First of all, thank you to my darling Lola @monamipencil for tagging me for this, it's actually the perfect opportunity for me to announce this.

This is officially my last post on this account. As much as I adore this account, it was started over 7 years ago as a shared account and I think it's about time I actually start an account that is entirely my own.

My personal favourites on whipped-for-kpop-fics

Protection Squad 42k series. Shapeshifter Yoongi x reader, angst, fluff. Posted 2nd April – 21st June 2018 This series started because I was struggling mentally and wanted to write about playing with cats as a form of therapy and then this happened. I got a lot of responses and asks about this series from readers who related to the big mental health theme and so I think that is such a big reason as to why this series will always have a special place in my heart. I like to think it helped readers who were struggling feel seen and understood, like they aren’t alone. Plus it’s shapeshifters and I love that, even if the writing is obviously written by a much younger me.

Posted 9th September 2024 I truly think this is one of the best things I’ve ever written and I don’t think I’ll ever write something better. The vibes were just on point when I was writing and this one really ran away from me but in the best of ways. I genuinely adore this story and the characters.

Writing plans for 2025

To open up my new account starting on the 1st January 2025 I’m going to post a less than 3k word piece for each Seventeen member, including: another vampire Jeonghan fic, single parent Seokmin and siren Seungkwan! I’m very excited about those.

But what I am most excited about is that in 2025 I will post the entire first part of my pirate Seventeen series! Part one includes 7/8 chapters and each should be around 10k so this is going to be my longest story perhaps ever but it’s all planned and I’m so in love with it, you have no idea. I think the total wordcount for the pirate fic will be around 500k, which is admittedly terrifying and no doubt daunting as a reader but I hope at least one person will join me on that adventure when it happens!

ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁 ♱.ᐟ KVRMA, pronounced as KARMA, is a six-member fictional boy group. They debuted on October 19th, 2019 under CHOSEN ONES ENTERTAINMENT with an original lineup that consisted of seven members. Coming from a middle tier company that had nearly gone under due to scandal years prior, watchers of the company didn't expect much from KVRMA when they were first announced. Momentum shifted in the group's favor though when the lineup was revealed to the public.

Having a lineup with a very popular child actor and two idols from previous groups, KVRMA instantly drew in a lot of fans when debut teaser were dropped. With a concept that revolves round each member representing one of the seven deadly sins, the hype for their debut was high. Their debut song CRUELTY was met with much fanfare, both positive and negative, and shot them into the high standings of the industry as fresh rookies.

After being in the industry for three years, KVRMA was hit with a tragedy when member LJ passed away from an overdose two days before his 23rd birthday in 2021. Having been actively promoting during this time, the group made an abrupt exit from the industry and was on indefinite hiatus for roughly a year and a half. Throughout this time period, no official word was given from Chosen Ones about if or when the group would be returning but most members began working on solo endeavors. Twenty months after LJ's death, KVRMA returned to the scene in 2023 to a very warm welcome from both past and new fans.

Over the years, KVRMA has gained world-wide recognition for their lore, concept, and distinctive style of music. Being a primarily self-produced group music wise, fans never fail at praising the group for making waves in the industry constantly.

Everyone participating will have one matched assignment based on ships etc. You'll have about six weeks to actually write your drabble for your assignment, which brings us to the best part of this challenge - the TREATS! Once you've done your assignment, you can peruse the list of requests and treat as many people as you like to more drabbles. They're so fast to write, and kind of addictive! So let's make sure everyone opens their gifts on Hallowe'en with a full cauldron of treats!

My Personal Milena Lore

Okay, so we know pretty much ZILCH about Milena in canon. Some things can be inferred (like there clearly being SOME KIND of positive relationship between her and Makarov) and we do know some things in a vague fashion (her husband was murdered), but we know very little that's CONCRETE.

So, under the read-more, please enjoy my ramblings about my special interest favourite character. None of this is canon, remember! Just conjecture.

