I made these guys up while practicing drawing kiddos and crytids, as well as for trying to design characters for my Gravity Falls next generation. These characters, however, I won't be using. And not wanting their designs to be wasted, I was wanting to sell them to those who would actually use them. So, here are the OCs I'm offering:

The mysterious, sleepy town of Gravity Falls, Oregon.

Only in Gravity Falls, Oregon can you find the big and deep ol' Lake Gravity Falls, home of The Gobblewonker, Gravity Falls' Nessie.

Only in Gravity Falls, Oregon can you find the Gravity Falls Pool, haunt of Mabel Pines' merboy crush Mermando.

And only in Gravity Falls, Oregon can you find the Gravity Falls Junior Diver Club, a school club of adventurous SCUBA diving youths headquartered at the Mystery Shack, Gravity Falls Elementary and High School and primarily the Gravity Falls Pool dedicated to SCUBA diving, exploring, discovering and solving the weird, be it cryptid or mystery, having underwater adventures and fighting the forces of darkness in the Weird Underwater Wonderland beneath the weird waters of Gravity Falls.

Intelligent, compassionate, self-conscious and rational - and sometimes overly judgmental and can't wait to grow up. The adventurer at heart and extremely genre-savvy, Dipper can't sit still and is always looking for the next riddle or mystery to solve. His scrupulous attention to detail is useful when he is attempting to solve mysteries but sometimes his over-zealousness can leave others questioning his credibility.

Up until the Northwest Mansion Mystery, a stuck-up, egotistical, arrogant, snotty, rude and mean girl who was also a stereotypical blonde popular girl as she had money, style and talent - revealed in said Mystery in truth a tragically misguided soul who only acted the way she did because her parents keep her in line with their tight standards on what being a Northwest entails. Now she set herself aside from the other Northwests, display altruistic traits when her parents tried to dissuade her otherwise, had a complete change of heart towards everyone and became a friend to the common folk of the town, including the Pines family.

An energetic, fun, bouncy, hyperactive, enthusiastic and free-spirited girl, Mabel is an optimist who skips through life with a braces-filled smile and an assortment of extremely colorful knit sweaters.

The Teenage Junior SCUBA Diver and Junior Instructor Diver of the Gravity Falls Junior Diver Club. A teen of Gravity Falls and therefore the eldest of the Mystery Shack Gang, Wendy makes just the perfect Junior SCUBA Instructor Diver for Dipper and Mabel Pines and Pacifica Northwest to train their SCUBA skills as Junior Divers to a keen mirror finished edge with.

A mellow, down-to-earth, fun-loving and slightly lethargic teen who is a part-time worker at the Mystery Shack, Wendy generally maintains a positive outlook, is almost always friendly, and is rarely seen being moody or cranky, her cool attitude being largely a cover for the stress her family causes her - stress her role as Junior Diver and Dive Instructor of the Gravity Falls Junior Diver Club can hopefully provide much-needed relief from. Ultimately, Wendy is just like any other ordinary teenager who wants to be an adult.

The Emergency Rescue SCUBA MerDiver Boy of the Gravity Falls Junior Diver Club. The mysterious loner of the Junior Diver Club due to not wanting others to know of his nature as a merman, he none the less enjoys having fun with those who know of his true form. An extremely polite and respectful individual with an easy sense of humor. (Told you these waters be weird.)

MerDiver Mermando wears a sleek, sporty front-zipper swimwear/wetsuit designed for merboys like him being the Emergency Rescue Diver carrying fresh full air tanks main and emergency sizes and backup copies of the airbreather Junior Divers' SCUBA gear just in case.

In the event of underwater emergencies, whether from out-of-air emergency to monster attack, Mermando swims to his airbreather dive buddies' rescue, especially Mabel Pines, grabbing from the surface and bringing them new full air tanks in both main and lightweight system sizes for the former. And Mermando also brings backup copies of Dipper's, Pacifica's, Mabel's and Wendy's SCUBA rigs in case they have ditched them in forementioned emergencies.

He is the dive buddy of his SCUBA crush Junior Diver Mabel Pines.

