r. vient de me demander comment ça va toi? et mon estomac s'est noué puis dénoué très rapidement. j'étais si fière de pas avoir parlé de lui depuis plusieurs jours. j'ai réfléchi pendant vingt minutes allongée sous ma couette et j'ai mis très bof. je lui ai dit que m. était repartie, que je venais de postuler à un job, que j'arrivais pas à écrire et que j'avais envie de partir loin, tout en restant brève et concise. il a dit en fait vous êtes mega proches? en parlant de m. et ça m'a donné envie de pleurer.

j'avais éteint mon ordi à 11 heures dans l'intention de dormir mais là il est une heure et demie et j'ai un coeur dessiné au stylo à l'intérieur du poignet, à l'endroit où on se coupe les veines dans les films, et zéro envie de dormir. il m'a dit que lui aussi il avait besoin de partir deux semaines quelque part au calme pour composer, mais moi ce que je veux dire quand je dis que je veux partir loin pour écrire c'est faire une expédition en antarctique grimper sur un volcan voir des baleines visiter les lieux de tournage de newport beach faire un road trip à travers les états unis et déménager au canada. j'ai envie de voyager pour écrire. j'ai envie de faire plus de trucs rien que pour avoir des choses à raconter.

j'ai ouvert le groupe whatsapp des pink ladies ce matin et apparemment y a plein de trucs queer ce weekend mais tout a l'air nul et chiant et ça me donne pas envie. sauf aller voir love lies bleeding avec kristen stewart le 10 mars dans le cadre du lux film fest. j'ai lu une interview fleuve d'elle dans rolling stone et je me suis reconnue dans plein de trucs qu'elle disait. je me reconnais toujours dans plein de trucs qu'elle dit dans ses interviews. j'aurais du les noter, pour mes prochaines lettres. peut être que la raison pour laquelle je me suis toujours identifiée à elle c'est cette histoire de fluidité. dans ses relations amoureuses comme dans son identité de genre. elle passe de l'un à l'autre tout en restant toujours fidèle à elle-même.

il a suffi que je recommence à écrire avec r. pour que je sorte de ma torpeur et que j'aille enfin faire une rando-marche rapide en ville, que j'envoie deux vidéos au festival videoex et que je postule pour le job de copywriting/marketing pour la philarmonie, tout ça dans la même journée. c'est vraiment lui qui a cet effet sur moi? je suis très satisfaite d'avoir inauguré ma nouvelle future routine (quelle optimiste) de randos-cardio à travers la ville. au départ je voulais marcher droit jusqu'à la forêt du cents depuis la maison et puis revenir, mais une fois lancée j'ai enchainé sur la colline des trois glands et puis je suis remontée à pied jusqu'au glacis parce qu'y avait trop de monde qui attendait l'ascenseur et j'ai failli m'évanouir en arrivant en haut. cette ville est parfaite pour le cardio avec ses milles collines boisées, je sais pas pourquoi j'y ai pas pensé plus tôt.

lundi je suis allée courir dans la forêt mais ça m'a explosé la cheville et la jointure des cuisses et le bas du dos et m. m'a parlé de son amie noa qui a commencé à faire des petites randos régulières et soutenues avec des montées et des descentes et elle a perdu beaucoup de poids comme ça. j'ai dit que je voulais pas le faire pour perdre du poids parce que j'ai aucun contrôle là-dessus de toute façon, c'est mes hormones qui règnent sur mon poids, c'est elles qui décident, mais j'ai un peu menti. je sais que j'ai pas de prise sur mon corps mais je veux essayer quand même, parce que je supporte pas d'avoir regrossi et je veux remettre mon pantalon avril lavigne de quand j'avais douze ans.

