Hi ik you’re not taking requests but could you share what you think the canon aot characters would think about gay people?
Hi, dear! How are you?
I feel so giggly when people ask for my opinion on topics; I don't know why. So, I'll take a minute from my birthday to reply!
This is such a good question, and I'll do my best to respond respectfully as someone who isn't part of the LGBTQ+ community. I would say that overall, most characters of AoT, or at least the ones we know well (not like the civilians inside the walls), wouldn't "mind it." For example, I don't believe Erwin, Levi, Hange, Eren, Mikasa, Jean, etc., would mind it or be homophobic. I'll summarize the upcoming rant with a quote I heard once and feel encapsulates my view of the AoT characters:
"The woke of today are the fascists of tomorrow."
It's true. Everything you fight for today to normalize, to create awareness, etc., will hopefully be granted in a few years. Society will evolve, and the new generations will think we are "close-minded" to a certain degree. There will always be homophobic and misogynistic people across generations, but probably one kid or two will call us out in a couple of years. This is great because it means society is learning.
With that said, when I get asked, "Would Levi be misogynistic? Would Levi or Erwin be homophobic?" I always think, "They wouldn't… for their period's standards." I don't think the society within the walls is very open-minded by 2024 standards. Even in my own fic, I write that homosexuality is banned inside the walls, which was the case in many countries until not long ago. In some places, it still happens. Even in societies like Korea, being homosexual isn't "illegal," but you could lose your job if your boss finds out. I follow a YouTuber from Spain who does vlogs about his life in Korea, and he's gay. He has to keep his relationship with his boyfriend secret because his Korean boyfriend could lose his job and family if people found out.
It's extremely sad that people can't live their lives proudly and loudly because of this, but it's a reality even nowadays. So, I don't really think being open about your sexual orientation if you're not a cis heterosexual person would be safe inside the walls.
Now, do I think that AoT characters are homophobic? No. The only characters that come to mind who might be openly homophobic, based on the vibes they give me (not on panels or canon proof, just my feelings), are Folch, Porco, Zackly (because he's an old man), and Zeke. Zeke would probably pretend that he doesn't care but be really homophobic deep down and maybe even use it against someone.
The rest, I don't feel they would be homophobic. Maybe they would make some uncool comments, but mostly out of ignorance rather than hate, like maybe Jean. On the other hand, I do feel like they wouldn't have a 2024 approach to the topic, especially the men. I'm not saying women can't be homophobic, but historically, women and homosexuals have had a more "ally" relationship.
I think this is also due to misogyny. I can see AoT guys being like, "Yeah, we're cool with it… as long as I'm not the one that guy is into," or "As lond as nobody thinks I AM gay," which is a very usual approach for men. They fear other men being into them because men are deep down scared of being treated or seen as they treat women. Men often see gay men as "lacking masculinity," which has nothing to do with it but is usually correlated for heterosexual men. Especially in military settings, barracks, shared showers, locker talks, etc., men are supposed to be "men's environments." Particularly in the scouts, as they are all outcasts of society and very few in number. If they got picky about who they decided to get involved with, they would halve their numbers.
In conclusion, I feel like most of the AoT characters wouldn't mind at all. They might not be open about their sexuality because of societal prejudice, but their opinion about it wouldn't be as "supportive" as many of us are these days.
Thank you so much for your ask! I hope this somehow answers the question!

Yandere Levi finding out reader is pregnant by another man
a word with you!
yan. no regrets levi ackerman x fem prostitute. reader
+ CW. — harassment, coercion, delusional behavior, kidnapping, confessions of murder, threats of domestic violence/abuse, implied: slight past age-gap relationship, baby-trapping; darling’s pseudonym is galatea; not proof-read.
it was simply too good to be true, you had known it then, and you know it now. but wishful thinking and desperation will do terrible things to good people, no soul would willingly continue living in the underground should they find themselves with any better alternative. at a constant risk of disease and decay, mother nature’s evident distaste for her children dwelling beneath the surface, careless to the living that remained untouched by the sun. abandoned by its creators in favor of more ‘pressing matters,’ the people left relinquished in a forgotten city of ruins had fallen on hard times, people like yourself.
and thus, you had found yourself in quite the predicament. although nothing in your life had ever come particularly easy, and this once, just this once, you could manage all on your own. there was no shame in working in a brothel, not when the people around you were often worse off than yourself, and pride was a small price to pay for simply surviving. it was only once you had first bared witness to the frequent deaths of the other prostitutes had you ever come to the realization that the madam must have really favored you a lot— to clean you, to clothe you, to feed you, to care for you; to keep you. but the state of affairs in the underground have since changed from the time of your youth, you’ve changed. you wanted out, and you were not immune to making grave sacrifices for what you wanted.
you’ve encountered and met many clients in your time, men and women alike, and it is rare for new faces to draw your attention. but as of late, there has been one. a soldier from the surface, a military police member who seemed far too young to be venturing below the safety and security of the royal capital by himself, and far too naïve to be falling absolutely head over heels for some prostitute who only offers an hour and faux moans in return. it almost tugs at your heartstrings, almost. he isn’t as innocent as he looks, and you are reminded why terrible things happen to good people. he had held citizenship over your head since the moment he met you, through legal marriage, and one simple request: that you give him a child. after all, who was a man of his merit to invest such a scrupulous amount of time into a common whore without the reassurance she won’t leave him right away?
so you do, allowing him to touch and hold you in a way your other clients could only dream of. to whisper sweet nothings in your ear about your future together, because admittedly, you too are thinking the same thing. thinking about your future, but you find that there is nothing romantic about it. and perhaps the worst of it all, he hasn’t come back for you.
laying down on your tarnished bed of tattered sheets and thin blankets, you stare aimlessly at the darkened ceiling. without thought and without interest, it has been weeks, maybe months, and you think you’ve truly fallen ill, “dammit, i knew i shouldn't've let that prestigious prick back in here.” forever grateful and beholden to the brothel keeper, she continues to tend to your needs, even now.
“look at you. so sad, little girl.” the madam coos apathetically, but her actions say otherwise. a gentle hand checks your temperature, brushing aside any loose strands of hair with the swipe of her thumb. her frown only deepens when she just barely pushes your head back, met with complete compliance as your head tilts further into the pillow from even the slightest of movements. somehow, you’re still so tired and still so restless, “i’m sorry.”
she’s upset with you. she’s been upset with you ever since you’d been involved with that shady scumbag, but truthfully the madam is more upset with herself. and she wants to ask why you of all people are apologizing, but she doesn’t, “i’m sorry too.” there is more she yearns to say, her mouth is still open, as if to somehow keep you responsive in this one-sided conversation, but nothing comes out. and it’s too late when there are three loud and concise knocks banging on the door downstairs.
the madam is quick to pry a worried hand from your unresponsive body, storming towards the exit of the oppressive room, but not without taking a curious glance in your direction. her remorse does not last long, as she shuts the door with a shove, but is intentional in not forcing it too hard. and you are left alone. swallowing dryly, your eyes dart around the room, and you wonder just how intense that person must have been hounding at the door for both you and the madam to hear it from a story above. but that was no matter, it was already noisy in the brothel, the walls were thin because peace and quiet was no luxury anyone living there could afford; and who knows how many women you shared the small space with. and surprisingly, it benefitted you greatly to be sick, as the madam refused to work you; and you’d known girls who worked during pregnancy, it never did end well for them.
deafening commotion could be heard ringing throughout the brothel, to the point it had felt as if the walls were shaking and the building was caving in. you chalked it up to hysterical figments of your imagination, that the floorboards beneath your bed weren’t vibrating, and that the sound of a panicked woman and determined man arguing with one another weren’t getting closer, “sir! galatea isn’t well, she’s not seeing anyone right now!”
“i don’t give a shit, lady. i know name is still here, she hasn’t left this fucking whorehouse in a month.” it pains you that you recognize this voice, and it isn’t the one you want to hear.
brazenly, the door is reopened with much more ferocity and wrath than it had initially been closed with, and it startles you. despite anticipating a confrontation as the verbal fight had neared your room, it comes as a surprise when the door nearly breaks free from its hinges, revealing an all too familiar black haired man. he looks awful in the dour lighting, and he adorned a uniform that haunted your very soul. a lesser version of what the military police had dressed in, lacking the coat with their respective symbol, it was the odm gear that struck you odd. eyes averting, you had noticed madam — who was standing behind him, with a languid arm extended towards his figure as if to grab him — was somehow much worse for wear as she had a dramatic hand over her heart as she caught her breath.
you regret not locking the door, but then again, that has never stopped levi from doing what he wants. he calls to you only by your name, and your spine crawls. whipping his head around, the hand levi had placed over the hilt of one of the unsheathed blades draws it from the holder, and he wastes no time in threatening the madam. it only takes the sight of the sharpened edge looming dangerously close to her neck for you to yell at her to get out. she hesitates, and you know why, the madam has failed to protect you countless times from levi, but this will be the time it counts, and she knows it too. but the downright malicious glare levi sends her way has her halted in her steps, and she makes no effort to stop levi as he enters the room and places a deceivingly quiet palm flat on the door, all whilst maintaining eye contact with her, before he slams the door behind him.
you set your hand on the bed, forcing yourself to sit up as levi stomps his way over to you. and the closer he gets, the more uncharacteristically messy you realize his clothes are. the white shirt he so often wears is not clean, it’s rather dirty in all honesty, sullied with what appears to be sidestreet grime and dross filth. his boots are muddy, dragging in sludge and black water that hadn’t already been scraped off at the doorstep and staircase. but perhaps what was the most disturbing were the stains of blood on his gear, ranging from inconspicuous flecks to big streaks that were likely still wet. levi must’ve noticed your perturbed observation, because when he finally finds himself standing before you, he bends down and grabs your jaw in his hand, roughly squeezing your face, and leaning down until your noses are just barely touching.