Diving with the native aquacryptids and AquaGreys of the Lake, exploring the Lake's underwater dungeons natural and extraterrestrial - like USOs, discovering treasure troves of weird artifacts, training yourself in out-of-air emergency simulations to prepare for the real thing... name it, the Gravity Falls SCUBA Club under the waters of Lake Gravity Falls can give you all.

Favorite thing about her: She's been blessed with some of the best, most quotable lines in the entire series. You can tell the writers had a lot of fun with her!

Least favorite thing about her: There are entire blogs dedicated to what's wrong with this girl. I'm not even gonna explain it.

Random Headcanon: I have no doubt in my mind that Mabel can ride a unicycle. That, or she can't, but rides one anyway.

Unpopular opinion: I'm honestly not super interested in Mabel as a character. I enjoy writing about her because it allows more range, but in canon she spent a lot of the series as either comedic relief, or the catalyst for many issues ('Catalyst' as in she presents an obstacle, not necessarily as the root of the problem). When she wasn't being funny, as a kid, I just found her obnoxious.

I couldn't relate to her much growing up, and watching everyone else go through character arcs and get satisfying resolutions to their own personal hangups (Dipper's struggle with masculinity, Soos' absent father, Pacifica rebelling against her controlling parents, etc.), Mabel's big finale 'Summer's Over' moment just didn't hit home for me, despite being the thing many of us hoped she would learn by the end. Even with everything that happened, I couldn't help but feel Mabel was left unchanged.

The Woods and the Water

(Dipper Pines x Mermando angst// Trigger warnings: none really) Foreword: So this was requested by @victoryfroststarlight. I’m not a huge fan of the Dipmando ship but I really wanted to experiment with gay dipper. Both characters are around about 16-17. Enjoy!

Two boys sat by the lake, their bodies silhouetted by the setting sun which peaked past the snow-capped mountains. Their body’s wet but warm, both of them still dripping from the afternoon spent in the depths of the water… sitting so close they were almost touching. Dipper glanced over. Peaking past his blue, pine tree, cap which had been pulled fast over damp hair; he admired the being sitting next to him. Long, luscious dark hair. Skin kissed with a deep tan. Long, silky tail which Ombre different hues of deep sea green.

Mermando was not like the other creatures he had encountered here.

He remembered the first time he had laid eyes on him. The ever-soft flutter of nerves in the depths of his core as he lost himself for the briefest moment in the beauty of the ‘mysterious loner’. He felt drawn to him, enchanted by this boy who shone like bronze in the sweltering day’s sun. All previous loves forgotten… But this enchantment was quickly broken by Mabel’s instantaneous and very vocal admiration. He felt the tongue of jealousy lash against the inside of his chest, poisoning his contentment with a deep-rooted resentment. He had shaken his head, trying to repress his emotions, it was not right to be envious of his sister. But although he tried to play it off cool, disdain for the boy couldn’t help but seep into his speech.

“Can't you go for one week without having a new crush on some random guy?”

He had spent the day trying to forget about him, distracting himself with his obsession with Wendy but he could never quite move the tight knot which had settled in his gut. His gaze always moving back to the strange boy, observing him from his high chair. God, he was beautiful…

He remembered learning that he was a merman, being stunned into silence, while his heart did a trapeze act within the confines of his ribcage.

He remembered having to save him from suffocating on oxygen, doing reverse CPR which was- to be honest an awful experience and pretty disgusting but… he couldn’t deny the static within it. The way the contact of Mermando’s lips on his sent electricity coursing through his veins- this feeling turned everything he knew upside down; who he thought he was, what he actually was- and it frightened him.

“Dipper! Don't you know what it's like to fall for someone? Even though you know in your heart that it'll probably never work out, but you'd do anything for that person?”

That been four summers ago and Dipper had been glad that Mermando was gone… he didn’t have to think about it- but it also left him feeling empty. He never told his sister but during those short summer nights, in the early hours of the morning, when the house was still and slumbering on, he would read the letter’s Mermando had sent to her. Caressed his beautiful cursive hand writing with the flesh of his thumb. Bringing the paper to his chest, trying to see if he could still smell him. And when Mermando had announced of his marriage… it had torn Dipper apart. If it had hit his sister like a storm, then it had smashed through him like a hurricane.

