But the instant he sees him again he’s like “regret CANCELLED I’m stalking them again”

once again i really do think armand’s morality and view of his own morality is summed up by “i tried to be good, am i no good?” because he KNOWS he’s not, but he so desperately wants to be good in any way he can be, so that he can be desired. and this in turn means he is deep in denial about any bad he has done other than the deep seated feeling that he is simply “bad” as a vague concept and not the sum of his actions. anyway who’s up thinking normal thoughts about characters.

'the final battle' is one of my favourite moments in the show(understatement of the year). there is not a moment more exhilarating than when enjolras gets shot atop the barricade. (credit to actors who try to get shot eight times)

Seeing Lestat again in Season 2 really reminded me how much Armand broke him. No one has been able to make Lestat cry the way Armand makes Lestat cry. And that's saying something cause his abusive parents and Magnus came before Armand, but no one has matched Armand's level of crazy.

And I think it's because the other tortures were...brief?

He ran away from home, the abuse from his parents stopped. Magnus died and that stopped too. Armand, meanwhile, has decided to dedicate the rest of his immortal existence to torturing Lestat. It has become his favourite pass time.

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

Even the scorned women are learning work from Armand. 💀

Everything about Armand just messes with a person's mind.I t's the way he's not even chasing Lestat around for me. 😭😭😭

He really like "I'm old enough to be your biggest problem by staying in the same spot for 5 centuries." And he was right. 💀😭

I hear the next season is gonna be The Vampire Lestat and oooooh boy. 💀💀 People are about to discover just how terrible Armand can be. Baby's name gonna be dragged in the mud when the secrets get out. Gonna see if he can gaslight his way out of this one.

Love how Lestat can literally rape a man into vampirism as he’s screaming at him to stop and people don’t bat an eye, but when Marius makes two vampires consensually against their guardian’s wishes suddenly people start crying about their GUARDIAN’S autonomy, not even their own, like cmon…

And I’m not saying Benji and Sybelle’s making isn’t a tragic scene in the moment, but like why aren’t we holding the same energy for two instances of vampire makings that were tragic in the moment but ultimately turned out “good” for the parties involved. Especially when one was much more violent and traumatic for the victim, and the other was more of a tragic inevitability.

Again I am asking why does Marius get framed as the irredeemable villain in fandom for doing something that ultimately turned out for the great or good, but with Lestat it’s like “Oop that’s just Lestat being Lestat again teehee 🤭”

Also stop using my woman (Sybelle) as fuel for your lame ass Marius hate, thank you! 😤
