my cat was furiously scratching at my bedroom door this morning, so i'm taking that as a sign to write this. here you go anon:

rin owns a void. black fur with bluish green eyes and sharp little fangs. rin adopted him as an emotional support animal after sae left for spain. his name is kuro (黑) which means "black" in japanese because the itoshis are just unoriginal with all pet names. sometimes the cat camouflages with the furniture, but rin knows its habits too well to accidentally sit on him. they have an almost telepathic bond. kuro follows a very strict routine. feeding times are 7 in the morning before rin's football practice and 6 in the evening during dinner. he is calm and quiet most of the time but hisses whenever there are birds in the window. very shy around strangers. will curl his tail around rin's leg and peek out from time to time but does not have the courage to actually approach. sometimes if rin has free time, he takes kuro out to the park and lets him chase after the butterflies. kuro is also very intelligent. knows how to unlock doors, fetch the newspaper, and clean up after using the potty. sometimes spaces out when rin watches his horror movies at night. will blink at the screen owlishly. he's not very skittish when it comes to jumpscares. he just doesn't understand what's going on in the film. his favorite time of the year is during the holidays when rin goes back to kamakura to visit his parents. mama itoshi always sneaks kuro an extra fish bone.

oliver has a cat with heterochromia. his name is björn which is swedish for bear because he is a massive maine coon. flirts with all the tabby cats in his neighborhood and purrs loudly to show off. incredibly fluffy but sheds a lot. very strong physically. one time he moved oliver's entire closet because he did not like how it was blocking his cat door. secretly the leader of a cat gang, but oliver doesn't know. pretty chill most of the time and enjoys large family gatherings. multilingual because he can respond to commands in swedish, japanese, and german. he also knows a little bit of danish. oliver taught him a few tricks as a kitten. he can twirl around, roll over, and give high-fives. despite his large size, björk is very flexible and light on his feet. one time he got into the cookie jar on the top pantry shelf, and oliver's mom had to shoo him out.

shidou has an orange cat named ryu (竜) which is an alternative form of the kanji for "dragon" (龍). it is also adapted from the first character in his name "ryusei." his cat looks exactly like how mcdonald's sprite tastes. very spicy. does not sleep at night. his business hours are from three in the morning to whenever he passes out. drifts like a literal race car and makes vrooming sound effects. ryu took one whiff of catnip as a kitten and has never been the same since. all of his toys are shredded. prefers taking the head off first. you will find cotton stuffing everywhere. he destroyed the brand new cat bed shidou got for him, so now he's been downgraded to a cardboard box. ryu is prohibited from all open windows especially the ones with pull-down blinds because he once saw a squirrel and went absolutely feral. only eats raw meat and refuses to even touch dried kibble. sits beside shidou whenever he orders yukhoe from the local korean restaurant. feasts on all the scraps.

barou has a tuxedo cat. her name is mimi, and she is the sweetest cat in existence. claws are always trimmed. licks herself clean. unusually calm at the vet and groomer and is one of the few cats who actually enjoys baths. sometimes helps barou with cleaning by catching all the dust bunnies. his apartment is also insect-free thanks to her. she is, in fact, a baddie. the tomcat next door has tried to get her attention for over a year now, but she refuses to be swayed. he gave her a dead rat once, but mimi swatted it away before telling him he better start paying some bills and look somewhat hygienic before she even looked his way. the only man in her life is barou, and it will stay that way. mimi is also a polydactyl cat, so it looks like she's wearing white mittens. sometimes barou comes home from practice exhausted and collapses face first into bed, and mimi will crawl onto his back to knead his muscles for him.

nagi has a scottish fold. she has white fur and brown eyes, hence her name yuki which is japanese for "snow." she is very similar to nagi. lazy and sleeps all day. their favorite activity together is sunbathing. eats a lot but somehow still manages to stay in shape. she often sits upright like a human and kneads the fur on her tummy. as a kitten, she mirrored nagi's actions, so he got her a mini video game controller. it doesn't actually work, but she gets to press on the buttons whenever nagi is gaming. makes her feel very involved. scientists have also classified her as a liquid. she can get herself through every nook and cranny. even the two millimeter crack under the bedroom door. her favorite place in the house is her bed. has two fluffy blankets and a teddy bear. during winter, she moves her bed closer to the heater. has unofficial beef with choki because she tried to eat him once. ended up with spines in her mouth and never touched a houseplant after that. choki still has a giant missing chunk from where his arm was bitten off.