Okay, so the first thing I have to mention is really to do with Makarov, and that's the fact that there is NO WAY that man was 43 in MWIII. No. Julian does not look a whole year older than my mother, and therefore neither does Vladimir.

So it's my belief that Makarov was born Vladimir Dmitriyevich Makarov on October 4th, 1989. Almost a month before, Milena was born Milena Viktorovna Volkova on September 10th, 1989. This makes both of them 34 at the time wherein MWIII takes place.

She was born to very rich parents - Diana Yuriyevna Volkova and Viktor Mikhailevich Volkov - and grew up in Moscow, just like Makarov.

Upon finishing school with very good grades, Milena decided to attend university. This is where she met one Boris Aleksievich Romanov through mutual friends at a party. The man was rich, with a lot of connections, and the two soon began to date.

Within two years - on October 12th, 2009 - Milena and Boris married and Milena became Milena Viktorovna Romanova. Milena was 20 years old at this time.

Four years later, on Februrary 28th, 2013, Makarov and Milena meet when she comes along with Boris to a meeting.

Boris proves to be decent-ish at first, but becomes a very neglectful husband after Milena turns 25, causing Milena to quickly become incredibly bitter. He spends a lot of his time away from home, leaving his wife to attend to his actual business - which she quickly acclimates to and becomes much better than him at. Whilst her husband is gambling and cheating (which Milena can verify as he uses the same funds he's supposed to give to Makarov and his cause), Milena begins forming a plan to get rid of her shitty, boring husband. In the years between Milena and Makarov's first introduction and when she begins to plan, the two had become good friends. This is where Milena realises that having her husband killed rather than divorcing him will have many benefits - and not just for her.

During one of Boris's 'business trips' (read: gambling sprees), Milena meets with Makarov and exposes all of Boris's recent embezzlement. This both discredits her husband and makes Milena look damn good. Irreplacable, even. Makarov agrees to help her kill Boris, on the condition that Milena formally replaces her husband as a financier to the ultranationalists. Let it never be said that this woman doesn't know how to twist things in her favour.

On June 10th, 2017, during a supposed 'business dinner' between Milena, Boris, and Makarov on Plutus Island, Boris is murdered. Makarov deals with the legal side of things. Work with me here, I don't know how it'd work but it just would.

Milena decides to keep her current name, feeling that she's outgrown the name Milena Volkova at this point. She keeps her wedding ring (which can be seen in the Oligarch mission) as a 'fuck you' to the man who wasted eight years of her life.

Milena is thriving at this point. The personal and business relationship between her and Makarov grows ever more positive.

On April 6th, 2019, Vladimir Makarov is arrested during his terrorist attack on Verdansk. He's sent to Zordaya - this is canon.

During this time, Milena is able to, in Makarov's words 'build an army' - this is, of course, the PMC Konni Group. She works with Ivan Alexxeve and Andrei Nolan for the most part.

She brokers a deal between Las Almas Cartel and Konni Group to get hold of chemical weapons, as seen in (I believe) MWII. This is one of many things that I, sleep-deprived as I am, cannot remember the extent of, but I know are canon.

On November 10th, 2023, Vladimir Makarov is busted out of prison and returns to lead Konni Group.

On the evening of November 12th, 2023, Milena Romanova's island is raided by Task Force 141 in order to gain information on both Makarov's/Konni Group's finances and Makarov's whereabouts. With her security shot dead and her house shot up, Milena gives up Makarov's location.

(Side note: say what you will, but I think this was entirely reasonable of her. Milena's biggest motivation is her money, and she was scared as shit of losing it. But that's not all. As a fellow woman, I cannot begin to imagine the visceral terror I would feel if I were in her situation - alone on an island with nobody to immediately call for help, with two absolutely massive army men who don't exactly wish her well. We, the players, know that Ghost and Soap are protagonists and morally decent enough, but Milena does not. Anything could've happened, and I imagine that scared the shit out of her.)

