I passed mental competency numerous times and what National Board of Realtors and I have found- as a Realtor for over 20 years in California- is that these attys failed to practice "Ethics" and "Race" laws with officers and judges on endless bribes and slumlordings/murders! 

Attys Ashby & Grant bullied me into a plea bargain with gigolo actor rockstar paralegal poser Darin David Joye to hide Marine violence in 2017- I said no to 3 min later in right of recision!

Primate Ayodele says Muslim will emerge if Igbos don’t produce next Senate President

On Mind Palaces and Libraries

Pairing: Sherlock x Reader, and John!

Summary: You want a mind palace too, but Sherlock can’t find out.

A/N: I read about loci for maybe five minutes, so don’t @ me pls. Also, this got a little angsty at the end.

At first, you didn't know if you actually wanted to learn how to use a mind palace. Though it could be fun, it would mean that Sherlock would be even more insufferable than usual when you didn't know something. He’d also tease you about it like when John got that swiss army knife and Sherlock was all, “will we be intimidating suspects with the cork screw or the tiny scissors today?” But you still wanted to learn. 

So, you got Mycroft to teach you.  

It only took promising that he'd only have to say everything once and that you'd tolerate his impatience. That was about six months ago. At first, you mainly kept usernames and passwords in your "library room." (It turned out it was called loci, you could have any sort of place you wanted, and Sherlock used a palace because he was pompous.) Then you added an address book, an atlas for all of your directions, and quite a bit more when you got a chance. Mycroft charged you with visiting the room once a day for at least a few moments to "tidy up." He did not approve of you calling this a "precious" way of describing it, but it was in your mind.   

Though your memory had improved tenfold, your stealth skills had not. Not telling Sherlock meant not telling John. Unfortunately, after almost getting caught several times, it was either telling John or having an intervention. The first time he caught you, you made pancakes from scratch and forgot if it was one egg or two for the batter. You made the mistake of physically flipping the page in a recipe book that was not there, to which John asked what you were doing, and you pretended you had no idea what he meant.  

It was two eggs.  

The second time you were sat in Sherlock's chair at 221B while he was out getting crisps and paying the new corner shop to not give him cigarettes. Mycroft said it only needed a few moments a day, and you had at least five minutes. You sat focused, tapping regularly and murmuring a few things aloud. There was the phone number of the new Indian restaurant you'd discovered, and the sale dates at your favorite vintage shop that needed adding. John came earlier than expected with the shopping and stood staring. Eventually, he cleared his throat and brought you back into 221B. 

"What the hell are you doing?" 

"...Meditating," you said with zero confidence. 

"You looked possessed." 

"It wasn't going well. Or it was going very well, depending on who you ask." 

After the third time, which involved rattling off John's own credit card number to him, the jig was up. He was surprised but mostly excited for the day when Sherlock found out. He tried to get you to promise to record the moment if he couldn't, but you reminded him that you didn't want Sherlock to know.  

It was during a case when Sherlock finally found out. They were researching, and it was getting down to the wire. 

"It's a pattern! A set of interchangeable codewords," Sherlock revealed. "Think, think!"

John tried throwing out options and looking through the files scattered around 221B. Something was popping up in the back of your mind, like a memory tapping you on the shoulder. You turned and closed your eyes. Which book in your "library" had the answer? It wasn't a destination, food, a number—something niche, miscellaneous instead. You gasped and turned to Sherlock, ignoring that his eyes were watching you with pure curiosity. 

"What was that?" He asked. 

"It is a pattern because it's a deck," you said, ignoring him. "An Osho Zen Tarot deck." 

"That's brilliant," John noted, heading to his laptop. The light praise made Sherlock even more suspicious. John usually said that to him. His eyes narrowed, and you avoided his gaze, grabbing your nearly forgotten iced coffee instead. 

"Where did you just go?" Sherlock’s tone was accusatory, and you knew the secret was out. It had been eight months, that was pretty good. 

"When?" 

"Just now, y/n," said Sherlock. John looked up and reached for his phone. He'd record this himself, it seemed. 

"Why is it such a big deal? I have a memory technique too. So?" You had to admit you were quite defensive as you sipped your drink AT the consulting detective. 

