Also establishing how I see these characters and giving them names!

This is my interpretation and gives me a chance to think about character design a little more! And to help me remember how I plan on dressing/representing their clothes.

Angel | Malak or Mal - (they/she) [27]

Name Meaning: Angel (Arabic origin)

Arab-Thai

Short and heavy set. Shaved head and darker skinned, big black lashes, and dark brown eyes.

AFAB//Fashion and general expression leans femme, shifts between not wearing and wearing a binder. Hair is buzzed so is seen as more androgynous. Clothing style waives more in the light academia casual, wears lots of high waist and crop tops. Also, hoodies, hoodies for days - all types - zippered, pullovers, sleeveless, oversized, cropped, etc.

Baabe | Apis - (they/him) [25]

Name Meaning: “Bee” in Latin

Turkish

Messy, curled, dyed blue hair pulled in a half-bun. Eyes are a deep green. Skin is midtone. Silver ear cuff on right ear, key on chain necklace.

AMAB//Mostly traditionally masculine features with the exception of longer lashes and silky skin, hair is grown out and curly. Well groomed, with a mid tone voice that could be construed as any part of the spectrum. Notably broad shoulders and strong arms. Simple and clean fashion, professional more often than not, if not in athleisure wear.

Bright Eyes | Lux - (they/she/he + primarily uses they/them) [20]

Name Meaning: Light (of Greek origin)

Greek

Unkempt blue-white hair worn short with bangs. Eyes were an electric blue before their change. Vamp eyeballs, almost cat-like eyes. Double helixes.

AMAB//Notably considered somewhat of a pretty face, mostly from Freddy's recollection of their high school years - though people found them too intimidating to approach. Bounces all over the spectrum in terms of style. Sticks pretty heavily to the Decora Kei style, somewhat allowing themselves to take all the attention away from Fred. It's a bouncing dichotomy from their foul mouth and sweet face... Frederick and them took somewhat a darker look after their turnings.

Cutie | Hadley, Haddie, or Lee- (they/him)[28]

Name Meaning: Named after Lieutenant Hadley from Star Trek

Irish

Short cropped dark blond hair paired with very pale blue eyes. Peachy skin with lots of freckles! Tattoo behind the ear that says "mind over matter" as nod to their powers. Double lobe piercings, labret, purple gemmed necklace.

AMAB//Generally sticks to a sort of academia look, layered items with focus around jewelry pieces. Loves silver and rings and watches! Generally pretty soft in appearance, sweater vests and jumpers and hoodies. Doesn't do baggy pants unless they're cargos.

Darlin' | Barrett or Rett - (they/she/he, no preference)[26]

Name Meaning: Quote from site: "While some sources say Barrett is of German origin and means “as strong as a bear,” others say it's derived from a Middle English surname meaning “strife” and often given to argumentative people".

Iranian-German

Short bobbed, messy brown hair. Brown skin and deep gold eyes. Muscular. One gold tooth. Right brow has a slit. Gold ear cuffs.

AFAB//Aligned with wolf pack norms, dresses pretty simply with leather jackets, bomber jackets, etc. Still somewhat fashionable, ranging in aesthetics and gender representation. Pretty confident most of the time despite being covered in scars. Athleisure wear if they're not dressing for a formal event.

Doc | Apollo - (he/him)[30]

Name Meaning: Apollo is the god of healing

Haitian-American

Dark skinned with twists in dark hair. Big lips and pretty blue eyes, labret cuff and dimple piercings. Double lobe piercings.

AFAB//Minimalist style. Enjoys soft, flowing fabrics. Black and white and tans, isn’t a fan of all black. Something of a beige enjoyer, sticks to solids. Has an affection for boots and pantsuits! Lots of statement earrings!

Dreamer | Roya - (he/they)[29]

Name Meaning: Dream (Persian Origin)

Persian

Dark skinned. Deep teal eyes. Dark hair in braids, extensions are a pretty teal.

AMAB//Style is truly grunge, jackets and ripped jeans. Sleeves ripped off every shirt, paired with beanies and combat boots, multiple types of chunky jewelry… Hates shorts though. Lots of piercings!!!

