More of my TF2 × Gravity Falls crossover because the idea of Stan interacting with the mercs and slowly being accepted into their found family has been EATING away at my brain!!

Rambles:

- I already said this but Stanley's basically hired as the grunt/muscle for Miss Pauling. He helps her out with her missions sometimes and the clean-up that comes after, or just delivers supplies and packages to the mercs :]

- I accidentally made him look a lot older than 19 in my drawings, so he's kinda in the same category as Sniper in the "looks-way-older-than-his-actual-age" department.

- Scout is so happy he's no longer the youngest in the team, and since the nickname "little man" is already taken, Heavy just calls Stanley "child", and Scout teases him about it RELENTLESSLY.

- Stanley has to work with both the RED and BLU team, and is forced to listen to ALL cross-factional the drama, because both teams have somehow dragged him into being their unofficial therapist without his prior knowledge.

They can’t agree on a show to watch together-

Seeing Ballista and Paleo fighting over the remote on the bonus animation of the live stream makes me so giddy. Just for a split minute of them appearing on screen gives them more personality of them so for sure they are the kind of group to beat up each other for just a remote. I can also see them always in disagreement over the little things, or just hating on each other in general :) and Victim giving them a disappointing look XD

It's really amazing to me the extent to which the last issue of TF2 comics has caused basically the entire project to snap together into something pretty thematically coherent, and the theme in question is the same as Dead Money

Whumpee who has been through something awful and is back with the team. It's been months, but Teamleader won't let them them do anything.

"You're not ready, and you'll stay here. That's an order."

Mercenary is not an offical member of the team, but gets hired every now and then for specific jobs. They know Teamleader well, but don't really know Whumpee.

"Heard you wanted to do something. I can use someone like you for this job."

"...Teamleader won't allow it."

"Teamleader won't allow you on their team. I pick my own people. You say you're up for it?"

"Yes."

"Great. Then lets go."

When Teamleader finds out, they're furious. Mercenary is calm about it all.

"You took Whumpee?! They're not ready!"

"They said they were."

"They're not! Do you have any idea what they've been through?!"

"Do you?"

"What?"

"They were with Whumper for weeks, right? Lost all control over their lives, had no say in anything that happened to them. Now they're back here, and they're telling you what they need, but you rather lock them up here for your own peace of mind."

"That's not the same."

"Isn't it? Whumpee's an adult, Teamleader. They're skilled. If you don't want them on your team, fine. But you can't stop them from making their own choices."

"You don't know them like I do."

"Maybe not. But you don't understand what they've been through like I do."

Team Fortress 2 × Gravity Falls crossover AU because the two canon timelines sorta match, yipeee!!!

1971 (2 years after being kicked out at 1969)- Recently turned 19 and short on money, Stanley Pines gets hired by The Administrator as MANN.CO's errand boy alongside Miss Pauling (since the latter was falling behind on her work due to her excessive overworking).

He is saddled with various grunt work such as accompanying Miss Pauling to her arrands of burying bodies, killing and eliminating witnesses; delivering supplies and packages to the mercenary teams; and occasionally even gets to replace some of them for a few battles if they happen to be unavailable on short notice!
