I am in my 50s and have been battling depression and anxiety for decades. I’ve been fairly recently diagnosed with Treatment Resistant Depression. Wells, our author for next month. H.G. Wells is exclusively known for his science fiction writing these days, but he wrote "First and Last Things: A Confession of Faith and Rule of Life" where he resolved to set down his personal beliefs precisely. The result is a little-known book where Wells goes through everything from metaphysics to personal conduct. It's quite a read, although not exactly an easy one!
