It sounds like it should be the end credit after you finish the main story and made it through an arduous journey, and now everyone is going to live happily ever after. This would be playing during an epilogue as it shows scenes of every single character going about their normal daily life. As the song ends, it will pan to the main characters, implying that this is just the beginning of the next stage of their lives.

I think according to the website or somewhere, idk this could just as well be heresy, that One Eye actually founded the dark forest which always felt weak to me. Guy probably didn't even know, or if he knew why tf would he care, about starclan? I like Sunnyfall's dark forest origin of a leader rejecting starclan and choosing it for herself, but there are a ton of other ideas I've seen around for it's foundation
yeah the one eye thing has always been really silly to me. like…. wow these guys as SUCH godless heathens that they would rather worship the devil- i mean THE DARK FOREST before Jesus- i mean starclan…… i saw an ooc passage from tbc too where ashfur apparently just summoned a bunch of nameless rogue ghosts to the dark forest to help him which i think is darkly hysterical. this keeps happening, the godless bad guys keep summoning evil stinky rogues out of nowhere. its like a superpower. its their jojo stand. i cast Spell Of Random Guys. (also its ooc cause ashfur is xenophobic to squilf in tnp but all logic goes out the window when we wanna be xenophobic i guess)
i hadnt heard of that sunnyfall theory but i like it! i muuuch prefer the dark forest being founded by… yknow… actual clan cats with influence and power. im leaning more towards the dark forest being made as a control feature for my au, but anything is better than “some guy made it idk”

mannnn I'm forever going to be disappointed they reused hyrule from botw instead of doing somewhere/something new
#dip speaks#dip plays totk#totk spoilers#it really takes out the fun of exploring and im rlly having trouble staying interested in it#like. there's literally an entire expanse of empty mountains outside the map boundaries to the north + west. free real estate#plus before the game came out i thought a whole bunch of hyrule was gonna be lifted into the sky because thats what happened to the#castle right? and that's how the sky islands would be formed?#like it'd still be hyrule but a cool new twist. really lean into the whole sky islands thing#instead we get. caves. a couple floating islands not rlly worth visiting outside of storyline stuff. and the depths exists ig#im still wondering why this all took 6ish years to make and is priced 70$#i like the game and i like all the little mechanics stuff they added. esp the fuse ability. and there have been revelations that Shook Me#but man.