“i leave you alone for a month, and you let some piece of shit from the mp’s knock you up?” it’s his eyes that are the scariest, more than his strength, and you crumble underneath his scrutinizing gaze. your retaliation is much more timid than you intend it to be, as if you were guilty and confessing your sins. sins of disloyalty to a man you aren’t even with in the first place, “you can’t expect me to want to stay here, i saw a way out, and i was going to take it.”
it doesn’t cross your mind to question how he knows all of this. you’ve simply accepted it as fact that you will never experience true privacy after meeting levi. in retrospect, it’s ludicrous that you’re even explaining yourself to him, but you are and it’s not helping your case, “and how did that work out for you?” levi spits venomously, violently shaking your head side to side in his grasp until your eyes were rattling in your skull. levi only lets go to prop his foot up onto the side of the bed.
instinctively, you lean away from his knee, which is almost parallel to your head, setting your hand on his calf in an attempt to direct his body away from yours. levi places the blade he had refused to release from his grip back into the metal box it belonged in, dropping his leg to the ground and hoisting you up by your shoulders, “groveling at the feet of those pigs, you’ve become real pathetic, haven’t you?” you want to defend yourself, to call him a hypocrite, to call him pathetic for harassing someone like you that was undeserving of his badgering.
“how did you even know he was a soldier?” deflecting the topic from yourself to your genuine concerns, you go limp in his arms as levi twirls you around the room until he’s satisfied with your placement. positioning you in front of the windows, leaning slightly on the stool as he pushed you backwards until you could feel the cold glass frame through your nightgown. levi slovenly flicks the sash lock, holding onto the lift and pushing the window up, “where do you think i got all of this from?” you didn’t need any clarification to know that levi was referring to his equipment.
your chest tightens, constricting your airway as you stop breathing altogether to attain perfect stillness. you only look at him with vacant eyes, and it becomes too much when he doesn’t elaborate any further, “what did you do, levi?” he sticks his head through the window, ducking to avoid hitting his head on the top rail, and peering down at the ‘city,’ below. it isn’t as if he needed to, there wasn’t anyone on the streets. when levi pulls himself back into the room, he slings an arm around your hips to bring you closer, “what do you think i did? the man’s dead, do i have to spell it out for you?”
the prickling sensation underneath your skin erupts in waves across your entire body. you were no stranger to the realities of what went on around you, the hushed rumors of what men and women who had the will to do what they wanted to others simply because they were capable, and not out of survival necessity, “you’re sick, what is wrong with you?”
“call it what you want, but he has nothing for you. you want to leave the underground? hmph, well don’t we all?” levi mocks contemptuously, tightening his hold when he feels you threaten to slip away in the slightest. he moves you around like a rag doll by the sides of your body, until you're in front of him. levi closes the little space that was left between you, until you’re forced to grab onto him for support, seeing that straining your wrists to secure yourself by the windowsill was becoming too painful, “we can go wherever you want, but you won’t be going anywhere without me.”
suddenly, levi veers down. his body collapsing onto yours until you’re nearly halfway out of the window, and he, looming over you, “oh my god, what is wrong with you?!” you repeat, blood rushing to your head as you try to prevent your upper half from being upside down and being taken by gravity completely. levi guides your arms around his neck, loosely as you refuse to acknowledge you’re even embracing him in the first place, but your fear of falling surpasses your personal grudges. and in one swift motion, levi thrusts the rest of your body out of the window, and he follow suits mere seconds afterward. and you scream, as loud as humanly possible.
levi’s body never leaves yours, and you’re uncertain as to whether it’s because you won’t allow it, or because he won’t allow it. either way, the detach hold you had on his neck fastened into a tight chokehold the moment you had felt yourself even remotely lean back any further. the landing is much smoother than you anticipated, levi doesn’t let you touch the ground before he does. and if you hadn’t shut your eyes, or buried your face into the crook of his neck, you may have gotten to witness the vertical maneuvering equipment in action; what used to be a dream for you, to leave with it, but you could kiss those fantasies goodbye now that they found themselves in the hands of levi. and he’s cautious, all too cautious with you.
you’re trembling like a leaf, and he thinks that if he lets go of you, you’ll fall to the ground, “don’t think you haven’t pissed me off, now. there’s a million things i ought to do to you after getting with that sorry excuse of a man.” levi rests a warning hand on your shoulder, loutishly hauling you towards him until you just about trip over your feet. he makes sure you’re aware of the desolate area that surrounds you two; and it becomes increasingly obvious that no one would come to intervene. if not by your shrieking, then never. levi tilts his head with an unimpressed frown, “you’re lucky you’re pregnant with our kid, because i won’t even be half as merciful once they’re born.”

re: Predestination, that is a very interesting angle, but from what I've seen and read it's never told within the story or worldbuilding right? is it a case of a creator thinking their religious upbringing is somewhat universal and therefor never explored in depth within the shows?
The idea of predestination is never explicit in the show, but very passively referenced as if it were a fact of reality. And that either comes from an insular view of religion and thinking her beliefs are, if not universal, at least common enough to be easily identified. Or, what I believe is more likely, it's selfish content of a selfish creator.
Predestination is a debatable topic in Christianity about how common a belief it is. From some search results claiming it is one of the most prevalent cornerstones of Christian belief to being one of the rarest. At the very least, Calvinist doctrine is extremely rare in the modern landscape, almost exclusive to Presbyterianism. Though I should also specify that Presbyterian doctrine is not a united belief. Many who identify under this religion can have widely varied beliefs, but the story of Hazbin Hotel places Medrano's understandings quite heavily in predestination.
One of my biggest critiques on Hazbin's themes was that the idea of "Christian Hypocrisy" was just not there. The whole episode of Welcome to Heaven didn't determine anything aside from "we don't have proof of it being possible". Not that Sera or anyone actually had control over that fact and were somehow keeping sinners out. There isn't even true hypocrisy in Adam and Lute being angels, because while they aren't holy people, the selection of salvation is not up to anyone. The whole point to predestination in Presbyterianism is that it is more fair that way. People are chosen to heaven before they even begin their lives and everything they do in life, God was aware they would do them when he chose them regardless. No one, then, is being hypocritical, and Medrano seems to know this in how she calls human angels "Winners" like of a lottery. And lotteries are considered the most unbiased means of selecting people for anything. It isn't based on you being a good person, or a bad one. The system itself is merely uncaring, and in that apathy levies justice and salvation in equal measure.
And because she never explicitly acknowledged her beliefs of predestination, Sir Pentious becoming an angel at the end is the closest to criticism of religion that we get. Basically, "I think people who aren't chosen should have the opportunity to work for it." Which is ironically less fair when analyzed objectively. Some people get in no matter what, while others have to essentially slave away to receive the same thing.
Most religions have an emphasis on redemption through life. Calvinism itself was designed with the goal in mind that people didn't focus their lives on their deaths, but on the actual gift of living. If you're chosen you have faith, it's the chicken and the egg scenario. Most religions put faith as the act that saves, whereas Presbyterianism says that having faith is the sign that you are saved.
In the one way she adds a layer of depth to her series, Medrano simply reinvents the Catholic doctrine of Purgatory.

Asmodeus Facts!
As a lore person and Asmo lover, I present this.
I am willing to add more as I think of them or as they are suggested (with proof).
13+
1. As most people know: Asmo has canonically given Solomon hickeys before.
2. His favorite animal is a resplendent quetzal. (A bird)
3. Asmo unintentionally was a huge factor in the Trojan War starting.
4. Raphael used to scold Asmo a lot, causing him to dislike Raphael. He doesn't feel this way anymore.
5. He sleeps naked.
6. Asmo's biggest fear is turning ugly and essentially loosing all of his worth.
7. He can smell if people are romantically interested in each other.
8. He has had a face lift before.
9. A lot of fan mail is sent to the RAD suggestion box for him.
10. He is *surprisingly* not very flexible.
11. Has referred to Mc as his 'Bestie'. He and Lucifer have also said that he was madly in love with them. So... why not both?
×
12. *TRIGGER WARNING: EATING DISORDER*
He panics over gaining the slightest amount, down to a kilogram of weight or a millimeter more onto his waist. He also goes on diets and refuses to eat frequently. Satan has also stated that he's seen Asmo sneak snacks in the middle of the night. All of this implies that he struggles with an eating disorder.
×
13. Mammon once found a 'crazy provocative' outfit in his room that was 'FULL of holes!' (Turns out it was one of his favorite outfits chewed up by moths!)
14. In the Celestial Realm he was known as the 'Jewel of the Heavens'. Simeon states that Asmo is still constantly trying to live up to that standard.
15. Y'know how some people can tie a knot in a cherry stem? Well Asmo can tie a butterfly knot!
16. Asmo's dyed his hair pink before and presumably still does on occasions.
17. Asmo is the one who paints all the brother's nails. And this is typically done with a paint brush, not the average nail polish brush.
18. He always puts on a face mask right before he goes to bed.
19. Asmo prefers smooth red bean paste over chunky.
20. He hates being cold and the downsides of winter, like dry skin. Yet, he does love the aesthetic of winter.
21. He doesn't like carrying people as he believes it will cause him to gain muscle. He believes he's more desirable thin.
22. When he first met Solomon, he was in the middle of crying alone at a bar. Solomon came up to him to ask if he was okay. This, and the rest of their conversations that night, eventually led to their current relationship.
23. He enjoys gossiping with Satan.
24. While most demons dislike uses of pacts, Asmo finds them heavily thrilling.
25. He admits to admiring Lucifer the most.
26. Asmo believes that he can always rely on Satan.
27. Asmo enjoys hanging out with Mammon and becomes proud of him for his accomplishments. Though, he likes teasing him because it keeps him on his toes and he believes that Mammon acts the most foolish out of all of them.
28. Demon's have to give their human pact mate something to allow summonings. Asmo gifted Solomon a gigantic oil painting of himself. It was notably his favorite 'selfie' at the time.
