a dragon.
Ch. 8.5 (Optional)
Warnings: Swearing, very explicit, ALL THE SMUT, masterbation. I got the itch to write some smut but didn't want to write something that didn't pertain to the series because I was afraid I would lose my muse - so...
You don't know how you got into this situation. You don't remember coming here with him, you know this isn't right, this isn't how it happened but you don't question it. Everything is foggy and it feels like your mind is swimming - unable to conjure images of how you got to this point. All you know are 'facts' that, for some reason, your brain has provided for you.
You're at the hot springs.
There is a third party just behind the door that leads to the spring.
The door that leads to the pool is to your left.
And currently you're-
"Mitsuhide~!" You throw your head back as a jolt of pleasure shoots up your spine, originating from your core. Your back arches off the mattress, and your arms reach over your head to cling to the edge of the bed. You bite your lip as your eyes open to gaze at the white haired warlord pistoning his hips into you.
"Do you like that, my little Ryū?" His voice sounds taunting, and you want to slap him- he gives one particularly hard thrust into you and your jaw drops open as you let out a loud moan. You won't slap him right this second though. Your legs, which were previously wrapped around his hips slowly move farther apart the more he thrusts into you.
You want more.
And you want it deeper.
You muster up enough strength in your body, somehow, to push yourself up and throw Mitsuhide on to his back, before placing your hands on his chest and proceed to bounce yourself on his dick. The bed springs squeak from underneath the both of you as you ride him. Mitsuhide let's out a groan, and you hear it, but you don't see it because your head is hanging low and your eyes are shut tightly.
Your breathing is becoming ragged as the tingling and pulsing sensation between your thighs becomes more intense. You move to sit up, bringing one hand down to rub your clit while the other rakes a scratch down the kitsune's chest. Your head falls back and you breathlessly say his name again, "Mitsuhide~"
He roughly grabs you hips with his hands, digging his heels into the bed behind you before thrusting upwards to meet you half way at every bounce, however, just when you think your going to cum - the sliding doors to the hot spring slam open and you hear a familiar deep voice, "What is the meaning of this?"
You practically jump off of the man beneath you and whip around to look in the direction of the now open doors, but no one is there. Frantically, you search the room till your eyes land on Nobunaga, who is standing at the edge of the bed opposite to where he entered, wearing a thin bath robe. Before you even have time to question him, he's kneeling on the bed, tangling his hand in your hair and kissing you. You let out a pleased hum, before bringing his bottom lip into your mouth and lightly biting down.
Nobunaga groans and when you pull back to look at him, he no longer has his robe on. You grin, bringing your hands up to run them up and down his chest before you proceed to attack his neck- licking, biting and sucking. You didn't care if you left a necklace of hickies.
Mine.
You've moved so that now you're kneeling on the other side of Mitsuhide and leaning over his legs to reach Nobunaga. You don't even feel Mitsuhide leave that spot on the bed, but when you scoot closer to the raven haired warlord, Mitsuhide is no longer there.
You feel a set of hands running up and down your body. You aren't sure who they belong to, but you aren't complaining - especially when they move up to massage your breasts before tweaking your nipples, causing you're lean into them. You whimper, the sound muffled by Nobunaga's neck. He brings a hand to your chin, taking it between his thumb and index finger before forcing you to look into his piercing eyes.
There is a beat of silence till it's broken by the sound of your gasp. One of the hands, who you assume belong to Mitsuhide, migrated down your body and began rubbing circles around your clit. You turn to look at the man behind you and jutt your hips back towards him, presenting yourself to the kitsune in a silent plea for more.
He grins mischievously at you, his rubbing quickens, causing you to hiss when the burning sensation in your pussy becomes so intense it leaves you panting. You look back to Nobunaga and see he has a smug smirk on his face. You glare at him before leaning down so you were resting on your elbows and at eye level with his swollen cock.
With determination, you took the his twitching dick into your mouth. A sigh escapes him and you feel his hand move to the back of you head and tangle into your hair again. With your free hand, you take whatever doesn't fit into your mouth and grasp it firmly, before pulling his dick out of your mouth with a loud 'pop'. You hear a grunt and feel the hand in your hair tighten. You lick the tip while you glance up to gaze at Nobunaga; he has the same look in his face as he did that night he first invited you to his room- lust blown pupils and slightly reddened cheeks.
While you stare into his eyes, and continue to tease the head of his member, the rubbing between your legs quickens and you tremble with a wonton moan. You can feel your wetness in the cool night air, and for a brief moment you wonder if it'll dribble down your legs. You pull just the tip of Nobunaga's dick completely into your mouth, sucking it and and swirling your tongue around it. His eyes screw shut and a deep groan leaves his parted lips. You take him deeper and let out a pleased hum around the hard appendage.
The rubbing around your clit isn't enough, which is odd, but you lean the weight of your upper body onto the elbow of the arm that is grasping Nobunaga, before snaking your free hand underneath yourself with a plan to guide Mitsuhide's hand to where you really want it. However, as if reading your mind, the white haired warlord plunges himself deep into you, and you let out the most whore-ish, muffled moan around Nobunaga's cock that you've ever heard.
The hand that had previously been traveling down south, shoots up to push against the mattress so you don't knock into raven haired man with the force of Mitsuhide's thrusts. After that, you have no choice but to release the Oda man from your grasp in order to plant both your hands into the mattress, because Mitsuhide is ramming into you at a relentless pace.
You squeak, and moan, and squeal because fuck you feel so relieved after all that teasing to finally have a cock inside you again, but you find it very hard to concentrate on giving Nobunaga a blow job like this. The creaking of the bed and the sound of skin slapping fills the room. Your focusing on meeting Mitsuhide for every pump, but your concentration is broken when you feel Nobunaga push his own member into your parted lips. You let out a muffled whimper, the action sending a jolt of pleasure down your spine that made your back arch so your ass was higher in the air.
Mitsuhide gripped your hips tightly and proceeded to move you to meet his thrusts, himself. You gasped at the action, the force of his movements leaving you breathless. You were getting fucked so hard right now, and you've never been happier. You assumed that feeling had something to do with all the cock teasing you've been doing to some of the warlords - afterall they weren't the only ones left feeling horny after a session, but if this was the result of it, you would happily do it more often and maybe schedule an orgy on your calendar.
