Um, I wanna request how the Ninjago characters react to their lover acting like a wife or husband to them, like, basically, the ninjas came back from a very tiring mission and when they came home they saw reader standing on the other side of the table that filled with food as they said, "welcome home, dear." And the reader is just babying the ninjas with lots of love. Oh, I want reader to kiss their forehead while they eat:D

Ninjago Headcanons °Love like home°

~Lloyd Garmadon~

Placing down the last plate on the dining table right as the shoji slid up revealing an exhausted Lloyd, halting in his steps before the expression fell into a look of softness and gratitude. "Welcome home hero" spoken in a gental tone from yours truly along with a small upward lipcurl.

"You made all this.. for me?" Questioning outloud as he moved across the room for a seat. In awe and love struck him as he reached to assemble his favourite meal, feeling the gaze of his lover lingering on every move. "Of course I would." Circling the table to stand by his side, brushing the blond fringe to the side along with a plant of a kiss blossomed on his forehead.

Having sat down next to him to redo his action onto your own plate, "You're truly amazing." Could be heard mumbling from the green man himself, turning to look and finding him already facing you with a hint of pink. "And I'll gladly do it every chance possible." Speaking in a hushed tone and a gental smile.

Swung open the shoji with a frustrated groan. "It was an absolu-.." Pausing in all movment to see a whole meal prepared for him, "Babe?" He asked with both brows raised. Staring in awe of his lovers' dedication, "I figured you'd need some refuil after today."

Taking a few longer strides to greet his lover with a side hug, kissing your cheek softly. "You really are a saint, babes." He chuckled softly, the fire shining in his amber eyes dimmed to a soft crackling. "Thank you." Whispering gently.

"You're welcome." Greeting in the same tone as you switched to hold his face, storking his cheeks with your thumbs in a repetitive motion before pulling him down a little to peck his forehead in a quick yet affectionet motion. "Come on, let's eat before it gets cold." Lighly pushing at him before taking a seat with him following short. "About time!"

The creek of the wooden shoji snapped your focus to the entrance. It was a suprise he'd shown up at such an early time then expected. "Welcome back home, sweetheart. I'm almost done, so you can just go ahead and sit down." Motening to the table with a smile having seem his suprise experience.

"Love? You made all this for me?" Speaking as a huge grin grew on his lips, sitting down without a spark hesitation lingering. "Yeah, I know how tired you've been after the last missions." Humming with reply and putting some cooked rice into a bowl as the last part.

"You truly are a life saver." He chuckled, but the sweetness in his tone wasn't missed either, his chocolate brown eyes focused on your form moving around as eventually stood next to him with a bowl of rice. Leaning over to give his forehead a peck before placing the bowl down. "Seeing you happy makes me happy."

~Zane Julian~

"Hello dearest, I've arrived home for the evening." Spoke the nindroid with a soft smile resting on his face as the shoji was slid to the side, shifting his head to the side from the view of a whole meal prepared for his arrival. "I'm glad to hear that. Welcome home, dear." You hummed, patting your hands on the aprin with a gleeful smile.

"I've made dinner tonight. Usually, you insist on making, but now it was my turn." His lover chuckled lightly before shifting over to him, grabbing a hold of his hands. "I, in fact, very much appreciate your efforts, but this act wasn't needed." Keep the tone soft but also gentle, can't lie, but his heart was overheating just a little.

"Still, I wanted to do it for you.. Kinda, as a thank you for all the times you it." Soften even more in your hold as his baby blues fell to the table. "Shall we get started before it gets the chance to catch cold?" As you smiled and gave him a hug, pulling him down for a kiss at the corner of his lips. "Now you're speaking my language."

"But I've always done so-"

"Welcome home, sunshine," his lover spoke aloud as a whine came out, turning the corner, having thought that he hadn't been noticed. "Awe, you're too good at this game, babe." Nonetheless, a small boyish smile plasterd to his face, hands on both hips.

Returning with a chuckle, shaking your head at his silly act. "Even after your missions, you're full of life." Turing his nose with a shrug of his shoulders, acting as he'd had no clue. "Go ahead and sit down, I've been waiting for you to come back."

In a blink of the eye, he was sat next to you with a look of pure joy. "Did you know you're the best?" Whisper yelling, placing his scarred hand on top of yours. "So you've said before." Smiling at the motion before moving to kiss his freckled cheek, watching as the blue ninja turned pink with an evident avoiding of eye contact.

~Nya Smith~

As you were cutting up some last bits of vegetables yet being careful, not having heard their water lover quietly gliding into the kitchen. "It smells amazing, babe." She smiled along with a small chuckle as her arms wrapped around your waist, placing her head on your shoulder.

Jumped slightly as you had been spaced out but laughed it off. "Welcome home, sweetheart. How was it?" A tone so filled with love, turning around to face her properly as she then rested her hands on either side of your waist. "Tiring, as usual.. is that what I think it is?" Raising a slight brow

Her loved hummed with a nod while wrapping their arms around her neck. "Yes, it is." The couple now both smiled as Nya leaned for a stolen kiss, "I love you so!" You laughed from her tone and plasterd on even more kisses on her face, the last one on her forehead. "Let me cut up the last part and settle down, yeah?"

I originally typed this out as a comment but thought it could stand on its own as well.

