Meet the Muses continues with Kleo / Muse Libra!! ♎✨

The diplomatic great grand-daughter of Saint Bastet (a member of the original angelic team that took refuge to the planet Gaia,) Kleo’s duties on Babylon’s Muse council involve law-making and acting as chief justice, dedicating herself intellectually to pursuits of truth and balance.

Kleo is blind and her eyes are covered by a halo that unfurls into a long veil which conceals her face during trials. During these trials and other holy ceremonies, she wields a long-handled warhammer that is capable of producing a shockwave so powerful that it creates resounding silence- Excellent for hushing a rowdy courtroom!

Although she is usually calm and level-minded, she will not hesitate to voice dissent in council affairs or bring up any issues she may have, sometimes putting her at odds with other Muses; However, regardless of how she may feel during any particular trial or debate, only Queen Babalon has the power to overrule her verdicts. ⚖️

Neptune: Нotes and Оbservations

Neptune in the 1st/10th House (*or ruler of the 1st House conjunct Neptune) can make people quite obsessed with you. Why? Neptune is the planet of illusion, glamour, you create an image of yourself that others may find intriguing, it just brings people in, even if that is not the real you. A lot of celebrities have this (including Marilyn Monroe). These placements can also make people inspire others. They are prominent in many muses' charts.

Also, Neptune in 1st/10th or ruler of 1st conjunct Neptune can show someone that makes others want to help them, take care of them. They can give lost puppy vibes, regardless of whether it's intentional or not.

Mercury-Neptune aspects or Neptune in 3rd can show a person with a vivid imagination, but also someone that tends to be delusion, unrealistic, daydream a lot, be disconnected from reality.

Neptune in 5th can create a great actor. You just merge into the role of someone else. Neptune in 1st as well.

Neptune in 4th is connected to foster homes, adoption, loss of parents, disconnection from the parents (when people were raised by someone else instead of their parents).

Neptune in 10th can often point to a career connected to arts, being in a creative field. On the negative side, it shows someone who can lack direction in life, no clear ambitions.

Neptune in 9th can find themselves in another country. Experience their spiritual awakening in another country. You may also idolize other countries until you actually live there. Like the Paris syndrome.

Neptune in 11th can show that you may attract very difficult people as friends, people who may try to use you, opportunistic people, so be more cautious of your friend groups.

Neptune in 12th individuals have a very strong intuition. It is one of the placements connected to psychics, people who are very observant, having a sixth sense.

GEMINI: the most flip floppy people ever, what’s today’s mood?, never apologizes, in denial 90% of the time, their way is the highway, desperately needs a break, they have a hard time setting goals because their goals scare them.

CANCER: the literal meaning of i’ll give you the shirt off my back, isolates themselves in fear of someone hurting them, wants to change but is scared of change, complains a lot but never takes advice people give them.

LEO: no one takes them seriously because they feel they always have to portray themselves as the fun one, is actually really sad inside, honestly needs a hug, exhausted always.

VIRGO: can dish it but can’t take it, rushes everything, anxious, plans their future but forgets to live in the moment, sometimes ignores their friends because they have so much on their mind, talks about themselves a lot and sometimes forgets to ask the other person how they are.

LIBRA: solves everyone’s problems but their own, is actually really sad and lonely, gets easily heartbroken but tries not to show it, will do anything to justify bad decisions , honestly just wants everyone to love them but doesn’t really love themselves.

SCORPIO: easily set off, will give anyone the cold shoulder at any given time even without reason, keeps a lot in, so observant that they oftentimes find out things that hurt them, too many “what ifs” swirling in their heads, has trouble showing their true self.

SAGITTARIUS: impatient, brash, commitment issues, body issues, doesn’t realize they don’t need to change for anyone, has a lot of different goals to a point where they get overwhelmed, just wants to disappear and do what they want without anyone questioning them.

CAPRICORN: scared people won’t like them unless they’re at the top of their game 24/7, takes a lot for them to talk about their feelings, secretly struggling, fake happy, needs a plan but doesn’t know what that plan is, confident but insecure at the same time, wants to be stable but sometimes wishes they could drop everyone’s expectations of them and live normally.

AQUARIUS: gets heartbroken like 30 times a week, trust issues, can be unmotivated and disinterested, feels they have to adapt to every person they meet so they can be liked, doesn’t know how to tap into their emotions despite being very intuitive, confused, expects little.

PISCES: empathetic often to a point of no return, plays the victim, doesn’t know when to say no, cynical, hermit, is very impatient, trusts everyone too much, can be secretly very critical and judgmental, can only tolerate maybe ten minutes of social interaction, needs a lot of validation.

It'd be an understatement to say Steven's nerves were frayed by the morning's events. Waking up in a strange new place, with no clue how he'd gotten there... it reminded him far too much of back then. He'd been so sure such surprises were long behind him. Really, he would have jumped at the chance to see anyone he even vaguely knew, if only to keep him grounded. Leo was as good a choice as any.

"You alright, young man?" He had no way of knowing Leo had been here so much longer than him already.

I actually got inspired and wrote a goddamn poem today. After quite some time feeling the pressure of writer’s block, and then hitting a depressive slump, I now have a brand new poem to share with my lovelies. Enjoy! So, this has almost nothing to do with Cam, hence why he knows basically zero about what he's being told to do. Soren says " do this, " Cam is like " what why, " and gets hit with the divine version of " because I said so, " and that's it. BUT, the rebel Vassals are tied to Libra, who is actually such an icon. She's the former Scion of Eiyr, and her Tournament was incredibly deadly. Normally, there's a handful of survivors, but for once, she was the sole survivor out of thousands of people, and it really messed her up. Spite led to her stealing Eiyr's life force as Scions can do, making her the new Eiyr, and she's trying ( in secret ) to get Scions to basically kill their patrons the way she did so she can bring abut a new age of gods and the Tournaments can finally stop. She's an embodiment of life, so of course she would want to put an end to something that takes lives in such a brutal way. Why the Eiyr before her participated at all is beyond her.

Where Cam connects to her plans is that, in name, he's only Khymos' Scion, but he's connected to three. It is possible for him to become the new forms of Irades, Eutheme, and Khymos because his body was specifically designed to house all of those energies, but uh. that's never been done before, and Libra doesn't know if that will actually be beneficial. Even focusing on just Khymos, the main focus, may not work. It wouldn't kill him, but Khymos as a whole is the problem, as they tend to be. They are made up of instability and knowledge that humans shouldn't know. Cam isn't human, but he was raised by them and he thinks in the ways humans do whether he wants to admit that or not. His brain can only process things in a human way. The chances of him being able to handle everything that makes up Khymos is very low at this point in time, so Cam is a last resort. Hence, her gathering up other Vassals and even normal followers to get into the heads of other Scions and just not talking to Cam at all.

And, of course, Khymos knows about what she's doing. They could easily put a stop to it, but frankly, it's funny. She's screwing with the competition that they have, ironically, kept consistent for who knows how long. If anything, they're on her side. But they have to pretend to care about what the other gods want, so when word gets out that someone is planning things against them, that's when they send in a few people, Cam included, to subdue those Vassals. They're not killed, but they are " punished " ( aka Khymos personally informs them that They Know, but they'll be allowed to continue as long as they don't let themselves get caught again. )

So, no, Cam doesn't like being kept in the dark, but he technically isn't doing a bad thing by rounding these people up. He would just really like the choice to do it, because he hasn't had control over his own life or goals in far too long <3

Also gives me an excuse to drop him in a bunch of different places to interact with different people while staying in line with the lore, so-
