Aiden (pronounced eye-den) is the King of Heaven, god of all that exists, or you know, God. His little brother is Lucifer, the King of Hell, but their relationship is a biiiiit strained.

Cupid is the King of Aeneas, god of love, Lamonte is King of Reapers and the god of death, and Harut, Chief of Andalasia and the Queen’s consort.

1st version. didn't like how thick the lineart and the colour palette isn't clicking with me. is so i scrapped it. decided i want to do frame/illuminated manuscript thingy so i added frame and re-centered michael.

i kind of winged it for the final version, so i don't have progress of me picking colour palette or compositions. idk how i did it, i just did it, it was hard. i had a bad day so i blanked out the entire day to just lose myself in this illustration. and then uh. tada.

i know i want lucifer's skin to come across as "gold", so i keep picking his colour in the orange spectrum. bcs yanno--the sun (morningstar). naturally baal is more red leaning, which i think also suits his lion associated imagery well (because lion -> strength card (in tarot deck) -> red. idk, it's how my brain is)

originally michael doesn't wear an armour. i decided last minute to put him in one because fuck it; (1) armour cool and (2) i am a masochist ig

both baal and lucifer wear lipgloss. this is entirely dedicated to rafael's (the author. not the angel.) suffering. they share lipgloss by kissing, you fools.

michael has "jellyfish" hairstyle because. the front bob kinda reminds me how catholic friars/monks in certain schoolings cut their hair in that bob hair? yknow the one?? ya?? anyway it's for that imagery.

both baal and lucifer's legs are caging michael. bcs they're what ground him (vices/temptations) ahahahahaa

i actually asked rafael (author not the angel) and he said he imagined baal is a brunette, which is the same like i had in mind. except that baal asked that he got depicted as a wizened old man/wizard. so now he gets a beard and his hair is white. (he also insisted i gave him a stylish beard)

if u look closely at the jewelries the demons wore; one of lucifer's rings and baal's visible earring have gemstones the colour of michael's eyes

in return, michael's sash is the colour of the demons

baal has a ring with heliodor (yellow) for lucifer, and lucifer has a(nother) ring with red ruby for baal

baal's other gemstones are topaz and lucifer's are yellow jasper

both demons have pearl necklaces. they're supposed to represent michael('s wings ahahahahahaahaha)

my headcanon is that michael's wings are brown like sparrow's actually. BUT during the war, god gave him more power and authority and my understanding is that he got tempered into a perfect sword; so his wings turned white. when book 3 came out and they finally bang (I FUCKING HOPE THEY DO. RAFAEL. THIS IS FOR YOU RAFAEL.) his wings will turn brown againehehhehe

michael is blue because one time i shared this imagery with rafael; michael wearing blue because of the same reason virgin mary is depicted in blue. god's favourites are in blue; fated to suffer and be left behind.

Ideas that are food for thought indeed!

Husk and Niffty ARE Baal & Aym in this AU! They're not siblings, but were still sacrificed to Alastor to "appease" Him. Niffty, Husk, and Alastor are all black cats here, so it's no wonder why everyone's so eager to be rid of them due to the Old Faith's superstitions and just their own general "mean and insane" disposition.

As I don't know The Goat's lore yet, I'm not too sure about making them Charlie. 😅 They seem to have a gruffer demeanor than our sweet Princess of Hell. Instead, I had her be a hidden secret from even when the game's lore began! That Lucifer wasn't the last of their kind and the reason they so readily accepted being a sacrifice is to hide Charlie away. Hoping once the "last lamb" dies, they'd stop hunting them down. So in this AU, their motivation won't only just be about revenge for their kin, but to protect their daughter.

The maternal instincts of a wild animal, cornered and desperate to protect their young, is a powerful thing.

That's what Alastor would take advantage of to get Lucifer to accept the deal and become His Vessel.

While the other Overlords are the Bishops. They're not related to Alastor either besides being past coworkers, but the bad blood still ends in the same form of betrayal. Albeit with different relationships. Enough hate and history for them to all grow sadly bitter of each other. Though I've also heard at least one of the Bishops may still be fond of their wayward sibling in game. Even if just a bit. So you may find one of the Overlords I've chosen a little out of place between the others. Not that I plan to strictly adhere to the game's canon anyway.

Does anyone have any experience working with Greek Gods in divination? I worked with Zeus, Lucifer, Elohim, El, Lilith, and Ashburnipal. They don’t seem to help people of color. I inquired about my love life and they all pointed two men I liked to someone else and said it was because she is more attractive than me. They tried to mold me to dress like her, do my hair like her and look more Latina like her and compared my features to hers. When I inquired about my love life they told two men that I am attracted to contact this person over me because when people see me or her they want to sleep with that person not me. They all said this to me and said she’s prettier than me. I was disrespected about my physical appearance compared to hers and made to feel like I was unattractive in everyone’s eyes. I was also told that because I look Indian men don’t find me attractive. I was told constantly to look more Latina. They said that I was having a hard time finding a husband because when men see me their thought about me is that “She’s pretty but she looks Indian”.

They guided people to work with her over me and I was told that Melissa went through her awkward phase once, we all had clothes that we don’t like or feel pretty but she got through it. Mind you, that is not my out look about myself. I love my face and its features and my body. I have a modeling career. Inquired about my love life to one day get married and I was shamed about my physical appearance and and told that I was not attractive because I didn’t look a certain ethnic background.