29. He is a dog person. He prefers big dogs to little ones.
30. He's never read the student handbook despite being on the student council.
31. Is actually pretty good at juggling a ball with his feet. Good enough to score 5th place out of the 15 characters.
32. Satan has allowed him to copy off of his homework before.
33. His birthday is May 15th, making him a Taurus.
34. He put together Levi's human world outfit.
35. He hates his true demon form, something Mammon often jokes about.
36. Asmo is the weakest brother in terms of strength. He gets worn out incredibly easily. (Maybe because of fact 12 and your refusal to gain muscle or weight. What am I going to do with you, love?)
37. A large amount of his fan base calls him 'daddy'.
38. He frequently teases Levi about having no friends.
39. Really good at rock-papper-scissors.
40. Doesn't really care what happens to him as long as he looks cute during. Even if it's a terrible curse.
41. He is an extremely emotional drunk. He will start sobbing when intoxicated in the slightest.
42. He is not ashamed about his own dirty mind. He even calls out Mammon for having one too.
43. Ass or Tits? Asmo chooses ass.
44. Doodles in textbooks. He even left a kiss mark in Solomon's once when borrowing it.
45. Lucifer practically goes, "Keep the door open" Whenever he catches Solomon, Mc, or anyone else hanging out with Asmo.
46. Isn't good at silly faces. He ends up looking gorgeous instead of silly.
47. Can be horrifying when angry. Beel is more scared of an angry Asmo than an angry Lucifer.
48. Mc is practically the first ever person to like him romantically and not sexually. He has said that no one before Mc has ever complimented his personality before, only his looks.
49. Loves bonding with his brothers even if they're completely opposite of him. He remembers more about Ruri-chan than any of the other brothers (hinted at) just because he actually cares to listen to Levi and bond with him.
50. What part of his body does he wash first when bathing? Well, you'll have to bathe with him to find out~
51. He held his first Asmofest/Asmo gathering 7 days after his birth. These are now held several times a month. He spends time with people he likes, usually drinking. Lucifer is present at most of them.
52. Asmo once wished to have 8 heads. His brother's made him give up on this dream.
53. Asmo requested that Levi write him a novel. This novel was called Space Pajama Party: The Great Beauty War. The hero of the stories name was 'The Hero'. The Hero is based off of MC and the character Atan is based off Levi.
54. According to Asmo, he looks best shot from the left at about a 40 degree angle.
55. It's highly likely that Asmo was the main designer for the guest/Mc's room. Comparing his room to the room, his influence is obvious.
56. He owns an absurd amount of clothes, beauty products, and bathing products.
57. He is terrible at remembering stuff about other people. He even failed a quiz about Solomon, who he considers himself to be insanely close to (This, presumably, does not apply to MC).
58. He works as an influencer on DevilTube and Devilgram. He also does designing. He designs products, clothes, etc. These designs are most notably shown at Majolish but can be seen all around the Devildom. He usually doesn't get paid in grimm for designing, receiving products, and samples instead. He says he prefers that in all honesty (He'd just buy the stuff with grimm anyway).
59. He used to be close to Belphie back in the Celestial Realm. Beel even said that Belphie was practically glued to Asmo's hip.
60. Asmo is the one who came up with the name 'Team Solomon'. Barbatos wasn't a big fan of the name.
61. He was implied to have fucked Santa Claus
62. Even though he is the shortest brother, he often looks taller because he wears heels.
63. Asmodeus knew of Solomon's horrible cooking skills before any of the others. When Solomon tried to serve everybody at the Demon Lord's castle, he purposefully didn't eat any of Solomon's cooking.
64. Asmo is really sensitive about his brother's compliments. One compliment from any of them could bring him to tears easily.
65. During the retreat to the Demon Lord's castle, Asmo becomes heavily affectionate for MC. One of the things he first does is inspect them head to toe, checking their ears, teeth, fingers, etc. This supports him saying that he wishes to know EVERYTHING about MC and potentially any other lover.
66. He doesn't like washing the dishes because it makes his skin rough.
67. To some peoples surprise, he is really good with kids. He even worked with them in the human world. Though, Satan commented that he wouldn't trust his kid with Asmo. He also often makes inappropriate jokes in front of Luke. But, he just shrugs them off and tells Luke that he'll understand when he's older.
68. Asmo enjoys "healing music"
69. (😏) He's a switch. He's quoted to have said, "I'll make you squeal for me!" As well as, "You wanna try some other spots too? Go ahead, I'm all yours." These are two of many lines that help imply this.
70. Despite what many think, he does have standards. He also is not appreciative of randomly being used as an object of beauty or sex. Though he's admitted that he can easily see the good in everyone and finds everyone a little bit attractive in their own way. He also says that he flirts with people so often because his happiness spreads to others and ends up making more people happy. So many people like him, because he likes so many people. Simple as that. But, this doesn't mean he will appreciate just anybody.
71. He didn't have an Asmo gathering for an entire year after the fall. His first one was held with MC as an honorary guest. Solomon couldn't make it.
72. He's implied to like fortune and horoscopes.
73. He doesn't like shopping with 'drab' shopping bags.
74. Asmo tends to photobomb and photo taken around him because he believes he is the most photo-worthy person/thing in the area.
75. He's seen to be unapologetic to any exes he has. He may even flirt with them despite them being annoyed with him.
76. Asmo is seen to heavily miss the Celestial Realm after falling. He repressed most of the feelings for awhile, but they overwhelmed him the first time he saw Simeon and Luke after everything happened.
77. He listed his pronouns on his FabSnap account as Fab/ulous
78. Asmo had trouble calling him and his brothers 'demons' instead of 'angels' for a while after falling.
79. He frequently calls Solomon 'his'.
80. He has a pair of flower earrings that he wears all the time.
81. Asmo, along with his brothers, have all experienced hate for being angels, ex-angels, and demons in different contexts.
82. He has an entire photo album dedicated to photos of himself as an angel.
83. Asmo is not only lustful, but has shown many signs of bloodlust. He even brings up ripping out MC's heart and tearing it open to see if they were telling the truth.
84. He openly admits to being turned on at random.
85. While his brothers fight over bathing order, Asmo likes to go have a nice long bath in his own bathroom just to taunt them.
86. Asmo is pansexual. Good for him.
87. He gets insecure if he doesn't get reassured of MC's love constantly. He texts demanding 'I love yous' and demands compliments.
88. Asmo likes to wear what Mammon calls 'skimpy underwear'.. (And more lingerie!)
89. He very rarely gets more than annoyed. Very rarely even gets annoyed. He isn't seen transforming into his demon form at all during the main story out of anger (And so far from what I've played in Nightbringer). Though, I have seen him transform once in a Devilgram, but he quickly calmed down in seconds.
90. Asmo thinks that drool is unattractive on a man (probably any other gender too, he didn't clarify). He often tells Beel this as a life lesson. (This also presumably does not apply to sex.)
New On May 15th:

The funny thing was it was a shipper that said that about Levi. Like I’m confused do you even like him if you’re saying that?? And to defend their argument they basically said Erwin would have prevented the yeagerists rising up to power, yes. As if Erwin would solve every problem. As if Erwin hasn’t been outmaneuvered before like in the battle to retake Shiganshina. Erwin is incredibly smart but he doesn’t always have all the answers and taking on the rest of the world would be a big task for anyone. But to defend their argument, they’re using a Kamiya Hiroshi interview as proof to why it’s Levi’s fault Paradis became what it did. Since I can’t insert a picture this is word for word what the interview said:
Interviewer: What did you think of Levi’s choice between saving Erwin or Armin in that scene where only one could be saved?
HK: What struck me during the recording was when I was told, “You don’t have to speak to Floch. It’s fine if you just talk to yourself.” Director Mima always said on set, “You have to look at who you’re talking to and think about what happens after you finish your lines (or you’ll die on the battlefield).” There was an option to direct some comforting words to Floch, but they wanted it without that. This direction made me feel that for the first time Levi pushed forward his own feelings, which influenced Floch’s fate and led to a new tragedy. Well, if Erwin had been chosen here, then Eren and Mikasa would have probably ended up in Floch’s position, so either way, it would have likely led to a tragic outcome.
The bolded text is what they highlighted as proof to their argument. The thing is they are completely ignoring the sentence that follows that goes against that. I don’t understand why people take VAs words as canon. I also don’t understand why some people always hold Levi to such a high standard compared to everyone else. And I’m confused why we are thinking that if Erwin lived, Eren would act completely rationally and not enact anything he later did after he lost one of his closest friends…
How about the people responsible for Paradis falling to the Yagerists were Eren and Floch? Because those two are the ones actually responsible. Throw Yelena and Zeke in there for good measure. It has nothing to do with Levi.
And of course, I'm not surprised to find out it's a shipper. I'm assuming it's one of those eruri shippers that love to make Levi look bad in order to hold Erwin up, for whatever reason. Maybe because they can't reconcile the notion that, if Erwin was really with Levi romantically, and he didn't share the truth of his motivations behind his leadership with him, regardless of that romantic connection, it would reflect horribly about Erwin's character. It would mean he kept his greatest secret from the man he supposedly loved, and that he didn't trust Levi enough to share it with him. It would show sociopathic tendencies. But if they can paint Levi as this morally compromised, morally ambiguous character, then they can drag him down to that level and say 'see, they're perfect for each other', or some shit. They can pretend that Erwin's withholding of that information from Levi wasn't horrific because Levi didn't care anyway and would have followed Erwin to the ends of the earth, and blah, blah, blah. The problem for them is, Levi DID care. He cared a whole hell of a lot. He cared so much that it nearly destroyed his relationship with Erwin, before he was able to push his disappointment and doubt aside and continue to trust in Erwin, despite his flaws, not because of them. He knew, despite Erwin's human frailties, he was still a good man, deep down, who wanted to do the right thing. He just needed a little help to get there.
