He was blonde in the book and a lot of the early fandom designs were based off the book at least partially. Rich didn't have his streak in Two River either, that was also from the book.

Why did we as a collective decide that Rich is blonde? Like, in the show he has dark brown hair and most of his actors also have dark brown hair so I’m just wondering what the reason is

The gang is playing DnD! I've been picturing them roleplaying and larping for days on end now and I had to do something about it. They're about 14 or 15 here. For the story: Cartman was the first to DM, but he was awful at it so the group kicked him out and he refused to keep playing out of spite. They found Nichole, who was very enthusiastic about DMing and had experience, and Cartman got such bad fomo out of not participating that he managed to get re-integrated and, now that he can play himself, he's more well-behaved.