reo has a persian cat. her royal title is kana-hime because she is a spoiled princess. she has silky fur that smells like perennial roses. has an entire room to herself and a private chef. reo has like 3134736845 pictures of her on his phone. she is even included in the holiday cards and family portrait above the fireplace mantel. her collar is made of sterling silver with a diamond in the nameplate. very coquette. pink bows are her favorite. sensitive paws so reo customized a pair of small fur booties for her. clingy and has attachment issues (just like her owner.) sometimes goes on playdates with yuki. said playdates involve yuki just sitting there while kana-hime gives her a full body grooming session and makeover.

sae owns a siamese. light blue eyes and a dark patch of fur on her face and paws. she does not have a name because sae never formally adopted her. one morning he had gone to practice and returned to a mother and her kittens on his fire escape. sae did not keep the kittens, but unfortunately the mother was very persistent, so he let her stay. despite originally being a stray, she is very clean. always licking herself and sae's hands. not very picky but has a preference for seafood, specifically surume. very productive during the day. rearranges her bed and water bowl. scratches her post five to six times. takes a daily stroll on the rooftops of madrid. she doesn't have a collar, but somehow always manages to return safely to sae's window. has an almost sixth sense when it comes to his emotions. if she senses he is tired, she will hop onto his lap and force him to lay down and give her pets. if she sees that he is stressed, she rubs her head under his chin to calm him down. probably the only emotional attachment sae has had ever since he left japan.

kaiser has a norwegian forest cat. it has golden fur, dark stripes, and blue eyes. has a little mane around his neck, so he resembles a small lion. his name is klaus. basically a mini kaiser. preens in front of the mirror every morning alongside michael. prances around as if he owns the entire establishment. bullies other cats but is scared shitless in the presence of dogs (even chihuahuas). has a little habit of gently biting kaiser's finger. not enough to draw blood but enough to leave a little imprint from his fangs. it's his way of showing love. nuzzles against kaiser's neck tattoo when he picks klaus up. a very needy baby at night. cannot sleep well in any place that is not michael's bed. needs to be tucked in like a child with his stuffed animals and blankets. ends up sleeping on kaiser's face by the time the morning rolls around. has perfect loafs, as in 11/10 if it was a competition. side-eyes ness whenever he comes to visit. extremely judgmental to the point kaiser suspects klaus must have been a human in his past life. knows how to pose for photos and even tilts his head to capture a good angle.

ALSO! Sorry I disappeared! Things got incredibly hard and crazy this year, and made me not want to work on OLiE. It's depressing and I don't wanna put a whole diary entry up explaining why the hold up on OLiE. Things are still hard, but I've got a very lovely boyfriend (HI ILY <3) now, and the shit storm that has been 2024 so far has calmed a bit now! So, things are getting better and I'll try to get back on on a bit of a schedule now! Thank you all for sticking around for more silly little dingo game :3

The customizer, is a mess, and not the most pleasant to look at, but it's basically done!! This gif doesn't show everything btw!! I was going to do that but I was taking too long lol

-1000/10 never doing this again! • Worked on my art, did more poses backgrounds and animations! •More sketches, more writing, more routes, and adding in the new variables from the new customizer! • Spike remembers like all your choices, making restarting the game faster with your MC!

• Designed new characters for one of the routes!

• Added a plain text/font accessibility option!

“Hey, I’ve been wanting to ask for a while… do you still have that old copy of Ocarina of time we used to play together? I’ve been kinda wanting to replay it. It’s a bit of a pain to get a new one or an emulator though so…”

“Uh? I think so, I can check in my attic later and drop it around your place tomorrow if I can?”

“That sounds perfect, thanks for the favour man.”

That was a fairly productive phone call, now I hopefully won’t have to mess about with an emulator or shell out for the subscription to play it again. Seeing as Nintendo doesn’t want to make their old catalogue accessible. All I need to do on my end is to wait and possibly google how to set up an N64 in the meantime.

Turns out that we did still have the old thing, and that it isn’t all that hard to set up either so it’s not like it takes too long for me to hear the calmingly melancholic tones of the game’s opening theme. Our old save file is still there too, although some of the stats on the file seem to have gotten a little bit corrupted because I’m convinced we completed it fully. Although it’s been what like 10 years or more since I would’ve last played, it makes sense that I might just be misremembering things. No harm in seeing where we left off though is there?

