Shep and Em’s Tips for Practicing with AAC:

- Google, “intermediate [your native language] practice sentences” and copy the sentences using AAC. For English, I like intermediate rather than advanced, because the advanced sentences I found used more complex vocabulary that was far less likely to be found on AAC buttons.

- Watch videos made for children or new language learners and copy their sentences on your AAC, or answer any questions they ask.

- Write paragraphs or stories on your device about characters you make up, or those you like.

- Info dump on your device about your special interests.

-Hold conversations in which you type out the responses of both parties.

- Copy song lyrics onto your device.

- To get practise using your more creative or less frequently used buttons, write poetry or song lyrics, or describe the space around you in as much detail as possible.

- Use AAC to talk to family members, pets, or stuffed animals (this method is Shep’s favourite).

Thank you very much! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I didn't always draw this way really. Even now I'm still practicing. But I learned it's best not to compare ourselves to the progress of others since we all improve differently at our own pace. Instead, I advice you to compare your new works to your past self and I'm sure you'll be impressed by how far you've come too! =D You may not see it yet, but I have no doubt that you can do it. (I see it though. ^v^) So keep going at it, because what's talent without effort, right? 😉✨️ As a bonus gift of gratitude, have these doodles of my AU for motivation! THE GUYS EVER!!! >:D

.....Y'know i don't think i've mentioned before that i'm into dnd, so um....i'm into dnd :]

Well i'm a pretty new player, only been playing for a little over 2 years now, but one of the main reasons i got into DnD was cause of online showings of it, and especially from Legends of Avantris! Seeing their shorts were always so funny to me, and everytime i thought "there's no way you can do this in dnd" ....then i played it and watched the streams and found you can absolutely do that in dnd-

But ye, figured since this channel has fueld my interest in dnd, thought it was only right to do some proper fanart for it! And boy am i glad that i did! The guys are so much fun to draw, their designs fit them so well and are a real treat to draw! Think i did pretty good with this piece too, since it is a little simple with simple background and shading, think i came across the vibe pretty well, got everyone's personalities down, and overal looks pretty good, and that's all that i can ask for!

But ye, i'm still not done with the series just yet, so far only halfway through, but i absolutely love this series and i highly suggest you check it out if ya haven't already! Even if ya don't play dnd, it's still just an amazing series to watch and goddamn hilarious, and you too will see how these guys are the guys ever >:]

Slowly feeling more confident with my carving. I have some larger pieces of rubber on the way, and I think when they arrive I'll be ready to take another crack at one of @shelternmberone 's gorgeous Vash designs :D

Work has been busy lately, so missed out on practicing my carving the last couple of weeks, but I've taken an extra day off this week to recoup and will be doing another stamp tomorrow I think :3
