sorry idk but the way the world is so fast and the people in it still want it to be faster is sooo annoying to me. people groaning while standing in line for 3 minutes people being mad the train ride is gonna take 2 hours people complaining that the bus is a few minutes late people being angry that construction work is taking months even though it used to take decades. don't you see the world is already so so so fast in every single aspect can't you understand that being mad will do nothing and just make your mood worse. enjoy the moments of stillness you're given. just stand in line and look at the people around you. sit on the train and watch the scenery. you'll get there.

love how season 1 of 911 was like we have 10 episodes and we WILL make them count. episode 1 pipe baby into episode 2 character falls to their death during unsuccessful rescue into episode 3 main character has a rebar through the head into episode 4 major devastating plane crash. and the hits just keep coming. one character announces he's a sex addict. another character reveals he accidentally killed his wife and kids and 145 other people. another character cheats on her wife. another character starts dating a toyboy and then her mother dies. another character's husband comes out as gay and daughter attempts suicide. also meanwhile there's collapsing buildings and a murderer and tracheotomy performed on a first date and the most horrific motorbike accident you could imagine. literally who is doing it like them!!!!

Since book 7 part 5 (the part where we meet Meleanor/Maleanor 👀) is coming to EN this month, i would love to see your take on lilia’s proposal to meleanor! i mean they were like little kids right? it couldn’t have been that serious…i think the only reason she even brought it up again is because she could tell lilia still genuinely loved her…(even if he didn’t realize it himself?) but, oh well! This AMAZING piece was done by Kemmuono again. I loved their art so much and had to get another piece that was rattling around in my head. We were all listening to Chappel Roan's new album together and Kaynen (the lab) and I had a mischievous idea once we heard the lyrics. I gave the artist a bit of a headache since I wanted so many details but it came out AMAZINGLY. Even included my necklaces! Truly an incredible artist. I included detailed alt text for anyone that wants to read the full scene. Also a textless alternative. Tell me what y'all think of this headcanon:

CCs get their own quarters, but sometimes they'll sleep in an empty bunk in the barracks.

It's an unspoken thing. CC will check the logs and see which squad might have a space open, which happens on occasion. Regs say that clones can't be swapping bunks and rooms all the time, but this is one of those things that a command clone is kind of above.

Getting your own quarters is a privilege. The privacy is novel. The silence can be unbearable.

The clones spend almost their whole lives falling asleep to the sound of their brothers breathing. So sometimes a commander will bunk with a squad. I headcanon that after Teth happened and the 501st went from a formidable foe to just six men, Rex and those six men all slept in the same barracks.