Well even though the file says otherwise, looking through Link’s inventory really wants to disprove that - there’s something with the same sprite as Zelda’s letter where it should just be an empty slot. It’s not got a name, if I hover over it it simply brings up a missing value error and the button prompt me to read it. It’s not like there’s any issue if I did open it, it’s an old save file so even if it does corrupt I won’t lose anything. 

Nothing happened, just a fade to blank before it glitched out and the inventory screen popped back up so that I could close it and have a look around…

How did Link turn around as I was paused in the inventory and how did his face get so close to the screen?

“[Name]? I knew you’d be back at some point! I knew you wouldn’t just leave your older brother for good… you wouldn’t would you?”

“...How do you know my name..?”

I know that Ai has gotten incredibly good recently but this is an N64, an unmodded one at that, so whatever the hell is happening right now can’t be due to that. This feels like it could be the start to a creepypasta though with everything going on right now - is this like a real life ben drowned - no it can’t be, he’d be crying blood if it were the case and he wouldn’t be as friendly either. 

“Because you told me it all those years ago when you first played through the game? You always spoke to me like I was a real person, like you saw me as your older brother, so it’s only natural that I started to see you like a little sibling right? Then when you disappeared I got so worried, It’s been so long but you’ve gotten so much older! Did you pull the mastersword yourself, because this much time can’t have really passed can it?... Can it?”

He looks almost like he’s about to cry, I should be caref- why am I so worried about hurting the feelings of a fictional character? Is it cause he sees me like a sibling, a younger one; because he knows me from when I was younger; or because he seems so attached to me already? Maybe I should just… turn it off so I don’t have to deal with it.

“I don’t remember how long it’s been, a good few years at least, Since I’ve played it. I wasn’t exactly planning to-”

“Is that what you used to control me!? I’ve never been able to get a good look at it before. Would you mind bringing it closer?”

“...Yeah I can bring it closer.”

The way he interrupted me was so so sad, he’s forcing himself to be cheery when he looks like he’s about to break down, like how an older brother would act. He really sees himself as my older brother doesn’t he? I have to admit that the way he’s leaning against the screen like an excited kid is also pretty cute I won’t lie to myself, if it weren’t for how insane the situation is I don’t think I’d mind him being my younger brother. He’s younger than me now anyway so that makes far more sense. 

Is the screen cracking beneath him? 

It’s definitely cracking under his weight, there are seconds left before it shatters.

“It’s so simple and yet it was the reason that you were able to-”

Glass can only last so long. And now he’s out, lying on my floor in a shocked heap with glass shards surrounding and covering him. After a couple of seconds of neither of us knowing what to do, we both snap into action at the same time, while I try to help him up and check for any serious wounds… he’s just laughing with the widest goofiest smile on his face, grabbing at my arms like I’m nothing but a wisp of a dream.

Sorry to bother you, but I'm completely new to pixel art and want to get better at it and your art is amazing. So many tutorials mention avoiding jaggies and doubles-- do you pay this much attention in your landscape pieces or is that more advice for sprites and smaller artworks? I'm a little lost :C

Hey there, Anon! This is a completely understandable question, and one that will definitely make you wonder the first time just starting out pixelart. For me atleast, jaggies and doubles, they're more in the realm of doing small sprites and small artworks. Say pieces that are 30x30 or 20x20, sprites that have a limited amount of pixels around, will definitely need more attention to every pixel placed; one pixel misplaced can have the effect of changing a lot about how the sprite looks at the end. That's for sprites and small pieces in general. But the beauty of pixelart in the case of bigger pieces that I work on, in my case, is that all of the jaggies and doubles talk don't really mean much anymore. It's just like working on a normal piece of digital art but you see squares and pixels! So TL;DR, if it's a small piece, you have to pay more attention to those things, jaggies and doubles. But if it's big pieces, definitely no need to worry on those small things unless you really wanna put in detail into everything. And thank you! Goodluck and enjoy the art <3

