literally hate them stop why are they like this. the way gi-hun connected so much with in-ho. how is that man NOT heartbroken. how is that man not feeling bad.

it's almost too easy for in-ho to manipulate him. it's far too easy to hurt gi-hun. get under his skin. it's far far too easy.

like not even shipping wise, these two men have a connection both as enemies and friends, or whatever they got going on. like the way they just became friends so fucking fast. it's wild how can gi-hun trust so fucking easily after everything that happened to him.

it's wild and i literally hate them. i hate this show. all it does is hurt me.

“You don’t have to do that,” Stiles murmured, tracing the edge of the cup with the tip of his finger.

He blushed at the glare the wolf gave him and pursed his lips.

They had this conversation many times, to the point where Derek just ignored the topic altogether.

Stiles told him he didn’t have to come. Derek kept showing up.

And, after everything that happened, Stiles couldn’t help but admire the wolf’s loyalty, his dedication, and unyielding stubbornness. He truly didn’t have to come and defend him from all those fools, didn’t have to roam around Stiles’ tower and glare into the dark. Yet, every time, his strong and silent silhouette among the trees made Stiles’ heart stutter.

He just wished the wolf came to him because he wanted to, and not because of the sense of duty.

Even then, it didn’t matter that much.

Stiles just wanted him here. Close.

I mean?? Without delving too much into celebrity culture and my thoughts on it, all I’ll say is that I make exceptions rarely and this is one of those moments where I’m riding the hype train. Woody Harrelson’s voice? Again, I’m biased, but in my subjective opinion I’d love to have a narrated book (possibly my new favorite novel depending on what happens/how it all goes down because: Haymitch Abernathy being arguably one of my top favorite fictional characters for years) done by him.

The Wachowskis coming from a safe environment and an individualist society, so they want Knuckles to relax and not try so hard. No need to train constantly, no need to stay up late keeping watch, no need to be on guard all the time. Trying to be supportive by encouraging him to do nothing.

Vs.

Knuckles coming from an unsafe environment and a collectivist culture. He cannot do nothing. And his idea of 'support' is that they would help him protect the tribe. But they won't because they see no need and if they won't offer, then he won't ask! So he trains alone. And he loses sleep keeping watch alone. And he stays on guard at all times. No one else will, so the task falls to him.

Not to sidebar from Doc Who again but I’m rewatching Much Ado 2011 (again) and I’ve just noticed how several times in the wedding scene Benedick moves to physically intervene on Hero’s behalf and is ordered to stop by Don Pedro. He is told by his prince to stop and then to leave and yet he still rushes back to help as soon as the others are gone how does this scene keep getting better Jesus CHRIST