j'ai marché deux heures en leggins-baskets de sport trouées-sweat à capuche le visage rougi par l'effort et j'avais l'impression d'être chez moi. de régner sur ma ville, sur mon petit royaume, je marchais littéralement sur les remparts. puis je redescendais dans la vallée, puis je remontais sur les fortifications, puis je redescendais dans la forêt, etc. à un moment j'écoutais un morceau de noise-punk hardcore de quatorze minutes horrible mais envoûtant, j'étais en train de redescendre des trois glands avec la belle vue sur la ville de l'autre côté de la vallée et la violence de la musique cassait un peu la beauté de la vue, ça faisait un peu GO FUCK YOURSELF LUXEMBOURG, même si j'ai dit à r. hier soir que j'avais décidé d'arrêter de dire que je détestais ce pays. j'ai envie de connaitre chaque recoin de la ville comme ma poche. l'autre jour j'ai montré plein d'endroits à f. qu'elle connaissait pas comme l'endroit où la pétrusse se jette dans l'alzette et j'étais trop fière. enfin ça me faisait plaisir. ça doit être un legs de mon grand-père.

je suis descendue par le petit bois et y avait un homme qui promenait son chien derrière moi et quand je suis arrivée en bas j'avais l'impression de plus avoir de peau. je me sentais crue, dans le sens raw, à vif. je crois que c'était un peu lié à la musique violente. j'étais comme hypnotisée par tout ce que je voyais autour de moi. j'étais tellement crevée que tout était archi intense. mais agréablement intense. je m'en foutais d'être rouge et moche et dans mes habits de sport au milieu des gens bien habillés qui faisaient leur shopping/leur promenade du weekend, je zigzaguais entre eux comme si j'existais pas, comme si je faisais partie de la ville. je me sentais crue et libre. non encombrée. je me suis écroulée dans un bus pour rentrer, trop fatiguée pour rentrer à pied, y avait personne dedans quand je l'ai pris, je l'avais pour moi toute seule, c'était ma ville et mon bus. j'étais affalée sur mon siège dans mes habits de sport moites à me faire charrier à travers la ville sans que j'aie à faire le moindre effort et je me disais quelle invention quand même l'automobile.

De nombreuses agences de voyages et sites de visites proposent ce genre de séjours.

La Ferme Aventure propose plusieurs types d’hébergements et d’activités, du plus classique ou plus singulier.

Les Antonovs Lady Blue, Red Baron et la CaravelleCes avions « mythiques », convertis en hébergements cocooning, sont équipés de cabines de douche et de luminothérapie. Les visiteurs peuvent imaginer voler à 10 000 mètres d'altitude. La Caravelle peut accueillir jusqu’à douze personnes.

Cabane des Vargottes Nichée au cœur du massif vosgien, la Cabane des Vargottes promet « une immersion totale dans la nature ». Vue sur la vallée, écoulement du ruisseau en contrebas… Il s'agit d’un logement « très atypique, idéal pour un moment apaisant » comme le décrit Simon le bailleur.

Dôme aux côtés des alpagas « Qui n’a jamais rêvé de dormir la tête dans les étoiles ? » Perché à 840 mètres d'altitude, le dôme offre « une vue imprenable sur la forêt Vosgienne », raconte l’hôte Marie Aude.

Casemate Gommen Située sur une colline à 20 minutes de Besançon, la Casemate Gommen permet « une immersion historique dans la Grande Guerre ». Avec un mobilier sommaire et rustique, le gîte offre une vue panoramique sur l'ancienne ligne de front et un espace pique-nique extérieur. Pour les amoureux de l’histoire, tout est réuni, même les toilettes font partie du décor. Situés à 20 mètres de la cabane, mieux vaut prévoir son coup.

Basée à la Ciotat, Sport Découverte réunit des milliers d’activités et d’hébergements dans toute la France afin de faire découvrir au public de nouvelles expériences insolites, à sensations ou dépaysantes.

Roulotte près d'Épinal Les visiteurs découvrent « la vie de bohème » dans une roulotte romantique et cosy située à Baudricourt, dotée de tout le confort moderne, y compris un lit queen size et une baignoire à remous.

