Texas Governor DILFs (Blue Edition)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I often see comments about Republican politicians being hotter than Democratic politicians in my feed. And while I'm not here to weigh in on that debate, I will just say that Texas had a lengthy string of DILF governors when it was a blue state.
P.S. Be sure and stay tuned for the Red Edition! You didn't think I'd forget about Dubya did ya?
P.P.S. The man in the last picture is Governor Pappy O'Daniel, who was portrayed by Charles Durning in the film O Brother, Where Art Thou? Just a tidbit for all the Durning fans in my orbit!

as an aroace person with limited sexual experience, no interest in watching porn, and poor sex ed as a teen, there IS something simultaneously funny and vaguely tragic about being 28 adult years old and realising how extremely tiny your frame of reference is for genitalia and deciding you should expand this to better understand bodies (yours and others). and then you're just there like "okay so what the fuck do I even google right now, anyway"

To be quite honest, I have noticed that many players who had their share of these fluke successes actually persevere more often than one would have possibly assumed. Spin Doctors, for instance, also shock me by still going on. I mean, look, every musician that had some surprising hits can still sell some venues. Of course, they cannot get those they had during their successes, yet they can get smaller ones. However, they also need to show they continue to record. However, one thing must be mentioned – the platters of those with fluke hits in their pasts rarely hit an acclaim they could've deserved. I mean, the consequent by Spin Doctors might not reach their heyday, though they're fine. Then again, how many of those who dismiss them followed their career after their chartclimbers?

“horror movies were reborn in the 1930s. sound revolutionized cinema across the board and had a huge impact on the horror genre— and not just in the form of dialogue. sound effects added an extra dimension to terror, from creaking doors to echoing footsteps to the rumbling of castle thunder. music cues built suspense or signaled the presence of a threat. as screen storytelling moved away from symbolism towards realism, the dreamlike wraiths of silent cinema were replaced by monsters that grunted, groaned and howled.”

Capturing Hearts with the Northern Beaches Writers' Competiton 2023
Capturing Hears – how the Northern Beaches Writers' Competition 2023 captured mine! And others!
Oh my gosh, I have been so busy lately! Not only have I been preparing for my upcoming launch of When Dark Roots Hunt (pre-orders are welcome over here!), and doing copy edits for another new release (soon to be announced!), but I’ve been organising and judging the 2023 Northern Beaches Writers’ Competition. What a competition! There were so many good entries from all across Australia – New…