Random but I lowkey don't understand the hc of Makoto being the "yapper" or being extroverted, I don't see him as an introvert either, I think he's more leaning in to the ambivert category, like he invites people to conversations, doesn't exactly struggle much to make friends and is mostly pretty open and cheerful, but he rarely talk about himself much and usually is the listener instead of the talker + he's more awkward. And I keep seeing in Naegiri and Naegami vids as him being the yapper, but he didn't even talk much when they interact other than small responses or thoughts, like Kyoko and Byakuya are the ones yapping to him. Maybe it's because of the killing game, but even in their school life I doubt Makoto is the yapper. Like he's 100% the listener friend. Danganronpa IF despicts Makoto as the first one to smile at Mukuro, and also he used to knows a lot about them which means, they talk to him a lot. Also while yes he's usually depicts to smile in offical arts, when he was faced awkward situations or eccentric situations (etc Leon telling him about woman, Kiyotaka about rules, Byakuya bitchness) he doesn't respond with cheerfulness or gentle kindness, he'll still be kind but he will respond to it very awkwardly. He doesn't smile kindly to them and comforts them, he will be very awkward

Yk what anon, ill cast aside my Makoto hate for a bit just for you! (Please keep in mind I don't like kyoko/naegiri either so my knowledge may not be up to scratch) and I'm glad you trusted me enough to send this ramble despite my dislike for the characters!!!

I think that Makoto is not a "soft little uwu boy" or an extrovert. And let's face it, in THH the extrovert pipeline is Chihiro----Makoto----Kiyotaka. So yeah he's smach back in the middle, and I'd say he's in a similar position to Celeste on this imaginary scale.

I think that Makoto hangs around his friends whom he already knows, and then when they talk to people he opens up a bit and makes new friends. That's not at all a bad thing! I think that being such an average student he wouldn't have the best knowledge of social cues, particularly because he's with Byakuya and Kyoko who are quick to disregard the killers feelings and cut straught to the chase. theyre also the cold-hearted duo. Compared to them he's a ray of sunshine iykwim.

Now with Naegiri I feel like Kyoko is "😐" and Makoto is more like "😅" so of course he's seen as more extroverted than he actually is in everybody's eyes because he's being compared to Kyoko in the ship!

I don't read Naegiri fics at all but the kyoko and byaku-yappers makes sense. "Tell em naegi you dead fish" <- idk what insults byakuya says i blocked it out. "Togami heir togami money" and then he rambles about capitalism or some shit. And for Kyoko I feel like as long as she's opened up to Makoto she would explain her detective cases in grave detail, the skin pigment, the wound, the time of day, she would be very fascinating to listen to.

Danganronpa IF he's just a chill fella. He's like "hi guys what's good :)" and then gets impaled. Like rip dude your smile will be missed.

And yeah makoto takes things awkwardly. He uses his sprite with the uneasy smile and the ☝️ finger thing. Like "erm okay Taka take my hoodie or smth" so he's definitely not going to stand or speak up for himself when it comes to rudeness like Byakuya. He was figuratively byakuyas footstool the entire game! "Tell em naegi" I wouldve gone "Bitch if you've worked it out you tell em" but Makoto did tell them???

Anyway that last part was slipping to the hate side of things so I'll just say this: HES NOT AN EXTROVERT AND PROBABLY HAS LIKE 3 CLOSE FRIENDS PRE-KG LIFE!!!!

Ive just discovered khdr Thor, and I have to admit I'm a fan!! Do you think you could talk a little bit more (both in and outside of the Bit) about him? The idea of a heart created by the wills of many other hearts is very intriguing, to say the least :3

Hello dear anon!! I'm glad you like him bc I know everyone who contributed in making him had a hell of a time lol.

The Thor craze all started with this post asserting that the next logical step (haha) for the khuxdr fandom after the staircase stuff was to Goncharov a communal oc into existence and convince the non-mobile people that they were a real actual character. Thor himself comes from @monoshiki who had the idea to repurpose his original speculative design for Baldr from before we knew what he actually looked like. We in the discord ended up choosing "Thor" as his name because well, it was an obvious option and he was blonde (I think I wanted to name him Freyr originally, but I got outvoted lol). I was the one that made his sprite bc I had experience messing around with the character assets.

His role in the game is, obviously, that he is apart of the main class and comes along on the journey throughout the game to locate the missing upperclassmen. I believe we actually made him Master Odin's grandson? He's very close to Baldr throughout the game, and he's the only one of the classmates who dies through reasons not directly tied to Baldr's whole.... thing. I believe he dies during the Cerberus fight, where Xeha and Eraqus split from Bragi and Baldr to find the others. Thor actually does die to Cerberus, or at least injured enough that he can't continue onward. His last words before Baldr mercy kills him are "Please survive". Or at least I think they were, it's been a bit haha.

