I've decided the only "Shawn dies" content I'm interested in is the story where the Bonds of Friendship turned stronger than death and Shawn is Gus's incredibly annoying ghost roommate who still drags him into crime-solving shenanigans. Ideally a full AU where Shawn's been a ghost since well before the story starts, to maximize hijinks and minimize angst. Gus is chill with it at this point. It's just like Shawn, honestly. If you'd known him while he was alive you wouldn't be surprised.

(The real, serious drawback of this wacky paranormal detective comedy is that I CANNOT get around Henry being Sad. I want it to be FUN not Sad.)

one thing i LOVE about lockwood & co cast interviews is that the three of them seem like totally normal young people, especially in the way they speak.

none of them have been majorly in the spotlight from a very young age so were potentially subjected to slightly less rigorous media training, meaning they say things like "i see the vision" or make pop culture references like "do you wear wigs?" (the iconic elijah wood interview).

it's just extremely refreshing to hear them talk exactly like so many young people do nowadays and it makes them even more relatable and honestly likeable.

(and it helps that the people who edit the videos generally seem to emphasise that aspect, too!)

Watcher family? Waiting for more Ghost Files? In the meantime may I introduce you to Lockwood & Co., which is essentially Ghost Files as a TV show!

We follow 3 talent psychic youths who battle spirits (known as Visitors) in an alternate UK which 50 years ago was overrun with an epidemic of hauntings.

Since then, agencies have been created which employ young people (your ability to hear, see and sense ghosts fade as you get older) to fight off the spectral forces using iron, silver and magnesium. Ghosts are particularly dangerous in this world - if one touches you, you die.

So if you want more ghost hunting infused with talking skulls in jars, humour, horror and found family, please consider watching the show!

All I’m saying is that someone could absolutely make a killing creating a streaming service that is solely picking up shows that other ones cancelled after only one or two seasons.

Among the many things I was excited about for Season 2, I would've loved to see the casting for Holly Munro!

Personally I always imagined Yasmin Finney - her cool and effortless grace would fit so well with the character! She's also the right age, and among the Netflix alumni.

Wld lockeood like Ghostbusters theme?

I think he'd think it was hilarious and would sing it in the taxi on their way to a client's house, and then keep singing it while they're fighting the ghosts

everyone else would think it was funny at first but after the fifth time they'd start getting annoyed I reckon

I think I find this extra funny bc there's an interview where ruby and Ali said that Cameron sings the most (it sounded like he sings like... all the time), but he's really bad, and that's the vibes I get from lockwood
