She could see him thinking about running as she approached him. But Noah should know that if he ran from her, Neena would chase after him. He knew she could run in her towering heels just fine. It was her superpower. Thankfully, he decided to be smart for once and stay waiting for her.

"Don't Neena hey me!" She snapped, smacking her brother on his chest. "Oh sorry, am I interrupting you unpacking boxes? There's no one around, so don't you dare tell me to quiet down! And if any of your employees want to see, they can watch me kill you. Witnesses won't stop me." She was fuming and he knew this. "Don't tell me to be quiet!" She shouted. "I have every right to be pissed! You got in a fucking fight with my boyfriend? What the fuck!"

Noah had two choices here. Three maybe. He could apologise right away, already knowing what this was about, and maybe Neena would go a little easier on him. He could act oblivious, maybe even lie a little, plead the fifth all that jazz, but he knew that wouldn't last long. Or he could leave. The dumbest and worst choice of the three, but the one Noah really hoped he could do.

"Neena, hey" he said forcing a smile. Glad that the bar was practically dead, and that none of his customers were here to witness whatever this was. "Could you keep it down? I'm trying to run a business here." It was a dumb thing to say, especially to a pissed of Neena, but it had slipped out, his tiredness clearly getting the better of him. @neenadunn