When you think about it, Vex and Pixal are parallels. Both were with Zane at a time where Zane had lost his memory. Pixal guided him to discovering the truth and accepting his new titanium form, as well as continuing to aid him for many years both inside and outside of his head. We see that in Dragons Raising that Zane finds that talking to Pixal (or in this case a picture of Pixal) helps him solve problems. Zane looks up to her and the guidance and comfort she brings. Vex on the other hand used Zane’s lack of memory to manipulate him, to shape him, and mold him into the Ice Emperor something that Zane still is haunted by and regrets (quest for the lost powers book) He was used as a pawn. Both Pixal and Vex advised and guided Zane, but Pixal did it out of love and respect for Zane, while Vex did it out of spite and a longing for revenge. It’s really interesting when you think about it.

What would the ninjas reactions be as the prophecies say their lover will die for them?

~Lloyd Garmadon~

- Denial is a river in Egypt. Refusing to believe that they would die for the sake of his life.

- No matter how many times he convinces himself, he knows truly he can't do anything to stop it. Further pushing him into no limits of getting stronger to maybe, just maybe prevent it?

- Keeping a watching eye at you at all times to see if you're safe, more so in battles or training.

- Would try to convince you to do other tasks rather than join the team if he knew it could be risky for either you or himself.

- Consently tries to spend as much time with you so that when the time comes, he could make sure to not regret a moment.

- Would often spend time silently watching you just live and socialise with others, his heart falling into his stomach.

- Admiring you and everything about you as a person.

~Kai Smith~

- At first, he just laughed and shook his head. There was no way.

- After maybe a few hours or days, the gravity of it all dawned on him. He couldn't help but feeling so hopeless and useless to not be able to help or postpone it or anything for that matter.

- His mind of having a feature together with you was immediately crushed, all the plans of being able to hold you at night and talk into the long hours of the night.

- In the meantime, he changed a little for you as in allowing you to goof around with his hair as an example.

- Holding hands no matter where you walked to feel you close just to know you weren't gone. Not yet at least.

-Knowing he was absolutely broken after when Nya was gone, he would be just the same with just worse of completely letting guilt eat him up in silence. He would refuse to let anyone know how he felt.

As the hothead, he is the practice dummys would be all burnt to crisp

~Cole Brookstone~

- Again?

- Really? First, his own mother. Now, the one person he loves with the whole being of himself

- No matter how much he tried to collect himself, he could easily take it out on training.

- Would at some point start to distance himself from you so when the time came, the impact would be less painful.

- Didn't want to be like his father with absolutely neglecting everything when you we're gone, but anyhow, he tried to smile to everyone and act chill like he usually would.

- Often held his breath when holding you close, wishing for these types of moments to never end.

~Zane Julian~

- He was obvious to the fact that the one he loves could so easily die, but he could live on for many years on.

- Has already been over this with himself, but hearing it being sooner than expected shocked him.

- Acting no different than normally maybe a few occasional more hugs throughout the day, nothing too out of the ordinary.

- When he was alone, his way of grief was meditate. Maybe it could make the damage a little easier for his wires to handle?

- Occasionally turning off the emotions to just feel as if he could "breath" as it did get to his head at times more than he'd like to admit it ever did.

- Immediately lost himself as he shook his head, refusing to belive what a dumb scroll had to say! It's dumb right?

- Spending every waking minute of his day with you by his side, alongside helping you with everything he could think of.

- Coping with occasionally stealing shirts with your smell on them to feel as if you mext to him, even though you are just a few doors down or so

- Would slowly communicate with others as he became more silent, which scared everyone. Everyone stood on their toes around him to not further upset him.

- He came in clutch and used every single excuse possible to man kind to have you for himself the first week or two after getting to know. He felt kind of pushy so he calmed down a little.

~Nya Smith~

- She genuinely just accepted it, what more could she say? The prophecy says so, she cannot deny it no matter how much this frustrated her.

- Checking up on you and acting for the most sake normal, as to not make you uncomfortable or worried for her sake.

- Used any or all frustration on training her powers in different ways, which was beneficial for her in the long right?

- Just like her brother, there was no communication from her side. Whenever the topic of prophecy popped up, she went silent and stood next to you, holding pinkys.

- Would cry to herself whenever everything got to her, just knowing you're gonna to eventually leave it snapped her multiple times. She would always refuse.

NINJAGO 90'S AU - PART 1 (part 2)

now a few silly headcanons...

Nya skateboards

Jay and Nya 100% watch anime together, they just don't tell anyone

Zane and Cole go vinyl hunting

Lloyd works part time in a comic book store while Zane is volunteering in a animal rescue center (and that's how he got his falcon)

Kai's favorite bands are Nirvana and Sex Pistols

Nya likes indie bands more than mainstream (favorite band is Bôa)

When Kai and Lloyd discovered they both like Nirvana and both play electric guitar, it was insta friendship

Jay plays electric bass

They like eating at Chen's Noodle House instead of school cafeteria (they get discount 'cause they're Skylor's friends)

Jay and Nya meet at the skating park to, well, skate

Lloyd and Cole are the only ones with a cellphone and Zane has a pager/beeper (idk how y'all call it)

Lloyd has a car and is the group's driver (although Cole and Kai have a license)

They have Friday assigned as movie night and they vote to decide who's choosing the next movie