Levi wasn't responsible for Floch becoming what he did. The circumstances Paradis was pushed into, through Marley's actions, is what led to Floch's true nature coming out, and, as I said before, Floch's own actions and weakness of mind. To blame Levi for that on any level is absurd. You might as well blame Levi too for Eren becoming what he did because 'oh no, Levi told him to make the choice he'd least regret', or he told him in Shinganshina that it wouldn't be over until their enemies were dead (meaning Reiner and Bertolt). How about we blame Levi too for the Rumbling, because Zeke blew him up and was able to meet Eren and make contact with him? Give me a fucking break. Eren became what he did because that's what he always was. The same for Floch. I don't care what Levi's voice actor, or any other voice actor, has to say. What I care about is the text, what Isayama wrote and what his panels conveyed. Floch was always going to become radical, again, because he was weak of mind and spirit. He was a bad person, in his heart. Someone prone to extremism. A coward and a fool and bloodthristy.
The moment he wasn't killed in the charge against the Beast Titan, we saw the vengeful core of Floch, when he found Erwin, dying on the field, and dragged him up onto the roof, wanting to punish him for leading them into a death charge by forcing him to continue to live and lead. He wanted to make Erwin suffer, just for doing his job, and for leading the rest of the scouts that day to do theirs, something they had willingly signed up for. That tells you all you need to know about what kind of person Floch was. He was cruel and ugly.
And we see that cruelty and ugliness all the more clearly in contrast to Levi's compassion and kindness, in wanting to put an end to Erwin's suffering. The two of them are juxtaposed against one another for this reason.
Levi puts compassion over ideology, and Floch puts ideology over compassion. That has everything to do with who they already were, not with what either of them did or the circumstances surrounding it.
This idea that Levi not offering words of comfort to Floch is what led to him becoming the massive piece of shit that he did is such a joke. No, Floch was already that, long before Levi ever made his choice. Floch joined the scouts only after he thought the hopeless nature of their mission had been overcome and there was only glory to be found, and his anger and resentment and hatred came to the fore when he realized that wasn't the case, that he wouldn't be able to reap all the rewards of being a soldier in the most dangerous branch of the military while remaining safe and unthreatened.
Everybody loves to blame someone else for the way things turned out or the radical, bad actions certain characters took in AoT, but ultimately, every character is responsible for their own actions. Nobody is responsible for what Eren did but Eren himself. Nobody is responsible for what Zeke did but Zeke himself. Nobody is responsible for what Floch did but Floch himself. The circumstances and environment may have put them in a position to act out their true desires and natures, but the circumstances and environment didn't put those desires or nature in them. That's just who they always were. That's true about every, single character in AoT.
These idiot shippers love to use these meaningless interviews by voice actors as "evidence" that their ship is real, or that their interpretation of the text is right. But the voice actors are only interpreting the text themselves, with their own, biased view influencing that interpretation. It doesn't mean anything. It has no bearing on objective reality. It's just a personal reading. The scene where Levi tells Floch that Erwin deserves to rest, and Kamiya being directed to have Levi talking to himself instead of "comforting" Floch, that in itself is a personal interpretation by the director of the text. It's not objectively true to the text itself. And even if it was, it still wouldn't serve as proof that that was the moment Floch became radicalized. Again, Floch was always going to become radicalized, because he was always a shitter.
The only thing that would have stopped Floch from becoming radicalized that day is if Floch had died with the rest of the scouts that charged the Beast Titan. It's too bad his joke ass didn't.
And finally, Erwin couldn't have stopped the Yeagerists from taking over Paradis. There's nothing he could have done to change the course of events. Floch wanted Erwin to suffer. He thought Erwin would be the "monster" they needed in order to "win" against the enemy. But what would Floch's reaction have been had Erwin not become that heartless monster he wanted, willing to stamp out all of humanity for the sake of one island? Either Erwin would have been willing to do what Eren did, or he wouldn't. He either would have become extreme and led Paradis down a path of militarization and nationalism, or he wouldn't. And if he wouldn't, Floch would have turned elsewhere, because that's what Floch was gunning for, long before Levi ever made his choice. And we know, already, that Erwin never would have supported such a course of action. And so Floch would have, like he did in canon events, turned to Eren and helped facilitate his plans. He would have believed Erwin was no longer what he wanted or needed. Erwin wasn't a monster. Eren was. Beyond that, if anyone tries to argue that Erwin's skill as a negotiator and politician would have allowed the Survey Corps to convince Marley to stand down, no, because Eren didn't allow the Survey Corps to even try. He disappeared before the scouts could even attempt negotiations. Erwin being there wouldn't have changed any of that. It all would have played out exactly the same way.
Anyway, the entire claim is a joke. Some Erwin stans are massive assholes who can't admit that Levi was a morally superior person to him. But he was and he is. Levi, ironically, encapsulated what the Survey Corps was meant to stand for more than Erwin ever could. That's why Erwin entrusted Levi with making the decision, ultimately. Because he knew Levi would do the right thing, even as he himself couldn't, and he was grateful to Levi for that, because he wanted to do the right thing. Like I said, Erwin wasn't a bad man. He was just flawed.
Floch was a bad man. He was weak, and just like Zeke, just like Eren, just like Yelena, that weakness is what allowed all those bad qualities in them to take control and dictate their actions.
They have no one to blame but themselves, let alone a truly good man like Levi.

On gold-diggers
So if you watch any amount of Indian tv at all, then you are familiar with a common belief in the world of rich people of ITV (and IRL as well of course, this is how audiences think too), that poor women are always on the make, looking to trap rich husbands for a better life, the double edged sword of the term "gold-digger". I uhhhh rambled a bit on this topic.
The idea of the "gold-digger" is so ingrained that we all instantly understand the negative power of it. We may object with horror and anger when the asshole hero, or his backwards family levy this charge against our beloved female lead; but we, the very same audience won't hesitate to turn around and levy the very same charge against the "vamp" character; the girl in tight clothes who drinks alcohol and *gasp* has no sanskaars - like clearly, SHE is in it for the money, otherwise why would she put up with such a toxic boyfriend?
(like of course it cannot be that the vampy girl is sticking around for the same reason that WE the audience are falling for this toxic male lead despite knowing how much he sucks - it cannot be that she finds him hot & values his good qualities & as for the bad qualities, he's just a traumatized lil baby, i can fix him! - no, that can't be it, because then it feels uncomfortably close to relating to the vamp, and that cannot happen, of course!)
no, she, the vamp, only loves his good looks and his money and his hotness, she doesn't love his "true" self at all, she's a GOLD DIGGER!!! we revel in the power of the gold-digger charge, and how it humiliates her.
----------------------------------------------
what inspired this rant? i had an intense argument with someone on another platform, about Lavanya's character (from IPKKND). this person insisted that Lavanya was a gold-digger who never loved Arnav. But La is rich, I argued. So what, she said. Even if she is rich, she isn't as rich as Arnav. Arnav is 10000 crore guy, Lavanya is just 1000 crore girl. A gold-digger. She just wanted him because he was a "catch" while Khushi wants him for his true inner self. But La put up with his family for his sake, I argued. She did so much to please him. Well, this person said. That's the proof. Lavanya tolerated all of Arnav's and his family's BS without objection, hence, she MUST be a gold-digger. didn't I know? rich men are always targets of "girls like Lavanya". of gold-diggers. she kept using that word over and over again for Lavanya, probably because by then she had realized how much it was pissing me off. (what can I say? i can definitely be an easy target for trolling at times).
internalized misogyny often goes like - most women are sluts/stupid/useless/greedy schemers/<insert other sexist tropes>, but I - I will prove myself worthy of men's affections by being not <sexist trope>, then maybe I won't suffer the negative consequences those other women do!
and yes, I speak from personal experience. what woman HASN'T harboured deeply toxic thoughts borne out of internalized misogyny at least once in her life? we live in society, how do we escape it's influences?
and caught in these confusions, when we read stories, we project.
------------------------------------------------------
there are, of course, real life cases where there are women who (to quote Amy March) look upon marriage as an economic proposition and make matches based on financial gains. the horror!
of course, that its both men and women, who make decisions about marriage/love based on money, doesn't cross often our minds when we think about gold-diggers. that in desi society at least, majority of marriages ARE economic propositions involving heavy financial transactions, is not at all the same topic. because those transactions are done by the elders; by the men in power, and their enablers. those are transactions that keep society running in its status quo. the horror! the gold-digging horror of it comes in, when its a woman by her own volition seeking to better her financial status as easily as she possibly can, without making any sacrifice or compromise! how dare she? how dare! doesn't she know the tax of living for a woman is sacrifice. you can't pass go without it.
and the OTHER much much larger parts of reality definitely don't exist while people are busy labelling women as gold-diggers. the parts where the leading cause of sudden death for women is murder at the hands of an intimate partner, where 3 out of 10 women have been abused by a partner (and this is just reported stats - who knows what the real figure is). And what about the reality where one of the key aspects of an abusive relationship is financial abuse & power imbalance due to the victim having no resources.
in India, especially, the sad, sorry, disturbing TRUTH is, justice is a monetary transaction. the richer you are, the more you can get away, especially in the matter of women, since as a society we are ever-ready to disbelieve women.
this is also why in this reality we live in, many girls families themselves INSIST on paying dowry - on sending more and more gifts even after marriage - because you know what they're buying? no, not merely a "respectable" husband for their daughter. what they are paying for is the safety, respect, and dignity of their daughter in her married family and their own "standing" in society. its a grand and most successful blackmail scheme; because everybody knows, the girl who brings nothing to her husband's house, is fair game for every other type of exploitation. she's got to pay her dues somehow.
---------------------------------------------
so. when a poor girl marries a rich guy, it might seem like a fairytale on the outside. it might seem like, its every poor girl's dream. but in REALITY, what it is, is the girl signing up for a statistically much higher risk of being abused, raped, and murdered. not a dream so much as a nightmare.
yet, its always the woman's character that is on trial - SHE has to prove that she isn't a greedy schemer out for his money but a pure hearted girl genuinely in love - while all HE has to do, is stand there and be hot and rich; he never has to prove that he won't abuse her. heck, he will provide categorical proof of being a future abuser, and its absolutely no stumble in a romance path. the power of the word gold-digger is always hanging on her head; the hero as well as the audience, her lover and society, ever eagerly searching to judge her for the same; a little slip, and she could be in vamp territory!
