My favorite thing with troons is seeing them embarrass themselves by showing the world how ignorant they are. The main thing is that almost all are "anti capitalist, counter culture baddies 💅" and yet.... Gender ideology is the pinnacle of capitalism. You don't even have to be against capitalism to understand that. The basis of "gender affirming care" is LITERALLY TO BUY SOMETHING LOL it's literally about buying products and procedures to be happy and to rely on external validation. A normal actual woman can find actual fulfillment and happiness through rejecting consumerism, she can even save money on hygiene products (a need) by using menstrual cups. A normal actual woman seeking happiness will understand makeup and almost all branded skincare marketed products are scams, they are not necessary to live life. And yet to be trans, you have to buy things to specifically "affirm" a gender you'll never be. It's to willingly be a lifelong Big Pharma patient and to get plastic surgery when you have the option not to- because you can't possibly reject the idea that a product or procedure will not make you happy. They go the extra mile and lie to themselves, saying it's a medical necessity. When in reality, it's gender stereotypes brought on by capitalism causing them to feel like they must conform. All mainstream media, including corps like Disney, support trans nonsense and shill out advertising for it. Yet that never raises any alarm bells in their eyes. They instead eat it up like candy, acting like their lives are being saved. "Here's a problem that you didn't know existed until now and here's a solution on how to fix it".
What may be the saddest part is that all that money is spent and most of them still don’t even get the results they are hoping for. Most of these plastic surgeons are fully taking advantage of these people, just like they take advantage of women, and promising things that are just impossible. But we’re the bad guys for pointing that out.

this goes without saying but... please don't sacrifice your health for the "environmentally conscious" product of the week. non-disposable hygiene and kitchen products need to be cleaned very well or else they become a source of bad disease so quickly. if you are not properly cleaning and disinfecting your metal straws, plastic water bottles (especially the ones with complex parts), menstrual cups, fabric pads... use disposable versions. it's really really really not worth getting sick over. sometimes the products marketed as environmentally conscious are anything but anyway. this also applies to diet choices that might leave you malnourished. if you do not have the time energy and money to stay healthy as a vegan or vegetarian please eat any food that will keep you healthy. you are not a bad person for wanting to fulfill your basic human needs and stay healthy and alive

Pyro:
-clueless but considerate
-when he sees you struggling they try to help however he can
-pryo sees the world different from her view so whenever she sees you hurt or bleeding she believes that your period is a real life devil stabbing you
-yes ik it’s sorta weird but this is how I imagine pyros mind handling things
-usually he’ll punch the air as you lay on the floor or chop the wind believing they’re saving you
-you tell them to relax ! Explaining your menstrual cycle yourself to him in the simplest terms
-you give pryo a small list of what you need and he agrees
-he gets all the things you need in the…maybe more violent ways by killing the workers at the market in retaliation or not getting the stuff for free
-you know she loves you tho <3 and he tries his best!
Sniper:
-a respect full lad, but he doesn’t help much
-he doesn’t really know how to and he could care less
-“Dontcha got arms? You can get this yourself, mate” he says as he focuses on his rifle
-instead you insist he gets you things so he can visit you more often and hang out
-Spy him in the head after he saw Sniper ask if he was okay
-“YOU FOOL!” Spy says as he points to snipers chest and pushes him back a little
-“What the bloody hell is wrong with you, mate?!!” He says in retaliation
-spy gives him a lecture about being considerate to a woman and respectful blah blah and sniper reluctantly agrees
-Sniper legit tries but never gets the hang of it, he helps out in all sorta ways but it’ll always be wrong
-Months go by like this and Sniper always dreads when it’s your cycle because he feels bad he can never be the best for you
-“I can shoot at attah things” Sniper says as he shoots off the head of a Scout “but I cant finish the shot at this thing, doc.”
-Sniper begged Medic to come up to his camper to talk about it, reluctantly Medic listens
-Medic also teaches him how to be proper (spy also helps too lol) but after hours and days of training it’s no use
-Sniper will always tell you how much he loves you when he messes up at it and that he’ll try again next time, so rlly it’s the thought that counts <3
Engineer:
-Engi is already a sweet man and he’s even sweeter when you’re on your cycle
-he understands despite not having any experience with it before and he’s a wonderful listener
-he gets you everything you need no matter what, he gets them quickly!
-Engi will try to make devices to stop your cycle (all of them failing) but when you’re in bed with cramps he’ll sketch and write about a new design
-“it’s okay, pumpkin. This one will work I have a good feeling-!” He says as he kisses your cheek
-he feeds you southern dishes and foods in bed <33
-“uh ahuh-..uhm hello, darling..” Engi says nervously, he’s sweating like crazy and his entire face is red
-“yes Engi? Is something a matter?”
-“well..you see I have an ..idea for uhm..an “invention” he says with quotation marks “well it’s been done-e. befor-e.. but uh i’d like to customize it to fit you-..so I would-..l-like some measurem-ents…”
-“oh of course! What do ya need measured” Y/N says back with a warm smile
-“Uhm. I would need to-..measure your uh.. “ he clears his throat and whispers
“Your hoo-ha-“
“HE MEANS YA PUSSY!” Scout screams out as he laughs as a shook Engi
“WILL YOU GET OUT BOY!” Engi angrily yells back with
-You find out that Engineer wanted to measure your uh..yeah..so then he could make you a custom period cup
-you agree and in the end he makes it and gives it to you in a little bag with a bow
-“I’m very sorry, pumpkin. I should’ve been a lot more ..uh..better with the way I acted.”
-you kiss Engi on the cheek “it’s okay you didn’t do anything wrong. Thank you, hon”

Instead, when I do promote the use of menstrual cups, I do it as a way to better understand your body and as an additional choice regarding your reproductive health. We all know those choices are hard to come by. That said, there are multiple privileges involved in expanding the number of choices one has, given that in many parts of the world, access to basic sanitary products still remains unattained due to cost, lack of information, social stigma, etc. For example, if you live in a community in which there is a high level of social stigma around menstruation and related cultural and religious beliefs, then even if you’ve been given a menstrual cup for free, disposing the blood and cleaning the cup at regular intervals will be a huge challenge and quite difficult to manage in a discreet way.

a little disgusting but do you think fem tyler would just rawdog periods out of spite for tampon companies?
well the options aren't just freebleed or use tampons but yeah I don't really think she'd be in favor of single use tampons OR pads given how both companies play on misogyny to market their products by making women feel unclean in different ways. I think one woman in fight club probably makes cloth pads or something. Even the most ardent and stereotypical feminists wouldn't freebleed the whole time because it'd just be annoying to clean up but I can imagine she doesn't really care if she stops using period products a bit early on her last light days and gets mildish stains on some old boxers, which is actually usually what freebleeding amounts to. Menstrual cups also existed in the 90s, though they were made from latex. I could see her being the type to collect it and use it as bloodmeal in the backyard or something. Otoh I could also just see her not caring too much about any of this. Depends on if she decides to make that part of her screed yknow? She totally could and would I think, but also unfortunately it's not like choice of period product is the worst thing involved with how women are treated wrt their periods even just in the realm of business class white woman in the 90s USA