Nobunaga was firmly holding your head in place with one hand, and holding the base of his shaft with the other as he thrust in and out of your mouth with a deep guttural groan. You let your lower jaw drop slightly so you could stick your tongue out underneath his shaft - sparing him from the constant scraping of your teeth as he pounded into your mouth. You were rewarded with a pleased moan. You felt like you were melting onto the bed beneath you, and you so desperately wanted to cum already.
"Do you want to cum, Ryū?" Your heard Mitsuhide's voice from behind you. You wanted to respond but all you could do was whimper around Nobunaga's cock.
Yes! Please! Make me cum pretty, pretty please!
You felt one of Mitsuhide's hands move from your hip around, your front, and down to your clit.
Too much!
With a scream of pleasure you fell off of Nobunaga's member and let your upper half completely collapse onto the bed. You heard a deep chuckle from above you, but you didn't care to look. Your body felt like it was trembling, your muscles were spasming with all the stimulation and you felt the familiar feeling of a knott tightening at the pit of your stomach.
"Ah-ha!" Without Nobunaga's dick in your mouth, you could let your desperate cries flood out as you pleased, "Please don't stop!"
You heard Mitsuhide snicker from behind you, "What a dirty, Ryū."
You felt yourself clenching around him and he hissed, "You act so dominant, but all you want is to be dominated, don't you?"
You growled at the white haired warlords words, but it came out as more of a needy whimper. When you didn't answer him he pulled out.
"Yes!" You didn't want it to end, and him ceasing his ministrations was causing your high to quickly plummet, "Please just take me, damn it!" And luckily that was answer enough. Mitsuhide continued to ram into you from behind, or so you thought till you heard his voice in your ear, "Was that so hard to admit?"
You looked up to see that the kitsune was now where Nobunaga had been kneeling, and when you looked back to see who was fucking you, you were met with the intense gaze of the Oda man himself - till he placed his hand on the back of your neck and firmly pushed you back down to the mattress. The action caused you to clench around his dick, and judging by the grunt he gave he noticed. The hand pushed down a little more firmly and you once more became a moaning mess when he pounded into you faster and harder, while his other hand picked up where Mitsuhide left off and played with your clit relentlessly.
"Yes!" You gasped, bringing your hands up to look for something, anything to grab, "God, please don't stop!" The pleasure was becoming too much, the knott in your stomach left you gasping for air.
You looked up at Mitsuhide to see him jerking himself off above you. He smirked down at you, eyes dark with carnal want, hair slick and slightly frazzled from sweat. One hand held the base of his shaft while the other rubbed and twisted around the tip in his palm. The sight made your jaw drop open and a greedy moan left your lips.
You wanted a cock in your mouth, so you were going to take what you wanted. You pushed yourself up as much as Nobunaga would allow you, and slapped the hand on the tip of Mitsuhide's dick away before taking it into your mouth and bobbing your head back and fourth with avengeance.
You were still whimpering, inhaling sharply through your nose, and you bent your back like a cat in heat. Your legs were parted wide and shaking. Your head bobbing became more frantic the tighter the knott in your stomach clenched, but then - with one well angled thrust, Nobunaga hit that spot deep within you.
"Nobunaga!" You pressed your ass harder on to him, causing you to release Mitsuhide's member (who continued your work with his hands again), screw your eyes shut, and let out a scream of pleasure as you came. Hard. A low groan from Nobunaga was followed by a warm sensation filling you, and your face became hot.
You opened your eyes again and briefly saw the image of Mitsuhide with slightly disheveled hair, flushed cheeks, mouth agap as he spurt ribbons of hot cum into your open mouth-
You awoke with a jolt. Eyes shooting open to see your room empty, and void of anyone but yourself. It was still dark outside, and there was no light in your room. However your dragon eyes allowed you to see everything in your room perfectly. You let out a sleepy grunt, proping yourself up on to your elbows, which is when you realized your butt was up in the air.
You hissed out of frustration and embarrassment before laying down flat. How dare you have a wet dream about the men who irk you, and how dare it be just a dream. Your train of thought was broken by a pulsing sensation between your legs, and for a split second you thought about going to Nobunaga's room and letting him have his way with you, or perhaps you could go to Masamune's manor and have a go at him - he had been the nicest one to you thus far.
Your imagination conjured the image of Masamune fucking you on his desk, and you moaned at the jolt your pussy sent up your back. You chuffed, shaking your head in defiance. Masamune's place was too far to walk to in your tired state, and you'd be damned if you gave into Nobunaga this early in the game. On top of that, you were still mad at him for suspecting you.
The pulsing sensation between your thighs interrupted your thinking again, and your brain pulled forth the image of Nobunaga railing you from behind in your dream. You growled and rolled over onto your back. You knew you weren't going to get any sleep in this state, and if you did manage to fall back to sleep, you would probably just have another wet dream.
You would never admit to anyone of what you were about to do, both out of pride and embarrassment. You untied your sleeping robe, allowing your body to be exposed to the cool night air. You sighed at the thin sheen of sweat on your skin which intensified the chill. Your hand snaked down your body and began to rub your clit. You flinched and gasped at the sensitivity of it, your hand moving away out of suprise.
With a deep breath, you rubbed slow, gentle circles around the button, and closed your eyes as you focused on the pleasure. You conjured that image again of you screwing Masamune on his little desk in the office room you went to last time when you dropped off Shogetsu, mostly because you wanted to mentally spite Nobunaga and Mitsuhide.
Masamune definitely seemed like the type who would want to be ridden, probably. You pictured him, sitting with his legs crossed, and leaning back slightly on his hands, with his kimono undone open and disheveled - probably falling off his shoulders too as you rode his cock.
Your fingers picked up the pace a bit, and you began to tease your nipple with your free hand - imagining the one-eyed warlord taking it into his mouth and nipping it. You gasped.
You wouldn't be forceful with him, like you were when you were teasing Nobunaga. Aside from Mitsunari, and despite all his flirting, Masamune was the nicest one to you. So no, you wouldn't pin him to the floor like you did with the raven haired warlord, or make a show of dominance as you had with Mitsuhide, you would be much sweeter to him.