Freelancer | Caron or Ronnie - (they/them)[22]

Name Meaning: Loving (Welsh Origin)

Viet-Welsh

Black bobbed hair with dyed tips. Pretty dark eye bags. On the bigger side. A lil' pale. Scattered tattoos. 

AFAB//Not really one for any fancy dressing, enjoys dressing casually if at all possible. Style preferences lean gothic, mostly in comfortable hoodies and bracelets - also likes fishnets and arm warmers. Dresses pretty diversely; but likes skirts/dresses for the ease of not needing to put on pants.

Love | J. A. A. I. or Jai- (no preference, referred to with they/them)[physically 21]

Name Meaning: J. A. A. I. stands for “just an artificial intelligence”, Jai is of Indian Origin and meaning “triumph” or “victory”

White, nearly gray skin. Hair is black and long. Eyes are bright green with a ring of white around the pupil. Panelling is subtle.

INTERSEX//Not strictly interested for any type of fashion one way or another. Likes soft, plush or fuzzy items though, scarves and shirts in particular. Would live in pajama pants if they could.

Lovely | Beau - (they/them)[25]

Name Meaning: Beauty, Handsome (French Origin)

French

Soft strawberry blond hair, short 2 block haircut with white tips. Mid-tone brown skin. Yellow/gold eyes. Has gauges with hoops in them.

AMAB//Pastel goth babe. A truly deeply ingrained affection for sweet, bright colors but also the macabre. Only started incorporating more black into their fashion after being turned. Lives in demonias and dramatic black makeup. Lots of pink to match their dyed hair.

Mentor | Nason - (she/they)[24]

Name Meaning: Helper (Biblical/Anglo-Saxon Origin)

Scottish-Mexican

Long side bangs and short blond hair, side bangs are dyed a light blue. Lightly tanned skin and soft blue eyes.

AFAB//Our casual girly! Loves animal prints and necklaces, heels basically all the time. Sticks to simple combos; wears primarily pencil skirts and tight slacks at work.

Name Meaning: Peace, Calm (Japanese Origin)

Japanese

Blasian! Light-skinned and covered in freckles from head to toe, long, black curly hair tied into a ponytail. Snake bite piercings and tongue ring, both gold.

AMAB//Soft boi fashions!! Layers on layers! White sweaters and collared undershirts!! Lots of different crew neck sweatshirts, loves his converse and cuffed pants.

Has albinism. Wild bleach blond curls. Masked their completely white seer eyes with brown contacts; usually but wears sunglasses too. Small lips and covered in freckles.

Baby purple hair styled in a half-shave with yellow tips. Honey brown eyes. Light freckles. Crescent moon earrings.

AMAB//Space prints for days, lots of chokers! Plays with different types of fashion, doesn’t really stick to one type of style but wears mostly dark colors.

Sunshine | Sol - (xe/xir/xim)[23]

Name Meaning: Sun (Spanish Origin)

Messy, short dark hair. Dark eyes. Vitiligo. Freckles. Sun earrings.

AFAB//Sweaters, sweater vests, hoodies - anything comfortable. Off the shoulder, usually layered. Shorts too, always shorts. Will wear leggings underneath if it’s too cold.

Italian

Somewhat wavy dark hair, pulled back into a high pony or bun. Eye color changes based on colored contacts. Skin is lightly tanned. Double lobes pierced, black choker. E-girl hearts on cheeks.

AFAB//Vintage babe, film noir type beat. 1950s type, lots of simple button downs and pattered shirts. Biker/bomber jackets, layered over a solid shirt. Clean and slick… Does like leather though, harnesses and jackets and boots.

Name Meaning: Name references the box, or compass of the ship Argo

Tall and on the light skinned side. Hair is dark blue and white. Eyes are a deep purple/lavender. Horns are white and similar in style to Avior's but fade into their skin. Wears silver horn jewelry. Echo eye bolo tie. Lavender butterfly on the inside of the left wrist.

Morphe Continuous Setting Mist is one of my fav setting mists!