They would taunt me and say “Melissa (that person) is you sometimes” when I ask for help. I was told by them to throw out my old clothes and dress like a house wife like Melissa did. I was told that they do this to me still this day because they know that I didn’t like having acne and body hair when I was younger so they compared me to her and how I dressed and did my hair and would ask me to try to look like this person. I made a comment in my head that she was very pretty and I wished I looked like her. I noticed she was thicker and shorter. I never scrutinized her or had a bad thought about her. Those beings found that thought about her without my consent and used it to shame me anytime I contacted them for help. When I asked why they favor her over me it’s because she doesn’t have my issues, she doesn’t cry like I do, she doesn’t look like me, and because she’s prettier than me. They choose to help me over her and say that to me because they didn’t want anyone to find anyone from my ethic background attractive and didn’t want them to like my features. In addition, if they did anything to help me, they would disrespect me with everything I mentioned above. They said it’s because you can’t be helped too much by them.

I wanted someone to know that I was racially discriminated against and mentally abused over another woman’s physical appearance while trying to pray to a deity for help. I was made to feel less than and unwelcomed.

Honorable mention, I was mentally abused to believe I was Marilyn Monroe to be shown her breast and genitalia in my third eye which I never asked for.

Another zinger, I was told by Zeus and all those beings mentioned when I followed up with them that I was pregnant even though I am not sexually active and refused to explain how and I was told to never take prenatals when pregnant and then they forced me to take prenatals, which makes no sense.

Working the Grimorium Verum (P1)

A few weeks ago I decided that I was going to start working the Grimorium Verum. I read and reread and rereread the Grimoire and as much supplemental material as I could get my hands on (I'm referring to all of JsK's pdf books by Hadean Press and that one conjure codex entry by Al Cumins).

Goal/Intent

With that said my primary goal right now is to work towards creating a clay skull, created to the specs Jsk outlined in his notes on the Grimoire in his edition of the book. It is essentially reworking the invisibility spell of the second part into a spell that binds a spirit to the skull. Rather, in his words, "I strongly recommend making a crossroads the place of interment in a reconstruction of this rite using seven coins. The intention of this adaptation would be to make a magical head as a central feature of work with these spirits, a natural extension of the underlying symbolism," (The True Grimoire 160). The only change I am doing to what JsK states is that I am adding grave dirt to the clay for the skull.

The Work I've done thus far

Wednesday, 8/16/23, I began working to get the consecrating the materials necessary for the work. I started the second hour of Mercury at my local graveyard in my town. I asked the spirits of the graveyard to lead me to the grave most suited for my work. I was expecting to be led to a town founder or someone who died violently, rather they sent me to the grave of an old lady who died a hundred years ago on my birthday. This was not intentional on my end. I saw the grave from behind and I felt as though I was being pushed towards it and that it was the right choice for the work. I took the dirt left a coin and promised to pray for her for the next three nights.

I then got home as fast as possible so I could have the second half to craft and consecrate the Asperger and Aspergillus. For the Asperger, I used a black ceramic bowl that I painted the appropriate god names on. For the aspergillus, I took the three herbs, rosemary, (pepper)mint, and oregano (technically you are supposed to use Majoram, but I could not find any in my area and I plan to get the proper plant in the future, but for now both are closely related and I don't think it will do much harm to my work). I consecrated them according to the method in the Third part of the grimoire. Reciting the 7 penitential psalms took long than I thought it would.

Thursday, 8/17/23, in the second hour of Jupiter I engraved a spoon and a knife with Heramael's name and seal. The intention is based out of Goetic Pharamakos, by Jsk where they are used to collect plants in nature for me to work with, such as the branches for the wands. In the 1 night hour of Jupiter I consecrated the two items, however, I slightly adapted the consecration from Jsk's book on Eleogap so that it was to be a general consecration instead of an asperger and aspergillus consecration. The difference between it and the Grimoire's consecration is that it is Thelemic and instead of the psalms it uses chapters 3 and 5 from Liber LXV, which I thought would mean it would be shorter, well it was in the sense that for all things that after you waft the tools of the censer, you are supposed to recite the 7 psalms and psalm 71 and 116, so 21 psalms in total. Personally, I think there is a point where the more you recite over a ritual object the less of an effect it has on it. I could be wrong. Anyhow, below are pictures of the spoon and knife before I consecrated them.

My goal is to generate interest in the grimoire that is less about conjuring all the spirits in it and more about creating spirit relationships. As well as to document my progress and create discussion.

Lilith is a goddess and not in the Goetia. She is also a demon, vampire, and the first women. She married and slepted with about every other demon ever mentioned. Goddess of non jealous Polyamoury!

Lucifer is not in the Goetia. He and Lilith were listed as married in the 14th century. Angel, God, spirit, but not a demon, but rules them as superior spirit.

Bael, Baal , Belphur, BaelZebub, BaelZebub is all the essence of the same spirit from different times in history. Now they are being called the Queen Bee thanks to Helluva Boss cartoon.

The seven deadly sins do not correspond to the seven demon prince's of hell! Stolas is far to gentle for a deadly sin! Lucifer being in charge of Pride is a angel and God while King Asmodi is in charge of Lust!