-----------------------------------------
I tend to be...passionate...about my fictional people opinions. I have definitely heard "its just a story" many times in my life. But I disagree.
These conversations we have about fictional characters are reflections of our realities. And these are Indian daily soaps, not grimdark crazy premise sci-fic/fantasy HBO shows. The same court in which we judge fictional characters, also becomes a court in which we judge real people around us. This is the power of stories, the danger of them - they can reiterate the worst that is in us, reinforce our worst selves; or they can open us up to new perspectives and expand our empathy.
i mean we have seen SO MANY iterations of the angry anti-hero young man, embodying every trope of toxic masculinity, and then turning out to be a perfect husband at the end. character development and taming the beast. alls well that ends well. men can be fixed. sometimes love looks like hate. etc.
i long for a story where we see a heroine who IS a "gold digger"; who is practical, realistic, and smart, who has a career and ambitions but maybe has tasted too much of poverty to ever choose it for herself if given an option. who chooses and chases a guy because the thing that matters to her is financial security and an easy life. why does this girl always have to be the villain? if abusers can reform, why not gold-diggers? why can't SHE be hit with a character development stick, in the same general standard of dignity as a corresponding male lead, and learn some lessons and fall in love and become the best version of herself? and if she does get to do all that, why does she HAVE to be humiliated in some evil way, and/or die at the end, why can't she live, learn and have a happily ever after?
why, in fact, do we reserve so much passionate vitriol for the fictional female offenders - the vamps and the career girls and the ex girlfriends - the ones driven by jealousies and insecurities - while keeping infinite reserves of forgiveness for their male equivalents?
----------------------------------------------
No - Lavanya has to be a gold-digger, a hopeless harlot, for Khushi to be a perfect wife, for Arnav to be absolved of his sins against Lavanya as well as Khushi, for the audience to be in no danger of relating to a woman as evil and out of bounds as Lavanya, for us all to maintain our collective delusions that rich men are victims of those women, as opposed to being their predators.
EVEN in a show like IPKKND which went out of the way to have a different, ground-breaking narrative...there's this reading of the text. There's the cognitive dissonance to judge/hate Lavanya for certain traits while finding Arnav sexy for those same ones.
I don't think it is at all surprising that Indian tv can never seem to get over its madonna/whore complex - because honestly, we the audience, seem to enjoy it too much!
#this is a post inspired by an online argument so yeah its a ramble lol. i was angry but it also made me self-reflect.#when i was younger i have definitely internalized these attitudes#i've reacted from this place#of holding fictional female characters to much higher standards than male ones#because that is just#how we think in reality too#i like a story that challenges these ideas in a fun away#IPKKND was that with regards to Lavanya#IPKKND

a realization which really clicked for me and allowed me to really reconcile all the contrasting facets of levi's character, is that his almost uncanny ability to continue, his relentless drive —which due to its unwavering nature, can be misconstrued as flawed or unfeeling — is in fact the opposite.
levi is a very passionate character, yet often wears a face of immovability, and i think its not only bc he HAS to — bc levi finds drive and purpose in service and dedicating himself to that which is bigger than his individuality and fleeting concerns — but bc what can read as impassiveness, is actually peace.
levi finds peace in being able to give meaning to those who can no longer fight for themselves, he finds peace in not soiling their memory, in maintaining gratitude for life and pouring his passion into fulfilling their fight. but levi also takes it upon himself to stay strong FOR others, FOR the fight, his composure, like almost all of his facets, is a selflessness.
it never mattered to levi WHO had passed, he was never one for scaling, levi appreciates whoever is placed in his life and takes to their spirits with equal zeal, he was ready to kill for furlan and isobel, ready to die for erwin, and ready to let go of hange in prioritizing their autonomy. and throughout, his foremost priority was an uncompromising pursuit of life, an uncompromising care for a life desired, a life true to itself - his whole mission is affording ppl freedom after all, securing them their humanity.
which is why seemingly failing the ppl in his life — e.g. erwin, kenny — makes him so angry (there's more to this tho, cant get into it w/o being shippy lol).
however, the thing, (or person lol), which really cemented my stance, is levi's last interaction with hange, you can feel him pause, you can feel the weight and history and burden of being asked to let someone he cares deeply for, sacrifice themself unchallenged, of standing unequivocally between that. But Levi recognizes his irrelevance in the equation, he recognizes Hange's sincerity, he recognizes the weight of their sacrifice, and in that is able to tell them that whatever they do, they should dedicate their heart, he's able to recognize hange's autonomy, their passion THEIR life, and what giving it means to them, and is able to find peace in knowing that hange lived as they died, fully.
he lets them die with no regrets.
levi is the personification of one's dedicated heart, he is uncompromising faith, he is unflinching support, and he is relentless sacrifice. levi is life, and he is proof of life after death, and he is, primarily, peace after death - peace in dying for having lived.
#aot spoilers#levi ackerman meta#hange zoë#ramblings#shinzou wo sasageyo#shingeki no kyojin#hange d wording made me SOB like a bb god that will never not get to me :)#aot#the finale making like NO noise in the mainstream & irl circles is so funny to me idk#have more to say but am fartbrained#this post was obligatory - i did NOT want to type#dedicate your heart#snk eruri#levi aot#levi attack on titan#captain levi#hange zoe#if this is badly written idc anymore dk what to tell you. be nice or smth idk#original post

I want to ask you a question that is considered stupid🌚Do you think that Erwin still loves Mary even when she is married to his friend nile? I see a lot of people saying that he still love her and I think that's really not true because Erwin is not that kind of person who love his best friend wife, and also in one of his official interviews he said that he wants to start a family if the Titans disappear and this is proof that he has moved on and his life is not dependent on Mary. I want to know your answer so that I can rest, because this woman i envy her so much 😭
Not a stupid question at all. This is one that comes up a LOT and I've answered it many times before.
Erwin only mentions Marie once in the manga, in chapter 53. In the English translation he tells Nile he was "quite taken" with Marie when he was a cadet. That always sounded a bit luke-warm to me, but @tsuki-no-ura has confirmed that in the original Japanese he does actually say that he was "in love" with Marie. However he also tells Nile that, as a Survey Corps soldier, he could not live the way he does, with a wife and family.
The thing that some people often overlook is that the whole point of this conversation is that Erwin is attempting to manipulate Nile in advance of the uprising by reminding him that although he chose the path that allowed him to marry Marie, he still cannot protect his family from the threat that faces them all. Erwin is planting a little seed of doubt in Niles mind, and it bears fruit in chapter 61, when Erwin is in prison and he asks Nile again how Marie and the family are doing and where they now live. Nile replies they they live in the eastern section of Wall Rose some distance from Stohess. Later, when Anka makes her dramatic entrance to the throne room to report that the Titans have broken through the wall, it’s no surprise that the location of the alleged incursion is the eastern part of Wall Rose in Stohess District. It’s all part of Erwin’s plan to get Nile to support the uprising.
There's no indication from the manga that Erwin remained in love with Marie, or that she reciprocated his feelings or even knew about his infatuation. However, there are two Smartpass stories that show that Erwin had no hard feelings against Nile for marrying Marie, and that he continued to hold them both in some affection. Erwin’s Letter tells how Erwin put his own feelings for Marie aside and helped Nile to write a love letter to her. This story also tells us that Erwin never regretted his decision to join the Survey Corps. In The Incident of the Scout’s Mysterious Advertisement Erwin and some of Nile's old comrades write letters congratulating Nile on the birth of his second child. However because they are leaving for an expedition, and do not have time to post the letters, Erwin leaves them in a store room and then places a coded advertisement in a newspaper that will lead Nile to the letters.
All this suggests to me that while Erwin may have loved Marie in his youthful cadet days, he no longer continued to hold a torch for her once he had made his decision to join the Survey Corps.
So there you have it. The good news is that there is no need to envy Marie. The bad news is that you definitely should envy Levi ;)

Hey there thank you for answering my questions!
I do have more questions, especially from your reply.
What exactly is your purpose of telling the whole world that Levi is real and he is your boyfriend? What would you like to achieve?
Actually, I am not impatient as I am not waiting for anything. If I wanna believe it, I can do it right now. But I can’t really imagine or comprehend that there will be a “better” time to share proof. It will stir chaos, no matter when you would share more. What would change in a year or so? Levi is going to be one of the most loved characters in anime history and people would react to his “real” pictures the same way now and the same way in 10 years even.
Unfortunately, right now these are only words. Words that anyone can make up. Would you believe it if I told you that Gojo Satoru shifted reality and he is sitting next to me, caressing my face and whispering sweet nothings in my ear right now? It can be true, it can be fake, you will never know.
I am not trying to be disrespectful at all, I am trying to make you see other people’s side as well and what you are stating sounds nearly impossible, so it’s only natural that people would love to know more.
Have you thought of contacting Isayama-san? He is the person, who “brought” Levi into this world… imagine how it would feel to show him he is real? Wouldn’t Levi want to meet the amazing mangaka that wrote his stories?
I just think, from what you’re saying… if Levi is so private and he was supposedly my boyfriend, I’m not sure I would have exposed him this way. Then let your world be private, let you both love each other quietly. You can talk about and share knowledge about twin flames and universes without actually telling everyone that Levi is right next to you… but if you both chose to share this with the world then it does not make sense without 100% coming out. But then of course that would actually change the whole world…
Sorry for this being long but I am pretty close to this topic and your blog raises many thoughts and questions.