You imagined his arms tenderly wrapping around your waist, your hands tangling into his dark brown hair, and what his voice might sound like as he gave breathy moans of pleasure.
Had you not been so lost in your imagination, you would have scoffed at how much you desperately wanted to genuinely please this immaginary Masamune.
You would gently cup his cheek, causing him to look at you as you leaned down to kiss him. The kiss was tender, and had you not known better, you would have even called it loving.
The hand that had been teasing your nipple began to slowly migrate down wards in sync with your vision.
Masamune moved to gently lay you back on his desk, before plunging his cock back into your warm cavern.
You moaned as your fingers dipped as far as they could into your pussy.
"Ah-ha..." You eyes opened to look up at the ceiling, but for some reason, your mind didn't register that you were looking up at your rooms ceiling.
All you could see was the deep blue eye of Masamune as he pumped into you at a nice steady pace. You imagined what the desk would sound like. Would it creak with your movements or just scuff along the bamboo flooring?
You moaned again as the finger rubbing your clit moved more quickly now, and the fingers in your pussy curled and tapped upwards into that g-spot that the men from your time would debate on if whether or not it existed.
You sighed, the Masamune in your mind letting out a breath aswell as he began to pump into you more frantically- the both of you desperately chasing your orgasm. You wanted to cling to the man, hold on to him, and let your legs stay suspended wide in the air as a welcome invitation to him.
Your knees bent from their previous flat position on your sleeping mat. The finger circling your clit moved urgently now, and at some point the fingers in your pussy stopped pumping and settled for staying knuckle deep within you. Sometimes just the feeling of something filling you was enough to bring you pleasure. You let out another wonton moan as you felt a familiar pressure building within you, "Oh, fuck."
Masamune was pounding into you rapidly now, arms wrapped around your waist, and teeth sinking into your neck with a grunt. You could almost hear the sound of skin slapping against skin, and the more you moaned the harder and faster he moved.
Your legs moved into the air of their own volition, still bent at your knees, and spread wide. Your fingers were circling your clit at an almost maddening pace. The sopping wet bundle of nerves sent pulsing waves of pleasure through your body, and it felt so good it almost burned.
"Please!" You were whimpering now into an empty room.
Masamune released you, unlatching his teeth from the junction between your neck and shoulder, before moving your legs to rest on his shoulders. He moved his hands to your hips and continued to ram into you at a frantic pace. His eye was dark with a carnal need to climax and it sent a tingling sensation down your spine and to your core, causing it to clench around his cock- your fingers.
Your fingers circled your clit with just as much furostity as Masamune's thrusts till finally the knott snapped, and you came - arching your back off your sleeping mat as you let out an obscenely loud rather pornographic moan.
You imagined Masamune groaning alongside you as he came as well.
When you began to descend from the throes of pleasure, you fell back down into your mat, panting for air. Your face was hot, and your hair was sticking to you. You slowly moved your hands away from you, silently wishing you had a bathroom in your room so you could wash up. You removed your sleeping robe completely and wiped your hands with it before briefly moving to check if you had to clean anything else up. However, you found it hard to move as your body felt heavy.
A problem to deal with tomorrow then.
You tossed your sleeping robe to the side and rolled over onto you stomach, before hugging your pillow and closing your eyes to go back to sleep.

Of Demons and Dragons
Ikemen Sengoku Imagine: Being able to turn into a dragon.
Ch.2
Warnings: Swearing, mentions of suspected rape, lord help Mitsuhide you just might kill him, I feel like this chapter falls a bit flat, but it isn't a very action packed chapter so what did I expect? 🤷🏽♀️ I hope you all still enjoy!
When you awoke, you opened your eyes to see the artistry of your rooms cieling. Everything was oddly bright and you gazed around your room to find your balcony doors wide open to allow the sunlight in. You growled, the sunlight made twice as harsh in your weakend state and brought on a small headache. Your attention shot to the doors that lead into the hallway when they opened, revealing Ieyasu with a bowl of steaming water and stack of towels with some odd container on top. He stood there silent and in shock - you shouldn't be awake yet, it had only been about 4 hours since Nobunaga and his army arrived back with your battered body. The medics at the camp had done what they chould to patch you up, but you had lost so much blood, you were so cold, and your breath had been so weak - he had predicted you would sleep two or three days at least and then be bed ridden for the next couple weeks. You attempted to sit up, but the pain along your side and back kept you from moving too quickly.
"Stupid woman!" Ieyasu moved as quickly as he could without spilling the bowl of hot water. He put it down carefully next to your sleeping mat, along with the towels, "You shouldn't even be awake yet, let alone trying to get up!"
"What's going on?" At that moment Hideyoshi poked his head in, his eyes widening just as Ieyasu's had, "I though you said she would be down for a couple days?!"
"Yeah well, looks like she's up," Ieyasu gently, but firmly tried to push you back down to the mat, which was easy to do in your weakened and drowsy state. "I'll go tell Lord Nobunaga," Hideyoshi nodded before rushing to his masters quarters.
"Hideyoshi," Masamune was exiting the kitchen as Hideyoshi stormed passed, causing him to fumble back behind the rooms threshold so's not to get trampled, before he poked his head out again, "what happened?!"
Hideyoshi didn't bother turning back to look at Masmune, he merely shouted and waved a hand in the air as he continued on his way, "The princess is awake!"
"Already?!" Masamune looked in the direction Hideyoshi had come from before deciding he would see for himself. The one eyed warrior walked with haste to your room, finding the door still open and upon glancing in he saw you - attempting to fight off Ieyasu while he tried to keep you from standing. "Lass, I know you don't like being told what to do, but Ieyasu is the best at what he does, and you should listen to him!" Masamune joined Ieyasu in the room to help him restrain you, but the more you felt bound the more you hurt, and the more your hurt the more you began to panic.
"Get off of me!" You roared, mustering up enough strength to push Ieyasu and Masamune across the room in opposite directions. Ieyasu crashed into the hallway wall and Masamune managed to catch the railing before he could topple over it from the force. The both of them had widely different emotions on their face - Ieyasu felt annoyance more than anything, and next was confusion as to how you managed to throw him across the room; Masamune looked...excited, shocked, and utterly giddy that you were strong enough to almost throw him over the railing, and all while you weren't feeling well.
