I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anyone draw who would replace Grenada and Candy for lil Stan in relativity falls (I’m sure there has been someone) but I like the idea of it being Blubs and Durland, they’d be best pals. Like come on they’d all be so mischievous, obviously Stan would still be the more evil one out of the three.

I also like the idea Stan is just unknowingly third wheeling at times, and Ford is also oblivious bc they’re both dumb like that until Fids has to tell them.

Gravity Falls headcanon

Anytime someone is or acts homophobic in Gravity Falls, the townsfolk threaten to call the police. Any homophobes in town shut up immediately.

An out of towner visits and starts acting homophobic, so, the townsfolk threaten to call the police. The homophobe doesn’t take it seriously, thinking they’re being dramatic, and continues with their shitty behavior.

Then they get a lovely shock when not only do people actually call the police, but the Gravity Falls’ entire police force is the town’s gay power couple

Do you have any Gravity Falls ship?

I like Billford in the past, and think Fiddlestan is kinda cute.

Billford does not work in a non-toxic sense, canonically. (However, I do love the au's where Bill gets redeemed with the Pines family.) Billford was already a mentally abusive and manipulative relationship canonically; a human fascinated to know more, and a god willing to supply that knowledge for favors (the portal). I can easily see the line of platonic and romantic/sexual feelings between them being skewed, especially on Ford's side. Exploring that abusive toxicity, the manipulation and obsession is already intriguing to me, so I enjoy adding a romantic/sexual level to it, as it adds even more flavor to the already good story.

Then, Ford discovers the truth. He's angry, he's heartbroken, his muse lied to him. From then on, I see nothing ship wise forming, as it is pure resentment and anger; maybe still one sided love obsession from Bill. Having a betrayal from someone you admired and was friends with is bad enough, but add lover ontop, and the angst is a beautiful disaster and I cherish it (Divorce arc, lmao)

Fiddlestan is an interesting thing to think about too. Stan is trying to get his brother back from the portal, so he seeks out Fidds, and while trying to fix it, they hit it off. Obviously, that didn't actually happen, but it's cute to think about. Definitely started on the popular "brother's best friend" dynamic.

I don't really ships any of the kids. Mabel jumps from partner to partner, and none really stuck out to me. Dipper liked Wendy, but it was one-sided, and he grows out of it; plus it'd be weird for her to like him back given their ages.

Regarding ships I hate, if you ship BillDip, get out. Get off my page; that's disgusting.

However, past all of this, there is one Gravity Falls ship that reigns supreme overall. Drumroll please for... 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁

I was watching episodes of one of my childhood shows, as one does.

And i just wanted to pop up here and talk about them for a bit:

For those who don't know they are the guards of the penitentiary from the cartoon "The daltons". Their names are Pete and Emmett.

They always kind of reminded me of sheriff Blubs and deputy Durland from Gravity falls for some reason :

But I brushed it off, until i watched yet another episode of The daltons and I saw this scene :

And now it all makes sense