From here on out is an open invitation to everyone else who was involved in the Thor craze to add on!!!

How are you guys feeling about the new twst event, The night before Christmas one, especially your thoughts on the new character!

I’m always excited for the Halloween events, Anon! All of them have been fun so far, and I love events with big groups of characters. Super happy to see Idia participate this year, we miss him a lot… it feels like we haven’t seen him in ages for some reasons. Especially in the same event with Azul and Jade and a lot of other guys!

And the gothic feel of the outfits is great, like super good. I am one of those people who haven’t seen the original movie, but the aesthetics of it are so good and suit the boys very well. Not saying anything about the Jamil card because I’m going to have cardiac arrest if I start thinking about it.

As it always it with us though, it will take some time for us to get to the event and actually watch it – we only watched the last Halloween one this spring. So we probably won’t be able to comment on anything related to the event for quite a while. It’s interesting that this is a “lost in the book” type of event though, but to be honest, I don’t know what to make of it. I hope it’s fun though, it better be.

As for the new character (is it Skully or Skelly?), I talked about him a little bit in this reply, and I don’t have much to add yet. Well, other than now that we see his full design I can tell he is pretty well-balanced. I hope they have a lot of fun with him in live2d sprites.

But if he sat still for like one moment and people got to see his cute face and the long hair, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone thought he was a tomboyish girl.

I think Jade and Floyd were the types of kids who considered all the nannies and private teachers to be their toys. Of course, they are here to take care of them or teach them, but in actuality, they are here for them to entertain themselves. Nice enrichment for horrible kids…

Warriors' PoV:

We landed into a Hyrule nobody of us recognise again. We were near a village, we could see smoke rising in the distance. So we walked to the smoke to gather some information about the shadow, but we stopped as we heard a fight. The old man ordered us to the spot and as we arrived we found a hylian fighting with nothing but their fists against a monster army. They won. We looked at them astounded as they rolled their shoulders before getting a fairy out of a cage.

„Sprite, are you okay?“

The fairy named "Sprite" tackled her saviour with a bright smile.

„Of course! If my hero's saves me how can I be not okay?!“

The hylian laughed awkwardly and nodded.

„That's good, now come on! We have to go back!“

The fairy give the person a kiss on their cheeks, before sitting down on their shoulder. They started to run to the direction, where the smoke was. We stood there letting it all sink in.

„What the fuck!? Were they even hylian?! Look at this massacre!?“ Legend pointed at the dead monsters laying on the floor and bleeding profusely.

„That even were blackblooded monsters... If a civilian is that strong in this Hyrule, then how strong is the hero?“ Time talked to himself thinkingly.

We all stood there for good three minutes, before walking to the village, where the hylian ran to. On our way there we saw so many dead monsters. In one of them was a broken sword, well one part of it the other stucked inside another monster. It was obvious, that they were longer dead than the one before, so this person killed them on their way to the camp and they were all blackblooded.

As we arrived the village, well actually it was Hyrule Castle Town, and walked in. The guards greeted us politely. We walked further into the buzzing town and saw a crowd around a single person, the villagers were obviously flirting with the one in the middle, who seemed to like the attention until.

„READER!! WHERE WERE YOU!?“ a blonde girl screamed out and the hylian in the middle of the crowd.

„Well, excuuusee me, princess. But someone has to save Sprite from the monsters around Hyrule. I can't be at your every beck and call. I'm the hero after all, I'm always busy. Especially with all of Ganon's minions running around like crazy.“ they shrugged their shoulders and looked very carefree in my opinion.

„They have to be great confidence in themself or are a complete idiot.“ I muttered under my breath but the Vet heard me and answered.

„Or both“

Wind snorted at that and Time spoke up.

„Be quiet boys.“

Our leader walked towards the bickering couple and began to speak again.

„Excuse me, but did we hear correctly that you are the hero of Hyrule?“

The two stopped immediately and before the hylian could answer their fairy spoke up.

„Of course they are! They beaten Ganon multiple times and defended Hyrule like it's not a problem! So who are you?!“ The so-called hero gently grabbed the fairy and sat her forcefully on their shoulder.

„That's right! I'm the hero, Reader. Nice to meet'cha!“ they winked and gave a salut with two fingers grinning widely.

Legend behind me sighed and mumbled.

„Great another Warriors, exactly what Hyrule needed.“

I wanted to say something but the new hero was one step ahead of me.