Masamune straightened his clothes and sauntered back into the room like nothing happened, "The Princess seems to be much better already."
Ieyasu scoffed, "She's no where near better," he briskly made his way back to you and kneeled to meet you at eye level, "Look," he sounded stirn, much like a mother who had enough of a child who refused to behave, "I need to change your bandages and reapply the salve every few hours, or else your injuries could get infected."
"He's just trying to help you, Lass," you hadn't realized Masamune mirror Ieyasu and join you at your side opposite to the blond, till he spoke and placed a hand on your shoulder - to which you flinched and hissed at. He quickly removed his hand and backed away, "Sorry!"
"You idiot!" Ieyasu tried to slap the other man away before he carefully removed the bandaged on your shoulders and 'tsked'. The sutures he closed your wounds with hadn't been opened, thank goodness, but he would have to inform the others to be careful with you. Ieyasu turned to Masamune, who had been watching his work intently, "Can you leave?"
Masamune looked at Ieyasu questioningly, before remembering what the blond had come in for, "Oh, right!" He left the room quickly and closed the door behind him.
Ieyasu rolled his eyes, before turning back to tend to you. When he looked you were glaring at him, "Oh, don't give me that," he opened the case resting in the towles to reveal the sengoku period equivalent of a first aid kit- or a crash box, depends on how dire he thought your condition would be when he got back.
"I was the one who stitched you up, gave you medicine, and re-bandaged you when you got back." Well you couldn't argue with that, and though you still wanted to smack him, you did owe him one now. Ieyasu used a pair of scissors to cut off your old bandages, being careful to peel away the bits that rested over your actual wounds. You looked to see what he was doing when you felt a small tug over your injuries as he removed the gauze. You hadn't realized you had indeed needed a change of bandages till you saw the dark brown stains on the woven material.
Once he had removed the wrap completely, you heard the sound of water being disturbed. Ah, the water has been to clean the area around your wounds. You had though you must have had a fever earlier, or that you were too cold for them to be comfortable with.
"How long was I out?" You broke the silence.
"Hm?' He sounded confused by your wording at first.
"How long was I asleep?"
"Only a few hours, four or five at the most after Lord Nobunaga brought you back," he gently rubbed circles around each of your wounds, the warm water and soothing motions felt nice on your sore skin, "You know, you're handling this very well compared to even our most promising vassals."
You simply shrugged, doing your best to brush off his suspicions, "Guess I'm just resilient."
"Hardly," he scoffes, thinking you were more patting yourself on the back than trying to get the subject over with, "I honestly didn't think you were going to make it when you came back."
Thanks for the vote of confidence, jackass. His voice sounded more snooty than anything to you, like he was just trying to have the last word in this conversation.
You heard the water slosh around in the bowl when he dipped a new towel to clean the wounds on your side, an effort you helped him in by raising your arm slightly to move it out of his way, "Thanks, Ieyasu."
Ieyasu paused and you internally punched your pride in the face before rephrasing, "Thank you, for all this."
The blond continued what he was doing - finishing cleaning around your injuries before he put both the dirty towles back in the bowl and got a dry one to clean off the excess water, "Don't thank me, it's my job, my duty for Azuchi castle and the Oda forces."
You huffed at him being difficult, "Yes, but you didn't have to tend to me yourself, we haven't quite gotten along since I arrived, and I'm sure you have other healers in the castle who you could have passed me off to- but you chose to take care of me yourself. That's why I'm thanking you."
Ieyasu remained silent for a while, finishing drying you off so he could apply some fresh salve, "Your welcome."
Meanwhile, in the hall, Masamune had been standing just outside your door to wait, till he was joined by Nobunaga and Hideyoshi.
"She is awake already?" Masamune whipped around to see his raven haired master standing just behind him. "Yes," Masamune bowed slightly to him, "Ieyasu was very surprised."
Nobunaga attempted to step around Masamune, but he stopped him, "Ieyasu is changing her bandages right now, I'm sure he will let us in when he's done."
"What's this?" Hideyoshi was looking at the wall Ieyasu had made contact with when you threw him. He placed a hand on it and examined the indentation. "Oh," Masamune chuckled a bit, "Ah, you see..." Hideyoshi looked at the one eyed warrior with a raised brow, while Nobunaga held a deadpan expression.
"You see, the princess panicked a bit after she woke up when Ieyasu and I were trying to force her to lay back down," he cleared his throat, "And she short of, uh..." he wasn't sure how to phrase it without it sounding outrageous, so he just came out and said it, "She threw the both of us across the room." He shrugged, "I nearly fell over the edge of the balcony."
Both Hideyoshi and Nobunaga blinked in a dumbfounded manor before turning to look at eachother, "My Lord," Hideyoshi's expression quickly returned to being serious, "She's clearly hiding something."
Nobunaga frowned, "What do you mean?" It was at that moment that Ieyasu opened the doors to your room and took his leave, "You all can go in now, but be careful with her or her stitches will open!" The blond was mostly looking at Masamune as he did tend to be more gun-ho than all the others.
"What happened?!" Was the first thing that left Hideyoshi's mouth as he entered the room. You didn't answer, you simply remained laying down, staring at the ceiling with an irritated expression on your face. "Hideyoshi," Nobunaga reprimanded his right-hand. When the brunette had calmed you turned to look at the three men, watching as Nobunaga took a seat on the pillow Ieyasu had left, while Masamune and Hidayoshi joined him at either side.
"How did this happen," Nobunaga asked calmly.
"I was chased by soldiers who thought I was you," you stated simply. The three of them looked at you expectantly and you sighed deeply, "I fell off my horse and some enemy soldiers thought I was you, so they took the opportunity to try and shoot me. I ran for the woods and used the trees as cover, but they followed me, and kept shooting at me."
That explained how you had so many arrow wounds but, "How did you end up in the forest clearing without your clothes?" Nobunaga was wondering what else they did to you. You thought for a moment, trying to think of a way to explain that wouldn't expose you or make you sound crazy. Hideyoshi spoke up, "Did they do anything...else to you?"
