A lot of people have identity and psychological as well as emotional problems because of the inner conflict between instinct and what they see from the outside world. People need the outside world so they can guide or judge their decision but if the outside world is fllawed their judgement will be flawed, also. Instinct is not enough for the brain to make judgements so it tries to seek objective reality. And there lies the problem the conflict between instinct which is based on human history which tells a person that the outside reality is flawwd, but the brain needs it to check themselves whether it makes the right decision because of the changing nature of reality. It needs the outside world for information and when this information does not fit with the knowledge of the collective unconcious major cognitive and emotional dissonance can happen. There are not many methods to stop or minimise this situation. You can guide basically all your decisions.

idk this is just me but as much as i love wallowing in helplessness and guilt and trying to help the little ways i can. i also dont think i am much help to anyone if my mental illness flares up. and then i die. i think this is the opposite of what the activists want. but if you are an activist and want me to die for not caring enough u can let me know and ill take it into consideration.

basically. idk. being mad at people for not caring enough. is fine. and understandable. i just think that maybe before you type a guilt tripping post you should consider who might see that and if their potential harm is outweighed by the good that post does. if thats okay with you.

if i have rb'ed a post like that before bcause i know they have come up on my dash. i was in a better place mentally b4. im not now. ig point to be made that even the people you dont think youre hurting can be hurt by that. its easy to internalise things.
