I wonder what ever happened to Katsiaryna Kavaleva. She is 6’5. She was a kickboxer who was supposed to do MMa and join RIZIN but that never materialized. She was supposed to join the WWE PC and train to do pro wrestling. That never materialized. She fought for Belarus at the 2019 AIBA world championships and got a bronze medal at heavyweight, losing in the semifinals to gold medalist Danielle Perkins. Her IG bio says pro boxing is her next goal, which would be good cause women’s heavyweight needs more people. But she still hasn’t had her pro debut as far as I can tell.
That’s her with Mr Olympia, Big Ramy for context how tall she is.

Ronnie Coleman - The King
What Happened to Ronnie Coleman Now? Ronnie Coleman is one of the most iconic bodybuilders of all time. Despite having to undergo several surgeries, Coleman has continued to train and inspire his fans. In fact, he has a YouTube channel and is a member of the International Sports Hall of Fame. He continues to share his fitness tips with followers through social media. The bodybuilder has a reputation for being one of the toughest athletes of all time. That reputation was made even more evident when Coleman had to undergo a series of surgeries that aggravated his injuries. As a result of these injuries, Coleman became unable to walk on his own. While doctors predicted that he would never regain mobility, Coleman vowed to continue competing, despite the fact that he was in constant pain. By the end of the 1990s, Coleman had suffered a serious spinal injury. This, coupled with the fact that he had a herniated disc, meant that he was suffering from severe pain and was unable to move. Coleman was diagnosed with a herniated disk in 1996. The surgery was a complicated process that involved the surgical removal of the disk. Afterwards, Coleman underwent a number of additional procedures. It was estimated that he had undergone ten different surgeries in total. During this period, Coleman was able to make a name for himself in the sports world, winning the gold at the World Amateur Championships in Poland. At the age of 27, he was crowned Mr. Texas. Later, he defeated Rich Gaspari, Bob Paris, and Milos Sarcev in the competition. When Coleman was 27, he won a place as an officer at the Arlington, Texas police department. At this point, he began to train at the MetroFlex gym. There, he met personal trainer Rouaida Christine Achkar. She helped him prepare for the 1991 World Amateur Championships. However, a herniated disc was not the only problem that Coleman faced. After competing in two hip replacements, he had to undergo an extensive amount of surgeries to repair his spine. Some of the surgeries required the surgeons to cut through the front of his body. These operations aggravated Coleman's injuries, making it difficult for him to walk on his own. While Coleman has been able to recover from his back and other surgeries, he has not been able to walk without a walker. Fans worry about what Coleman's future holds in terms of his physical health. His recent videos on his YouTube channel have been posted after his recent back surgery. Coleman has a huge number of followers on social media. He also shares tons of weightlifting content with them. Several of these videos are viral because of their hysterical nature. On his most recent video, he shared his plans for the 2022 Olympia. He will compete with Lee Haney, a bodybuilder with eight titles of his own. Despite being unable to walk, Coleman continues to exercise and train. He plans to attend the competition in Las Vegas later this year.

Arnold Schwarzenegger,
the legend
So, I recently watched the Arnold Schwarzenegger documentary on Netflix, and I have to tell you how impressed I was with his life story.
I remember back in high school when me and my girl Clara and I were the only two girls in the gym working out and lifting weights. Yes, this was back in the dinosaur days when girls didn't go to the gym. There were all these posters around Arnold. He was the bodybuilder of the day. He won the Mr. Universe title aged 20, and subsequently the Mr. Olympia title seven times. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time and has written many books and articles about it. He was a hero to so many of us gym rats.
But he is so much more than that. He is an Austrian and American actor, a businessman, a filmmaker, a politician, and a retired professional bodybuilder. Most people know him for his action movies, like The Terminator.
In case you didn't know, he also served as the 38th governor of California from 2003 to 2011 and was among Time magazine's 100 most influential people in the world in 2004 and 2007.
But what got me was his determination to get where he is today. He had a dream, and he went after it. He came from a small town on the other side of the world. They said he couldn't make it in body building, but he went on to be one of the world's most famous bodybuilders. They said he would never be an actor because of his accent, but in spite of that, he became box office gold. They said he had no potential for becoming a governor, but he showed them, winning not one but two terms in office and making some world changes while in there.
He didn't let anything or anyone stop him from what he wanted. No matter how many disappointments, how many failures, or how many people told him he couldn't do it, it just made him more determined to prove them wrong.
I love stories like these. It gives us hope that we can do anything we set our minds to. To never quit, to stand back up after you are knocked down and to keep trying. His story was about a poor immigrant who longed for a better life in America, who worked hard, never stopped believing, and got it.
So today, my friends, the lesson here is to never give up, to hold onto your dream no matter how crazy others may think it is. To work hard and despite how many times you get knocked down or told no, that you keep fighting. Because as you can see here, dreams do come true.
"Be the change you want to see,"

