Dr. Shekhar Kanti Sarkar, Dy. Registrar( Administration) of Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankaradeva Viswavidyalaya of Assam is largely good and holds degrees in B.Sc., PGDM, LL. B, LLM and PhD in Law. He’s been working towards the betterment of society by easing access to advanced education in different corridor of Assam.
