**still in relativity falls hell of course but I’m thinking about the subsequent summers after 2012 and how these two little creatures deal with growing up

**Especially that time period where Stan wore his glasses and had braces, peak awkward teen era, I love to think about that silly time for him

**And the fact is that Aggie’s crush on him is so strong that even when he’s at this peak awkward phase she is still fully smitten with him is CUTE I don’t CARE if it’s cringe have you ever been 14/15?? The heart wants what it wants even if he has braces

**I also think it contrasts nicely with the fact that puberty is pretty kind to Aggie, she’s sort of at her prettiest when she’s in her early to mid teens. She’s still something of a weird kid who isn’t afraid to hit people who bug her so she still isn’t all that popular but she’s definitely got a few more sets of eyes looking at her, and she still has to beat back stupid and persistent Jesse Stonewall back with a stick. She still only has eyes for her cross the country bestie 😭

Edit: I wanted to talk about a couple little details on Aggie

**Canon Aggie pretty much always wears a locket that’s magical in origin that contains photos of Bobby, Olive, and a very small piece of bluish glass. RF Aggie wears one that is ordinary but it has a picture of her and her Ma in one side and a picture of her and the friends she made in summer 2012 in the other (The Stans and Fidds) She always wears it, well into her late teens and probably into adulthood too. It’s got some little charms on it to keep it from breaking or getting lost.

**the friendship bracelets are actually ones she made with her friends names on them so even when they all go back to where they’re all from she can still have them around in a way. She gets REALLY lonely after they all* leave :(

i figured, with the wayfinder’s outpost in the nightmare realm being a neutral zone for bounty’s, what better place for the multiversal outlaws to lay low and lick their wounds? especially when said outpost founder has a history with the same bastard that you do!

Rambles:

Astrea is 14, she uses mostly she/her but she doesnt mind any pronouns and she looks up to bill more cause ford wasnt really around when she was born because basically she was...conceived.. after "one thing led to another" on karaoke night, but bill and ford had no fucking idea so the rest of their relationship happened and then after the divorce bill was like "oh shit a baby" and raised her on his own and then like 30 years later ford found out she existed and freaked the fuck out. After bill got sent to the theraprism she moved in with soos in the mystery shack, usually just staying in whatever rooms still have the windows shaped like triangles.

Orion and Hunter are twins and they are 6 (even though hunter is 12 minutes older than orion) Ford knew about these two and was ecstatic. He even got to pick Hunters middle name (its lee. hes called hunter lee pines. marvellous i know.) These two were born after everything went down like show wise (dont ask how it works it just does) and cause bills in grippy sock jail, ford looks after them both meaning they get to travel the world with him and stan (during the summer and stuff though they stay in gravity falls with astrea).

Astrea goes to school in GF and the twins get homeschooled by ford (because yeah).

Even though she doesn't like doing it she calls Ford every day to see how her brothers are doing and when shes allowed she goes and visits Bill in the theraprism.

Astrea doesn't get along well wih Ford, but, she gets on pretty well with Stan (which is kinda ironic considering...)

All three of the kids use the name Pines in public, to avoid confusion about things, but when theyre with family or at home they can use the name Cipher. Orion and Hunter have started saying Cipher-Pines so neither of their parents get left out, Astrea refuses to do this and just goes by Cipher

The kids have triangle forms as well but they cant use them in public for obvious reasons

Questions Here P: Who is the most irritating person you have interacted with?

"Apart from the Pines family and a few close friends, Gideon Gleeful is the only person in town who knows about my magic, since he was the only person in town who seemed to be paying any attention to me during Weirdmageddon. This has in a way, robbed me of personal peace. He wants me to teach him magic, which I wouldn't do even if I could teach him. He may be turning his life around, but he was rotten all summer and he was rotten before that, too. Plus, I dunno if you knew this, but his grandfather used to live in this town too way back when, and he and I did not get along. So when I see Gideon I'm filled with this 40+ years old instinctual need to punch. Considering he's what, nine? Can't be doing that, now can I?"

Q: Who do you actually consider a friend, but won’t admit to?

"Most people know her as the Hand Witch but I know her as Bethandy. There aren't a lot of witches in the area, so I don't exactly have a plethora of choices of people to get together and talk shop with. But I've known her since I moved here, she clocked me as a witch right away when I met her at a swap-meet. We used to play cards, but I caught her cheating one too many times so I stopped going to her place (Plus some of those hands of hers are grabby!). We still get together sometimes to gossip over drinks, but ever since she landed that hiker boyfriend of hers I usually only see her in the Crawlspace when I swing through there. I'm not ashamed to admit she's my friend but I fear that it might reflect poorly on me if I'm friends with someone who steals men's hands for kicks."