Love the fuckin episode of Odd Squad where Tiny Scanavino and Olympia switch to night shift and nothing gets done on night shift and the Mr. O on night shift is so wholesome and sleepy and it’s so chaotic I love it cause it sums up all the night shift’s I’ve been on lol. But I still can’t believe Olympia grew up and is on XO Kitty I shit myself when I recognized her I was like “OLYMPIA GREW UP?” Huhuhuhu I love the Odd Squad kiddos they’re so iconic the script is just gold and the kids acting is so so good I adore them and now I’m sad that the show now, from the last time I saw it has the kids from the mobile unit expect for Orla and they are grown up more. I just loved how wholesome the show was and how funny it was
#I have to say my fav season is the mobile unit#even tho ms. o works for someone else? and she grew up a bit she was still there#and I love orla’s characters#odd squad

You can see this has been airbrushed and modified and it is not Dan or Tommy f but someone like him similar DNA and some things are not right his knees are smaller his waist is too small his chest is large but not large enough his stomach muscles are not in proportion and it's actually his stomach muscles this is a little strange looking his arms are big enough but the adults and lots are not and things are not large enough but this is the kind of physique that he would have if he wasn't sick on your medicine there's a whole bunch of people that can get much bigger and they're all sicker than hell and the max are sick too no and they get big
Thor Freya
Olympus
I Mr Olympia and I was on the stupid medicine and it's crippled me and I'm in proportion and they awarded to me because of that and it doesn't make any sense except they don't want to pick someone who's really huge now I've had enough of these people these masks are jerks you know they walk around saying stuff and they're getting their asses handed to them and I'm getting it directly from them and I don't see why they're so arrogant now and everyone does and we have to get their ships when people are taking mine so I have to protect mine says someone has to take their ships other than foreigners
Tommy f
We approve this to be polished as we do all the recent posts today but we'd like to say this our son should be a lot bigger and healthier the medicine you put them on was horrible and you're still trying to pump them full of medicine and these hospitals suck and your hospital people suck and they have about 80% of the gold I'm sober is found within the city areas and that is a lot that is a lot that's most of it yeah it is a tremendous amount and it's worth going after

Pumping Iron (George Butler, Robert Fiore, 1977)
Cast: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, Matty Ferrigno, Victoria Ferrigno, Mike Katz, Franco Columbu, Ed Corney, Ken Waller, Serge Nubret. Screenplay: George Butler, Robert Fiore. Cinematography: Robert Fiore. Film editing: Geof Bartz, Larence Silk. Music: Michael Small.
The semi-documentary Pumping Iron is often credited as the movie that made an unlikely star (not to mention California governor) out of Arnold Schwarzenegger. But if anything, the film shows that Schwarzenegger possessed the kind of ambition and drive and intelligence that might have propelled his career anyway. The film gets its narrative drive from competition, first between the aspiring bodybuilder Mike Katz and the more experienced Ken Waller, and then repeating that motif with relative newcomer Lou Ferrigno taking on Schwarzenegger at the Mr. Olympia contest. There's a good deal of wit in the characterization of the men, as well as a good deal of fictionalizing -- for example, in the film it's implied that Waller wins because he steals Katz's “lucky” T-shirt, when in fact it was only a prank that didn't really annoy Katz that much. Schwarzenegger finds similar ways to needle Ferrigno. Pumping Iron is also credited with having propelled physical fitness into a national phenomenon and turning a struggling Venice Beach, Calif., gym into the franchised Gold's Gym International, Inc, with almost 700 locations around the world. It legitimized competitive bodybuilding as a sport -- or almost: There are still those who find the oiled, hairless bodies displaying slabs and blobs of muscle masses in strained and contorted poses ludicrous, and who find the sport graceless in comparison with others that display bodies in motion, like running, swimming, diving, or gymnastics. But even Pumping Iron hints at this gracelessness with an opening scene in which a ballet instructor tries to help Schwarzenegger and other bodybuilders refine their poses.