Ah. They were wondering if the men had realized you weren't Nobunaga and had laid hands on you. You looked to the ground to think, before sparing a glance at the three men for a brief second. The three of them were both so stiff, and they didn't show it on their faces but you could feel their anger. The room was thick with tension, "No I-"
"Lass," you'd never seen Masamune look so serious, his tone and the look in his eye almost made your hair stand on end, "What did they do to you?"
"I don't remember," was all you could think of to say. Of course it was a lie, you remembered everything - being chased, getting shot at, hiding in the lake, nearly killing the men who chased you, seeing Nobunaga cut down the enemy commander, and finally waiting in the clearing for help to arrive- but you couldn't tell them that.
The three men looked at eachother with grim expressions, assuming the worst. "It's okay, princess," Hideyoshi placed a hand on your head and patted it, giving you a strained smile, before standing along with Masamune and Nobunaga, "You rest now, Mitsunari will be in to check on you later."
You quietly nodded and watched them leave your room and close the door behind them. You let out a deep breath. That had been intense... With a wince, you slowly propped yourself up on your elbows before carefully sitting up in your sleeping mat. You pat yourself down cautiously - it wouldn't take long for you to heal, especially with how well Ieyasu stitched you up. Thanks to what you were, you healed faster than any normal human. Ieyasu predicted you would wake up in two or three days minimum, you predict you would be back to top condition in two to three days, and it would certainly raise more questions.
Your thoughts were interrupted by the sound of knocking on your cieling and you swiftly wrapped your blanket around you, "Sasuke?"
"Yes, it's me," Sasuke opened the cieling panel and silently slipped out from it, landing gracefully on his feet in a crouching position. "I heard you had been dragged off to war with Nobunaga, and I came to see if you were alright."
You moved your blanket slightly, showing that your upper half was completely wrapped in bandages, "I was chased and shot twenty one times by enemy forces..."
"How did you-"
"They chased me because they thought I was Nobunaga, but once I was under the cover of the forest, I turned, and took refuge in a lake. I was shot when I tried to scare them off."
Sasuke's face held regret, "I apologize. I should have tried to get you out of here the first night."
"Sasuke," he paused in his ramblings when you called his name.
"Nobunaga came looking for me when everything was over. He had a search party comb the fields and the woods- said they weren't going home till I was found." Sasuke said nothing to this, he merely averted his gaze to the ground.
"There is not a doubt in my mind that, if you would have taken me, he would have turned all of Azuchi upsidedown looking for me. And then you would have been caught- or worse. Dead." Sasuke nodded in agreement with your reasoning.
"Why would he take you to battle with him? Does he know what you are?" Sasuke glanced back up at you to look you in the eye.
"No," you chuckled, "He thinks the odds should have been against me the night I saved him at Honno-ji, and yet I dragged," with air quotations, "him out unscathed. He thinks I'm lucky."
"So he thought if he took you with him, he would surely be victorious," Sasuke concluded.
"Yes," you nodded, "Not that he needed me," you waved off the thought, "He was against men who couldn't tell the difference between him and a woman so," you shrugged slightly, the pull from your stitches preventing you from being more dramatic, "I doubt they would have been much of a challenge either way."
"What did you do to them? If you don't mind my asking?" Sasuke looked at you questioningly, though his expression held more concern than anything else.
"Nothing," you raised a brow at him and there was a brief moment of silence, "Like I said earlier, I changed and scared them off. My mother taught me better than to kill and maim humans who don't know any better."
Now both his brows were raised and you shook your head, waving the statement off, "Story for another time, besides, it's not me those men have to worry about right now."
Sasuke took a step closer, "What do you mean?"
"Nobunaga, Masamune, and Hideyoshi were just in here and they asked me about what happened. Sasuke, they found me in the woods injured, bloody, naked, I must have looked like I was near death to them." You breathed, giving him a chance to process what you just said, "And they're wondering if the men did anything else to me other than just shoot me with arrows."
It didn't take long for it to click with Sasuke what may have gone through their minds, "Oh."
"And with them trying to keep up the guise that I'm some kind of royalty?"
"Not to mention that Nobunaga truly believes you are his Lucky Charm-" The pieces were coming together for Sasuke, "Those soldiers just might pay for what they've done with their lives..."
"Yes, which is why I thought it best to just tell them that I couldn't remember anything," you nodded in agreement, "That and I can't just tell them I chased them off by turning into a dragon."
"Right well, do you remember what they looked like? Maybe I could warn them or take them somewhere safe?" Sasuke couldn't see any way this would end well.
"Don't bother," you assured him, "the fight is over, and if they run now it will just raise suspicion."
There was a knock on the door, and you turned to look, "Milady?"
Mitsunari.
"Are you decent?"
By the time you turned around to tell Sasuke to leave, he was already gone and the ceiling panel had been closed. You cleared your throat before replying, "As decent as I can be without moving all too much."
The silver haired man took that as an okay to come in. He was stunned to see you sitting up and wrapped in your blanket, "Milady, should you really be sitting up?" He rushed to your side with worry.
"I'm fine, Mitsunari," you smiled up at him, before looking down to his hand and noticing he brought a tray with two mugs, "Tea?"
"Oh, yes," he carefully placed the tray on the floor before sitting down on the pillow Ieyasu left after tending to you, "It's lavender and chamomile," he wrapped the hot mug in a small rag before handing it off to you, "I thought you may get a bit antsy staying all cooped up in this room, so I was hoping this would calm your nerves."
You smelled the tea, the subtle scent of both herbs wafting into your nose and making you hum. Tea also naturally held a more 'earthy' (for lack of a better word) scent to it that made you feel more relaxed, "Thank you, Mitsunari, your very thoughtful."
He smiled and nodded politely, "Thank you Princess," he wrapped his mug in another rag and brought it up to drink, "Anything to make this trying time easier to bare."
You took a sip, the tea, like any other, tastes predominantly like water with an unidentifiable flavor from the herbs that gave it its color and smell, "Oh this would be wonderful with some honey..."
"Pardon?" Mitsunari hadn't quite caught what you said and raised a brow. You briefly wondered if the people of the Sengoku period ate honey like the people of the future. Did they have the honey stored in jars and bottles? Or did they just eat it straight from the comb?
"Nothing," you dismissed your statement with another smile, "I'm feeling very relaxed already."
