I always said I was going to be a doctor when I grew up. Mainly grooming myself to enter the medical field as a Pediatric Oncologist however that wasn't the route I was destined to take after all but I knew healthcare was/is a passion of mine.

I've worked for both Oklahoma medical schools, in non profit, and currently working in travel nurse staffing. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I plan to dive deeper into healthcare and be a changemaker and advocate for the underserved and underrepresented; especially advocating for Black women who tirelessly suffer with their maternal health often leading to mortality.

The road was long with lots of tiring days and nights of studying.....

YET here I stand, a doctor of healthcare administration. I am truly blessed and give all honor to God, my parents (pictured below), siblings (I love my sister and brother - he is pictured below) and my small village of friends. I am looking to embark on a lifelong career in healthcare education, administration, population health, health equity, or health technology. Wherever I go, I know God will guide my steps and give me the right opportunity in his timing. I am open to networking and sharing my experiences with you if you so desire.

Bernd Langer, langjähriger Antifa-Aktivist, hat ein Buch zur Geschichte der Antifaschistischen Aktion vorgelegt. Auf 266 Seiten, vielfach ergänzt durch Fotos und zeitgenössische Plakate, erzählt er die «Geschichte einer linksradikalen Bewegung».Langer war selbst Mitglied der Göttinger Gruppe Autonomen Antifa M, die von der Polizei in den 90er Jahren zerschlagen werden sollte. Er war einer von 17 Beschuldigten, gegen die wegen Unterstützung einer terroristischen Vereinigung ermittelt wurde; das Verfahren wurde später eingestellt. Die Antifa M praktizierte eine für Autonome untypische Bündnispolitik und arbeitete auch mit bürgerlichen Kräften zusammen. Aus den eigenen Reihen wurde sie dafür zum Teil massiv angefeindet. Gleichzeitig waren ihre Demonstrationen, an deren Spitze nicht selten ein sogenannter schwarzer Block lief, weit über die Stadtgrenzen bekannt.

Das Buch gliedert sich in zwei Abschnitte. Im ersten Teil skizziert Langer die Entwicklung der kommunistischen und sozialistischen Bewegung in der Weimarer Republik. Der KPD-Vorsitzende Thälmann formulierte bei der Gründung der Antifaschistischen Aktion 1932, seine Partei strebe ein «überparteiliches Sammelbecken für alle zum rücksichtslosen Kampf gegen den Faschismus gewillten Arbeiter» an. Langer kritisiert die KPD der 30er Jahre als eine «durch und durch stalinistische» Partei, «Einflussnahme der Basis auf die Parteiführung» sei ausgeschlossen gewesen.

Der zweite Teil widmet sich antifaschistischen Bestrebungen in Westdeutschland nach 1945. Langer legt den Schwerpunkt auf die Bewegung der Autonomen der 80er Jahre und die folgende Dekade, als Antifaschismus «zur dominierenden Tendenz in der linksradikalen Szene» im nun vereinigten Deutschland wurde.

Die Autonomen bezogen sich auf den Antifaschismus der historischen KPD, da er auch immer «eine grundsätzlich antikapitalistische Strategie» gewesen war, so der Autor. Dies sei der Grund, weshalb «das Emblem der Antifaschistischen Aktion seine inspirierende Kraft nicht verloren hat und in den 80er Jahren, umgestaltet und uminterpretiert, zum Zeichen einer neuen Bewegung werden konnte».

Langer gibt Einblicke in Aktionen, Zerwürfnisse und auch Debatten der verschiedenen Antifagruppen. Die Darstellungen konzentrieren sich auf die 80er und 90er Jahre und sind teilweise recht subjektive Schilderungen des damaligen Aktivisten. Neuere Entwicklungen, insbesondere die für die Antifabewegung bedeutsamen Mobilisierungen des Bündnisses «Dresden Nazifrei» in den Jahren 2010–2013, werden nur am Rande erwähnt. Das ist schade, denn gerade hier hat die Antifabewegung an das Konzept der Bündnispolitik der Autonomen Antifa M angeknüpft.

Bernd Langer weist darauf hin, dass er nicht auf die Geschichte des Antifaschismus in der DDR eingeht, da dieser dort «nach Lesart der Sowjetunion Staatsdoktrin» gewesen sei. Es habe in Ostdeutschland weder eine außerparlamentarische Bewegung noch eine Antifaschistische Aktion gegeben. Sicherlich hatten die Komitees der antifaschistischen Widerstandskämpfer wenig gemein mit der autonomen Szene in Westdeutschland. Die Komitees als «eine politisch harmlose Vereinigung alter Frauen und Männer» zu bezeichnen, wird deren Wirken allerdings nicht gerecht. Dass diese Verbände mehr waren als Marionetten der SED, wird u.a. daran deutlich, dass viele Mitglieder nach dem Ende der DDR ihre Arbeit in neugegründeten Gruppen fortführten.

Keine Erwähnung finden zudem Aktivitäten unabhängiger Antifagruppen in der DDR, die sich zum Ende der 80er Jahre zumeist im Schutz von Kirchen gegründet hatten

Prawidłowa kwalifikacja pacjentów, precyzja, staranność umieszcza w maksymalnym stopniu możliwość uzyskania satysfakcji zarówno przez pacjenta jak również lekarza. Wykonując operacje estetyczne należy również wziąć pod uwagę zakres zmiany wyglądu pacjenta.