„Well, excuuusee me! But I can't be another "Warriors" as I'm Reader the Hero of Courage! So please be so kind and shut up.“

I could see a beautiful friendship between me and them. So I swopped in and started to talk to the Hero of Courage.

„Well, Reader. I'm Warriors and our leader, the one wo asked you is Time, we'd like to talk to you.“ I grinned and he grinned back.

„Well... well... well... Why would you want to talk to little ol' me? I normally get asked 100 times the minute to do something, so what do you want, pretty boy?“ They flirted which caused me to laugh at their honeyed words.

„Well, let's start about that we call each other by nicknames as we all have the name "Link" like mine is Warriors and grumpy behind me is Legend...“

„Grumpy would be understatement, he looked like he hate everything that lives and breathes and probably some issues too. He kinda reminds me of a pissed rabbit“ I tried not to laugh as Twilight held Legend back.

„Well yeah, something like that. We would ask you to join us.“

„Can I ask why you need my help?“ they didn't lose this smirk, which made Legend even madder.

„We're chasing something and something that Wars didn't mentioned is, that we all are heros. Legend is the Hero of Legends, Wars the Hero of Warriors and I'm the Hero of Time.“ Time intervened and the hero before us began to think.

„Pass.“

„What!?“ Said Zelda beside them. „Why would you say no!! They need you!! Come on, Reader!!“

„Because I wouldn't be able to see you pretty face anymore, princess! I thought, that was obvious.“ They said that in a matter-of-fact tone, before laughing wholeheartedly.

Sky looked at them with fondness or at their interactions and the princess turned around and walked away with a beetred face.

„You Go With Them! This is an order, Reader.“

„Okay okay, I will go with them... But can you take care of Sprite? I don't want her to come with me.“

„Good!“ with that the princess grabbed the fairy and ran away, meanwhile the knight laughed.

„I would've go with them even without the order.“

„Then why did you did you declined?“ asked Hyrule and Courage just turned to us with a sad smile.

„Because this would be the last time I would tease her for a long time...“ and with that they came with us. They lighten up the mood, nevermind the circumstances and got more information out of the villagers inside a tavern in two hours then we ever could in one day. Legend and Reader warmed up a little bit. Courage still annoyes the Vet to hell and back, but it's now more like a friendly, flirty for Courage's case, bickering.

This is how they met and how Courage!Reader joined the group. Warriors are probably their partner in crime until the Chain turned Yandere. Than they try to give Reader the easy life they deserve, after all they are the only "Link" who fought Ganon more then one time. Four is gonna steal their sword to study it and maintain it, even after he became Yandere as Four wanted to fight with them in battle. Courage proves their salt continuously with every battle to come, they don't care if they steal their sword, again they have their fists. Twilight definitely tries to beat them at arm wrestling to show Reader that they need him and his protection. Legend and them are bickering all the time, especially if Reader flirted with someone other than him... again. Wild cooks with them, they only can make simple dishes so Wild is happy to teach them more recipes. Time is also protective and always puts Courage behind him, even if they just lift him out of their way, he will do it again. Sky is going to smother them. They fight Ganon multiple times, after my research. So that means that Reader should know everything about him, if they weren't so stupid! Sky always blames everyone else but Reader like a Karen Mom. Wind is all over them as Courage is strong and their power of endurance is no joke either. He wants to be carried by them or thrown in the Skies or in lakes. Here are your new words.

I don't blame you for not watching the show - it's pretty bad - a fun watch if you're just looking for something that doesn't take itself seriously though.

this reader sounds a lot better than courage himself is though!! and AUGH reader punching monsters to death has me blushing !! wars has taste getting close to them first before the rest of the chain do, I wonder if he uses that to his advantage when the rest all start falling harder because I could completely see him pulling cards like "oh I trusted you from the start and supported you don't you prefer me" or even just rubbing how he's closer to them into their faces

four just nabbing their sword between battles makes me chuckle too, like SURE he's kinda messing them up if not for them also being a brawler but he just wants to see how he could make them a better sword! can you really blame them?

also I don't make the rules but wind is their little brother now. he feels like he can be a kid around them and not keep up his hero face, he's safe around them - he just wishes he could get granny and aryll to meet them (how many skips could aryll get I wonder?)

sky being like an overbearing mum is also great, he's a gremlin at heart but it takes a step back around the worse gremlins <3