"Wonderful!" Mitsunari took another sip of his tea before slowly standing up, leaving the tray for you to place your cup on when you were done with it, "As nice as it would be to sit here with you, Milady, all day- I do have a lot of work to get done." He gave you a sympathetic look.
"It's fine, I'm sure there is much to do after a battle."
"Indeed," he bowed to you before heading to the door, "And If you are feeling up to it later, Lord Nobunaga will be holding a council to discuss and debrief what happened in last nights revolt. Ieyasu suggests against you leaving your room, but as the council will involve no strenuous activity, he admits that it would not be impossible for you to attend." He cleared his throat. That was a mouthful, "Again that is if you are feeling well enough."
You pursed your lips, "I'll think about it."
He nodded again, before opening the sliding doors to leave and closing them behind him. Should you go to the council? You're sure the only reason why they would invite you was because they wanted more information on what happened to you in the woods. Perhaps even descriptions of faces. They couldn't let it get out that rival soldiers managed to get their hands on and hurt a princess from the Oda bloodline. Of course you could just say no and avoid the whole thing, but then they might start a witchhunt for the men. With a sigh you took a sip of tea and placed your hand on your head. Perhaps it was just best you go and straighten things out...to an extent.
Once you finished your tea, you stood from your sleeping mat, making your way over to your closet where you kept all the kimonos you had been gifted. Picking the one with the most simple design and not made of such expensive material, you slid it on like a bathrobe and tied it around your waist before walking over to the open balcony doors to stand outside.
The sun immediately warmed your skin, and it felt good to walk around; had you not had stitches you would have loved to stretch. You leaned forward on to the railing and looked out to the castle grounds below as well as the city. The people walking around and going about their day below, only helped to remind you of your current situation- you had been restricted before, after this, would they even allow you to leave the building? Oh how you wished you could go out for a flight right now. The whether was nice, clear, sunny, and warm with a light breeze.
You hadn't realized you'd closed your eyes till they snapped open from suprise due to a loud resounding knock on your rooms doors. You whipped around, just as they slid open to reveal that snake of a man, Mitsuhide. You raised a brow at him.
"Ah, Princess!" He feigned a sickly sweet voice, "Since your up and about, I assume you're well enough to attend the council."
"Save your attempts at trapping and coaxing me, Mitsuhide," you walked back into your room, closing the balcony doors behind you before approaching the white haired fox, "I've already long decided I'm attending."
"Aren't you going to change into something more presentable?" He smiled mischievously, thinking you had forgotten what you were wearing.
"And risk getting blood on those nice kimonos?" You paused in the doorway to raise a brow mockingly at him, "Heavens no," before continuing on your way to the council room. A chuckle left Mitsuhide's lips as he followed after you, quickly catching up to you to join you at your side, "So what really happened in those woods, hm?"
"Why, Mitsuhide, I never took you as one for gossip," you giggled at his expense, "I thought you were more of the facts and damning evidence type."
You, for the first time since you arrived, saw a suprised look cross his face, "Oh?" And the smile was back, "Whatever gave you that impression?"
"I dunno," you shrugged as you approached the council room, "Perhaps it's the way you're always slithering," you stopped infront of the sliding doors and turned to look at your escort, before taking a step towards him, "slinking," another step towards him till you were but a breath away, "and stalking about."
Mitsuhide was another one that got on your nerves. While Ieyasu just always seemed to look down on you and was outwardly vocal about it, Mitsuhide was actively a threat to your secret, and you won't be found out until your good and ready. "Where I'm from," you tilt you head up to look at his smileless face, "They say- curiosity killed the cat," your eyes drift down to examine him before bringing your gaze back up, "or in this case the snake."
"Careful," you spoke lowly as you slowly brought your hand up to caress the side if his face, brushing your thumb gently along his bottom lip, "not to get skinned alive." You grinned, giving him him a light pat on the cheek, before drawing your hand away, swiftly turning to the sliding doors, opening them, and entering.
Mitsuhide let out a breath he hadn't known he'd been holding after you left him, and he felt the odd need to compose himself eventhough nothing was really out of place. Never, in his years of working for Nobunaga and gathering information had he ever felt so threatened.
"You came alone?" Hideyoshi seemed confused when you entered the council room by yourself, "Where is Mitsuhide?"
You brushed a lock of hair behind your ear and politely smiled, holding your hands together infront of you, "Oh he's just outside the door taking breather. It was a long trek- going to my room and back." With a small nod of your head you continued to take your seat next to Nobunaga, and as if on cue Mitsuhide entered the room and wordlessly took his assigned seat.
"Ah, Mitsuhide," Nobunaga chuckled, "glad you could join us, now we can start with the debriefing."
"Yes my Lord," Mitsunari opened the scroll he had been holding, which held a list of reporters and updates he'd been gathering since you and Nobunaga returned. "New's has traveled fast of your return, as well as the news of having personally handled and quashed last night's revolt with only a fourth of the men." Mitsunari took a breath before continuing, "Our enemies have been relieved of their weapons, armor, and have been banned from practicing any form of combat. They are, from here on out, to be strictly a community of farmers."
Nobunaga nodded along, everything had gone according to plan so far, "Whispers of revolt from other villages have almost completely disappeared."
"Almost?" Nobunaga didn't like that news.
"Ah, yes," Mitsunari cleared his throat, "It seems word has also gotten out that... The Oda clan princess was on the battlefield with you, and," he stuttered slightly, "Uh, that she did not emerge unscathed. That her condition was dire and while most are wishing her a well and swift recovery. And pardon my words, my Lord, I am merely reading the report- others are beginning to questioning our Lords capability to continue to protect them."
"My Lord," Hideyoshi spoke up, trying to utter his next words carefully, "With all due respect, I warned you it was unwise to bring her along."
Nobunaga opened his mouth to answer back before Mitsunari spoke up again, "There is, one other report, my Lord." All attention was brought back to the white and purple clad warlord, "There are reports from the village that participated in the revolt, that they have grown weary of the nearby woods."
Oh boy.
"Some of the ex-vassals are saying they witnessed a beast, in the forest during our battle." Brows rose all around the room, except for yours of course.