I use a mix of CeraVe, The Ordinary, and Good Molecules for skincare! The Cerave cleansers and daily lotion have become my non-negotiables, if u dont already have a skincare routine i recommend them

The LANIEGE Lip Sleeping Mask works so well and is def worth the splurge, but it has a scent so if sickeningly sweet scents give you a headache it might be best to stay away from the sweet candy version

I just use Kroger Brand micellar cleansing water as a makeup remover, but I recommend Garnier's! Especially this rose water and glycerin one (which i think lyn might already have LMFAO)

Cleansing balm is a bit more expensive but honestly works a little better than the micellar cleansing water and it doesn't take much product to get a clean face, my fav is the e.l.f cleansing balm

For pimple spot treatment, I use neutrogena rapid clear

My dermatologist told me to use the dove beauty bars since bar soap doesn't dry your skin out like liquid soap and it is SO GOOD, i use those alongside my philosophy 3-in-1 as an exfoliator + extra wash

5 Beauty Products You Need To Try Based On Your Zodiac Sign Pt. 1

Okay, okay before you click off because you think horoscopes are not real (which they totally are), promise me you’ve never checked the horoscopes page in a magazine or blog out of sheer curiosity. Yeah, I thought so too.  

Personally, I’m kind of what you call a “Horoscope Snob”. I’m not an Astrologer but I do believe in Zodiac Signs. I’m not here to impose my beliefs just check your sign based on your birthday and consider the products I recommend below based on the alignment of the stars!

I attract a lot of Virgos in my life and thank god for that! You guys can get a bad rep due to your detail oriented vision and anal uptight attitude. ◆  SBS THE SHOW   ━━━━ • • • ﹅ 럭스 ∙ EVERY NIGHT 1ST WIN !  ❪ ﹡* ❫

it’s been a week since every night promotions had began. it wasn’t said, but they all knew what their team had in mind when the idea of a b-side promotion was proposed. they were all vying for that number one spot. it’s been a week, and perhaps, mijoo had begun to lose hope on that becoming a reality.

sure, they were doing well on the charts. it was no number one, but it was amazing how well they were doing on the digital charts regardless of their nugu status. at this rate, maybe a first win wasn’t so out of reach? maybe not for this song, hopefully for the next.

they’re gathered at the end of the ‘the show’ taping. piled onto that stage like a bulk of sardines waiting for the news of today’s winner to be announced. mijoo has a light heart as she watches their seniors stand before them; her own head a excessive bobbing as she bows and greets each one that passes by her; pinching herself to stay alert whenever a new one happens to come within a foot of her peripheral.

it was what a good hoobae was supposed to do and mijoo was nothing but good when it came to appearances. her smile bright and humble, even more so when they’re as a quintet, are ushered to the front of the stage as they begin to announce the nominees for this week’s ‘the show’ winner. 

mijoo doesn’t think much of it -- it’ll be another nomination without any real rewards. their fifteen seconds of screen time and light fun as the camera pans to them before returning to the winners. this is what she thinks as she and nayoung wave at the cameras and she’s linking arms with dabin; making funny faces at one another at the thought that them? a first win? never, they were joking.

“congratulations --”

but the joke’s on her because suddenly they’re not making those funny faces any more, and the hand that had raised to the camera is no longer waving. it’s a fast press of her palm to her lips as she stares in surprise at the fans, shaking where they stood at the front, mouthing to the girls in congratulations. the disbelief is apparent, the bugging of her eyes exaggerating the surprise before reality hits and understanding cements just what had happened.

“LUXE!”

the ringing in her ears startle her, the applause is thundering ; the screaming that comes from the crowd, the people around them deafens her. and the words that come from the host’s lips as the award is shoved into her hands, has mijoo doing a double take – what happened? her eyes are wide in disbelief, unable to deliver words that are to come. she feels arms around her and the tears begin to blur her vision and before she knows it she hears a familiar voice in her ears. she turns to spy haseul and her arms in a soft embrace, one that mijoo takes comfort in, squeezing the other’s arm before waving her sincere gratitude the other’s way as she leaves the stage. a promise to see the other once the moment was truly over made in silence.

but the silence is short because every night slowly seeps into her ears and mics are passed around to each of them. they’re meant to sing, to laugh, to celebrate and yet, all mijoo can do is feel the tears spilling over her eyes as she continues to cry when she’s handed the trophy. it’s weight feels like her heart in her hands. a heaviness that’s so light, she feels as if the moment she let go it’d just disappear.