Now, this is where we reach pure speculation.

We can infer that Makarov and Milena have a positive relationship - in the Praise and Punishment cutscene, Milena is the only one to call him by his given name. Critically, it can be noted that she's the only one in the whole game to be received well by Makarov when she does this. Makarov seems a very tactile man from what we see in this cutscene - most likely as a way to build loyalty - but there is a clear note of mutual respect in this cutscene between the two. She's clearly quite important - she stands pretty much by his side for the remainder of the cutscene.

All of that is to say this: Makarov seems to have dealt with Milena's betrayal in a manner uncommon to him. We see what happens when someone displeases Makarov - he shot Ivan in front of his soldiers to make an example. However, when Makarov speaks to Andrei after torturing one of Shadow Company's men, he mentions that (paraphrasing here) 'if [TF141] can get to Milena, they can get to any of us'.

He's giving her an awful lot of grace. Not cursing her. Not insisting she's hunted down or executed. He's making excuses.

Additionally, the mission after Oligarch (called Highrise) takes place 16 hours after. The cutscene for it takes place some point the night before Highrise begins. This means that Makarov found out about what happened (most likely from Milena herself calling) between 1 and 10 hours after. Remember - Milena was the only one allied with Konni who survived Oligarch. Only she would've known.

I believe that Milena is undoubtably still alive, and if (wishful thinking) we see her in MWIV, she and Makarov may still be allied.

I also believe, very strongly, that there is something between Vladimir Makarov and Milena Romanova. It may be romantic, it may be platonic, but he clearly gives a shit about her in a situation where it'd make a lot more sense for him to write her off as a traitor.

And I find that utterly fascinating.

Will Forever be the Captain of this “Ship.” I wish every supporter of Jikook today could have been in the fandom 5 years ago. Could have had the pleasure of waking up on November 8th to this beautiful declaration of love! Jikook have given us so much since then But this for the moment takes the cake!

I joined the fandom in 2015 closer to 2016. I was barely in the fandom two weeks before being pretty convinced that Jikook were more than friends ( I can go into detail later about that).  I remember constantly being torn between certainty and uncertainty because while jikook were questionable pre 2017, they were still more subtle. However, 2017 was a crescendo, every month getting a tad bit louder...we all knew something was on the horizon and then September hit and JK had a breach in his security and his itinerary was leaked. This sent the fandom into overdrive. Half the fandom scrambling to rid the internet of this info, and the other half torn between letting their curiosity get the best of them and shutting down sesange gossip. However, regardless of where one stood, if you were active in the fandom at all during this time you heard the rumors, you saw the itinerary, you learned about the gossip--JK and JM were going to Tokyo in October for JM’s birthday and JK paid for it. I remember trying hard to not talk about it or think about it. It could very well be a lie and it wasn’t right how we came to learn about it! Bloggers overall did a good job of shutting down discussions on this topic so there was silence on it...until there wasn’t.

Jimin’s birthday comes and goes and no trip. This leaves many to forget the rumors all together. Then October 28th hits and the below pictures are shared.

The whole fandom is going crazy! Jungkook and Jimin are in fact heading to Tokyo. They were spotted at Busan International Airport and seen off by their families. No one wants to say it but we are all thinking it...the rumors were true...and that was a legit sesange.

Every day they are gone we are being shown picture after picture of their time in Tokyo. And I remember thinking...Did JK really pay for all this...did he truly do this for JM’s birthday?!?!

Then the trip was over...the fandom was still recovering from the news that JM and JK literally went on vacation together and it was an all expense paid trip...paid for by none other than JK.  Then JM drops another bomb.

The fandom is sent back into overdrive...we could just see the pink aura around them! And it made all of us crazy because we couldn’t believe this was all happening and we were getting to experience it in real time.

And just as we were thinking we are in heaven...JM post his clips of their trip together. We are sent again into party celebration mode. 

