LAWYERS, so they weren't sued into oblivion. Actual journalism, not just someone with a mic and an opinion, is incredibly expensive, and it's reasonable to charge for that. Maybe some day in the communist utopia of the future that won't be true, but today, if we want this story handled with care and tact and not on a podcast with a TERF journo, it's going to cost money.