Hi, of course I will answer :)
Nothing, dear, nothing is my goal, if others can write fanfiction and headcannon, why would I be "forbidden" to write about my experience with him? I have the right to do that, don't I? Or i'm wrong...💁♀️
------------------
1. So, as I said in the previous post, he doesn't want to show himself until he decides he wants to... and I completely understand him, I don't want to force him because you can't persuade him to do something he doesn't want :)
He just got used to Instagram, TV and radio and even electricity, TV was like a treasure to him, he stared at it and he didn't take his eyes off it, of course he had a lot of questions about how it works, etc.. which was not the case in his time and you know that.. and now that he's going to show himself off to everyone right away, he doesn't want to, he's not ready for such a bunch of people.. do you understand? Because I still have to explain some things to him, and that's why we decided to reveal ourselves step by step in this way, and not so suddenly and without analyzing at all, because of course he is used to analyzing everything before starting something, what's still left for him from there, considering that he faced hell there almost every day. So he always analyzes and plans in advance and often talks about it, for example: What if everyone starts attacking you, what if they start harassing me, what if they starts following us, etc., etc... of course I explained to him about world famous people, for example actors , singers, etc. and how they work, you know about them, but most of their lives are private and under the cameras, and Levi is very popular you know how that works..but he doesn't. And he still learning on everything...he won't hide forever, let that be clear to you, because we will probably travel to other cities and people will start to notice him obviously, you are aware that he has a lot of fans all over the world right?
I don't think that's the case at all, because some people don't see him as he really is, and that annoys him a lot and makes him angry, because all day long he would suffer and suffer shit there, while some certain fans would make a circus and make fun of him... certain fans attacked me because I said that Levi didn't deserve to be seen as just for sex And that made him terribly angry because he understands that I somehow defended him from such crap but he didn't understand and still doesn't understand how people behave terribly here. And they have no respect for each other anymore. He saw and read every stupid comment that certain fans wrote to me and how much they insulted me, it was not clear to him that someone is being attacked so much because of the whole truth in general...he said that they are sick. And he was teary-eyed as we talked about some things and the thing is, it was all too much for him. But really too much for a person who has been through so much shit in life. Obviously no one will ever see him the same way, and look at him the same way, that's quite clear, but he was angry and disappointed with they're behavior..It got to the point that he regretted coming here, and that he will leave here back to his universe only if I go too... :)
2. My dear, this is not the first time for me, I was close to a girl who had a relationship with the same popular character, he was from the movie, they were together, and I even saw him and talked to him, it's not strange anymore..but Hahaha Gojo Satoru hmm well why not? ;) I also had the opportunity to contact a girl who is now 34 years old and also has a relationship with her favorite character and sees him and hears him and she is with him, because they love each other, he is also a very popular character, from book and movie :) And she knows what I'm going through, some certain fans wrote to her that she has to take someone else, so that she would leave that character to them, because he is not for her blah blah..so what are we talking about? that's all because if you have a deep soul connection with someone, you also have the opportunity to be with him, regardless of whether he is a "fictional character" or completely to another universe :) souls are not bound to one universe, you know that? And since a lot of new and mystical things are discovered every day, nothing is strange anymore :)😁 isn't it? And especially if it's a twin flame or soulmates, the universe will always find a way for two souls to find each other again, no matter how banal it sounds like a or some good book. :) right? 😂 I also had relationships long before Levi, I had crushes and loved many other characters from anime movies, but did you really think that I expected Levi Ackerman to be mine one day? Wtf? I'm sorry but this between me and him came completely naturally ❤️ and I, like everyone else, just thought they were fictional characters until this started happening around me and at that friend's place where she was with her favorite character... then I started too understand that nothing is IMPOSSIBLE ♡♡
3. Haha, speaking of him, Levi already knows about all that and that it's from the manga and I've already explained it to him, and that others gave him a voice and a lot of other things... which was quite a big shock for him... after everything.. oh of course we can but a man will have a heart attack when he sees him... hahaha we don't want to, it's not time for that yet :) and we need to find him, he's not a neighbor so we can pass him across the road and say hey I'm here... it doesn't work like that. :) No? It's not amazing to him because his whole life was shitty and half of it wasn't shown in the anime or the manga because his world is real like this one, it was 3D for him like this world for us.
4. What? He can't be my boyfriend? What is the problem that we have that? I don't understand why you jumped so much about it..but he and I have a lot of topics to talk about and of course we talked about all this and I said we're already going step by step, I don't want to keep repeating myself, and he also wrote to you that he doesn't want to force it. When he says okay Tina post a pictures, it's been a while, I'll do it and he'll do it, no problem...we don't want to bring people to the ready act.. believe it or not but do you really think I would waste my time if I write something like this publicly? Well, I would be ashamed and embarrassed..fr.
5. Why not? So much is written about him such nonsense that has nothing to do with him, and he read the facts about himself, he was, to say the least, disgusted and shocked in the sense of "this is sick" and what else can I say? We don't all have the same opinion, believe it or not, is really not my problem. I talked to him, I told him what was waiting for us and he decided to do this together with me. And of course I was interested in whether anyone had something similar with someone else, and of course I understand that you need to have the courage to write something like this. :) as I said, world-famous actors and singers also have their "privacy", but they are also constantly being "watching " and they still live their lives. But you know about them, so what's the difference? Who waits, he waits. ^^ regardless of whether you have faith or not, it's neither my problem nor his. Everyone looks for themselves and decides for themselves if you want to believe, you will believe and if not again that is your opinion, I cannot and will not compete with you in terms of "YES YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE" forget it. If you can't accept, I won't even push you,
And I think I've answered everything now... have a nice day or the rest of the evening ❤️

𝑺𝒆𝒕 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒏, 𝑬. 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓
𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨: 𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙨𝙩!!
For a moment he was just a boy and you a girl.
Eren’s hand brushed some hair from your face, his breath was hot on your face.
“You’re beautiful,” he whispered, eyes never breaking contact with your own. Your face lifted as his hand pushed it upward towards his. You knew he had a greater purpose in this life but you were selfish.
“So are you,” you whispered back. Eren’s mouth quirked slightly in amusement before he leaned in, connecting his lips with your own.
“By being with him you’d only be a distraction. We can’t risk that, not when we have already come this far.”
Levi’s words rang loudly in your mind but still, you stood in the damp hallway kissing him. The corporal was no fool and knew the relationship between you and Eren, it was obvious in his eyes. In nearly everyone’s eyes this transgression should not exist, he was destined to bring humanity victories against the titans, and Eren Yeager should not be held back, especially by you.
“Eren.” You pushed away from him, wiping your lip with the back of your hand. There was regret already sprouting from within you, this was all a mistake. “You are going to die at twenty-three.”
“I have time,” he rushed out, already trying to reconnect your faces but you pushed him away. “We have time.”
That was a lie in it. You shook your head and stepped back, back unknowingly hitting the stone pillar behind you. Eren took a step forward but paused at the pained look on your face.
“You are meant to be the savior of humanity,” you whispered. “I am a distraction.”
He whispered your name like it was his last wish in this world. The desperation, the hurt, it was all too much for you. Trying to escape you walked away only for your wrist to be caught by Eren and be pulled into his chest.
“You’ve never been a distraction,” he said. Eren’s hold on you was tight but it did nothing to stop the feeling of you slipping away from him.
“You’re supposed to be in a meeting with the Commander but instead you’re here. That is proof enough that I am a distraction.” He shook his head in protest. “The sooner you accept that the sooner you can realize you are meant for greater things.”
“I am meant for you.” The side of his face pressed against your temple. His grip on you loosened allowing you an opportunity to leave but you stayed standing there in his hold. “I am meant to hold you like this, to kiss you like before, I am meant for you.”
“You don’t mean that,” you whispered, trying to wipe the tears from his face.
“I do, I mean it all.” The conviction in his voice made you realize how deep the both of you had fallen. “You’re lying to yourself if you think you aren’t meant for me.”
“I know.” You pulled slightly away from him, giving Eren a good view of your saddened face. “But I’ll keep lying to myself until it becomes true.”
He whispered your name again but you were already bounding down the hall trying to quiet your cries. A hand clasped over your mouth as your entire body shook with the sobs of a broken lover. Eren stood right where you left him, dazed.
For a fraction of a moment, he thought about leaving it all behind, running, living a life with you. Having countless moments where he was just an ordinary boy and you an ordinary girl. The fantasy brought a false smile to his face but just as quickly as they entered his mind so did his visions of the future.
The Rumbling, Marley, the enemy across the ocean.
Eren stared at where you exited the hall, his brain tried to remember another time you would embrace him, and vice, nothing came to mind. He walked out of the hallway and to his room. This was the last time, the last time you were lovers under the moonlight.

In defense of Levi Fontana (SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 2!!)
A very popular theory going around is that Levi is the chapter 2 killer. This is mainly because he is one of the few who hasn't had a secret revealed yet, and he's had relevance with Ace in this chapter.
The only secrets that haven't been revealed thus far are Levis, Veronikas, and Hus (I'm pretty sure but I could be wrong). Due to Hu having recent relevance and Veronika not having lived her full potential yet, Levi is the prime suspect. But I stand here today in defense of him.
I don't think Levi Fontana is the killer, I don't think he was even involved in the case besides a minor interaction with the true killer. Here I will discuss why it wasn't Levi, and who I think the culprit is
How do we know Levi is innocent
Its hard to know for sure if Levi is 100% innocent, but if he's the culprit, he got god damn lucky. Let me run through my thought process.
Arei was hung with her own weapon, the rope that referenced her whole birthday trauma (for those who forgot, Arei was given ropes on her birthday, people told her to hang herself)
This was only ever discussed that one time in the dining hall, and let me provide a screenshot on who all was in there
4 people were not present in the dining hall at this time, the 4 were...
David
Hu
Rose
Levi
Meaning, these 4 would have no idea about the significance of Areis rope. But I'll admit this reasoning is shaky. There's no proof that the culprit even knew, and even if they did, Arei could've admitted it at some other point off screen to them.
So that means Levi is still a suspect, right? Wrong.
I have more proof that proves Levi innocent
We all know at this point that the murder method was hanging. Due to Areis broken neck, it's hard to imagine anything else being the cause of death (I'm not gonna get too far into the murder method here)
However, this method would be highly unnecessary for Levi. The creator confirmed that Levi is the strongest person among the cast in the chapter 2 part 1 ask box
He could've easily gone for something simpler, like blunt force trauma. The more steps you put into a plan, the more chances it has to mess up afterall. But he didnt.
The culprit instead chose an intricate way of killing Arei, a way that could be easily avoidable if your as strong as Levi.