Stage de survie Sur les rives du lac de Gérardmer, au cœur de la forêt à Charbonnière-les-sapins près de Besançon ou encore dans les montagnes du Haut-Jura, il est possible de participer aux stages de survie aux côtés de guides et d’instructeurs formés. Bien différent d’un weekend de congé reposant, il s’agit d’une « formation pratique en milieu hostile ». Les participants apprennent à gérer l'eau, allumer un feu et construire des abris, encadrés par des instructeurs expérimentés. Rien de mieux pour les fans de Koh-Lanta.

Je somnole sous mes lunettes fumées dans le jet qui contient la plus petite équipe de spectacle que je n’ai jamais vu: Gerry, Tommy, Alex, deux techniciens, et bien sur deux hôtesses de l’air et mon cul encore vaporeux d’une veillée sans précédent. Direction: j’en-ai-vraiment-rien-a-foutre-ville. Monsieur Louis, pilote de renommé mondiale attitré à nos tournées à rit de notre destination, mais Gerry se refusait -comme toujours- de se justifier. Cela lui glisse sur le dos comme de l’eau sur un canard. Le reste de l’équipe était parti au soir la veille dans deux autobus contenant tout l’arsenal de combat. Nous ferrons deux représentations dans cette ville au nom qui m’échappe; la première sera acoustique et minimaliste puisqu’ils ne seront pas rendus à temps. J’en viens à regretter ma cuite qui ne sera pas masquée par l’équipe de tournée, les enregistrements, le spectacle de la danse et des lumières. Je demande à l’une des agences de bord de me préparer le breuvage qu’Alex s’est fait la veille. Je bois la pétillante amertume avec espoir de me ragaillardir - pour être à la hauteur de mon image même mis à nu. Je retrouverai ma base bien aimée, je ne sais pas si le vertige qui l’assaille à cette pensée est de la joie ou le mal de l’air.

Le haut parleur grésille, puis la voix du pilote se fait entendre: « Ladies and gentlemen, it is presently five past four, we will begin our descent at approximately ten past and land just in time for the good times to keep on going. Temperature in Abbotsford is of 24 degrees, with snowfall and 2 knot winds. Enfin extirpé du petit bolide de l’air, les oreilles bourdonnantes, je suis pris de plein fouet par la morsure de l’air qui me saisit sous ma veste de cuir ouverte sur un t-shirt des Eagles. Le spectacle vert sombre et blanc éclatant des collines couvertes d’épineux eneigés encerclant le petit aéroport me clou au sol.