“oh -- uh ... first of all, thank you so much.” she bows her head, continuously, before rising; the back of her palm pressing into her cheeks as she speaks into the microphone. “for us to get this win, we’re all really thankful for all the love and support you’ve shown us throughout our ever night promotions. even though there’s still so much we have to improve, we want to thank you for believing in us and supporting us throughout it all. we’d like to thank our fans for all their hard work, as long as you’re happy, we’re happy to perform for you!” 

she bows her head each time a name is said, the tears beginning tip over her lashes at every word. “we’d also like to thank all of royal’s staff who’ve taken very good care of us since our debut; also our stylist team, our hair and make up team; our pd-nims who give us such amazing songs to perform, it’s a huge honor for us; jo soonyang teacher for helping us with our vocals, and yoo jaekyung teacher for creating such beautiful choreographer for each song, thank you!” 

“and we can’t forget to thank our royal sajangnim: so jisub sajangnim for believing in us and giving us this opportunity, too, thank you, thank you, thank you so much!”

there were so many other’s she wished to thank, of loves ones she wanted to pour her heart to; but the words die and she’s overcome by the tears as her hand pushes its way to her lips to muffle the sharp breath she takes in order to breathe. 

( the burden of february is far from her mind, despite her own thoughts coming to full throttle over the only person she wished to cry to; his award was on her shelf for her to keep. would it be too much to send him a picture of her own award for him to keep safe? the stress that had taken a hold of her is miles away as she revels in the joy that’s surrounding her. a part of her can’t wait to get to the waiting room, fingers on the keypad as she texts him -- hearts full and all: we won, rome.

the conclusion of her speech is on the tip of her tongue, muting as she allows someone else to take their turn in saying thanks as she buries her head in seoyoung’s shoulder. her tears dampening the front of the other’s costume as she tries to keep her shudders to a minimum. the weight of a hopeful win had always been heavy at her shoulders; a promise she had made each time she had crossed paths with their ceo, with any of their teachers, any of their staff: it had always been empty, of disappointment after confused promotions had ended and there was nothing to really show for it.

but now, the weight felt like it had been lifted ( at least for now ): and mijoo finally felt like she could breathe again.

they had finally gotten their taste of victory.

The banked rage in his heart flickered to life, and he set his tumbler on the table because he didn’t want to test its strength.

“Can I come in?” she asked, voice subdued, serious blue-green eyes looking up at him from under her golden lashes.

He chose the two-tiered dangly kind with a hook clasp and golden glass chips to match her hair, since he had never determined if her eyes were blue or green.

She was wearing a strapless dress in a blue so pale that at this distance it looked white except in the folds and valleys of the fabric.

Domestic Life in Noxus sort of thing where an assassin and an “information broker” get married because the landlord is only renting to married couples. (I actually posted about this one before!)

But she feeds him and keeps him safe like she would have for Jane, and makes snarky comments about his dad and all the unhealthy people in his life, and she starts to grow on him. … And they’re having one of their sniping little conversations like they do, and she pulls up the “upgrade to PAID” line, and there’s a pause and he says “…I could pay you…” kind of reaching out to the one non-toxic person in his life. … While she’s sending out applications and going for interviews she’s texting Justin to make sure he’s eating and sleeping, and giving him little pep talks about not abandoning his dreams and not letting the toxic SOBs around him direct his life. … Then Justin is kidnapped by unsavory types and Darcy A) can’t tell anyone because then she’d have to fess up about talking to Justin all the time and she’s sure they’d assume she’s a traitor and B) why would Tony help Justin anyway? Gifts would appear out of nowhere, usually in a plain box, but once you opened it the wrappings were bold, obvious, Demacian blue and gold. (Kind of a Lux-being-a-stalker AU)