But he couldn’t show it, having to pretend he was disheartened at most by the news as his sister cried into his vest. And he didn’t know what hurt him more; the actual pain of a disintegrating heart or watching the person he cared for most crumble in front of him.

And no matter how much Mermando had broken them… they still loved him.

And that did not stop when he had returned.

Suddenly, Mermando shifted and his bare, muscular chest glinted in the fading light. His gaze rose to meet Dipper's, his eyes glittering with curiosity and a seeming knowingness that made Dipper flush red. Quickly, he looked away. Not wanting to lay under the merman's scrutiny. 

"You always act as if you hate me," the thick Spanish accent rolled off his tongue, slicing through the air like a warm knife through butter, "but tell me, I really don't think that's true." 

Dipper squirmed, tugging at his cap to hide himself in the growing darkness that descended upon them. The trees grew, morphing into dark black creatures that loomed over them. Waiting. Watching. Threatening to expose the truth. Dipper didn't want Mermando to see the blush, the blossom of scarlet that always betrayed his feelings to everyone in the room. He didn't want to admit it... he didn't want him to know. 

The warmth of tanned fingertips brushed against his skin and he flinched, not expecting the gesture. Dipper's eyes darted up to meet Mermando's, his pupils blown out and dilated, dark chocolate irises shrinking to accommodate the incoming night. Or it could have been from desire- Dipper had read that once, that when you were attracted to someone your pupils dilated. It showed thirst, carving and mostly... want. 

Mermando's elegant fingers wrapped themselves around the flesh of Dipper's forearm, making the hairs rise to attention along the back of Dippers neck; the butterflies tickling the inside of his soul again. He hated this. He hated how jittery and nervous the merman always made him feel...

But at the same time, life seemed to stand still. Everything slowing down into milliseconds, his senses becoming hyper aware of everything around him. He could hear the birds flocking to nest in the depths of the woods. The cicadas humming their mating call like orchestras preforming symphonies. And most importantly, the way Mermando's face seemed to be closing the gap between them.

Dipper's heart skipped a beat and he broke out into random stutters, unable to control himself, "I-I-I, M-Mermando-" 

And suddenly Mermando grabbed Dipper's face. Pulling him into a heated embrace of passion and unrequited lust. Mermando's lips surprising soft and tasted a salty sweet that could only be described as the essence of the ocean. Dipper stiffened, trying to stop himself. This was wrong- what if Mable caught them? It would break her heart. He would break his sisters heart and he couldn't do that. He would never hurt his sister like that... 

but he didn't pull away. Instead, his fingers snaked around Mermando's torso, pulling him closer, drawing himself into the kiss. It felt just as beautiful- just as breath taking as the first time. Chest heaving, breaths laboured, Mermando finally pulled away. Dipper stared at him. Sudden anger building in his gut, anger mainly at himself for not doing the right thing, for not being a better brother- 

"Rather... you like me a little too much." Mermando's face fell gently, sympathy softening his Hispanic features. Dipper's jaws clenched together, his nails digging into his palms as his hands unwillingly balled into fists. He got up abruptly. Turning away to walk back to the shack, into the darkness of the mystical forests. 

"Where are you going?" Mermando called out, a look of hurt and worry washing over him causing Dipper to pause. He hated doing this. He hated not being able to love him. Truly. Properly. Like how it should be. 

Dipper turned back, anguish pooling in his eyes, making the lake merge slightly with the trees as the tears refracted his vision. 

"Don't ever do that again, Mermando" he hated how callous his voice sounded. The coldness to it. But he had to do this. For Mabel. "It would break my sisters heart... and we can't do that. She doesn't deserve it." 

"But-"

"Please, just leave me alone." 

