Okay I think I do want to talk abt it. So It started when my mom told me she has a new boyfriend, and i wuz thinking like whatever. Than she invited him to dinner, AND HES THE WORST!!!!! He looks like a dork, hes a dentist and hes a vegetarian, so I got no meat which is super fucked with my Renfield's syndrome. He than started talking about how he loves wood carving, tbh red flag! I started complaing about how my mom didn't make me any meat. Like fine whatever they can eat their vegetable much BUT she should have cooked me steak or something.... it such a show how she doesn't care about me and how much of shitty mom she is. SO then he says I shouldn't talk back to my mom?!?! Like wtf I was litterlay just asking her to do the bare minimum. And I'm the bad guy??? I tell him that he's annoying and a total normie who doesn't understand the complexities of my disorder and how he and my mom were being ableist! Than my mom tells me to go to my room and that she was taking away my internet acess!!!

honestly have been feeling really nervous for this exam since my classmates have either failed it or just barely passed. and i had less time to study this time around because i rushed to book the exam.

so i drew this little encouragement early cuz i need the reminder that no matter what happens tomorrow, i did what i could and i didn't compromise on my boundaries—and that is its own victory.

and i hope that you'll be reminded to celebrate your own big and small victories too!

It's ironic how Batman is painted as irresponsible for having children fighting as his side (ignoring how said children would still fight without him), but never other heroes, HOWEVER the moment the Teen Titans/Young Justice wants to do something dangerous or comes back from doing something dangerous, he is literally the only responsible adult out of the Justice League. Like, the others are simply like "I'm so proud of you!" but Batman is lecturing his kids about how dangerous it was, how they didn't even told him where they were going, how they didn't contact him about their well-being enough, about how difficult it would have been for him to come help if they needed it... He's straight-up acting like a parent that found out his kid sneaked out, but they didn't came back until later the next day, and never called to tell them they were alive.

Bruce is portrayed as the "unfunny" one when one of his teenage kids is like "the team and I wants to do this dangerous thing unsupervised", because every other adult is fine with their own doing it, but like, he is being the responsible one. Yeah, a responsible parent would not be like "sure sweetie, go fight this dangerous thing with your teenage friends", they would be like "No, you could get hurt. Yes, I trust you, but this is not safe".

Sometimes, he isn't overprotective, he is normal-level-protective for when your kid is a "vigilante that fights people who will kill them without regret" as a hobby, and the others are being careless (no hate to them tho)

I love the show The Librarians but I never can forgive the writers for making an entire episode about Ezekiel Jones going through trauma after trauma, learning so many things and growing so much as a person as he fights through a time loop looking for some way to save everyone, having him succeed in saving everyone but himself, and for his fellow Librarians who only know the last loop to bring him back BUT HE HAS NO MEMORIES FROM HIS TIME IN THE TIME LOOP!

Just a character reset and I was so pissed. They didn't even allude to him actually remembering but pretending not to!