"A beast?" Nobunaga mocked, "Well I would think so, the woods are full of all sorts of wild animals. I wouldn't be suprised if a group of them had planned to flank us, only to come face to face with a bear, or a mountain lion-"
"Perhaps a tiger," Masamune chuckled.
"Yes, well," Mitsunari swallowed, "for the villagers sake, the scout asked for descriptions of this 'beast' incase it got too close to town and posed as a threat to their lives in the future."
"And?" Now Mitsuhide's interest had been peaked. He briefly glanced to you before looking back to Mitsunari.
"Only four men who were in the forest that night were able to give descriptions at all." Hidayoshi and Masamune both straightened at Mitsunari's words - the woods were where you had been found, and where you said you were chased.
"They described a serpent-like beast, long and scaled, that towered over the tree tops and walked on four legs. It had antlers like a deer and the face of a demon, could glide through the air. And it also... Breathed. Fire." At the end of Mitsunari's reading Masamune burst out laughing, an unpleased frown rested on Hideyoshi's face, Nobunaga held a smirk, Ieyasu shook his head in disbelief that people would spin such tails, you remained stoic, and Mitsuhide kept his sharp snake eyes on you.
"A dragon?" Masamune reiterated through struggled breathes from his laughing, "They think they saw a dragon?"
"If you don't mind my asking, Princess," you looked at Mitsuhide through the corner of your eye as he spoke, "How many men had chased you into the woods?" He must have heard what happened from Hideyoshi, Masamune, or Nobunaga.
"Four," you answer simply.
"Did you see anything, Milady?" He smiled like a cat who ate the canary.
"Other than the men who nearly killed me? No."
"Really?" He poked and prodded.
"Mitsuhide," Hideyoshi tried to reprimand the informant.
"Yes," you turned and looked at him, "I didn't see a damn thing- I was too busy getting shot, and bleeding out to see anything. Maybe a hallucination or two, but nothing of note. Besides are you really going to believe what these men think they saw when they couldn't even tell the difference between me and your Lord." You giggled at the expense of soldiers who couldn't be there to defend themselves, "Perhaps it was some old toppled tree they saw," you tried to reason with the snake.
"Yes they did leave you in a bad way," you rolled your eyes at him as he didn't seem to be stopping any time soon, "How are you feeling by the way? Ieyasu said your condition was critical when you arrived, yet here you are- up and about, walking, talking, awake."
"Yes, as Masamune said before in private, Ieyasu is the best at what he does," you weren't about to let him corner you, "I guess he's just a miracle worker."
"Mitsuhide what are you trying to prove?" Nobunaga was becoming a bit impatient.
"Even then, most soldiers that come back in the condition you did don't recover this fast if at all, even with Ieyasu as their healer," Mitsuhide glanced at the blond, "Just speaking from experience," before looking back to you.
"This is true," Ieyasu agreed.
"I guess I'm just a fast healer, perhaps my family is gifted," you shrugged, "And speaking of the other vassals," you decided it's best not to entertain Mitsuhide less you share too much information or let your emotions get the best of you. "I was wondering if Ieyasu would allow me to tend to my own wounds." You look to the blond in question with a polite smile on your face, "If I truly am healing at an exceptional rate, I feel it's only fair that you spend the time you are wasting on me, with those who actually need you."
His brows furrowed at your question, "What? Are you crazy?" Now he sounded frustrated with you, "You're sporting some serious injuries, what are you going to do about the wounds on your back?"
"I'll figure something out." To be honest, you thought 24 hours from now, the wounds would be superficial, then they would have another day to close and scar, and then finally all traces would be gone by the end of the day after that.
"Back to the matter at hand," Nobunaga was tired if this meeting getting terribly off track, "If we were able to line up the men of the village we defeated," he turned to look at you, "Would you be able to identify the four who attacked you?"
You turned your gaze away from Ieyasu to give Nobunaga your attention, "I mean, maybe, yeah-"
"Excellent."
"Wait no!" You waved your hands infront of him, "We should just leave them be!"
The others in the room turned to you, gobsmacked, "And let men who assaulted you get away?" Hideyoshi scoffed, "I pegged you as the type who would prefer to get payback for what they've done? You've come after us for far less."
"I know-" you needed to nip this in the bud as soon as you could. If they questioned these men they would say they never saw a woman in the woods, "but I have to live with you all, it's different. And besides, they've obviously been spooked," you looked to the others as if to reason with them, "So spooked that they're conjuring tales of beasts and demons- they aren't going around telling people they got the best if an Oda princess. Maybe we could use these stories to our advantage?" Maybe you should appeal to their more tactical side.
Silence.
"They already think Nobunaga is some type of Demon Diamyo, so why not play the part? Let the people think these rumors of a beast aren't just fiction." You stood before walking behind the Lord you were referring to and placed your hands on his shoulders, crouching behind him so your lips were leveled with his ear, "Imagine if you will."
"Your enemies thinking you actually have a dragon, of all things, at your command now," you swayed to his other ear, "They'd call you a king."
Nobunaga turned to look at you with a cocky smile, "And here I thought Mitsuhide was the only snake in the room."
You snickered shooting a sharp glance at the white-haired warlord, before standing up straight and heading for the council room doors to leave, "Besides, if you silence the men who have only expressed nothing but fear for their safety, what would your people say about you then?" You made sure to drive your point home, by slamming the doors shut behind you.

Update to the First Idea. Me and A friend on discord where overthinking this... a lot and have a lot to add to this.
So the Idea was to take a side charactere from no longer human to have their own place in a lightnovel and tell us about dazai's past.
My Idea was to take Takeichi in this place since he was the First and only Person in yozo's life that ever exposed him hideing his real self.
But thinking about haveing a charactere In bsd that actually can read dazai would be really interesting.
The reason why I thought it would be hard to writhe about dazai's backstory in that way was manly because: Takeichi would need to be killed in Order to not have a lot of 'plotholes' or just confusion of why he never was mentioned at all in the story later on.
But there is actually a pretty easy (,angsty) and good way to do that. Dazai would have to kill him or do something resulting in his death. And that idea isnt even that random.
In 'No longer human' yozo tells that killing Takeichi crossed his mind After he got 'Exposed' by him.