Heute haben wir deinen Geburtstag “nachgefeiert”. Normalerweise würdest du jetzt den Koffer von dem Schrank runterholen und alle Sachen reinpacken und normalerweise tust du das auch, jedes Mal wenn du morgens aufstehst, aber die Pfleger waren diesmal so schlau und haben den Koffer bei sich irgendwo verstaut sodass du auf diese Idee garnicht erst kommst. Du verwechselst mich mit Mama oder du weißt ich komme dir bekannt vor, aber weißt nicht genau wer ich bin, du kannst mich nicht zuordnen und deshalb stelle ich mich direkt vor mit: “Hallo Opa, ich bin es, Jasmin deine Enkeltochter.” Damit ich dich nicht in Verlegenheit bringe zu erraten wer von deinen Kindern, Enkelkindern oder Verwandten, ich bin. Ich freue mich die ganze Zeit darauf dein Gesicht zu sehen, wie du reagierst wenn ich deine Lieblingsmusik auf dem CD Player abspiele. Du kannst dich daran erinnern das ich zu dir schrieb das ich ein Radio gekauft habe und auf einer CD deine Lieblingsmusik gebrannt habe, hauptsächlich Chris de Burgh und Phil Collins. Zu meiner Überraschung hast du mich dazu auf WhatsApp angeschrieben und auch am Telefon gefragt. Es ist soweit, ich spiele den ersten Song ab nach ein paar Knopfdrücken. „Lady in Red“ von Chris de Burgh. Opa hört die Melodie und lauscht genauer als Chris de Burgh anfängt zu singen. Opa sagt mit voller Begeisterung: „Ohh Jaaa, das ist ganz was feines und Mensch diese Stimme, diese gewaltige Stimme!“ Er fängt an mit zu singen und trifft zu meinem Erstaunen die Töne, immer noch so wie früher. Manchmal geht das Singen kurz in ein Pfeifen über. Er sagt zu mir: „ Dreh mal lauter, noch lauter bitte!“ Er fängt an zu lachen und freut sich sehr über diesen Song. Mir kommen die Tränen und ich weiß nicht genau ob die Tränen fließen, weil ich daran denke wie Opa dieses Lied immer im Auto gesungen hat wenn wir über die Schnellstraße gefahren sind, wo noch alles in Ordnung war oder er gerade glücklich ist dass er diese Melodie endlich nach Monaten in diesen hässlichen vier Wänden hören kann und Ihm wie ein großer Trost erscheint. Ich frage mich ob er das selbe gerade wie ich denkt, wenn er das Lied hört oder denkt er an Oma wie er mit ihr eng zusammen vor dem Fernseher tanzt? Egal woran er denkt, er fühlt diese Melodie mit dem Herzen. Die Tränen hören nicht auf zu fließen, aber ich will nicht diesen Moment zerstören indem ich Opa mein verweintes Gesicht zeige also wende ich mich ab und schaue die Wand an. Ich suche nach einem Taschentuch in meiner Jackentasche und werde fündig und wische mir damit die Tränen weg. Ich versuche mich zusammenzureißen, mir ist das so unangenehm das ich das nicht unter Kontrolle habe und schäme mich. Ich schaue kurz zu meiner Mutter rüber und sehe das Sie jetzt auch anfängt zu weinen, was Sie sonst nie tun würde vor mir. Ich schaue zu Opa und als er mir ins Gesicht schaut merke ich wie seine Gesichtszüge sich von glücklich in betrübt verändern und er verunsicherter wirkt. Seine Hände legt er ineinander, ein Anzeichen das er nervös und beschämt wirkt, als wenn er etwas falsch gemacht hätte. Ich schaue schnell wieder weg und und gehe raus mit den Worten: „Ich besorge uns einen Stift um das Radio zu beschriften“.

❦ the power of the mercury planet isnt spoken about enough, the planet governs social media and we belong to a generation that is on social media 24/7 including tiktok, facebook, twitter, instagram etc. and what does social media gives us? it gives us trends and "beauty standards" that are going to have many people following it.

❦ and when there's a standard there are usually the "faces" of the standards. and if you look above, these people are normally the faces of "attractiveness" in the platform/atmosphere they're in. (once again you dont need to find them attractive many others just do), returning to how mercury plays this, we have to keep in mind that mercury ruled people were very popular in school, especially if their mercury planet is in the third house or if a mercury ruled sign is in the third house (gemini and virgo) as they represent school and peers, these folks were very known in their atmosphere and wherever they go, eyes would follow them. (if they werent famous in school, they were just "known" for something).

❦ on the other hand, as mercury is a youthful sign, younger people find these natives very attractive. and what makes them attractive is their intelligence, wit, they way they communicate and their comedic talents. they're very likely to have the humour people their age have if not they become adaptable in the new situation they're in.

❦ however, as mercury is a very strong planet when it comes to people finding them attractive, the planet that would always reign is pluto. the difference between mercury and pluto is that pluto is a generational planet, it stays in a spot for a very long time whereas mercury changes spots very quickly.

❦ i once spoke about the ninth house and future spouse theory and here i've decided to add more into it. so for a quick recap i commented on how the sign in the ninth house will most likely have a placement in your future spouse's big six. e.g, you would have aries in your ninth house and your future spouse would have an aries sun, or moon or venus etc. (this can work for women and men)

❦ now i've noticed, for people who want a husband, see where sagittarius is for you, for you to get deeper knowledge, those with sagittarius in the first house are likely to have someone who is foreign, or someone who has a big, optimistic, future-oriented and philosophical personality. or if someone who is searching for a husband had sagittarius in the second house would have a future partner that has luck within money, someone who has sagittarius in the fifth house would have a future husband who has a lot of talents.
