Let's play a game. Would your top 6 favorite Pokémon do decent competitively? Here's my lineup for an example

Basic lineup, without taking into account abilities, moves, and held items. My team would have some trouble with dark types, and I got nothing for fairies, but otherwise it seems like it would do alright.

Sting and Rogue had a Pokemon World what type of Pokemons?

I'm not entirely sure whether you meant as in having Pokemon teams or being Pokemon but either way I have thought about this a lot

Teamwise I think Sting would have: A shiny Espeon, Mega Gallade, Electrivire, Arcanine, Hisuian Typhlosion and Victini

With Rogue having: An Umbreon, Mega Gengar, Hydreigon, Absol and Aegislash (With Future Rogue having an Iron Jugulis instead of Hydreigon)

However, if they were actually Pokemon I think Sting would be a shiny Luxray and Rogue would be an Absol

More detailed explanation of the choices:

I gave them both Eeveelutions because I felt like they are the best Pokemon Exceed equivalent. Rogue having an Umbreon was an easy choice, which led to Sting having an Espeon (although I do think both Jolteon and Sylveon would work well for Sting too). Sting's Espeon is also based on the Pokemon Stadium 2 shiny Espeon because I just think it's colours go better with Sting's that way.

I thought it would be fun to incorporate their dragon slayer lacrimas in a way. So based on how Mega Rayquaza can hold an item that is not it's mega stone. Their respective Megas can also hold an item on top of mega evolving. Similar to how Sting and Rogue can enter Dragon Force whenever they want.

A lot of the team members are based on appearance, type, pokedex entries and general vibes.

Sting has a Victini because I thought it'd be funny if he still lost horribly to Natsu in the gmg with a Victini by his side. It would also add to his overconfidence before that fight.

Sting having a Hisuian Typlosion is inspired by his White Shadow Dragon mode. Also kind of a nod to the whole being born 400 years ago thing.

During the gmg Rogue's Hydreigon would still be a Zweilous. In the Future Rogue timeline he evolves it into an Iron Jugulis (somehow) and in the main timeline he goes on to evolve it into a normal Hydreigon.

Rogue's Gengar takes the role of his evil shadow

I also gave both of them one Pokemon that evolves via trade evolution. (Electivire and Gengar) To imply that they've traded with each other.

If they were to become Pokemon. I chose shiny Luxray and Absol mainly based on appearance. Like, those are just the Pokemon I think they resemble the most. Absol also matches Rogue's general disposition according to the some of it's dex entries.

Finch Rambles: Pokemon/Inuyasha Crossover

Yes, the time-traveling through a spooky well still exists. However, in this AU, the spooky well is near the Lost Tower in Sinnoh.

Kagome lives in Hearthome City (which was but a small village a few hundred years ago). Her starter Pokemon is Staravia.

Like Pokemon Legends: Arceus, this AU does take place in Hisui (or at least the parts in the past do). However, there isn't a whole lot of overlap with the PL:A storyline.

Notes on Looker's appearance in this AU:

He probably fell into Hisui from a time rift or Ultra Wormhole.

He doesn't have a whole lot of his memories, but he does remember bits and pieces of his life in the modern world.

Has two Pokemon: his iconic Croagunk and a Hisuian Sneasel. That's it.

Besides Inuyasha and Kagome, he's the only person who can freely travel through the Spooky Well.

Pokémon whose Paradox Pokémon Equivalents Survived the Mass Extinction in Fallenverse

GUIDELINES

Poison-, Ghost-, and Steel-types are more likely to survive.

Pokémon based on inanimate objects/nonliving things and synthetic Pokémon such as the Future Paradoxes are more likely to survive.

Pokémon resembling animals and plants that have survived mass extinctions in the past are more likely to survive (turtles, insects, small lizards & snakes, small mammals, any Grass Pokémon of a variant resembling things like magnolias, orchids or ginkgo, etc.)

Pokémon with lore that discusses their hardiness or other traits that would help them survive a mass extinction are more likely to survive.

Apex predators and larger Pokémon are less likely to survive.

Pokémon that level up later in life (ex: at level 40 instead of level 10) are less likely to survive.

Some Pokémon may have NFE forms that are more likely to survive whereas their fully evolved forms are not. These Pokémon will be listed by the highest form they take that survive. If a Pokémon survives only as a NFE, they have evolved (in a biological sense) to not be able to take their fully evolved forms anymore.

Paradox Pokémon who have advanced magic such as equivalents of Gardevoir and Alakazam may survive due to having been liberated after being used as batteries by Rheia, but power does not guarantee survival.

Fitting one of the criteria for survival does not guarantee survival, only makes it more likely. So, some Pokémon may fit one of these categories, but also not be listed as a surviving species.

Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar: 8/10 a bit plain but a classic.

Alolan Marowak: 7/10 Ghost/Fire is a badass typing but it loses points since the Cubone isn't also a ghost type

Hisuian Typhlosion: 5/10 look like it's high but still sad they went extinct

Misdreavus and Mismagius: 9/10 perfect mons for spooky month

Galarian Corsola and Cursola: 3/10 meh in the looks department and honestly depressing to think about

Shedinja: 0/10 forgot this existed

Sableye: 6/10 not so much a ghost as a scrunkly gremlin but still love them

story time before i answer... shiny eevee was my first shiny, and i evolved mine into a shiny vaporeon, he still is with me to this day (in swsh rn i think)... his name is mango and because of that shiny vaporeon is very dear to me.. ourple. i like shiny sylveon too though!!! and shiny eevee in general is just cool, my fursona's colour palette is based off of it. <3

i am VERY fond of shiny ninetales. the silver and blue is stunning. shiny reshiram too, of course. the gold accents and magenta flames are so freaking perfect... i hope to have one, one day!!! ;;-;; it's a dream shiny. shiny hisuian zoroark (and hisuian zorua!!) are also so cool!!! i love them. little marshmallow freaklets. big fan of shiny aegislash too. <:3 and ohhh shiny iron valiant is amazing! & shiny golurk is my friend, he is so glowy. i think of shiny metagross and steven sometimes, i like them. i'm obligated to mention shiny rockruff (and its evo). ouppy. SHINY ABSOL TOO... AND SHINY ROSERADE!!! there are so many guys...

but i'm realising as i type this that i am going a bit overboard!!! ^__^; in the end i think it really has to be shiny reshiram or shiny ninetales... i think shiny vaporeon&sylveon are tied for third though! i just love them very much...

as for my favourite starter, it's hisuian samurott. then i think it's meowscarada and then hisuian typhlosion. <3 they're all such neat little guys!!!
