i saw that most of y'all voted for me to make my traditional haitian food. so, for tonight's dinner i decided to make my version of legim with carrots, potatoes, green and red bell peppers, thyme, and dumplings aka homemade cheddar bay biscuits
i was afraid my dumplings wouldn't rise all the way bc i didn't have enough flour tbh, but they came out better than i expected
i hope that y'all are having a great/peaceful day tho! but if you aren't, then i pray that it gets better expeditiously. either way, just know that you're loved and admired by your tumblr cousin ky-mani 🫶🏾