"How? I've never taught you," Sherlock began, then reeled back in even more confusion. "Why would Mycroft teach you?" 

"Because I wanted help, and you're such a prick sometimes," you sighed, thinking of your undeserved scoldings. 

"Lots of times," John murmured from where he was silently snapping pictures of confused Sherlock. 

"How long,"

"Eight months." 

"Okay." Sherlock was lost in thought for a moment, wondering if there was a way he could have figured that out but missed it. He suddenly turned to John. "It's not Osho Zen, John. They've designed their own."

"Interesting," you noted. 

John was off to bed, and you were gathering your things before calling a cab. Sherlock sat in his chair, his hands steepled under his chin. 

"What is it for you, then? A street? A house," he asked. You sighed and sat across from him, hoping that John wouldn't mind.

"It's a library. Everything is organized by books. It's incredibly helpful."

"And you didn't want to ask me because I've been on you about your poor memory since we've met," he concluded. 

"Yes." 

"And Mycroft was... happy to help?" 

"When is Mycroft happy?" 

Sherlock smirked softly at that one. His brother happily teaching a commoner how to do what the smart people do was a fantasy. 

"This is an excellent development on your end. I had noticed you getting better for a while, so it makes sense. You do so much more now."

"Ugh, I was afraid you'd say that," you grumbled, but smiled. You had wanted to be more helpful, and it was paying off—mission complete. 

When your cab came, Sherlock walked you to the door, which was admittedly uncharacteristic. 

"Y/n, before you go, I do want to apologize. I don't," he paused, making you very concerned. 

"What's happened? It’s only been thirty seconds." 

"I haven't been an excellent friend to you if, when you need something, you have to go to Mycroft of all people instead of me, who you see nearly every day. I'll be better, though I may need your help," he said. Sheepish Sherlock was new to you, and you didn't mind it. 

"I accept, and thank you. I'll do my best, too," you said. With a goodnight and a wave, you hopped into the cab. There may be hope for Sherlock Holmes yet.

Answering The Unanswered !

Preface: 

While on the spiritual trip, our mind or mind maintains on increasing different concerns or questions. Am I Really Myself ?

The other day I saw this title which arouse my interest.  Though it does not strictly related to the subject I am discussing, it made me think over some related aspect, viz. Ego. It came out of the fact that there are different views about Ego.  Means whether one needs to have an Ego or not. So that takes us to analyse the word ‘Ego’. What does it exactly mean ?  It is  that person’s perception about his self esteem, self respect or self worth. Then naturally comes the question whether ‘The One’ is in a (better) position to judge Ones worth? Or that needs third party approval (and that too, is again perception). And is that the worth changes qua  situation, qua place or qua person.   And since it is only perception, what is the fact?  Is the one capable of going inwards to find the true self ?

Often we hear that such and such person is having an Ego, Or his biggest problem is his Ego. Then naturally we take ‘Ego’ in a negative sense. And then conclude that one should not have Ego. But then if one does not  have an Ego,  will he be worthless in the eyes of others? Or may be he will be under-achiever compared to his potential?

On the contrary, if one knows his worth,  in a particular situation his response will be proper. At back of the mind, one needs to analyze before he responds,  which is possible if and only if his worth is known to him.  

In my college days, along with the novels and fictions, I have read a lot about philosophy and preaching especially those related with some old religions and their foundation. Those spiritual readings mainly tend to throw light on simplicity, soul over self, looking beyond the material things. It’s self-less and Ego-less living that is advanced by these preaching. Since we are part of the material world, is it possible?  Osho used to see the spirituality to cover all the aspects of life, in its totality. Spirituality includes everything, all subjects of life. To act in a manner that is good for man-kind, adhering the laws of land and the  Universe,  taking care of mother earth (environment), is perhaps spirituality in today’s turbulent times.

To conclude - that mask I wear to achieve that spirituality, when becomes part of my Soul, then only I am really Myself.

The Five “Tricks” Politicians and Priests Use to Make us Slaves:

1. Keep us weak (by depriving us of sexual love). Osho believes sexual (erotic) love – or “life-force energy” – is what charges us up and enables us to experience unconditional, universal (agape) love.