Anyone else would need this method because Arei is imaginably quite athletic, due to being a bowler. It isn't immediately clear if Arei is stronger then anyone else except Levi.
He could've just invited her to the playground and whacked her over the head with a dumbell, but instead, there was a much more thought out plan done, why?
Simple, because Levi is not the culprit.
Still not convinced? I have one more piece of proof
The grippy tape
Incase you aren't aware, I'll go over what was found during this scene.
While Teruko is investigating, you can clearly see the tape at the scene
Its in the middle of the box, but you can see it through the text box too
But as soon as Ace wakes up, the tape disappears
But you might be asking, how does this relate to Levi? He wasn't even in the room and we don't know if this was the tape the culprit used
Except we do know that this is the tape the culprit used. The proof is in the scene between Teruko, Arei, and MonoTV
MonoTV didn't want Arei throwing the rope out, because it'd be "such a waste"
So if the tape wasn't taken by someone intending murder, MonoTV would've likely brought it back or even replaced it being as careful with inventory as be is (due to budget)
But he didnt
If it wasn't being used for a murder, MonoTV wouldn't have wanted it to go to waste, therefore it would've still been there.
But it isn't, which means the tape that was at Aces murder scene was the one used in Areis murder.
And that in turn proves Levis innocence, because he was in his room at the time of Nicos attempted murder against Ace. He couldn't have taken the tape.
...so who did?
The true culprit
The tape was taken at Aces crime scene, which means the 4 people there are our prime suspects
Teruko
Eden
Nico
Ace
One of those 4 had to have been the one to take the tape and kill Arei, but which one? We can figure it out by process of elimination
First off, we can rule out Nico pretty easily. They left almost immediately after Teruko and Eden walked in, and the roll of tape was still there after they left
That leaves 3 suspects, and I think I know how to prove 2 of the 3 innocent
Rule 10 states the BDA will not play until 3 people who didn't witness the murder find the body.
Now, without knowing the murder method, it's pretty clear the killer could've just looked away and not looked at the murder by technicality.
But, Eden was already framed by the note, and showed that it wasn't in her handwriting, why would she change her handwriting just to frame herself?
So that leaves 2, and this wasn't Teruko since she's the god damn protagonist, but if you need proof, she doesn't even know what her secret is, and wasn't paranoid enough to kill for it by any means.
So that leaves one suspicious individual
Ace Markey.
Why the culprit is Ace
I have multiple reasons for suspecting Ace, even beyond process of elimination.
Starting off, the tape disappeared right after he woke up, it's a weird detail to include, especially seeing as Eden got knocked over, and (once again) Teruko is the protagonist and wouldn't have taken it. So it only could've been Ace.
But is there proof of Ace taking the tape? We didn't see him take it, so it could've easily been Teruko despite her being the protagonist.
Yes, yes there is, and it comes right after they leave the gym
Ace refuses help to heal his wound from Levi, Eden, and Teruko.
One would think this could just be Ace being his Ace self, but I disagree.
I think Ace didn't accept help because he didn't want them to find the tape on his person. Granted, there'd be no reason for them to search his pockets, but Ace has always been a paranoid person, I doubt he'd want to take that risk.
If he didn't have tape, I bet he would accept help from atleast Eden. He may be obnoxious but he's not an idiot (when it comes to self preservation)
So if Ace had the grippy tape, and the culprit had the grippy tape. That means Ace is the culprit.
But I still have more pointing to Ace
Recall back to episode 2 of chapter 2
Ace took the band used for physical therapy, look at the width of that band
It sort of matches the width of the marks on Areis wrists, almost as if that's what she was restrained with.
And even besides both of those points
Ace offered to protect the body first, he could've very easily manipulated something with it
These could both be seen as coincidences (especially the guard duty one), but when you add the grippy tape point to it, the coincidences start to put together a scary picture
I have one more piece of evidence pointing towards Ace as the culprit, the motive.
I don't mean this in a bad way for anything, but an eating disorder isn't a secret to kill for.
Dont get me wrong, eating disorders are serious issues and deserve to be taken extremely seriously, but I don't think it's worth risking your own life and attempting to kill everyone else in your proximity over (I really hope this doesn't sound insensitive!)
But a big point of this motive is that; the cast didn't know what their secrets are
Ace was a paranoid person to begin with, and with secrets being revealed, he likely thought the worst out of the situation, thinking his life would be ruined if his secret was revealed
But why? If his darkest secret is his eating disorder, how could that ruin his life?
2 points help me explain that thought process
First off, once again, Ace had no idea what his secret was
And second off, he didnt even know if he remembered his own secret.
It's already a fact that the cast lost alot of memories, that was confirmed way in the beginning. But it was confirmed that the cast doesn't need to remember their secrets
Ace likely thought he could've forgotten something horrible about himself, and killed to prevent it from getting out
Conclusion
In conclusion, Levi Fontana is not the killer, there were aspects of this crime unnecessary and unavailable to him. However completely avaliable to Ace, and with everything stacking up, it's safe to assume he's the culprit
This is my first time writing a big thing like this, so if you have any questions or critiques, I'd be happy to answer!!

It's sad that people are so insecure that they think a character poll is the only mesure to value and like a character. That happen when you don't have a personality and you based your taste on the flow of the moment, on what others think. It's not so weird to like both Gojo and Levi, even if they are not in a popularity poll.
I swear, there's a severe lack of individuality and personal preferences today. Hive mind at its finest 💀
Imagine liking Levi just because others like him and not for the wonderful character he is. It couldn't be me. The same goes for Gojo.
sorry for late response, but i agree with everything you have said above.
Characters are like meals. They can be beautifully crafted dishes that tantalize your taste buds, or bland, forgettable gruel.
Gojo, in my opinion, falls into the latter category. He strikes me as a one-note character, lacking depth or complexity.
But that doesn't mean I'll trash talk his admirers.
Honestly, it is a cultural epidemic, this blind worship of popularity polls and fleeting trends when it comes to something as personal and subjective as taste in fictional characters (basically succumbing to a hivemind mentality, surrendering your individuality to the whims of the crowd).
Disliking a character doesn't make you wrong, and vice versa.
It boils down to perspective, to that unique lens through which we experience stories. Characters can be a feast for the senses, a symphony of well-developed traits and motivations, or they can be bland, forgettable gruel. There's room for both on the table.
The beauty lies in the "why."
Why does this character resonate with you?
Why does another leave you cold?
Here's where the true conversation begins. Ditch the shallow pronouncements, the "Gojo's cool" or "Levi's the best" proclamations.
Back it up.
Think of it like building a case in court. You wouldn't walk in and declare the defendant guilty without evidence, would you? The same principle applies to character analysis.
Gather your proof – textual evidence from the story itself (canon), dissect their development arcs, their backstories, their internal conflicts.
Are they a well-rounded individual, a character who feels like they could exist in our world?
Or are they a flimsy caricature, a plot device rather than a living, breathing personality?
There's no objective "good" or "bad" character, in my opinion.
It's all about the execution.
A masterfully written character, even a villain you despise with every fiber of your being, will leave a mark. They'll be complex, believable, and linger in your thoughts long after you've finished the story. A poorly written character, on the other hand, is the literary equivalent of fast food – instantly forgettable, devoid of any real substance.

I love the Rivetra and to console myself that it is real I like to ask the opinion of other fans to ship 😂. Do you also think that there were romantic feelings on both sides? If yes, why ?
Hello!
So sorry it's taken me so long to respond to this!
I think that what is so amazing about the characters of Levi and Petra in aot, how they are presented in both the manga and anime is that it can be read either way! The thing about them having romantic feelings for one another is that the potential is absolutely undeniable, and I think the fact that so many people recognise this and come to the internet to search for evidence of it is proof enough of its viability.
Personally I also think this is what makes their relationship so fascinating to me - you can choose to read so much into the small moments - it's giving a kind of Jane Austen level of subtle gesture to show us what could be a deep well of feelings on both sides. To me, that is so much more interesting than when characters openly admit and express their feelings - I live for the tortured soul who is so very in love and so very "not allowed" to be in love hahaha
The first time I watched aot I didn't pick up on their potential connection until Petra died - and then suddenly it was like a whole new world of depth unravelled, and I felt like we as an audience saw a side to Levi that we hadn't seen before. The fact that it's Petra's body we see fly from the cart, Petra's badge that's given away, Petra's body is the last he comes upon and the one he stops at, and that it's Petra's father that comes to speak to him is what made me think that they might have had feelings for one another - though again this is not proof, just what I like to think. There were 3 other members of the special ops squad who we did not see have any post death interaction with Levi beyond him mournfully passing their bodies.
That for me was enough to justify thinking they might have had feelings for one another, or at least, that Petra held a special place in his heart romantic or otherwise - not to mention that on re-read/watch, you can find so many other moments before the squad's death that can feed into this theory if you wish!
Whatever your opinion of their true feelings, I think the importance of these characters to one another is absolutely undeniable, and that is what makes them so fun to explore.
Sorry that was very rambly but I hope I sort of answered your question!

