So, I've obtained a Galarian Mr. Mime. In the middle of Alola. Poor guy, I think he run away from his previous owner. I have set up a separate room in the house with an air conditioner that cools the air to an acceptable temperature for the ice type. But Mime still doesn't look happy (he

had a beef with a mirror and now I have a shattered mirror. I'm afraid that if I come too close to him I will end up with shattered bones). I can't fly to Galar right now, and when I tried to send him to shelter he gor really, really upset (he froze the pokeball so I can't even use it). What should I do?

this would be the time to call your local rangers for help getting him transferred to an appropriate location. he's likely unhappy because he isn't comfortable- you just can't cool a room to an appropriate temperature for them using an air conditioner. they need their living space to get no warmer than about 5C on average. it also sounds like he's got some serious behavioral issues that may be tied to his previous owner. a pokemon that you're afraid of getting to close to and that you can't contain in a pokeball in an emergency is not a safe pokemon to be around. as a galarian mr. mime he could freeze your floor and then kick up the ice to use as projectiles against you, so even just being in the same room as him right now is dangerous.

let the rangers know when you call them that you have a reactive ice type that you need help containing and getting sent to a shelter or rescue in galar. they'll come and use their stylers to calm him down to the point where he can be put into a pokeball. in the meantime, just keep your distance and avoid doing anything that might agitate him.

I like imagining Mr. Mime out in the wild because there is no way to do it that isn't inherently funny. Like imagine that you're just a fire breathing giant dog minding your own business and then suddenly a wild mime pops up and starts harassing you with charades