And with that the blue hatted boy disappeared, becoming nothing but a glimpse of orange and blue through the trees, leaving the magnificent creature abandoned on the bank. Mermando turned back to the lake. A sigh escaping his lungs, one that sang a mixture of frustration and sadness. But just as he was about to dive back into the lake, to delve back into the realm of bubbles and sea urchins from which he belonged; something caught his eye. Next to him, crumpled into the grass, was a single piece of old parchment. Hesitantly, he picked it up. It was one of the pages of Dipper's journal, and on it was a beast he recognised well- it was a mermaid. His eyes scanned down the page, skipping over the neat cursive black font- then he saw it. A tiny scribble of blue ink, buried in the margins, almost impossible to catch:

If you can, never fall in love with a merman; they don't mean to but they will always break your heart.

Tolstoy, The Last of Us II, Detroit: Become Human, Sherlock BBC,  Sex Education and others (I’m too lazy to name all of them lol).

I almost always respond to comments but can accidentally miss some and answer them much later. Mainly it’s just thank yous and/or my replies (and also ramblings x)) on reader’s thoughts. I started respond to comments because I was very enthusiastic when I started receive my first ones, but now it’s more of a a matter of following the habit or politeness. But I really love long elaborate reviews even though the vast majority of them comes from the reviews exchanges.

6. what’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

I’d say Незаживающее (Sherlock BBC: Warstan; a post4x02 angsty sketch) and Сплетения и разрывы are the leaders here. Also Суженый-ряженый has quite grim, if not angsty per se, ending.

7. do you write crossovers? what’s the craziest one you’ve ever written?

No.

8. have you ever received hate on a fic? Thank God no. Although there were comments with some...dubious implications, let’s put it like that x).

9. do you write smut?

No, but I want to try. But it’s seems really hard for me not to end up using metaphorical language to the point of being ridiculous. And absence of neutral vocabulary for sex and genitals in Russian certainly doesn’t help too.

10. have you ever had a fic stolen? Also no. At least no cases I know about.

11. have you ever co-written a fic before? No. I kind of hate to be dependant on someone in writing process. But the original story co-written with my best friend brought me into the writing. And we even posted it on the kids forum.

12. what’s your all time favorite ship? I’m avoiding “all time favorite” phrasing because my feelings for many ships I used to call an OTP are faded away now but Sherlolly is probably the longest current OTP. I also have a soft spot for Simon x Alisha from Misfits even thought I didn’t like them as much as I do now before. 13. what was the first fandom you wrote for? CatDog, lol. It’s the earliest thing I can remember I wrote as fanfic. But I don’t really sure it’s actually the earliest.

14. what’s your favorite fic you’ve written? I’m currently more or less satisfied with all my WaP fics but Как ритм внутри тебя замыкает круг, так из меня твои прорастают корни (a duology about Sonya and Dolokhov getting together in the postcanon) and Суженый-ряженый are probably the favorite ones. I’m also weirdly proud of Наедине (Lord of the Flies by W. Golding: Jack Merridew’s character study) because I still think it’s of high quality when I reread it, even 6 years later. Which is quite an achivement given that I was 14 when I wrote it x)

001 Gravity Falls

Favorite Character: Pacifica Northwest Least Favorite Character: Robbie Valentino 5 Favorite Ships: DIPPER X PACIFICA! (duh), Soos x Melody, Robbie x Tambry, Mabel x Mermando, and Dipper x Wendy (very loosely though) Character I find most attractive: I would say Wendy as an adult. Character I would marry: Again, probably adult Wendy. Character I would be best friends with: Soos, dawg! A random thought: If the show did get another season, I'd mostly just want to see the writers give Pacifica more development and let her and Dipper hook up. An unpopular opinion: "Fight Fighters" is my least favorite episode of all. My canon OTP: Soos x Melody Non-canon OTP: DIPCIFICA 4 LIFE, BITCHES!! Most badass character: I gotta bring it back to my girl Wendy. Pairing I am not a fan of: BillDip. Like, just..... WHY?!?! Character I feel the writers screwed up: Pacifica should've had more screen time to develop and allow her friendship with the Pines' to stick more. She may have acted like a snob during Weirdmaggedon, but I think that was more of a coping mechanism to hide how scared she was. Favorite Friendship: Dipper and Pacifica (that's as far as they actually got in canon) Character I want to adopt or be adopted by: I'd love to get Pacifica away from those horrible parents of hers.