When I tell you 2017 was the year, it was the year!!! It was day after day of being hit with something new. But just when we thought we were done the crescendo of the year reached it’s peek...JK drops GCF in Tokyo. And there was a short quiet. 

There was a quiet stillness because while most of us believed Jikook were a couple, we had resolved ourselves to the fact that we could be wrong. GCF Tokyo changed all that. 

I remember watching it over and over and over again thinking...OH MY! This is real...I’ve always felt it was real but this...this makes me know it’s real. It was a quiet but loud realization that reverberated across the fandom. Jungkook is in LOVE LOVE with Jimin. For a moment I thought this was their coming out video...because who could watch this and question Jikook at all! Was this it! Was this their way of telling the world who they love? 

While many still found a way to discredit GCFT, I think it was in a way JK’s way of declaring his love to JM, declaring it to anyone that would listen. I believe most of Korea heard it and we heard it! November 8th was the day my certainty turned into assurance. It is one of the most beautiful films and every time I watch it I am in awe of JK’s boldness. My heart melts thinking of JM’s reaction to seeing it for the first time. How loved he must have felt! How surprised...he must have cried so much!

When they returned they kept surprising us. Every year since 2017 has been a little louder. I think GCFT showed them that they could get away with a lot. That they could be a glass closet...they could be loud and people still would feign ignorance or deny it. It gave them a degree of freedom to be themselves without fear of the repercussions. If people weren’t convinced by GCFT they will never be convinced!

I wanted to write about this because I hear many people scoff at any mention of GCFT and say things like...that was years ago! And that bothers me to my core because GCFT is tantamount to a love letter or a proposal. A proposal is a proposal no matter if it was 5 seconds ago or 5 years ago. It doesn’t matter if the couple is still together or not...the proposal happened proving at the very least that love was once there! 

Saying that it was years ago is not a rebuttal, I’m not even sure what one is trying to suggest with that statement. Are you saying that because it’s old, it’s irrelevant? If that’s the case you are admitting that 5 years ago it was relevant, meaning you accept that they were dating 5 years ago? But most that make these claims wouldn’t agree to those terms. They throw out that’s old to diminish the impact of it...to pretend like old evidence isn’t evidence today of a relationship. 

Saying “ that was years ago” is a senseless statement that holds no genuine meaning. GCF Tokyo will always be proof...even if they broke up it would still be proof that Jikook were in love in 2017! It will always be proof because it’s like a page from JK’s diary...it’s his heart on the screen! It’s his love letter to JM and that will never change. That is a fact and will always stand to be true...10, 20, 100 years from now...GCFT will still be JK’s love letter! No amount of time changes that.

Now we can all argue when their relationship started and we all have our theories but stamp in the timeline that is certain is November 8, 2017. They were definitely in a committed relationship at that time and since I see no change in their dynamics other than growing intimacy, domesticity, and comfort...it’s safe to assume that their timeline is still active and moving.

Story Summary: While browsing the Internet one day, as one does when he or she is bored, I noticed that Tom Hiddleston and Isabelle Fuhrman had a lot in common. If they met now, I'm sure they'd be good friends. However, I wondered what their relationship would be today if they'd met several years ago. Well, I answer that in this story.

