AU where Leo is trapped in the Prison Dimension for months instead of minutes and the only way he gets by with his sanity intact is through recording himself talking to his wrist comm.

When they finally manage to get Leo back and make him rest up to heal, Donnie can’t help but listen to the recordings left behind.

He’s not sure what exactly he’s expecting, only that his subconscious is screaming at him that it has to be heartbreaking, that it has to be torturous.

Instead, what Donnie is subject to is a full thousand hours’ worth of Jupiter Jim and Lou Jitsu crossover fanfiction. More than one part in the series. Spanning well over a million words.

(The worst part is that it’s actually good.)

Something's Wrong: April's POV...

Honestly, out of everyone, April's likely the one who's closest to figuring it out. She's on the right track! He is alone down there. No one else can dive as far down as him. It just makes him want to fly even more.

She's also the one that tries to include him as much as she can, often reminding the others that Leo can't fly and they should stick to the ocean and rivers when going on their "flights." That way at least Leo can swim below them and hop out every so often.

Also hello hi, cloaking broaches are a thing! It's hard to traverse cities as large dragons, even in the Hidden City. Luckily, there are broaches specifically for larger yokai to simply make them more normal sized! Very convenient for when you need to go in a restaurant or crowded market.

And yes, Leo's is a bird.

I forget the ship name is Racey ngl. Anyways here’s the two at like 18-19ish. Casey worked on fishing boats just making a decent living. She would meet up with Raph at an abandoned dock the second the sun was set. Without fail Raph would always be there waiting for her.

She’d get him foods to try and he’d bring her some good catches she could sell. They were friends for a fat while.
