According to (sources), the Clinton Foundation’s 2016 annual report in the State of California was rejected.  Documents show it differs from their external audit by about $140 million.

Where’d that money go?  On a completely unrelated note, to the best of my knowledge, an annual report form can be rejected if it is submitted a week late.  And completely unrelated to that, one or more forms of the Clinton Foundations 2016 annual report in the State of California were turned in a week past the deadline.