After we had fix that plot hole our heads where going wild so and I habe to get this shit in order somehow so dont mind thi not looking great from now.
To go a lot more into Detail with the interaction between yozo and Takeichi I need to read 'No longer Human' again.
But I Think haveing Takeichi In bsd would add so much to dazai's charactere.
We don't See Dazai getting overwhelmed in bsd a lot. I personally can remember .
1 being dazai crying wile oda die's. This one is pretty self explainatory.
But the secound one always was a bit random to me. When dazai shot the body In the '15 year old' lightnovel/anime arc. Dazai Is an emotioncold murderer why would his emotions take over like this in that Situation?
Together with our Idea of his backstory.
A flashback.
Imagien dazai hurting Takeichi so bad , Out of sorrow from getting exposed, that there was no way for him to survive and he ask's dazai to end his Suffering. Dazai does because he doesn't want his friend to suffer.
Now going back to the scene we where talking about. Dazai asked the man If he should 'end his suffering' and also wile shooteing him he says 'thats more than you deserve' could be implieing a flashback to that Situation.
Chuuya grabbed the gun from the side and stopped it.
Dazai saw the handgun that he grabbed, saw the corpse under his feet, and then looked at Chuuya. He had a mystified face.
"He's already dead. Don't shoot dead bodies in vain."
Dazai looked at him blankly. He was more like a boy than anybody had ever seen, an expression appropriate for a child.
Then, Dazai sniffed and gave a dull smile. "You're right. You're absolutely right. That would be the normal way to think."
He threw the pistol away like it was dirty and walked as if he had lost interest in both Chuuya and the corpse.
His expression returned to his usual Dazai thing. It was a gray expression that wasn't interested in any concept.
Also the way how fast dazai switched After chuuya stopped him from keep on shooteing the corps.
Wile shooteing the corpse dazai was in a Kind of Trance stage.
After that the time of Realisation.
The wierd statement towards chuuya
And how he snapped back into his role.
In the time of Realisation I Think he realised that he had fallen out of his usual role.
This all is kinda wierd konsidering we had absulutely no context to this scene. But imagiening jim haveing a flashback here would explain a lot about how he is acting.
(Again I am so sorry how wierd written this all is its 3 am and I can't sleep)
(Didn't know how to form that new so here just the Screenshots of what my friend said)
After the kids got blew up in the truck dazai tried to convince oda to stay, telling him about why he joined the mafia (kinda revealing his real self) and grabbed After him without rewatching. After that instead of following him he wen't to mori asking for help. This could be him makeing shure not to kill a friend (again) out of sorrow.
~probably gonna update this again but thats enoph for now~
(I am really sorry for my grammar and writhing. English isn't my First language and on top of that i have an learning disorder.)
I wanted to Talk about dazai's backstory a bit or more how we could get to know about it. The idea for this Post is from @delidazai from Tik Tok so check their rencent Videos out for more context.
(I only read the "15 year old" lightnovel yet so I dont have any deep Information on the dark era or Origin of the ada, also again I wanna apologize my grammar since english isnt my First language and I have an learning disabillity.)
The problem with dazai's charactere is that we can't really Trust his Information about his own live. What we know from dazai's backstory rn all has been told from the view of people near dazai at that time. Exaple 1 "The Dark Era" is About Oda and both "15 year old" and stormbringer are about chuuya.
In her recent video where 2 options discussed in who coult tell about dazai's life befor the age of 14/15.
1. (The Option I would absulutely love to have in bsd)
A side charactere from "No longer human" get's their own lightnovel in bsd. We already saw this with Fritzgerald In the anime and kunikida In his ova.
(Since I thought about this a lot I realised : this Could be really hard to get working, for the example of dazai.)
The only side charactere I could possibly Think about here is Takeichi. He was an Highschool "friend" of yozo and also the First and only Person to expose that yozo was playing a charactere.
I would absulutely love this Option since I loved this charactere In no longer human but that could be really hard to writhe in a way that it makes sense with the Rest of the story.
-option 2. Is more likely and really Interesting.
A lightnovel from the view of mori.
Mori Isn't a really liked charactere In the fandom but a lightnovel out of his view would make sense for a lot of reasons:
1. Dazai's past: (obviously this is what this Post is about) Mori had an Big impackt in dazai's life.
-Dazai witnessed the death of the old boss and was the reason why mori is the Boss of the pm In the First place. We still dont know why mori choose Dazai to be the witness and how he came in contact with him in the First place.
An Idea I had was since mori was an underground doctor Dazai had come to him for treatment/ mori treated him. Possibly because of dazai's First suicide attemd at that age. An Big reason for why I Think that is an possibility is this Part of Bsd Beast (In the epolog):
"You become determined," Mori said in a voice full of shadows. "When there is a boy who wants to die in front of you. If you manage to save him from that, you don't want it to happen again a second time."
I do know that the most Parts of the Beast novel aren't Canon but even with the knowlage that mori is cold and recless this also seems like It could be His actual charactere. I do Think that he did care about dazai in some way.
With mori takeing dazai In and knowing under wich circumstances dazai was when mori took him in would let us know a lot about dazai's 'childhood'.
-The Rebuilding of the port mafia:
The old boss left with a mafia that was almost compleatly destroit due to his actions.
Mori needs to rebuild the Organisation to work again.
We do know that inbeween mori takeing over the mafia and the start of the "15 year old" lightnovel is a time of about a year. In this time mori would already have to rebuild the mafia to the point where ir was by the start of the 15 year old arc.
I somehow Think that in this time he "raised" dazai in some way since he wasn't an offical Part of the Organisation yet.
- What I would also Think would fit perfect into a novel under the concept of it being from the view of mori:
More Information about Natsume sensei and moris relationship to fukuzawa (aka. Boomer Soukoku).
-Why is Natsume so interested in dazai (this could also be linked to his backroundstory)?
-And more Importently for this point the actual relationship of fukuzawa and mori. We do know that the both had Natsume as their teacher and some Background of them ,b ut there is still a lot to unpack.
-I just wanna know more about Natsume I really like him.
So that is everything from me teorizeing about how/what we could become of dazai's childhood.
Feel free to use my theorys to add your thoughts or overwork then as long as you give me credit.
Byeee~