“Psychologists have discovered if a child is not given love, he shrivels up and becomes weak. You can give him milk, you can give him medicine, you can give him everything else, but just don’t give love. Don’t hug him, don’t kiss him, don’t hold him close to the warmth of your body, and the child will become weaker and weaker …

Just hugging, kissing, giving warmth, and somehow the child feels nourished, accepted, loved, needed, worthy …

Now, from childhood we starve them; we don’t give love as much as is needed.

Sexual energy comes to its climax near the age of 18. 2. Keep us ignorant.

Without love a man’s intelligence falls low … When you fall in love, suddenly all your capacities are at their peak … you perform at your maximum.

The most intelligent people are the most sexual people. This has to be understood — love energy is basically intelligence. If you cannot love you are somehow closed, cold; you cannot flow. While in love one flows … one feels so confident that one can touch the stars …

When people are sexually repressed … they start hankering for the other life. They think about heaven, paradise … When you are in love, paradise is here now. Then who goes to the priest?

… But when your love energy is repressed, you start thinking, “Here is nothing, now is empty … Sex has been repressed so that you can become interested in the other life. And when people are interested in the other life, naturally they are not interested in this life.

This life is the only life. The “other” life is hidden in this life! It is not against it, it is not away from it … Go into it and you will find the other too … God is hidden here, now. If you love, you will be able to feel it.

3. Keep us as frightened as possible. Love destroys fear … When you are in love you are not afraid … When you are in love you feel infinitely capable of anything. But when you are not in love, you are afraid of small things.

When you are not in love you become more interested in security, in safety. When you are in love you are more interested in adventure, in exploration.

4. Keep us miserable. A miserable man has no self-worth … A miserable man is always ready to be commanded, ordered, disciplined, because he knows: “On my own I am simply miserable. Maybe somebody else can discipline my life.”

5. Keep us alienated. Keep people separate from each other. Don’t allow them too much intimacy. When people are separate, lonely, alienated from each other, they cannot band together for some purpose of which the priest and the politician may not approve.

For example, if you are a man [holding hands with a man], walking down the road, singing, you will feel guilty because people will start looking at you. Are you gay, homosexual or something? Two men are not allowed to be happy together.

You shake hands in such a hurry … You just touch each other’s hand and shake and you are finished. You don’t hold hands, you don’t hug each other; you are afraid. Do you remember your father hugging you, ever? Do you remember your mother hugging you after you became sexually mature? Why not? Fear has been created. A young man and his mother hugging?—maybe some sex will arise between them, some idea, some fantasy.

You can’t have “higher” love without “lower” love

Then there is another trick. They talk about “higher love” and destroy the lower. They say the lower has to be denied; bodily love is bad, spiritual love is good.

Have you ever seen a spirit without a body? Have you ever seen a house without a foundation? The lower is the foundation of the higher … The lower and the higher are not separate, they are one—rungs of the same ladder. The lower has not to be denied, the lower has to be transformed into the higher. The lower is good—if you are stuck with the lower the fault is with you, not with the lower …

Move. Sex is not wrong. You are wrong if you are stuck there. Move higher. The higher is not against the lower; the lower makes it possible for the higher to exist.

Control by guilt.

And these tricks have created many other problems. Each time you are in love somehow you feel guilty … When there is guilt you cannot move totally into love … Even while making love to your wife or your husband, there is guilt … So you cannot move totally even when you are allowed, superficially, to love your wife. The priest is hidden behind you in your guilt … pulling your strings.

When guilt arises … you lose self-worth, you lose self-respect.

When there is guilt you start pretending. Mothers and fathers don’t allow their children to know that they make love … They pretend sex does not exist … When the children come to know about the pretension, they lose all trust …

And fathers and mothers say that their children don’t respect them— how can they respect you? You have been deceiving them in every way … You were telling them not to fall in love —”Beware!” — and you were making love all the time.

First, guilt creates pretension. Then pretension creates alienation from people. Even your own child will not feel in tune with you … One day he will come to know that you are just pretending and so are others. When everybody is pretending, how can you relate?

… Now it is very easy to make these people slaves—to turn them into clerks, stationmasters, schoolmasters, deputy collectors, ministers, governors, presidents. Now it is very easy to distract them. You have distracted them from their roots.
