Kitten.

Sae x reader. Reader is obsessed with cats and wants one very badly.

He has never heard the end of your bragging about a kitten. Whenever you talked about the things you wanted a cat was always mentioned. Not that you ever asked for much.

“I want a kitten~” You whined and leaned against the headrest. “No” The crimson haired man answered without even looking at you. This situation was way too repetitive for the guy. “Why not?” “Because I said so.” He sighed and continued scrolling on his laptop next to you. 

You grumbled and leaned on his shoulder. “Pretty please?” You whined again to no avail. “Saeeeeee.” This time your tone was much more like a 6 year-old who was confiscated of their favorite toy. This time the prodigy closed his device and put it away. “Stop whining like a toddler” His fingers creeped up to your cheek. Delicate fingers were stroking your face gently. 

“Plus, I already said no, more than a hundred times,” Your lips turned into a pout and you tried taking his hand off your face. He can’t manipulate you into this by touching. “I still want a kitten, I don’t even care what breed, I just want one that’s cute.” You heard his deep sigh.

That could only mean one thing. He’s giving in! You’re winning- or are you? At this point you two know each other better than you know the back of your hands. Maybe he’s trying to deceive you. His lips gave place to a grin. “And why should I get you a pet?” “Not any pet, a cat please- and I just want one.” “Give a better reason and I might just think about it” 

Your eyes sparkled as you unintentionally leaned closer to him. “Really?” He nodded slowly, his fingers tracing down towards your neck. He leaned down and kissed you softly.

 In his view, the way your face lit up was mesmerizing. He unintentionally compared your face when he arrived home today and the face you made right now, and he might get a little jealous overtime.

“Well… maybe  I miss you a lot when you’re away… and I would be less lonely.” He could visibly see you swallow your pride and admit to helplessness. He understood that feeling. Being away from you could be heartbreaking. Specifically when he had to travel overseas.

Now that struck a chord with your boyfriend. Maybe he will reconsider resisting you.

Truth be told, he would have already gotten you a cat if he didn’t know any better. You will focus more on the little pet and your attention will be divided from him. As much as these thoughts pissed him off, he couldn’t help it.

He parked his car in front of the nearby pet shop. Maybe a part of him just wanted to see that happy expression again, the one you’d make every time a kitten is brought up.

As he went inside the owner was already waiting for him and showed him the available kittens. His eyes wandered around. He was sure you’d want all of them and would be unable to decide. No matter how each looked, what they were like you would’ve loved them all equally. 

He found himself staring at a playful kitten in the corner. The little one looked just like the ones you’d show him and obsess over on the internet. Not that you didn’t show him more than a thousand. “That one is Pochi. He was born 1 month ago. He was very shy when we first rescued the guy, but he became very attentive, talkative, playful after getting to know you. Would you like to hold him?” The girl inquired and already got down to grab the kitten. 

As he held onto him the kitten looked distant and shy but regardless something reminded him of you. “I’ll take him then.” At his clarification the girl cheered and smiled brightly. After signing some papers, and telling Sae about the nearest vet and more necessities they walked out. “If I can be of help with anything my number is on the paper.” She giggled. 

At this point he was very tolerating towards the girl, he got checked out multiple times. But that aside it was time to surprise you. He put the kitten in the box he got just now and threw the bag of feeding bowls in the backseat where the cat bed, a small cat tree and a toy was. He knew eventually you would spoil him so he might as well buy it when he was getting home from training.

By the time he was almost home the kitten was in his lap climbing around as he sped down the street. After he parked the car he went inside the building with the kitten and the bag. 

“I’m home.” He said a little louder so you will hear it and slipped out of his shoes. He could hear your footsteps approaching rapidly so quickly he hid everything behind him with his sports bag. “How was training?” You inquired and tiptoed for a kiss.

