#warriors #y2k #webcore #bluestar #warrior cats #she has to have white on her somewhere. to be genetically accurate #her sister snowfur is described as white with gray ears..so van pattern. which means almost always homozygous for white spottinn #spotting*#so that makes moonflower blue silver with mid grade white spotting and stormtail look like bluestar. solid blue with lowgrade white. so #bluestar has to have white too i just slapped a white chest and nose stripe on her #otherwise shes mostly the same as canon #also feel like shes part some sort of long nosed big eared breed...like siamese or osh/olh. prob through moonflower #not purebred i mean since clancats cant be. but liek. has ancestry of one or just has those traits #meowing

here's an update on how hmtb is doing:

i have finally named chapter 52 (the next chapter to be posted)

i have split some other stuff, which now gives me some buffer

i have written"!!! today!!! 1k words so far! there's progres!!!!

does this mean there'll be an ao3 update later? maaaybe.

if you want a list of upcoming chapters (with their titles and length) i can provide. (i have no idea if anyone wants this, but the option is out there.)

Speaking of magical boolean operators I relate to Suvirin Kedberiket because I just got a long email describing some idiosyncrasies regarding the backend of a system that I had to ask about due to some categorizing errors and I just had to stare at this information for fifteen minutes while having a minor breakdown muttering, "I could fix you. Please someone let me fix you."

#please someone let me into the metadata running behind so I can fix it #it is so convoluted and inefficient and half the problem is documentation and training but god #internal screaming #anyway I have had a lowgrade migraine for three days because of the barometric pressure #and also I canNOT keep my inbox clean to save my life this week cuz this level of problem keeps cropping up #and it is hell. hell on earth.

I feel like I got hit by a truck, so naturally I sat down and wrote 1k words of a fanfic that I'll prob end up never finishing or posting.

It was fun tho. It's been nearly a decade since I've written anything and I found out that I write like I draw. Get something on the paper no matter how bad it looks, move on to the next part, and then occasionally go back to see if you can make it look better. Rinse and repeat until you take a step back and go, oh hey, I made something kinda cool