okay i’ve been ruminating over why succession was so gripping and thrilling to me even if i hundred per cent am rooting for each and every person to fail explosively in the show, every time all the time. i hate cringe comedy usually but the cringe really is comedying this time i gotta say. and i think i finally got what’s most appealing to me about the characterization and story work, which is that...it’s really uninterested in rescuing these losers further than strictly necessitated by like. general humanity.
the show i was watching before succession was this is us, which is of course very different sauce (even leaving aside the whole thing of the pearsons being about complicated but so clearly loving and painfully kind, non-billionaire people and the roys being. well. not that obviously). this is us is kind of known for its massive scope; the way it shows how lives stretch out and ripple in all ways and into all years, how you may know a person for an hour and still irrevocably change them, how a stranger carves your destiny, how every moment is hard-fought proof that you exist and have moved the lives of the people you love and all that good dramatic stuff that’s going to make you bawl your eyes out for an hour straight. so coming off that, one of the things i thought succession might do (early on, before i realized what they were doing) was sort of. pull the camera away for an episode (or even just a cold open), and show it from the perspective of the waystar employees or just normal people going about nyc, a quick sort of perspective correcting shift and back, just to drive home the utter ridiculousness of the roys. and even if not that specific this is us-inspired scenario, just a general store-bought Awfulness Mitigation ToolTM. heart of golder billionaire son. a beloved nanny. a single play in which greed loses out. anything that would re-contextualize the ridiculousness of the roys.
because over all it IS ridiculous right! it’s a power play. it’s a gambling addiction. it’s futile and stupid and greedy and inescapable in the way it’s this abusive family, but also in the way that. it’s an obscene amount of money! it’s status and birthright and entitlement and self-importance and it only ever ever can be taken even half-seriously by the people wholly entrenched in it. you pull back even a little from this cesspool of power hungry billionaires and are left with motives that are unreasonable and unrelatable for real people. but it strikes INCREDIBLY TRUE for these characters nonetheless, because they are not real people. and you see that, you see the disconnect in real time. you see why they would not make any other choice. why they are incapable of making another choice. they are not real people! logan thinks his children don’t get it, don’t really understand the stakes, always seeing it for too big or too small, that they never have, but he is just as ridiculous as them now, even more so. he is as not-real a person as them.
and i say real people specifically because it’s such a big theme in the show, the nrpi and how “you’re not a real person” is levied as an insult over and over again, and just the out-of-touch meanness and smallness of their big grand lives. they are not real people! they use it as an insult, a negative marker, but they are never truly bothered by that disconnect in a way you’d expect from (let’s say) a lesser tv show about bad billionaires.
they never really aim for even a parody of that ideal. like, you could make a case for kendall in his anti-dad era maybe, maybe shiv wrt personal politics, but in a more real sense...not really even then, let’s be honest. you see it in every interaction they have with people who are not the roys or the rich fucked up folks that play the roys’ games. just the tightness of this noose. it’s about the inescapability of a family, and thus it’s so rooted in the now and here. we never indulge in flashbacks. we never get a deeper look into the past than a quick glance over your shoulder, just as relevant as it has to be to get from point a to b.
logan says the past is fake and that’s true to how the show is envisioned. it’s never preoccupied in making you sympathize with the characters beyond what you’d sympathize with as a human seeing another go through a bad time. it doesn’t show you some hidden humane-ness or overemphasis past tragedies or dig for saving graces. because it might be relevant to the family drama, but it isn’t as relevant to their company. and above all nothing is as relevant to the family as the company. the roys and their dirty empire probably irrevocably touch more lives than any other show dealing in multi episode epics about the kind stranger who brought you from the firestation, but it is never going to matter to them. they are not real people. it’s a show that tells you, okay, so we aren’t going to give you any tools to sympathize with these bad people other than a glimpse at their lives from their perspective, whole and sole. a mile in their shoes. do you relate to them now? that’s what usually works. and beyond all storytelling odds, it’s kind of...a no! and that’s a massive win for succession’s writing imo.
you don’t necessarily get to see them as sympathetic characters from their perspective, but you do get to see them briefly, as real people. but unlike other shows, them being real people doesn’t mean real people like your neighbour or your sister or the cd guy. they are as real as the actual failsons and faildaughters of greedy stupid billionaires and you are faced with the feeling of. wow they are just as ridiculous and stupid and hateful as they would be if they existed in real life. that’s the only time they are real people. writing!
#absolutely no idea what was my point after coming to the end of this#but had t get it out#i just think its neat. they are so awful it is really neat#succession#logan roy#kendall roy#shiv roy#it manages to make it compelling without going. you have to find them good

Matt 8v18-22:- Let the old people buried in the dead letters of the Scrips bury themselves - John 3. https://youtu.be/iVMUIrW3fsU Holy Gospel of our SUPERNATURAL FATHER of our supernatural “souls” Elohim, Allah, ParBrahm, etc., delivered by the first Anointed Christ, which in my native language Punjabi, we call Satguru Jesus of the highest living God Elohim, Allah, Parbrahm, etc. that dwells within His most beautiful living Temple of God created by the greatest artist demiurge Potter, the lord of the visible Nature Yahweh, Brahma, Khudah, etc. and it is called Harmandir or “Emmanuel” if you are not “greedy” according to Saint Matthew 8,18-22. When Jesus saw a crowd around him, he gave orders to cross to the other side. A scribe approached and said to him, "Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go." Jesus answered him, "Foxes have dens and birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to rest his head because he was the Second Adam and the Planet earth belonged to the First Adam or Jesus came “Floating” and took his body away as well." Another of (his) Labourers and not the disciples of the crook Messianic Jews who killed Jesus said to him, " Corruption as in Jesus, we have One Father and we are His Sons, the Saints - Lord, let me go first and bury my father in dead letters." But Jesus answered him, "Join and not Follow as the spiritually blind do follow Pope, Priests, etc. me, and let the dead in the Jewish Leaven that finished with John, the Baptist – Luke 16v16; Law and Prophets were till John and so, the Bible, Script, is not allowed into the Royal Kingdom of God Above where the True Vine Christ Jesus is - bury their dead. Holy spirit, common sense, shatters the fetters of the dead letters, the Holy Books. If we have one God, our SUPERNATURAL FATHER of our supernatural “soul”, there should be one Faith. In Christianity, Jesus said One Fold called the Church of God headed by One Shepherd, our Elder Brother and the Bridegroom Christ Jesus/Christ = Satguru Nanak Dev Ji, the Second Coming of Jesus. Solid Proof; this Golden Temple is of the same size as the Holiest of the Holy that used to be in Jerusalem and its curtain held the secrets of the Oral Torah = His Word was rendered from the Top, the Temple High Priest, to the Bottom, the village Rabbis off you go – Luke 16v16; Law and Prophets were till John and thus, everyone makes a direct approach to God through His Word = Logo = Satgur Parsad. So, these hireling Dog-Collared Priests and Mullahs, cannot give your account to God as the Rabbis used to give at the Passover. So, they are "Antichrists" that have a following of the spiritually blind Super Bastard fanatic devils - John 8v44 - Hindu, Jew, Sikh, Christian, Muslim, etc. outwardly of appearances, and not spiritually inwardly. These spiritual selves Hindu, Jew and Christian, are never born like Christ, the title and they never die but the tribal selves Judah, Levi, Jatt, Tarkhan, etc. were born and they will die. One aspect of Levi’s and Erwin’s relationship that I feel like people constantly misunderstand is what, exactly, is was that Erwin did for Levi in terms of shaping him. I’ve seen some people try to claim that Erwin saved Levi by pulling him out of the Underground and freeing him from a life of criminality, and thus, turning him toward being a good person. But this would of course imply that Levi hadn’t been a good person before he met Erwin, and this just simply isn’t true. Erwin didn’t make Levi into a good person, or teach him how to be a good person. Levi already was before he ever came above ground. Yes, he was technically a criminal, in that he engaged in criminal activity, but that doesn’t mean he was a bad person. He was already protecting people and fighting for their dreams in the Underground. Namely Furlan and Isabel. He took them to the surface because it was their dream to live above, and he took them in and served as their protector and caretaker, essentially, when it was of no, real benefit to him in terms of his own survival. He took them in because he was already kind and compassionate. Erwin didn’t instill those qualities in Levi.
What Erwin did was give Levi direction.
Philosophically, he helped shape Levi’s belief in “no regrets” by telling him not to blame himself for when things go wrong, to drown in questions of “what if” or doubts, but to instead give meaning to the deaths of those he isn’t able to save by fighting on in their name and for their dreams. He uses Furlan and Isabel as the example, because they were Levi’s best friends and family, and they died fighting for their dream of living on the surface. Levi is someone who’s been surrounded by pointless, meaningless death his whole life, living in the Underground, and exposed to it very early on in his life through having to watch his mother die. So of course it would strike a cord with him, this idea that he can somehow change that, that he can somehow give meaning to death, and prevent people from dying for nothing. Erwin tells Levi that this is actually possible. That he just has to keep fighting in their name for it to be possible. The very fact that this resonates so strongly with Levi is proof in itself of what a good person he is, that something like this would be so appealing to him. From there, Levi formed his philosophy of always following his heart, and not letting his fear of failure or a possible bad outcome stop him from doing so. And Levi’s heart is always in the right place, acting out of humanity and compassion, rather than questions of personal success or failure, and certainly never out of self-interest or aggrandizement. He chooses whatever he knows he will regret the least, whatever sits most right with him in his heart. Essentially, Erwin helped Levi to believe more in himself.
Erwin also gave Levi direction in terms of showing him a way to use his strength most effectively, not just to help individual people, one at a time, but all of humanity, by fighting for their freedom from the titans and the walls. Erwin posits himself as the leader with the vision to create such a world, and Levi as a tool to help him shape it, and Levi readily accepts this role and allows Erwin to wield him to create this better world, because he believes it will result in more people being able to live in genuine peace, without the agony of constant fear. And Levi, more than anyone I think, knows what it is to live in constant fear and uncertainty, considering where it is he came from and the circumstances he grew up in. So, again, of course it would be very appealing to him, this idea of being able to help people live without constant fear, and again, the fact he wants that for people is proof in itself of his goodness.
Erwin showed Levi the way to do what he already desired to do. I always call Erwin Levi’s “guiding light”, and that’s what I mean when I say that. He helped guide Levi and give him direction, both in terms of believing in himself and his choices, and in how to use his strength to help other people. Levi stuck with him so closely and believed so thoroughly in Erwin because Erwin showed Levi how he could best give back to others. The desire was always there, just not the know how, and that’s a result of the way Levi was raised, and where, sadly.
It doesn’t take away from Erwin’s impact on Levi, or his importance to Levi, to point this all out, I don’t think. Erwin didn’t make Levi who he is. He didn’t create him. Rather, he helped him discover how to do what he wanted, and how to realize his full potential in that regard. I would say Erwin was the first person to ever, truly believe in Levi, and because of that belief, the first person to ever give him a chance to be who and what he always was and could be outside of the desperation of living in a place like the Underground.