“Fine, as usual.I got you something- someone” He sighed and let go of you. Confusion smeared all over your face. Then the box with a kitten poking out of it made your eyes widen and your lips curl upwards. “There is no way.” “His name is Potchi but if you want to we can change it.” “You got me a kitten!!” You grinned and your hands immediately reached out to his head. You noticed how he shied away so you were slow and steady with him.

You were still all about how your boyfriend got you a pet. But it was late at night by now so you head to go to sleep. You couldn’t win against him regarding Potchi sleeping on the bed  so you didn’t want to push him to the limit. 

His hands were all over you and you were making out. You could feel him smile into you multiple times.He was on top of you and his fingers went up under your shirt.

That night really felt like the start of something new. You would still miss him if he was away, even if it’s just training, but with Potchi the house won’t feel so lonely. As you two had your moment a loud noise interrupted you. It was a meow from your newfound cat. He seemed to need attention since he jumped on the bed and sat down between your legs.  Your boyfriend sighed and got off you. “If you interrupt us more, I’m going to regret my decisions.” “Heey, don’t say that to him.” You protected your “son” and picked him up. “I was just getting to the good part.” He mumbled which made you blush. But you didn't hang up on him since the kitten laid on your chest.

I promise you, I am working on the series too.. but this one was more fun. Do you like cats? (If you read this I suppose yes) I hope you enjoyed and see you next time!!

so i took the forgotten Lupin Junior and made him my oc.

You guys remember the spinoff manga Monkey Punch wrote called Lupin Jr.?? Bout Lupin's son? I miss him. So here's a continuation / Lupin the 4th concept I made for a grown-up Junior goin on heist adventures with a band of thieves and an inspector on his tail, just like his old man!

Cast info below:

♦️ Arsène Lupin the 4th-- known by all as Lupin Junior (much to his chagrin sometimes)-- is the son of infamous thieves Lupin III and Fujiko Mine. Though he isn't well known just yet, and he is widely underestimated, Junior knows one day he'll be able to surpass his own dad as the world's greatest thief!

💚 Marilyn Aiki-- Junior's childhood friend (also a character from the original manga)-- a witty, charming and adventurous girl who became Junior's self-declared partner in crime. She sticks by Junior's side through thick and thin, though she has to reel him back from his impulsivity sometimes.

🌂 Jiro Yamazato-- A reserved and gruff former assassin, he was saved by Junior despite the thief being an assigned target, and now vows to protect the gang. Despite his roughened exterior, Jiro is gentle and selfless.

🗡 Goemon Ishikawa XIV-- Daughter of samurai Goemon XIII, wielding the Zantetsuken passed down to her that can cut through even the toughest steels. The stoic yet confident and sarcastic Goe grew up with Junior, and as much as they annoy each other their sibling-like bond is too strong for even her sword to cut through.

☀️ Inspector Hiromi Zenigata-- Daughter of Koichi Zenigata, Hiromi is an excitable, optimistic and determined ICPO officer. She's just as loud and persistent as her Pops, stopping at nothing to track down and arrest Junior, though it's clear she has a great soft spot for the entire gang.

Today marks one year since I started listening to Malevolent, so I decided to redraw the first ever piece I’d done. It’s not much, but I can see how much I’ve improved over the past year. (excuse me I’m going to be sappy under the cut)

I’d like to thank this show, this community, for reigniting my creativity in a way nothing had before. I’d been in a two year creative slump due to mental health issues, but one day after I began Malevolent I just picked up a pen and all the sudden I had filled almost two sketchbooks starting with the first version of this very drawing.

“This too shall pass” has been a line that’s gotten me through so much over the past year, and as cheesy as this all is I’m eternally grateful. Sometimes all it takes is a good show, your trusty pen, and a single yellow sharpie. It was me and that goddamn sharpie against the world for so long. But now I think I’ve got a good network and some fine watercolors by my side (moving up in the world!) So yeah, that creative slump fucking passed. Maybe that lighter is onto something.

Thanks for a great year, I’m looking forward to many more.
