If I made a parody about the United States like I dunno, a Simpsons episode where the characters had to use their driver's license as a national ID, people would say come on, be serious. And yet, from what I understand, you need to have a driver's license in the US or you're basically undocumented.

I have another gig in a week and I'm so nervous 😭 I get paid hundreds of dollars for only five hours of work, but it is so nerve-racking and the work environment is so stressful, like literally every time I'm there I'm on the verge of tears or I have to take a 2 minute break before the show starts just to run to the restrooms and cry bc I get so stressed out. And then when I clock out I just cry my eyes out in my car while driving home. But hey!!! Hundreds of dollars!!! For five or six hours of my time!!! Only a few days a month!!! Hundreds!!! Of dollars!!! So it would be totally stupid to quit.

I wouldn't have been able to afford pampering myself on my last two F/O anniversaries (and currently placing an order for a rose bouquet for Six's anniversary for the 18th) if I didn't have this second job... but if it didn't pay me such a large amount of money each time, I probably would have quit by now bc it makes me so damn anxious. The show isn't even for one week and I'm sitting here stressing about it! I have one thousand other things to stress about and this job shouldn't be one of 'em 😤

I just keep trying to think about Ken hugging me while saying "Aw, sweet girl, don't be nervous! it's all fun and games typing up a silly, rickety little au idea in the tags of someone else's post and then suddenly you find yourself expanding on the world-building and plotting out interconnected stories for characters you swore would only make background appearances and your brain is On Fire with the need to write even when you know you can't commit to yet another doomed wip

Ray's After Ending is so funny because for a good chunk of it, most of the RFA members are knocked out by V's sleeping gas (Saeran is immune, Saeyoung isn't present bc he was kidnapped by his agency under his father's orders and MC wakes up in like an hour) but the game has a call feature where you can call the characters and it would be a waste if you couldn't use it bc the characters were unavailable so instead they have other people pick up the call (Jumin's driver picks up Jumin's phone, Jumin's father picks up Zen's phone, Yoosung's friends and mom pick up Yoosung's phone and Jaehee's coworkers pick up Jaehee's phone) and we do get to learn about the characters from outsider's point of view but it's so funny to me that these people are visiting their loved ones and suddenly the phone rings and they decide to just. answer it. and start talking to this stranger they've never met

Realization that I never shared my newest OCs from this year, at least on most of my accounts / v \ ) Anyway I got into Genshin Impact since last year, and I'm in it deep enough to make a couple fan characters.

First one is Shuili, older half-sister of my adepti duo. I made her before Candace’s reveal, but her kit was me basically going "If Genshin won't give us a Hydro Claymore or Shielder yet then I'll make one myself--"

The 2nd one is her younger half-brother, Huojin. He's heavily based off the huodou, but is otherwise ur very typical on-field Pyro DPS -- just with a bit of extra utility so he can work off-field too.

Overall, I wanted to wait until I gave both my OCs a proper color test / finalized their designs, but with Genshin's complex art direction, I'll need more time for that. Hopefully I can explore their characters more tho, even outside of Genshin.