In this, there are references to a fictional TV show in the Star Wars universe called "Alderaan Tales." It chronicles the adventures of a group of women on Alderaan. The characters in that TV show are in another of my stories called "Knights and Ladies" found on AO3. Isabelle Fuhrman plays Christi Douglas, Florence Pugh plays Nicki Long, and Alicia Vikander plays Kiara Avery. Name: Charles Anthony Garlan Jr. (Or just Charlie) Position at the Institute: Head of Security Age: 39ish Abilities: Charlie is a pyrokinetic Greatest Fear: Being alone, angering Elias, being lied to, being used Priorities: His job, his friends, Elias. Personality/Extra Info: Charlie was born in 1976 to his parents and 4 siblings. His grandfather was a member of the Cult of the Lightless Flame and had offered Charlied to the cult before his birth as a messiah in exchange for a higher position in the cult. However when Charlie's father found out after Charlie's birth, he killed him and the family fled to escape the cult. Charlie's abilities would cause a lot of destruction eventually leading to his family's death and he remained alone until Elias hired him. The two slowly developed a father-son dynamic but it was still very toxic with Elias holding all the power. Charlie is a man of many faces. He acts very differently depending on who he is with. He is more friendly and a bit of a prankster with friends and coworkers. Charlie is more formal but at the same time more soft spoken with Elias. He's also the most friendly towards him and is very non confrontational. He is passive aggressive with people he does not like (Jon). And he is very professional but cold with strangers. Relationships: Elias: Elias is not just his boss but also the closest thing to a father figure. Charlie is unable to do most things like finances or driving and he has very limited reading abilities so he also heavily relies on Elias both emotionally and financially. He's also been basically brainwashed by Elias to act, speak and dress very specifically. Jon: Charlie and Jon do not get along with Jon at all. This is mostly due to Jon being suspicious of him and Charlie thinking Jon is a bad person over all. Tim: Charlie is very warm with Tim. They often talk with one another when possible. Charlie also has a bit of a crush on Tim and gets flustered very easily around him. Martin: Charlie is very friendly with Martin and almost sees him as a brotherly figure. Gerry: Charlie was very close with Gerry and his death upset him. It is also implied Charlie had a crush on him. (Other characters to be added to this list)

1976- November: Charlie is offered by his grandfather to the Cult of the Lightless Flame (The desolation, connected to fire) to get a higher position in the cult. Charlie's father kills him after finding out. 28th December: Charlie is born. The Desolation cult monitors him from afar. 

1981- Charlie’s powers manifest. Charlie is homeschooled. 

1985- 16th November: Charlie sets his house on fire by accident after having a nightmare. This kills his parents and 4 older siblings. Charlie flees and becomes homeless. The cult loses him. 

1992- Charlie kills 3 men by fire on accident after they tried to rob him at knifepoint. Cult attempts to locate him ASAP.

James Wright (Jonah Magnus) takes an interest in Charlie and starts monitoring him. 

1996- Elias Bouchard (Jonah Magnus) hires Charlie and promises to protect him from police. 2002- Charlie is brainwashed by Elias. He loses his memory of it after. Charlie develops psychosis.

2016- Charlie meets Tim Stoker officially. Michael tries to warn Charlie about Elias’ past actions.

2017- Charlie is visited by another Distortion avatar. With help from Tim, Charlie finds out he is descended from a lover of Jonah Magnus (Jean-Luc Garlan) and looks exactly like Jean-Luc’s son (John Luke Garlan). Both Jean-Luc and John died of tuberculosis. Charlie remembers his brainwashing and Elias lying to him about it. He confronts Elias who, in an attempt to keep him from leaving, shoots Charlie but accidentally hits a vital organ and he dies. Elias plans to bring Charlie back from the dead.

On March 17, it was announced that LOONA's HEE-JIN, JIN-SOUL, KIMLIP AND CHOERRY have signed exclusive contracts with the agency after winning their lawsuits against BLOCKBERRYCREATIVE. On April 1, it was revealed that the four would be taking part in MODHAUS' strategy project ARTMS. On June 20, it was announced that LOONA's HA-SEUL HaSeul has signed an exclusive contract with the agency and would also be taking part of ARTMS.

✧ STARVISIONS JAPAN was formed on March 2nd, 2023 by STARVISIONS ACADEMY, becoming its fifth and last subsidiary label. STARVISIONS JAPAN houses ME:I, an 11-member Japanese girl group made through PRODUCE 101 JAPAN THE GIRLS. The group consists of MOMONA, RAN, COCORO, MIU, SHIZUKU, AYANE, KOKONA, RINON, SUZU and TSUZUMI. They made their debut on April 17, 2024 with the single, “MIRAI”.
