I’m jumping in to submit a request! I love it when people draw one of the caballeros cooking. I think they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Personally I feel like Panchito is a dream in the kitchen. Part of me wants to make a joke about Donald burning water but he can probably at least make a good fucking sandwich. Zé…. Man I have no idea. He is a mystery to me.

I ended up rambling about headcanons OTL but! I’d love to see you draw a cab of your choice cooking or something like that!

OK SO,, Zé has been shown cooking in his comics and apparently he's pretty decent at it (his nephews do like his food) but, as everything in those comics, it all depends if it's gonna be relevant to the plot.

José might not be a chef but I'm sure he can make the Brazilian classics like rice and beans, strogonoff (the Brazilian remix), pasta with sausages, farofa de ovo, canja, bake a cake AND OF COURSE he can work a grill for churrasquinho of whatever mystery meat he can put his hands on. He doesn't do much cooking because it's "ARGH... work", but for his nephews and when it comes to showing his friends what Rio's cuisine is like, he will do it. Also, I think if he's feeling truly inspired and has people helping him, he can make a traditional feijoada, just... don't criticize it. like, EVER.

Traditional Feijoada is supposed to be rich, it's not supposed to be spicy/hot!

HAPPY HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYONE!!!

I’m sorry this isn’t a more finished piece, but I wanted to put out a little something for the holiday just so I could gush for a moment about all of you.

The growth I’ve experienced on this account in the past few months alone has been UNBELIEVABLE. I never would have expected that people would like my art and my ideas so much, especially so many of you! I usually feel extremely nervous about putting myself out there, but everybody that I’ve met through this fanbase has been nothing short of wonderful.

This is one of the most interactive and lovely fanbases I’ve been in in a LONG time, and I seriously can’t thank you guys enough for all of the support!! Thank you so much to everybody who’s followed me, sent me kind comments and asks, left encouraging tags on my posts, drawn fanart for my AUs and even included your own OCs into them… just, thank you! I know I might not be the greatest with showing gratitude, but your kind words seriously mean the world to me, I’m so grateful to be sharing my work with all of you lovely people.

I'm a queer, disabled costumer and designer, launching a line of accessible and innovative products to help people make historical and fantasy costumes.

What you can get: Digital downloads of my original embroidery designs, physical copies of Kickstarter-exclusive stick-and-stitch embroidery patterns, and maybe one of a limited run of hand-dyed, hand-printed bandanas, or put more simply, Leafkerchiefs!

What I get: Thanks in huge part to my mentor from an Entrepreneurs with Disabilities program, I have a detailed business plan and budget for what to do with this seed funding. I'm extremely tired of living in disability poverty, so for almost a year now, I've been focusing as much as possible on building a business model that is sustainable and scalable, even if I'm not able to do all the work myself.

I appreciate the support I get more than I can say. I feel so fortunate for it every day, and I literally don't know what I'd do without it.