S:  What lies do you most often tell yourself?

"Oh, lets see. When it comes to myself, I'm brutally honest. Lying to myself doesn't really make me feel better, it just sends me in circles. But there is one lie that I do say, to my self and to others. Frequently."

Okay SO:

This is Zenith!

She's Bill's reincarnation after the Theraprism, but she doesn't have any of his memories (at first).

She gets nightmares of Bill's life frequently while she's living with the Pines'. She has an attraction to the color yellow, and all things triangular. She has an odd birthmark over her heart that looks like a crack.

Ford basically finds her by Bill's statue and brings her home (After a brief interrogation that isn't very effective- mostly because she's naked and he doesn't know how to handle that)

Ford is initially EXTREMELY suspicious of her, for good reason, but since he's had a character arc and all that he starts to trust her.

But at the same time she's slowly realizing who/what she is and having a crisis over it. Because ✨Angst✨

She doesn't have any memories, so she's starting from zero, despite having an adult body (Probably ~30 y/o physically)

(This is basically my excuse to do the Born Sexy Yesterday trope but without all the misogyny)

This is Nadir!

Nadir is basically Zenith's dark side! She's much more tapped into Bill than Zenith is, and she's the devil (or demon) on Zenith's shoulder telling her to follow the threads of mysterious portals and triangle runes.

Nadir thinks that if they start Weirdmaggedon 2: Electric Boogaloo then they'll reform back into one entity (Namely Bill) and she'll get to be in the driver's seat when it comes to decisions.

She's also a cringey sad girl. Very much tries to appeal to Zenith's (And eventually everyone else's) sympathy by playing up the angle that she's a lonely entity trapped in the mindscape and separated from her other half.

Zenith and Nadir have lowkey homoerotic tension. Selfcest vibes (Don't shoot me I'm just the messenger) (Okay maybe I made the AU but still) (Sometimes the characters just end up how they end up man).

Also they're both just obsessed with Ford- Nadir moreso than Zenith.

There's two possible endings to this AU: Either Nadir convinces Zenith to start Weirdmaggedon 2 Fast 2 Furious and they become a new entity who rules as Queen of Weirdness, or Zenith gets through to Nadir and they live with the Pines and try to find balance and all that Jazz.

Mostly I just like my weird girls being obsessed with an old man and each other :3

hey hi hello. uhm. do you have any fun facts/tiny lore tidbits you can share about diane/silvia? i love them so much i need to know EVERYTHING about them :]

oh i am SO glad you asked!!! i’ve been wondering where i could share some important lore for these guys and tbh college has been R O U G H for my drawing rn, so this is perfect!

so first off, silvia!

silvia has three older siblings (two brothers, franklin and phillip, one sister, ainsley) and when she was abandoned her parents told them she ran away without a word

her birthday is february 29th!

when she used to deliver groceries to ford, most of the time she would actually just hand them off to fiddleford instead (since ford was busy doing Science Stuff) so the two of them were actually pretty close before fidds left ford

she sees ghosts, and had been able to since she was like 4 (though it may be more accurate to say she can see the mindscape...)

when she was in med school, she used to train her skills during breaks on the gnomes and more humanoid cryptids in gravity falls and continues to be their unofficial doctor to this day (which is one reason why she never got her memory erased about the weirdness in town!)

now for diane!

diane has a younger sibling named everett, and the two of them are very much "pov: your parents raised two very different children"

her birthday is march 7th!

she’s actually a corduroy! her mom is manly dan’s aunt, and she used to spend holidays in gravity falls when she was growing up, which developed into spending every break from school there and then eventually moving to gravity falls (the pines family having crushes on corduroys is genetic lol)

the reason she always covers her ears is because her and her sibling have stahl’s ear! it skipped a generation in her family, and where everett embraced his ears diane hid them as much as she could

it took about 1 year for diane to become the wayfinder (as in get the helmet) in the nightmare realm, 3 years for her to get her extra arms, and 6 years to establish her rest stop in the nightmare realm called the wayside

The thing about Siobhan and Brent is that they both have fairly dramatic problem solving techniques. Brent will go for the impulsive and immediate solution, hang the consequences, and Siobhan will go for the permanent solution.

Not the killing permanent solution, but that half-way feels more like a she just hasn't been in that scenario thing.

Anyway, I feel like their dynamic is less steady, "Brent is Siobhan's fondly tolerated emotional support son-in-law" than I thought. A pinch more, partners in unintentional crime who shouldn't be on the same page everything's on fire.
